Una rebuda super agradable. L'habitació super neta amb tot el que necessitem i més de menjar, utensilis, cuina, items de lavabo... Tot super ben pensat. Molt bon hotel relació preu i qualitat, ja que es prou economic.

Esta una mica al mig de l'anada si vols anar a sopar o dinar ho tens tot una mica lluny pero la zona es tranquila i bonica. Molt a prop de l'aeroport per tant s'escolten bastant els avions. (Cosa que a mi no m'ha molestat).

This place is ideal if you need a comfortable stay near the airport. It has all the essentials for a relaxing layover. The low-cost airport transfer is super convenient. They also have groceries and snacks available for purchase on-site, which is a great touch if you don't feel like heading out to a supermarket. Clean, practical, and very convenient. Highly recommend for a short stay!

We stayed here the night before we had to take our flight. The room was super clean and had everything we need. They arranged the transfer for us to the airport. The host is super kind and also gave us recommendations where to eat.

Another great stay! Back for our second stay in four weeks, and the experience was just as smooth as the first. The staff are amazingly friendly and helpful, taking all the hassle out of late-night and early-morning airport transfers. Clean, spacious apartment, excellent communication, and reliable luggage storage once again. Great value as always—we’ll be back again in September!

Great location close to the airport is what I needed as I was travelling overseas.

The property can be further improved by adding some stand fans so air conditioning does not have to continual used.

This place is very clean and neat and beautiful.

The friendly staff, spaciousness of the apartment, the location close to the airport, the helpful pick up, the owner provided. The owner also provided us with the option to leave baggage while we travel through Sri Lanka. An extra bonus: from the roof of the apartment you literally have airplanes taking off and landing right above you, which was an incredible thrill for my two boys.

Antonio was very helpful and kind. Great communication for our airport pick up (after midnight) and he gave me fantastic recommendations for our trip and even helped us plan a route around Sri Lanka. Our room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and he put the AC on ready for a cool room on arrival. You can hear planes landing but as it is close to the airport this is unavoidable. It wasn’t loud enough to impact our quality of sleep, and earplugs were provided in case we wanted them but we didn’t end up needing them.

Very efficient and friendly staff. The rooms have everything you need and more! They really care about providing a good service, great place to stay, and taking care of all guests.

The property was very clean and had a number of helpful additions. There is also a lovely roof terrace and a great washing machine. The noise did not worry me - but not having any view was a bit disconcerting (the one window was opaque). Unfortunately, the power went out for some time so there was no fan or a/c, which, while not the owners fault, made it very uncomfortable and forced me to go to the airport very early to get some relief from he heat.

The lack of clear windows in the apartment - probably an intentional way of blocking the noise - but a bit disconcerting.

O alojamento fica extremamente em situado, tem uma vista incrível para a pista de aterragem e tem um terraço onde se pode relaxar. O nosso quarto era muito espaçoso, tinha uma cozinha com muitas comodidades e também comida, a valores bastante aceitáveis. Os anfitriões eram espetaculares, colocaram-nos à vontade e mostraram-se muito interessados em nos ajudar e acompanhar. O melhor lugar para terminar ou dar início a uma aventura pelo país!

Muy muy cerca del aeropuerto, estaba limpio y el personal fue súper amable. La azotea es muy chula para tomar una cerveza viendo los aviones despegar. Tienen cerveza fría en la nevera a buen precio.

Obviamente se escuchan los aviones porque está cerquísima del aeropuerto, pero te dejan tapones para los oídos.

L’hôtel est proche de l’aéroport ce qui est très appréciable après 12h d’avion!! Antonio propose un service de navette à tout heure et les chauffeurs sont souriants et super agréables!! Toute l’équipe était aux petits soins malgré l’heure tardive!!! Les chambres sont très fonctionnelles et il ne manque rien!!

עוד לפני שנחתתי בסרי לנקה בעל המקום דאג לוודא איפה אני והאם אני צריכה הסעה למלון ולקח אותי בעצמו מהשדה ביחד עם הנהג בשעה מאוחרת בלילה והיה מקסים ואדיב. כשהגעתי ישר הכניס אותי לחדר ממוזג ונעים עם חשיבה על הפרטים הקטנים ועוד עשה לי סיור קטן במקום והסבר כולל שלח לי המלצות למקומות אוכל בסביבה+ המלצות לסרי לנקה בכללי והיה סבלני לכל שאלה! מקום מדהים ומצויין לעצירה אחרי הטיסה, ממליצה מאוד!

Tolle Wohnung, schöne Dachterrasse, die Minibar ist gut ausgestattet. Der Airporttransport hat perfekt funktioniert.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, air conditioner was good. Owner is responsive. Frisge has good snacks.

Lots of ammenities: shaving cream, razors, toothbrushes, toothpaste, ear plugs, and a wel stocked kitchen (for pay, but convenient). Owner super responsive and lots of sightseeing options.

Airplanes going overhead could be loud, but not an issue with the ear plugs.

Zunächst war der whatsapp Kontakt sehr gut. Alles war arrangiert. Wir sagten dem Personal dass wir nur 6 5 Stunden bleiben und nichts konsumieren wollen. Wir haben dann auch in der Wohnung nichts benutzt und der Fahrer war um 9:30 da um uns die kurze Strecke zum Flughafen zu bringen so wie wir das vereinbart hatten. Die Werbung FREE Airport ist irreführend und trickreich. ( A FAKE ) Sie werden in ein vermeintlich billiges Haus gelockt, indem nach 2 Stunden der kompl. Strom ausfällt, (das ist da üblich) Sie sing "gefangen" damit Sie dann die teuren Artikel konsumieren und in Restaurants gelockt werden sollen. Das Haus liegt in einer dunklen Seitenstrasse...zu Fuss kommen sie da nicht weg !!! die Flugzeuge fliegen fast direkt durch das Zimmer. An SCHLAF ist NICHT ZU DENKEN !!! Sie müssen sie alles bar bezahlen AUCH ZUSÄTZLICH DEN TRANSPORT ZUM FLUGHAFEN (NIX IST DA FREE), wie in der Werbung angetäuscht. Es geht uns nicht um die 7 Dollar sondern um die Dreistgkeit der irreführenden Werbung. Die booking com Punkte von 9.6 sind ein Witz...und vernutlich erschlichen, wie wir das in solchen Ländern oft erleben. " Bitte schreiben Sie und eine gute Bewertung.." es ist doch soo billig.) Gehen Sie in ein anderes Hotel und zahlen evtl 10 € mehr an der Hauptstrasse. Wir sind Dauer-Weltreisende waren mehrfach in SRI LANKA aber sowas haben wir noch nie erlebt.

This was a great place to stay after my late night arrival, they helped arrange a pick-up for me and it was great to be so close. I really liked that there were some minibar items for optional purchase which is very useful if you have come in off a late flight and cant go to dinner. Was very happy with the provided amenities including soaps, towels, tea and coffee and a really friendly host!

Honestly the owners here have thought of everything a traveler might need. Great little kitchen, lovely roof terrace where I spotted a couple of golden orioles as I chilled

We had a nice last night in colombo before our flight back home. While the room was on the smaller side, it was still very cozy and exeptionally clean, with lots of snack and a stocked fridge. The host were really nice and acommodating. While we were waiting for our flight we could watch the planes take of from the rooftop terrace.

Die sehr gute Bewertung täuscht leider etwas.. Direkte Lage am Airport Flugzeuge sehr sehr laut logischerweise. Entweder hat es reingeregnet oder die Klimaanlage ist ausgelaufen, Boden war sehr nass am morgen. Badezimmer ist die Treppe runter, nicht so komfortabel und Nachbarschaft ist ein bisschen sketchy.. Personal aufdringlich- wollte unbedingt ein review.

Super communicative and friendly host. Airport lift exactly on time despite at 3am! Huge apartment, spotlessly clean with great AC. All facilities needed and more! Fully stocked fridge with reasonable prices (water, snacks, beer). Even things like ear plugs, toothbrush. Rooftop to sit if you’d like. You are very close to the airport, which is perfect (10 mins) so there is aircraft noise but with the earplugs you don’t notice a thing. Amazing value and great hosts. Please note you need cash.

Not to blame the hotel. The place Katayanuke is not nice, horrible noisy main road, dangerous to cross, lagoon has not clean water and mosquitos.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, der Kühlschrank war super ausgestattet und das Bad hatte ebenfalls alle Dinge die man benötigt. Das beste ist natürlich die Lage aufgrund der Nähe zum Flughafen. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und gibt einem Tipps zu Restaurants oder Aktivitäten.

The perfect location near the airport. Full kitchen apartment share roof top garden and view. Antonio was on top of everything , thx for the quick response at late arrival, he packed me up at airport. Room was really clean and bathroom is very good big size. I thought it may be too noise due to closer to the airport, but when I landed war started , lots flights canceled. Sorry the world but lucky me! It is 5 mins walk to the train station , I took train to the north. Went to fish market bought some seafood and cooked in the kitchen, very convenient !

Clean, comfortable and well equipped apartment, it was everything we needed. Basic food and drinks are available, otherwise there’s a supermarket 5 minutes by foot away. The plane noise was not nearly as disturbing as we thought, also thanks to the kindly provided good quality earplugs. Airport transfer in the night was very smooth.

As it is a transit accommodation, some noise of arriving or departing guests is to be expected.

Super beliggenhed i forhold til transit til lufthavn. Kort gåafstand til restauranter. Virkelig god service og et meget meget hyggeligt 2 værelses hjem med eget køkken , et fyldt køleskab vi kunne købe fra, mulighed for at lave mad, kaffe og te. Meget rent og ordentligt på alle måder. En tag terasse vi sad og nød solnedgangen var et ekstra plus.

Unser Zimmer war außerordentlich sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Es standen kostenfreie Hygieneartikel sowie gegen Bezahlung auch weitere Pflegeprodukte zur Verfügung. Die Minibar mit verschiedenen Softdrinks / Bier / Käse / Marmelade und Snacks war ebenfalls bestens ausgestattet. Die Abholung vom Flughafen war gut organisiert und wir wurden direkt nach Ankunft per WhatsApp kontaktiert und abgeholt. Die Fahrt betrug nur wenige Minute. Da sich die Unterkunft in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Flughafen befindet, sollte man sich jedoch auf den recht lauten Flugverkehr einstellen.

Es war alles gut, wir haben das Appartement nur ein paar Stunden vor dem Flug genutzt. Daher kann ich nicht so viel dazu sagen. Alles war sehr sauber und die Menschen freundlich!

Die Wendeltreppe wäre für mich ein Grund, nicht länger zu bleiben. Wenn ich nachts zur Toilette muss, bin ich hellwach bis ich wieder oben im Bett bin ... Für ältere oder eingeschränkte Personen ein Hindernis,

Very helpful host. Airport Shuttle was very easy and helpful. Our host Kanishka gave us so much information about Sri Lanka and travelling throughout it. Also organised taxis for us. Air conditioning was on before we arrived and worked perfectly. Bed was very comfortable, pillows and doonas were delightful.

It was very convenient to spend my first night in Sri Lanka here, as I landed in the middle of the night. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need. If you’re hungry, the fridge is stocked, and you just pay at the end for what you ate or drank. Antonio is very caring and will give you the best tips, even after you leave his apartment. He even helped me arrange a private transfer to Sigiriya and visit Dambulla Temple on the way.

I don’t know if it’s common at Sri Lanka airport because I saw people waiting and a lot of car but I have waited 45 min. to get my private transfer and I was tired because I arrived at 3 am. It can be a bit noisy because of the planes, but luckily there are noise-canceling earplugs to help you sleep.

As our flight was arriving early in the morning it was the perfect stopover in the very well equiped Apartment. Antonio offers an airport transfer and can organsize a very beautifull excursion, first with a boat in the lagoon and to the monkeys and than to some very nice places in Negombo. Antonio is the perfect tourguide!

Ein wirklich tolles Apartment, bei dem das Preisleistungsverhältnis absolut top ist. Die Küche war vollausgestattet und es gab auch schon Lebensmittel und Getränke, die man benutzen konnte. Der Balkon war auch wirklich schön, vor allem weil man von da aus die Flugzeuge beim starten beobachten konnte, was wirklich beeindruckend war. Falls die Flugzeuge zu laut sind, standen kostenlos Oropax (Ohrstöpsel) zur Verfügung. Die Familie und Antonio sind sehr freundlich und kümmern sich sehr gut.

Antonio était adorable et a été très conciliant avec nos horaires d’arrivée et de départ ! Il est venu nous chercher à l’aéroport et nous a amené à la gare le lendemain ! Le logement est très proche de l’aéroport et très confortable. Antonio nous a également donné pleins de tips et bons plans pour la suite de notre aventure srilankaise, nous recommandons les yeux fermés ! Merci Antonio 🫶

Proprietor Kanishka went out of his way to assist me with my forthcoming travel plans for Sri Lanka. I was allocated a full apartment with balcony that was exquisitely equipped with everything you would need.

Some aircraft noise but that’s the price you pay for the proximity to the airport.

We had a wonderful experience at this accommodation near the airport. Antonio went above and beyond, he even picked us up from the airport at night, which was really helpful. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with AC and hot water. One of the nice touches was the availability of food and drinks inside the house, which made things very convenient. Antonio also arranged a transfer to another city at a reasonable price and even guided us along the journey, sharing helpful insights and recommendations.

After traveling for 400+ days this was the perfect place to end my trip before departing the airport around the corner. One of my favorite places to stay this entire trip. Whole apartment with washing machine, toaster, microwave, oven, ironing board etc. And English films in the tv to relax to and good a/c 😉 A home from home and a fully stocked fridge for your convenience arriving or leaving! I will return and family was great like all Sri Lankans I’ve met this month! 😋🙏
