Valentina und ihre Mitarbeiterin sind immer sehr, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt jeden morgen selbstgemachte Kuchen, man kann sich ein Glas Wein oder Sekt an den Pool bestellen und dazu gibt es unter anderm sehr, sehr leckere selbst eingelegte Oliven. Unser Zimmer war stets extrem sauber. Valentina gab uns mehrere Essensempfehlungen, die alle sehr gut waren.

We loved this place, wonderful staff, great breakfast, refreshing pool and nice views. Would highly recommend it for a few days in Orvieto!

Although the location is very convenient and close to town, it is not possible to walk into town on the busy road. But we found a great parking garage very close by in town . Also early arrivals must be prebooked for a fee. It is good to know this ahead of time.

The staff were absolutely wonderful! The property itself is beautiful, surrounded by olive groves, and gives you a real sense of staying in a small, authentic Italian home. It’s very thoughtfully designed and decorated, with so many lovely little touches throughout. If you’re a dog person, you’ll especially enjoy the three wonderful dogs on the property—they were such a nice bonus! Breakfast was simple but filling, and perfectly adequate to start the day. The property is in a safe, quiet and peaceful setting. There’s also a swimming pool which we didn’t get a chance to use, but it looked incredibly welcoming and well maintained. The owner was exceptionally helpful and introduced us to Ivano Cabs, who was always on time, honest, responsive and incredibly reliable. I would highly recommend both the property and Ivano Cabs. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, beautiful and authentic Italian experience. Just 5 minutes from the station and 10 minutes from the town!

One important thing to know: **there is no safe or easy way to walk to Orvieto town.** There are no footpaths or stairs, so you’re essentially walking along the main road. It’s also a steep uphill walk, especially challenging on a hot Italian day. We did it once and actually enjoyed the adventure, but walking back with a pizza was another story—with cars and scooters passing very close and at high speeds. There’s also no restaurant at the property, so you’ll need to get into Orvieto for lunch and dinner. Public transportation isn’t available, and Uber/Freenow don’t operate in the area, so taxis are really the only option. Wi-Fi and mobile coverage are also limited. The free Wi-Fi works reasonably well in the common areas but is weak in the rooms. **That said, we still highly recommend the property.** We simply wish we had read the reviews more carefully and rented a car. The surrounding area is beautiful and absolutely worth exploring by car. The property connected us with an excellent local taxi service, which made getting around easy, although it did add to the overall cost. We would have give the property a 10/10 except for these issues.

Agriturismo Podere Pescara è un angolo di paradiso a 5 minuti di auto dal centro di Orvieto. Siamo stati molto bene: eravamo in tre e abbiamo beneficiato praticamente di un mini appartamento con bagno e due ampie camere. Tutto molto pulito e confortevole. La piscina magnifica immersa fra gli ulivi. Colazione ottima. Possibilità di parcheggiare all’interno della struttura. La sig.ra Valentina e il personale davvero gentili. Ho apprezzato molto che la struttura sia pet friendly. Se decidete di fare un salto ad Orvieto consiglio questa struttura.

Siamo stati accolti in questo podere fuori tempo massimo di check in. La colazione era ottima, c’era molta scelta di dolci e anche qualcosa di salato. Tutto fresco e di ottima qualità. La camera era molto grande con accesso diretto sul giardino. Il personale è stato molto gentile. La piscina non grandissima ma è stata molto utile nelle caldissime giornate di agosto.

Non è comodissima la posizione, per andare a piedi a Orvieto sono circa mezz’ora di cammino.

The host was very friendly but not very helpful / forthcoming and informative with places to go and see- and places to eat -not sure if it was a language barrier? Breakfast was disappointing . There was a pool but it was unappealing .

La piscine est très petite, surtout quand il y a des enfants

L’accueil était parfait, et la demeure correspondait à nos attentes, par ces chaleurs la piscine nous a permis de bien se détendre. Les équipements sont de qualités, et la salle du petit déjeuner nous a permis de passer un moment très agréable. Le petit déjeuner propose un choix varié sucré ou salé. La dame de service était du gentillesse remarquable.

Lo staff è stato gentilissimo e super premuroso, la location è stupenda e la piscina, seppur piccola, è sicuramente un plus. Anche la colazione è buona e c'è abbastanza scelta.

Ci sono un po' di imperfezioni a livello di pulizia (nulla di grave)

Nothing but we didn't have our own transport so we needed a taxi (expensive) to get there from Orvieto. If you have a car, it's perfect!

Lovely decor, Good location, short drive to Orvieto city, lovely countryside views and nice to have a small pool to get into to cool down.

Owner’s daughter(?) had friends over for the weekend so it felt like we were crashing someone’s pool party and didn’t really felt like a place to relax. They were smoking and drinking in the pool which I didn’t appreciate. By no means they were rude to us or anything, but I just don’t think it’s ok to charge people quite a lot of money, but treat it as your own party grounds. Totally personal choice, but I found mattress way too soft and I wasn’t able to sleep at all for two nights.

Très joli endroit pour découvrir Orvieto. Confortable, à cinq minutes en voiture du centre historique. Petite piscine très agréable pour un moment de farniente. Bon petit déjeuner. Calme.

Lage rund um den Pool könnte aufgeräumter sein oder Auflagen für Sonnenliegen bereit liegen. Bereich vor der Wohnung (kleine Terrasse) war nicht so einladend. Auflagen für Sessel fehlten. Wenig Ablageflächen für Wäsche im Zimmer, im Schrank kann man eigentlich nur Sachen aushängen.

Agriturismo Podere Pescara is a beautiful country house on the outskirts of Orvieto. It's set in lovely gardens with different areas to sit. There is an outdoor eating area where you can eat a picnic in the evening when the restaurant is closed. There's also a small pool which must be lovely in the hotter weather. The bedroom had the character of an old house. The communal areas of the house are very nice, the breakfast room being in a conservatory overlooking the gardens. The breakfast was amazing, there was so much choice. Please be aware, as other reviews have mentioned, that this property is not easily accessible on foot. For perspective, we were walking Coast to Coast and we did walk directly to and from the house (as we did everywhere we stayed on route), but the road is busy with no pavements so it would not be comfortable for everyone to walk. Valentina was a very helpful and attentive host, Thank you for a lovely place to stay to explore Orvietto.

Ruhige Lage im Olivenhain, freundlicher Empfang Frühstück gut

Die Besitzerin mit ihrer Aufmerksamkeit hatte ihre Hunde im Zaum. Das Frühstück hatte eine breitere gute Auswahl. Die Lage ist bezaubernd und in fahrbarer Nähe zur Altstadt mit seinem schönen Dom.

Muffiger Geruch. Da muss sich was tun. Nachts haben irgendwelche Vögel dauergezwitschert. Man konnte quasi nicht bei offenem Fenster schlafen. Die Autobahn sowie die Bahnstrecke sind wahrnehmbarer als man erwartet hätte. Zudem sehr hellhörige unisolierte Türen. Jeder spätankommende Gast war somit ein ungelegener Weckdienst.

The bed were excellent, the garden was full of fruit tree, the pool was perfect, the breakfast was amazing and the whole place was unique and felt special.

You could walk around the whole property. Look at the beautiful trees. Walk the olive orchard. Every corner of the property was a treasure!

La struttura è veramente bella e accogliente, d’atmosfera. La posizione, in campagna ma a pochi minuti di macchina dal centro storico, permette una bella immersione nella natura. Molto apprezzato il parcheggio privato, gratuito. Rapporto qualità/prezzo adeguato. Penso che ci tornerei.

Emplacement très pratique, au calme et très proche pour se rendre en ville en auto. La maison est décorée avec goût ,très agréable., avec une belle terrasse couverte vitrée pour le petit-déjeuner (varié et très bon) et le jardin est très fleuri et agréable. Tout est bien pensé dans cette belle demeure. avec parking privé. Et Orvieto est une ville splendide, nous espérons y revenir !

Seulement une petite remarque : il y avait un mini-réfrigérateur dans la chambre mais sans freezer pour congeler nos blocs pour notre glacière. Nous ne sommes restés qu'une nuit hélas et malheureusement nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion de revoir et d'échanger avec notre hôtesse.
