Tama Homestay

Muy bien ubicado, cerca del centro. Tranquilo, muy poco ruido. El personal muy atento y amable. Habitación y baño muy limpios.

Location and WiFi are really good. Also the price very good. The staff were kind and responsive/ available. Also its central location allows you to walk easily everywhere in the centre.

The smell in the toilet. Not too strong but that smell of “humidity/wet towels” . Although it didn’t really affect my stay.

It’s very simple, but the bedroom has the necessities. AC, firm bed. The property is truly gorgeous and is classic Ubud style.

The bathroom was not clean and very stuffy/humid due to lack of ventilation. The shower stones had lots of hair on them (no telling what’s underneath them), and there was even a weed growing out of them. The sink area had a layer of buildup and at one point in the middle of the night had a huge cockroach coming out from the back. The other thing that really didn’t sit right was the multiple caged birds on the property. Live animals should not be used as decoration.

First time staying here and just for one night , but I will definitely come back and hope to stay longer. Location is great. Staff very kind and available, lovely dog Lucas . Great shower (hot water and water pressure), and comfortable bed.

Nothing to say.

The staff, the location , the room

Nothing

A localização é excelente. Como eu queria estar perto do YogaBarn, facilitou minha vida. Ia a pé. Aliás, dá pra fazer quase tudo a pé. A cama é confortável, o chuveiro bom.

Loved the location, room and environment. The local pets are a plus to meet

I love everything here 🥰

I love the design here. It’s practical, modern, and beautiful.

Very friendly and responsive homestay

Very traditional and super well located (in the heart of Ubud) I did everything by walking from there. Very cute and clean !

The house is lovely, everything is clean, super good located and is a wonderful experience to stay in the family house. The staff are extremely helpful and very, very nice people!

We love it, comfy bed and very clean

Staff sempre molto cordiale e attento

Nulla

Great location, clean, very cozy

It was a bit difficult to find it first time

Very nice room, hosted by very kind staff. Clean, good location, good value for money

Everything was great

The room was clean and in a good condition. Location is close to prominent landmark and Coco supermarket is just walkable. The host was present to help regarding any query They also arranged scooter for us

Cute little homestay. Very quiet, away from the main street but close enough to walk to all restaurants and attractions. Room was clean and had everything we needed for our 1 night stay. Provide water for refill. Owner was very friendly.

Camera molto stilosa e pulita . Consigliato soggiornare qui . Personale gentile 🙏🏼 thanks

skvělá dostupnost, čisté a pohodlné

Confortable, jolie maison typique balinaise.

Traditional Ubud building

The biggest advantage is the location. The guesthouse is right in the center of Ubud, and everything is within walking distance: shops, restaurants and cafés. At the same time it is located away from the main road, so it’s very quiet and peaceful. The territory is small but very beautiful and full of greenery. The room was clean and tidy, with daily housekeeping. There is also a water dispenser, kettle and hair dryer. The staff are very kind, friendly and always ready to help. You can even order a massage to your room. There are also a few cute dogs on the property which makes the place feel very cozy.

The only thing I personally missed was a refrigerator and no place for cooking, which would make the stay more comfortable. Also there is no parking directly at the property, so you need to walk a little to reach it.

I liked the interior and the owner and the staff were really friendly. The internet was perfect and the water really hot. I liked that there is refilled water which is really convinient. Also, the location is very central and depending on your preference for restaurants there are plenty as well as supermarket closeby.

Nothing just there were ants sometimes which i think for Ubud is everywhere.

Room was neat and clean with cleaning service available everyday. The host was very friendly, polite and helpful. Room is in the major area with in close proximity to most of the shops and restaurants and as it is inside a lane from the main road so Very quite. I would like to stay again in this room.

An incredibly beautiful place in the very center of Ubud, yet quiet. It felt like living in a fairytale house. Everything was clean, comfortable, and convenient. We'll always stay here from now on.

We had a lovely stay at Tama Homestay and felt very welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, providing everything we needed. The homestay itself had a relaxed, peaceful atmosphere and felt like a real home rather than tourist accommodation. The location was convenient for getting around and exploring the area, while still being quiet at night. Overall, Tama Homestay offers great value and a warm, personal experience, and we would happily stay again

No fridge or tv in the room which actually worked out quite well as I we got to talk more about our wonderful time in Ubud

Me pareció subrealista. No volveré.

Everything was perfect. The room was clean and comfy. Great shower. Nice quiet terrace. The family was lovely and kind. This is my second time staying here and I look forward to retuning my

Everything was perfect.

An affordable place in a great location. Clean and good quality room, beautiful house.

The location was perfect! It was just at the back of one of the busiest streets around Ubud, so alot quieter than staying on the street. It was an easy walk to shops and cafes. The host was so lovely and welcoming & I felt very comfortable & safe. The room was just perfect for me as a soul traveller for the night before my retreat. I would certainly consider staying here again and or recommending this place for friends

It was difficult to find at first, but then you realise there is no car access. It has a narrow alley way and is then only bike access. But it's not that I didn't like it, just difficult to locate. The bed was alittle hard for me, but I had a good sleep regardless

Property was very pretty and clean. Owners very attentive and felt safe. In a good location close to everywhere needed when staying in Ubud.

Property was very hard to find, owner had to come collect us as no accurate on maps but apart from that no issues.

Is a really comfy place, located in a small street next to a main one, so there is zero noisy.

The room could have a small fridge to keep some drinks cold because is pretty hot all the time. There some ants that walk under the door and sometimes got in the bed, but is not a big deal at all.

We love it! If we are going back to Ubud, will definitely book here again. It’s home away from home. Located in Ubud center and near restaurants and warungs. Very peaceful and homey. The owner is very accommodating and responsive in Whatsapp. Their family dog is also very cute and friendly. She will guide you to your room :) They also offer laundry which is a total plus! 20/10 is the rating :)

Nothing! Though if you want to take a shower without your hair getting wet, better prepare a shower cap. The shower head is fixed but they have hot and cold water :)

Struttura curata e tipica balinese

Ubud Palace, Monkey Forest raggiungibili a piedi. Servizio lavanderia a costi contenutissimi.

Was a nice place, close to a main street with many options to eat, but you can't listen anything from the traffic. The staff was real nice, the room was clean and the bed enough comfy.

Are ants around the door, and sometimes got inside of the room, it wasn't a big problem, but could be annoy sometimes.

Very clean and calm place, lovely family

Bellissima stanza in ambiente familiare.

The room was super spacious and had everything I needed — same with the bathroom and the outdoor area. The staff were all incredibly kind and helpful, always with a smile on their faces. The location is also really central but still nice and quiet, away from traffic noise. Loved it!

Nothing to complain about it!

Great little room that's quiet and in the middle of Ubud.

Wish there was a standard shower head vs the rain shower but didn't impact my stay.

Very nice stay with great hosts. Bonus for the cute sweet dog :)

I have stayed at quite a few home stays on my trip, whilst the others were good this was the best by far!! Basic but great room including fabulous bathroom. Beautiful residential property with all of the cultural charm. Simple registration, no fuss, contact by WhatsApp made easy, host was more than accommodating. Very close to the centre of Ubud (walking distance) great place, highly recommended & only two rooms so book quickly! Excellent value for the price I paid, check it out guys.

Whilst there was no tv, and no facilities to make any coffee or tea this to me was not a deal breaker, although I don’t think it would break the bank for the host to provide this facility moving forward and a slight increase on the nightly rate would not be missed. Don’t let these two items stop you from booking guys, great place to stay. 🙏

Good value for money

It wasn't that clean, but for that price i think it was ok!

The location is perfect 👌 in the center of Ubud. But very calm. In the traditional house so beautiful! Magical. The staff is veryyy kind. Cute view. Cute furniture

The bed was little bit hard. The room maybe to tiny to stay longtime (I stayed 1 week almost) There is not a lot of place to put the staff on. Especially in the bathroom. The sink evacuate water very slowly. But its only a little points nothing really important. My stay was awesome 👌

I especially liked the location away from the street (but very central), because in the morning you could hear birds singing, not traffic. The people who run the facility were incredibly helpful and kind. The architecture of the facility, the atmospheric street and the very nice dog Roxy are a huge plus. I stayed quite long (12 nights) and loved everything about Tama Homestay.

This is an absolute gem of a spot to stay if you're in Ubud. Conveniently located on a quiet street off from one of Ubud's main streets. It is a short walk to cafes, restaurants, massages and shops. The rooms are basic but have a lovely simple design - it looks as it does in the images. Best of all is the sweet as pie dog Roxy who is always ready for strokes and requires lots of attention. There are only two rooms at this homestay which makes it even more special.

Amazing Hindu vibes, great palce to take some rest in silence and peace. Beautiful room with a clean private bathroom. Friendly staff. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel!

There were not too many amenities (water, coffee, breakfast); otherwise all good

Pictures are exactly as the reality Room is very nice and modern and the location great and quiet (not main street) Good price

The hosts are really sweet and make you feel like home. The location is not too far from center and can easily be walked in 10-15 min. The room was also really nice.

Nothing

The loveliest homestay! The area is great, and since it’s located on a side street, it’s very quiet both during the day and at night. The owner family is also super nice and offers a great laundry service. I’d happily come back — the room and bathroom are also beautifully designed.

Much more than expected!

Stunning room, brand new, clean and cosy.

No water available to drink

Very beautiful place. Quiet, but at the same time close to Main Street with a lot of restaurants and shops. Beautiful and clean room.

The location was great, off a central street in Ubud

The room felt a bit cramped and the lighting was quite dim, we had to keep the bathroom light on if we wanted the room to feel properly lit. The communication with the hosts was a bit odd, we were asked if we 'needed' the room to be cleaned rather than cleaning each day which we would expect and on one of the days it wasn't cleaned at all. We completely understand that small offerings are left around the grounds, particularly during Ramadan which is lovely to see but one day a lone biscuit was placed on the floor almost directly outside our door (and not near any other doors) which attracted so many ants that we were worried they would come into our room. Also we have not yet experienced a room where there is no kettle or any tea and coffee making facilities which adds a homely touch so this was disappointing especially as the breakfast is much more expensive than other places at 100k per person.
