Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Perfect location — very central and easy to get around from, with restaurants, shops, sights, and transit all close by. The check-in process was simple and smooth, and the apartment itself was great: spacious, comfortable, and well-suited for our stay. The hosts were also excellent and very responsive, quickly helping with any questions or small issues that came up. Overall, a very convenient and comfortable stay, and we’d happily recommend it.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026We are a family of five adults. We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect; walking distance from major attractions. Safe and relatively quiet. The AC was functioning very well. Few minutes walk from restaurants and shops. Honestly nothing negative to say. It felt like our home.

Decepcionante.

If you arrive early there is little chance of early check in, which is fair - just make sure to leave your luggage to the 'from Madrid with love' souvenir shop a stones throw from apt , for a storage fee 6 euro - there are a few of these shops around so just make sure it is the correct one as some do not store luggage.

Entrance to the building is dirty (garbage by the gate) and not suitable for strollers. Elevator is small, slow and needs time to be called. AC of one of the bedrooms was not cooling. We were ignored by host as their initial reply when we raised it “Sorry for the disturbance, however our previous guest never told us obout any inconvenience on th AC. A member of our maintenance team can stop by when you´r present, just let us know.” It was not until 3rd day that they sent someone to fix it. Maintenance arrived with no notice or agreed time. I told them to look at the outdoor unit and host said maintenance need to check indoor unit. I came back to the apartment and by the time I arrived host said they are working on outdoor unit and no need to enter the apartment! After fixing AC it was barely blowing cool air. And we had to accept as there was no hope of getting better outcome. Booking.com is difficult to reach so no help there either. Toilet seat in one bathroom was not fixed properly so kept moving. Door to one apartment needs a bit of force to close. Communication with host was challenging.
