Effettivamente un ostello evoluto, a livello di qualche ostello del nord europa. Estremamente pulito. Tutto nuovo. Ambiente da co-working. Consiglio sicuramente

Se si noleggiano gli asciugamani (cosa quasi automatica) viene chiesta una cauzione di 10 euro che nel caso uno debba fare il check out prima delle 8 del mattino, ora non prima della quale, dopo le 23, ritirano gli asciugamani, la cauzione viene persa. Non ci sono bidet e in un posto che vuole essere all’avanguardia questo è uno scempio.

Great hostel, safe, the beds were comfortable, everything was really clean and the location is great, close to the bus station and close to the city centre, I enjoyed it. Late check in was also available so that is a big plus if you arrive late at night.

The location from the bus stop was a very easy walk. Was also a very easy walk to the main area of the old Venetian harbour. Air conditioning was put on for our arrival- a greatly appreciated touch of hospitality!!

The shared bathroom had sand through it from other guests not washing after the beach

Very comfortable, good showers, decent kitchen and common room. Love that they have large drawers for your belongings rather than vertical lockers

I was meeting up with essentially a stranger and without telling me anything, the hotel let him change my room so that I was in his room because he told them I was his girlfriend. They didn't even message me to tell me that they had changed my room or anything, I just found out a few hours before I arrived and when I messaged them to change it back they didn't respond on booking.com. The guy also wouldn't do anything on the day I arrived so I had to spend the first night with him and it was a very stressful first night. Luckily the receptionist the next day was able to change me to a different room, but it was quite poorly handled because she and another receptionist still answered his questions and told him information about me and my booking without me being present. This was a very bad example for women's safety and I'm quite lucky that the person I was meeting didn't have bad intentions.

Todo o ambiente físico é ótimo. Bastante espaço para relaxar. Duas cozinhas, muito útil. Está próximo do centro festivo e da rodoviária. Em frente tem supermercado e lavanderia. E na esquina uma padaria. O acesso e saída do hostel, 24 hs, com cartão automático, é excelente.

Fiquei num quarto de 4 camas. Infelizmente os outros 3, não tinham empatia e educação para dividir uma habitação. Faziam concorrência para ver quem perturbava mais. Sendo q prejudicavam a todos. Teve um q colocava um despertado com som alto de sino de igreja. Saia do quarta e deixava o celular despertando a cada meia hora. Um cara assim devia ser preso.

L'ostello é pulito, si può chiudere a chiave il Locker sotto al letto che é molto capiente ed anche la stanza può essere chiusa a chiave, ampi spazi in comune molto tranquilli

If you are in a mixed dorm, with six people you don't know it's a bit tricky, some people want to close the windows during night, and others want very cold temperature AC.

Sve je bilo, cisto, uredno, mirisno, Osoblje je bilo ljubazno i primili su nas jako kasno u noc.

L'auberge est super sympa et bien située, propre. La petite piscine est un plus.

C'est peut être un détail mais rien pour suspendre ses affaires dans les douches, et il n'y a pas non plus de rideau pour chaque lit, c'est dommage.

The hostel was beautiful, with a pool and new, clean facilities. I really liked has close it was to the Old Town and how easy it was to access public transport.

Facilities were clean and staff were very friendly. It is a short walk to the train station.

I wasn't able to get my 10 Euro towel deposit because I had to leave for the airport before 8:00 am and needed the towel in the morning.

Yövyin täällä jo toista kertaa, sijainti aivan loistava. Hostelli siisti, mukavat sängyt ja whatsapp-ryhmä ihan 10+ yhteisten aktiviteettien sopimiseen. Keittiöitä 3 kpl, kaikki siistejä ja hyvin varusteltuja.

Suihkuissa ei ollut minkäänlaisia koukkuja tavaroiden ja vaatteiden ripustamiseen. Seuraava ei sinänsä hostellin syytä, mutta viereisessä huoneessa yöpyi samaan aikaan joukko teini-ikäisiä (joukkue?). He huusivat ja pitivät meteliä yömyöhään käytävällä ja valtasivat suihkutilojen altaat aina laittautuakseen. Muuten en keksi huonoa ☺️

Ostello migliore in assoluto di Chania tante aree social tre cucine tutto pulito stanze e letti ok. Posizione ottima. Ottimo il sistema magnetico di entrata in camera e per apertura contenitore sotto i letti.

Stanze con pochi spazi per mettere qualcosa. Nella struttura nuova che è quella dopo la piscina problema risolto e tutto perfetto nella parte vicino alla reception e nelle stanze adiacenti la piscina c'è questo problema ma cominque niente di grave.

Sem nada a referir. Muito bom.

The staff was very nice and answered all of my questions. The location was great and made it easy to walk to many different attractions. The kitchen was nice and had a fridge to store food you could buy from a variety of nearby supermarkets.

I had the private double room which was clean and comfortable, the only thing I didn’t appreciate was that there was only a little bench and no cupboards/wardrobe of any kind to put our belongings. However, it was a minor inconveniente and my experience was absolutely positive!

The bathroom was very clean and well presented. It was great to have hair dryers. The lockable drawer under the bed is a good idea. The bed and pillow were comfortable. The clothes hooks on the bed were helpful. Also, the changing port on the bed. It was a great set up.

Check in was easy. Staff are friendly and helpful. There is a WhatsApp group chat for everyone staying in the hostel so my experience was social. Female room with 6 beds and a ensuite was clean and very spacious making my stay comfortable

One of the best hostels I've stayed in and after almost 3 weeks of being there I only regret not staying for more. So many things to love about: - Cleaning: as I was working and the first couple of days I spent quite a lot of time in the hostel, I was a bit surprised (in a very good way) at first with often is cleaned (seemed almost constant at some point) - Location is great (easy to find, easy to reach both from main bus station as well as the center where you have so many local buses, close enough to the Old Venezian Port, but in a quiet zone - Amenities: the pool is small, but it still came in handy and it was never crowded). The dedicated coworking room was a blessing and not to mention the super fast WiFi (I think it's the first time in years when I can actually rely on the WiFi of the accommodation to do proper work) - Beds were super comfortable and room sizes and lockers are quite decent (never felt we were too many people for the room) - Excursions and info wall as well as the communication was really good, plenty of good tips on how to take advantage of what Chania and Crete has to offer - Social: met quite a lot of interesting people, but of course it's also easy to be private if you don't want to join others (I think it has the perfect balance with plenty of areas depending on how social you feel)

Just two things are missing: - the beds in my room didn't had the privacy curtains (of course you can improvise with a bedsheet or towel), not really the end of the world - in the showers would be nice to have some kind of hanger to put at least the towel (or even clothes) when you shower In other big regret is not staying even more than the original couple of weeks :((

A localização é muito muito boa, o hotel é novo, super equipado e confortável. As cozinhas são excelentes e achei muito prático poder reservar os passeios direto com a recepção.

Roommates wouldn’t keep quiet and made noise at any hour but this is not a technical or tactical issue from the staff or manager!

Excelente opção para Women Solo travelers ( de qualquer idade). O quarto limpo, banheiro limpo e bem equipado. Quarto com ar condicionando. Cozinha compartilhada equipada com dois lava louças, dois fogões elétricos, duas geladeiras para guardar os mantimentos. O hostel é excelente, tanto na área privativa, quanto na área compatilhada. Fica próximo a estação de ônibus e o hostel também oferece ajuda com os passeios, fiz o hikking de Samaria Gorge e recomendo. Em relação ao quarto, a cama não tem cortina ( essa é a única falha), então eu aconselho a levar uma máscara para dormir.

Tudo excelente. Apenas acho que poderiam instalar a cortina de privacidade nas camas. Com exceção disso, não há do que reclamar. Hostel excelente para mulheres que viajam sozinhas

We booked a room for two with private bathroom. The room was nice and clean, with everything you need. There are also a nice outdoor and communal area.

Theres nothing to dislike, only opportunities to evolve. Maybe hostel could have the option to borrow more umbrellas or other equipment for sea like sup boards (?) Also some more equipment in kitchen would be nice + oven for baking :*

Tudo! Um Hostel completo com tudo que é preciso, a piscina é uma comodidade e um extra muito bom que faz com que o Hostel ainda tenha mais valor para um viajante! Adorei a facilidade de comunicação e interação com as pessoas do Hostel, existe um grupo no Whatsapp em que é possível que toda a gente comunique mais facilmente e onde também são anunciados avisos sobre o próprio Hostel e também sobre possíveis Tours a fazer pela ilha!

Eu e Minha Irmã tivemos uma semana excelente. Tudo era perto e isso facilitou muito nossos passeios pelas praias e nossas noites pela cidade. Super mercado super perto. O hostel é super limpo e as tias da limpeza são muito amáveis. O sistema é todo bem organizado, tem mais de duas cozinhas, o que facilita para que todos possam sempre cozinhar. Foi tudo agradável e eu e minha irmã saímos muito satisfeitas.

The hostel is really clean, well organized with a lot of well thought out common spaces , lounges patios and cowork space. There are three (I think) separate buildings each with a well equipped kitchen and a few entrances so you don't feel it is crowded. The pool is a nice touch for a quick dip to refresh. You get two sheets, a pillow and a blanket which a are stored in the locker under the bed. Honestly this is much much better then many hotels I have been to. Furnished and designed by a professional. I stayed at a mixed eight-bed dorm and ppl were quiet and respected the rules. The room overlooked the patio so no noise from the outside and the air-conditioning was on so it was pleasant and I could really rest. The building I was in also had an elevator. The toilets and showers are new, clean close to the room. The location is perfect - 5 min to the bus station and a few minutes from bakeries and cafes. The old town is a few streets away.

Very comfortable beds, very nice people at the front desk, beautiful social area and kitchen area and I loved the location of the hostel, just 4mins from the bus station. Overall very nice hostel!

I would appreciate some bed curtains in a mix room to have more privacy and it would be great if the reception was operating nonstop, it would be easier to check in/out anytime :) Otherwise I liked it here very much and I would definitely recommend it to everyone :)

Piaciuto tutto ostello migliore in assoluto dei molti visitati. Mare a 10 minuti, centro a 4 minuti e stazione dei bus a 2 minuti. Letti comodi stanze nuove e pulitissime tre cucine bagni pulitissimi. Stato nell'ultima palazzina la più recente ancora meglio delle altre 2. Stanze un po' più grande e più spazio per mettere le cose. Top.

Posizione centralissima a due passi dalla stazione degli autobus. Ottimo livello di pulizia, nonostante ci fosse molta gente il personale addetto puliva pressoché tutta la giornata. Ottimi gli asciugamani a noleggio (3€/settimana). Ottimo anche il sistema degli armadietti e della porta della stanza, entrambi apribili tramite badge. Wi-Fi veloce.

Peccato per gli ospiti non sempre educati (quelli che sbattono le porte degli armadietti alle 7 di mattina perché devono prepararsi per uscire mentre tu stai dormendo o che impostano il climatizzatore a 20º). Oltre a questo, sarebbero utili delle tendine per coprire i letti dalla luce del mattino (non ci sono tapparelle ma solo una tendina scorrevole).

Je été trop fatiguée et je ne pouvais faire le check in qua 15h00 et la dame à la réception n'était pas sympa.

L'auberge est très bien située près du port , des plages, et des bus. Le lit était très confortable et la propreté irréprochable. Les espaces communs sont spacieux, propices à la détente et aux discussions. La cuisine est très pratique. L'endroit est très calme. L'accueil est efficace et sympathique pour toute demande. J'ai passé un très bon séjour.

Un rideau pour chaque lit serait un plus non négligeable.

Overall facilities and Staff.

We were in room 50 and 30. Room 50 was better and the bathrooms upstairs were better and it was quiet. Room 30 was noisy, people around were so loud and you could hear everything. Bathrooms at room 30 didnt have basic things like hangers for clothes in the shower.

Ήταν ένα καθαρό κατάλυμα και σχετικά οικονομικό μέσα στο κέντρο της πόλης μου άρεσε που ήταν πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο της πόλης και σε καλή τιμή

Δε μου αρέσει που κάποιοι από το προσωπικό δε μιλούσαν ελληνικά για να συνεννοηθούμε με μία αμεσότητα και δυσκολευόμασταν στην επικοινωνία

Abbiamo deciso di soggiornare nella medesima struttura per ben due volte, all'inizio e alla fine del nostro viaggio. Posizione davvero fantastica, al centro di Chania. Il personale è cordiale e disponibile. Struttura grande, fornita e pulita. Ricca di servizi, compresa una piscina esterna molto ordinata.

Il parcheggio non è presente, ma se ne possono trovare nelle vie vicino anche gratuiti.

100 metrów do marketu i do piekarni z pysznymi kanapkami. 5 minut do dworca autobusowego, 10minut spaceru na starówkę i do portu weneckiego. Pokoje codziennie sprzątane. Duży balkon z suszarkami. Mimo wymeldowania mogliśmy jeszcze kilka godzin korzystać ze strefy wspólnej hostelu. Przechowalnia, kuchnia, toalety, patio z basenem.

Pokój mikro. Drzwi się w pełni nie otwierały, bo już zawadzały o łóżko. Pokój przy ruchliwej ulicy.

Το hostel ήταν καταπληκτικό , όλα πολύ προσεγμένα στην λεπτομέρεια ,πολύ καθαρό , οργανωμένο , ήταν μια ευχάριστη έκπληξη για εμάς και σίγουρα το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα

Équipements, piscine, localisation, ambiance quadi feutrée, lieux de convivialité. Tout est fait pour nous assurer de passer d'agréables vacances.

Personnel réactif et si besoin aidant, mais un peu trop sur la réserve. Un sourire et une salutation seraient les bienvenus.

Muito confortável e limpo. Eu fiquei apenas 1 dia... mas foi uma ótima noite de sono e descanso depois de um dia inteiro turístico Chania. Vale muito a pena este hostel.

Valor sa diária é alta, poderia ser menos. Eu fiqueinem quarto compartilhado e misto. Minha cama era a de cima .... mas nao tinha cortina para ter privacidade e para a luz do quarto.

This was the best hostel I've ever stayed in. It is super clean, they are cleaning all the time, the beds were very comfortable, great rules for the facility to make everyone stay enjoyable. Super close to a grocery store, great excursions, close to everything. I absolutely love my stay there!

This is so minor, but if the storage under the bunks were switched in the room of four, it would be more functional. If the storage locker under the ladder for the top bunk was for the top bunk, then you wouldn't be in each other's way all the time. However, we worked it out.

Παρόλο που είμαι μεγάλος (60) για hostel ΣΥΓΧΑΡΗΤΗΡΙΑ ήταν όλα όπως τα γράφετε και ακόμη καλύτερα Υπερβολικά καθαρό Οργανωμένο με πολλές παροχές Μπράβο σας !!!🙌

Very convenient location and nice clean hostel.

We arrived very late in the evening and had to disturb other guests when putting on the sheets to the bed. It would have been nice that they were ready when we arrive for a quick and quiet arrival for other guests.
