El edificio está muy bien ubicado y a pesar de estar cerca a buenos lugares, no se siente mucho ruido exterior en el apartamento. El apartamento está impecablemente decorado, todo de muy buen gusto, la cocina bien equipada, se tiene todo para una excelente estadía.

En el baño de la alcoba del primer piso las tuberías hacen un ruido ensordesedor cuando se abre cualquier llave o se sueltan los sanitarios del segundo piso por lo que el descanso para las personas que estén en la primera planta puede ser bastante complicado. Las escaleras en caracol para subir a las habitaciones de la segunda planta son bastante estrechas y empinadas por lo que si se va con niños pequeños o con adultos mayores puede ser complicado.

Es mucho mas lindo y amplio que lo que reflejan las fotos. Muy lindo y cómodo apartamento, con todo lo necesario para una optima estadía.

Ubicación, el apartamento estaba muy bien, la recepcionista la señora Gloria excelente muy atenta y querida, el apartamento estaba muy bien dotado, no hacía falta nada de la cocina y era muy cómodo y con espacio suficiente. cada cuarto con su baño y un baño adicional en las areas sociales.

que se escuchaba algo de ruido del apartamento del lado y los carros que pasaban en las noches. No permiten ni una sola persona aparte del cupo del apartamento. Supongo que la regla está por una buena razón pero en nuestro caso una pareja de amigos iban a acompañarnos a hacer la rutina de sueño de nuestro bebé para dejarlo con la Nana y les tocó esperar afuera en un restaurante cercano porque no pudieron pasar esos 20-30 mins por el aforo.

Great location and apartments. Super safe. Felt like entering Fort Knox every time I walked in and out. Walking distance to everything in Provenza while still being far from noise and craziness.

I didn’t like the Spot Apartments because my dad and little brothers weren’t allowed to come in. The main reason I traveled to Medellín was to spend time with my family, so it was really disappointing that they couldn’t even visit me in the apartment, not even for a few minutes. They also required physical birth certificates. My dad provided digital copies, but that wasn’t considered enough. This was frustrating, because with my dad’s documents and mine, it’s clear that we are related, and that my brothers are part of the same family.

The company has shady business practices it’s not a hotel so it does not honor check-ins. Upon submitting documents and paying for check in and getting the code they denied entry and threaten to call the authorities for no reason. Had to call my credit card and get a refund. DO NOT STAY HERE they are renting apartments illegally

Regole troppo rigide,posto adatto per famiglie,coppie e pensionati,sconsigliato per persone che vogliono divertirsi,la vacanza è sinonimo di relax e spensieratezza,purtroppo la politica dell'edificio si avvicina di più a una caserma militare che ad un hotel per vacanza.

No pudimos usar el TV. Y a veces el ruido de afuera se escuchaba.

La ultima noche muchisimo ruido dentro del edificio, por fiesta en otro apartamento, alquilado por extranjeros. La porteria no logro controlar el desorden.

El lugar es céntrico para los lugares a su alrededor.

Yo solicité un apartamento de tres habitaciones y me dieron de dos habitaciones. Y no me facilitaron nada para poder dormir, tuve que dormir en el sofá que bastante incómodo era.

La ubicacion del edificio es perfecta, el apartamento muy lindo y comodo, el personal de seguridad 24 horas fue muy amable.

El check in es a las 3PM y el check out a las 11AM cosa q me parecio mal, y la unica cosa q no me gusto es q fue un poco ruidoso por los pisos superiores.

La ubicación insuperable. Super cerca de todo pero sin el ruido que normalmente se siente en esos alrededores.

This is a nice building that is well located, and well cared for in a safe and smart part of town. Everything was perfect and in order. It's exactly how it appears in the pictures. The place is very clean and well stocked with enough pots, pans, paper towels, plates, cutlery, utensils, even cleaning supplies and equipment. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay.. towels, bodywash, shampoo etc. There's a supermarket a few steps away from the property, and lots of places to eat nearby. The italian restaurant next door is very good, and serves really great pizzas. There's also an excellent gelato shop across the road with very reasonable prices. It's just a few minutes walk to where all the action is if you're interested in nightlife, but far enough away so that you don't hear the nighttime noise. The staff at the Spot front desk were very polite and very helpful. You can leave your suitcases with them if you're too early to check in. It's a great place to stay. I would definitely come back here again.

No Dishwasher

The building is in a very good location, close to everything and safe. The staff is super friendly and the door is monitored which makes you feel safe. The rooms are spacious and very nice and comfortable.

There isn't daily cleaning of the rooms which for the price, is frankly a bit surprising. Additionally, the pillows in my bed were a little mangled and the cover kept coming off. The bathroom in my room had issues with the top of the counter separating from the rest of the unit and the water spout was always leaky.

One of the best apartments I've ever stayed at when traveling. Incredibly comfortable, modern, and most importantly, safe. The location is the prime spot in Medellín especially if you like bar scenes and good food. Provenza is a short walk away. I recommend it.

El apartamento es de 4 personas. Había 4 de todo: platos, vasos… pero son 1 tenedor… se lo dijimos y nos trajeron UNO Más… no entendemos por qué. Comer 4 con 2 tenedores es complicado. No sé q les pasa con esto. Es anécdota. Lo demás a muy bien. Hay plancha, buenos secadores…

3 adults, 3 kids in Colombia for vacation. This apartment had enough room for all of us. It was in an excellent location, easy to walk everywhere, many many restaurants nearby. It was quiet, felt safe. King size bed in at least one of the rooms. There is not a washing machine, fyi.

En general el apartamento esta excelente, muy limpio, sus habitaciones son muy amplias y comodas. El servicio del personal encargado muy rapido y eficaz para cualquier situación. La localizacion es muy segura para caminar, tiene muchas opciones para desayunar, y mucha variedad de restaurantes y comida local. A 5 minutos de Provenza, farmacias y colmados. El servicio del personal de seguridad de los oficiales Montes, Botero y Padilla fue excelente son muy amable y respetuoso. Definitivamente si vuelvo a Medellin volvería a quedarme en este lugar.

The apartment is super nice. It was really clean and the beds were so comfy. Great AC and good shower. Very modern feel with lovely amenities. Friendly 24hour security at the reception. Excellent location and response times from WhatsApp messages were really fast.

The location was great. In a more tranquil part of El Poblado, which made it feel safe.

Fantastic facilities and great location. Would ideally look to book here again on my return to Medellin. Right newr the strip, literally take a left and walk straight! Best area of poblado.

Location was excellent, walking distance to everything but not too noisy. The building does not have any amenities such as a pool or gym, but for the price and how nice the apartment was, I thought it was an excellent value and was very happy with my stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

El servicio del operador STANDOUT como lo dice su nombre sobresale. Siempre a disposición de lo que se necesitaba. El SPOT esta muy bien ubicado, cerca (caminando) de los sitios mas ricos como restaurantes, bares y discotecas. El tenr seguridad 24 horas te brinda tranquilidad con su front desk. Las fotos que se ven son exactas a lo que recibes. Un diseño hermoso.

Great location in Provenza, close to restaurants and shopping

The hotel is mixed in with a residential building. Security staff was not prepared for my checkin. Process is done completely through a link sent by the rental company; but the security staff has no clue who is checking in until the rental company authorizes it. Penthouse has 3 bedrooms but none have televisions in it. Only the living room has a television. Pretty annoying when you want privacy. Also nosey neighbors kind ruined the experience upon check in. In my opinion good for 1-2 nights
