Locatie frumoasa, piscina si locul de luat masa foarte frumoase, camerele cu mobilier putin mai vechi ( pe noi, personal, nu ne-a deranjat acest aspect), dar totul util si confortabil, nimic stricat. Camere inalte, cu aer conditionat si balcon. Baile nu au faianta si sanitare moderne, dar sunt ok si functionale. Personalul da valoare acestui hotel, prin amabilitate si servicii. Toti zambesc, ajuta repede cu orice ai nevoie, sunt prietenosi.

Micul dejun e destul de saracacios, fata variatii mari. Nu am avut prea multe optiuni, dar totusi, nu am plecat flamanzi de la masa :) Curatenia in camere nu e chiar top.

The staff were absolutely amazing, incredibly helpful, attentive, and always ready to assist us with arranging car rentals, calling taxis, and answering all our questions. Another major highlight is the pool area, which feels very luxurious, newly renovated, and well-maintained, a great spot to relax. The location is also fantastic, situated just a short, easy few-minute walk from the town center, making it super convenient for exploring and dining out.

However, there are several areas that need significant improvement. The breakfast was disappointing, offering very limited variety and poor overall quality. Furthermore, the rooms did not live up to expectations; they look quite different from the photos online and are in desperate need of a full renovation. We also ran into cleanliness issues, including stained bed sheets, which was frustrating. With updated rooms and a better breakfast, this hotel could be great, but currently, the room quality does not match the beautiful pool area.

Small and of traditional Cretan style but modern inside. Not 1 big block but 3 or 4 blocks of 3 storey high.

I was on the 3rd floor. Good view but step outside step were very difficult with a large heavy case. Thankfully the night porter carried it up on arrival. But I found it hard carrying it down again on my own.

Schöne kleine und gepflegte Anlage in guter Lage. Vieles ist fußläufig erreichbar, darunter Shops, Altstadt,etc. Ich hatte ein Studio und war mir der Ausstattung als Einzelperson zufrieden.

Durch die Nähe zur bekannten Partymeile ist abends teilweise Musik von den umliegenden Locations zu hören. Diese war für mich allerdings nur dezent wahrnehmbar und nicht wirklich störend.

Logement très bien situé si vous souhaitez être à quelques pas de la rue principale pour faire la fête et avoir accès au restaurant. Le personnel était très accueillant et à l'écoute de nos demandes. Nourriture disponible au bar très bonne.

Frigo très bruyant la nuit (je ne sais pas si c'est normal) et la femme de ménage qui s'occupait de notre chambre est rentrée à deux reprises alors que nous dormions encore et elle se mettait souvent dans le couloir de notre chambre qui résonne en étant au téléphone et en parlant très fort, tôt le matin, ce qui nous réveillait.

I had another wonderful vacation at Dedalos Hotel, and it was just as enjoyable as my first visit. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere made it easy to relax and enjoy my time there. It’s clear that the hotel puts a lot of care into making guests feel at home. I really appreciated the consistently warm service and the pleasant experience from start to finish. I’m very happy I chose Dedalos Hotel again and would gladly stay here for a third visit. Highly recommended!

Bardzo zadbany ogród i otoczenie hotelu. Fajny basen, czysty.

Pokój w którym spaliśmy niedokładnie posprzątany, brudne fugi, włosy koło kosza po poprzednich gościach. Nasze dziecko nie czuło się w nim dobrze, słabe światło w pokoju, drzwi słabo wygłuszone, rano głośny hałas owadów z okolicznych drzew. Śniadanie przeciętne i średnio podane, miałem wrażenie że niektóre pojemniki nie były dawno czyszczone, oliwa po terminie ważności.

אנשי הצוות בקבלה והשירות היה מושלם. חדרים נקיים, אוכל טעים. המיקום של המלון מצוין, מרחק 5 דקות הליכה ממקומות הבילוי ובנוסף לא שומעים את הרעש מהמלון. היה נהדר נהינינו מאוד.

Nous avons apprécié la proximité du lieu avec le centre ville de Malia. L’hôtel est très beau accompagné d’une piscine conforme aux attentes. Ce sont des des minis appartements avec chacun sa porte d’entrée. Le personnel est accueillant et souriant, ça fait plaisir à voir.

La variété du petit déjeuner, il y avait tout pour un petit déjeuner simple sans fioritures.

Breakfast was really good, the location very nice for a sunny summer start of the day! The pool was nice, refreshing, the staff really nice! Let us use the pool for 20 minutes even though we arrived past the closing time. The rooms were big, ok.

We observed that there are 2 types of rooms - newer ones and a bit older ones. We stayed at an older one - for one night, so it was ok. What was a bit not very comfortable was the bathroom window that was opening directly on the corridor.

Helaas waren hier heel veel jongeren en ligt het dicht bij de uitgaansgelegenheid. Wij hebben niet heel veel overlast hiervan gehad, maar als wij dit vooraf hadden geweten hadden wij iets anders geboekt

wifi trop faible dans notre chambre, pas de prises électriques proche du lit. Pas de service d'ordre nocturne dans l'hôtel pour éviter les débordements des clients irrespectueux (musique, rires forts et conversations tardives). Nous ne dormions qu'au delà de 2h du matin

Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Die Lage war ok, zumindest hat man von der Touristenmeile nichts gehört. Für junge Leute, die ballermannmäßig in Malia die Nacht zum Tag machen, ist es bestimmt ganz ok. Die schaffen das schlechte Frühstück zeitlich eh nicht.

Das Frühstück war lieblos hergerichtet. Es gab abgepackte Wurst, Obst aus der Dose und um punkt 10.00 Uhr wurde von einer schlecht gelaunten Dame der Kaffeeautomat abgesperrt. Die Information, dass man seinen Tisch selber decken muss, sollte irgendwo auf der Website erscheinen. Das Geschirr war zum Teil nicht sauber. Der Duschvorhang war sehr angeschimmelt. Man musste im Bad das Fenster auflassen, so dass einige Tiere reinflogen. Der Pool und die drum herum mit Liegestühlen voll gestellte Liegefläche ist in Relation zur Anzahl der Gäste viel zu klein. Liegestuhl berührt Liegestuhl, aber benutzt hätten wir den eh nicht.

-Großes Zimmer -ausreichendes Frühstücksbuffet (auch für Langschläfer täglich bis 10uhr) -zentrale Lage (Strand, Supermärkte, Bars, Clubs, Bushaltestelle in wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen) -freundliches hilfsbereites Personal -tolle bepflanzte Anlage

In den sieben Tagen unseres Aufenthaltes wurde kein einziges Mal der Boden gewischt, hat nicht weiter gestört waren eh nur zum duschen und schlafen auf dem Zimmer aber es ist uns halt aufgefallen. Ich muss dazu sagen wir waren kurz vor Ende der Saison als einer der wenigen Gäste in dem Hotel. Keine Ahnung wie es in der Hauptsaison ist …

Posizione eccellente. Non è lontano dal centro e neanche dalla spiaggia, il che è comodissimo. La piscina, inoltre, è molto carina e ben curata.

Wir hatten ein 3-Bett-Zimmer. Es gab einen Balkon. Der Pool und die Liegen war toll. Mittags haben wir ein paar mal Kleinigkeiten gegessen. Es war alles sehr lecker. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Hotel liegt abseits der Partymeile.

Fijn zwembad. Groote comfortabele kamer, we waren met 4 volwassenen en een baby van 20 maanden. Een apart slaapkamer en in de kamer stonden nog 3 bedden en een babybedje.

De baby ging rond 1 uur slapen. Ze kwamen de kamer schoonmaken toen de baby in bed lag wat niet heel handig was. Dit aangegeven maar hielden daar niet erg rekening mee waardoor onze kamer niet of nauwelijks schoonmaken is gemaakt moesten ook zelf om schone handdoeken vragen. Ontbijt was prima verwacht er niet teveel van.

Pas assez de places assises au petit dej, et nous étions en hors saison alors j’imagine pas l’été. Attention on entend pas mal les boites de nuits au loin.

Hotel und Zimmer waren ok - nichts besonderes. Nur Jugendliche die zum Saufurlaub da sind da die Partymeile nir 3 Gehminuten entfernt ist - würde ich nicht wieder wählen wenn man nicht zum Party machen dort ist.

Many ants everywhere in the room. They couldnt manage to issue an invoice with my company name written on it as the buyer. The story is even more sad knowing that I wrote to them my invoice request at the time of booking, and the hotel in short time give me positive answer. After arriving to the hotel things changed. During my stay I had to beg for an invoice... Ridiculous!!!

Épouvantable un des pires hôtels que nous avons fait. La climatisation marchait tellement mal il faisait moins chaud la fenêtre ouverte sans climatisation en plein été. Petit déjeuner immangeable produit de très basse qualité juste du café noir imbuvable. Même pas un peu de lait chaud on a rien mangé ni bu tant c'était repoussant. Personnel très peu aimable nombreux insectes rampants dans la chambre salle de bain bain un bloc avec un vieux rideau en plastique et ainsi de suite.,.

La douche est toute petite, le petit dejeuner y avais pas trop de choix surtout pour le sucrée il y avais que des mini croissant et des céréales

Obsługa , bardzo cierpliwa, bardzo pomocna (załatwili transfer z/do lotniska, w dobrej cenie i na dobrych warunkach pomogli z wynajmem auta i generalnie bardzo pomocni i po ludzku życzliwi). Basen i brodzik dla dzieci. Pokoje są już nieco przestarzałe , ale niczego im po za tym nie brakuje, czysto. My mieliśmy w hotelu cicho(koniec sierpnia). Bardzo dobra lokalizacja hotelu knajpy, sklepy, restauracje ect., choć do plaży piechotą ok 15-20 minut, ale jest ok. Btw supermarket w zasięgu 5 minut, całkiem się przydaje :)

Śniadania są , ale powtarzalne bardzo, dosyć nijakie w smaku, choć to raczej służy do rozruchu żołądku, więc generalnie ok. Wifi jest, ale dosyć słaba prędkość.

Świetny basen, lokalizacja. Fajna okolica i mnóstwo restauracji, sklepów pod ręką.

Recepcjonista nie wyjaśnił przy zakwaterowaniu że są dwa klucze (do pokoju i sejfu) przy wydawaniu kluczy. Kiedy dotarliśmy do pokoju nikt nie wiedział gdzie jest drugi klucz i sytuacja zrobiła się nerwowa i nieprzyjemna. Klucz się znalazł ale niesmak pozostał (na końcu Pan obwinił nas, że niby zrzuciliśmy go na podłogę przy recepcji). Pan powinien jasno i wyraźnie wyjaśniać gościom że są dwa klucze - jeden do sejfu a drugi do pokoju i od razu poinformować że za zgubienie klucza od sejfu płaci się 100euro. Najlepiej żeby to miało miejsce w pokoju, bo nie wszyscy goście mówią dobrze po angielsku a przy demonstracji który klucz jest do czego - nie będzie żadnych wątpliwości. Najpierw proszę wyjaśniać to odpowiednio gościom, a dopiero później straszyć karami pieniężnymi.

La connexion wifi était médiocre , beaucoup d’insectes rentrent dans la chambre.

Le pulizie possiamo dire inesistenti, abbiamo dovuto richiedere più e più volte che venisse pulita la camera nel modo giusto, veniva “sistemato” solo il letto e forse dico forse solo una spazzata veloce perché trovavamo come avevamo lasciato, capelli per terra ecc ecc. Ogni giorno c’erano formiche che entravano da sotto la porta nonostante le togliessimo noi con le Salviettine sarebbe bastato mettere un paraspifferi sotto la porta. Il pavimento è stata lavato dopo averlo richiesto. Abbiamo usato i bicchieri il primo giorno e fino all’ultimo sono rimasti lì sporchi sulla scrivania. Bagnoschiuma e shampoo non sono mai stati rimpiazzati in 5 giorni. La camera doveva essere dotata di ferro da stiro, asse da stiro, phon e altri oggetti che non c’erano. Farsi la doccia e non far uscire l’acqua era un miraggio motivo per il quale il bagno era sempre allagato . L’asciugamano da terra fuori dalla doccia quando ci è stato rimpiazzato era tutto sfilacciato e senza bordi. La colazione povera, molto povera. Di dolce solo dei piccoli cornettini vuoti e se arrivavi un pochino più tardi non trovavi i plum-cake , c’erano solo delle marmellate e non una crema alla nocciola o altro. Possibilità di prendere solo caffè americano o the, caffè normale/espresso/cappuccino ecc solo a pagamento

L’hôtel est vraiment super, idéalement situé par rapport au centre de Malia. La terrasse est très grande, les salles de bains sont modernes et jolies, et le rapport qualité/prix est excellent. Le parking est également un vrai plus : il est bien sécurisé. Nous y sommes allés sans prévenir pour nous garer et un agent de sécurité est directement venu vérifier que nous étions bien clients de l’hôtel. Dans le centre de Malia, où il est très difficile de trouver une place, c’est un vrai luxe d’avoir un parking privé ! Tout est accessible à pied depuis l’hôtel, ce qui est très pratique. La piscine est superbe et il n’y a pas trop de monde, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable.

Le seul petit bémol concerne le petit-déjeuner, qui manque un peu de choix, mais pour le prix cela reste tout à fait correct. On peut aussi entendre un léger bruit la nuit, mais rien de vraiment gênant.

La piscina principal. La ubicación, que sin estar en el centro de Malia, dista lo justo para evitar el ruido nocturno, aunque algo siempre se percibe. Tiene sitio para aparcar. El desayuno es suficiente para la categoría de hotel. Y el personal muy correcto.

La habitación no se ajustaba a las fotos que publican en su web. La habitación según fotos debería ser más grande, y sin embargo, no había sitio suficiente para abrir una maleta completamente. Además de que pagué un plus para tener vistas a la piscina según Booking, y no fue así. Nos tocó una por debajo del nivel de la calle con vistas a un seto. Lo cual decepciona. La limpieza es mejorable en cuanto al suelo. Y la piscina infantil convendría limpiarla de arenas. Lo demás bien.

Ottima posizione vicina a locali, ma defilata al punto giusto. Graziosa struttura con una bella piscina, angolo solarium e bar aperto fino a tardi. Staff cordiale.

Il parcheggio non è ben segnalato e abbiamo avuto difficoltà a trovarlo. Davanti l'hotel c'è spazio per tre/quattro macchine, ma c'è un parcheggio improvvisato dietro l'hotel, che è un cortile sterrato, antistante un edificio in costruzione. La zona è altamente frequentata da ragazzi, soprattutto inglesi, che vanno per locali fino all'alba. La prima notte siamo stati svegliati all'alba dagli ospiti della stanza accanto, che hanno fatto baldoria davanti la nostra porta per ore. Scelta limitata di bevande calde a colazione (solo caffè americano e tè).

Morgenmaden var ikke helt den bedste og rengøringen på værelserne kunne godt være lidt bedre. Solsengene var altid optaget, man skulle op tidligt for at putte sit håndklæde, ellers venter man mange timer. Lidt mærkeligt at man kun får 2 små shampoo til 14 dage, åbenbart en politik de har, at man kun får første dag

Hotel usytuowany w miejscu z którego blisko jest wszędzie do barów restauracji sklepów spożywczych i z pamiątkami. Czysto miła obsługa na barze, ogólnie miejsce zrobiło na nas bardzo dobre wrażenie.

Śniadania - oczywiście każdy mógł coś znaleźć dla siebie ale brakowało mi warzyw, owoców, jogurtów. To jedyna rzecz do której mogłabym się przyczepić.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die Mitarbeiter waren stets freundlich und zuvorkommend, was den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht hat. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal man konnte alles schnell und unkompliziert erreichen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und gepflegt, und auch die Außenanlage war sehr schön gestaltet und lud zum Entspannen ein. Insgesamt ein tolles Hotel, das wir gerne weiterempfehlen!

Het ontbijt was prima, goed verzorgd, maar was heel weinig keus, mocht wel wat meer variatie zijn zoals fruit dat was er helemaal niet
