La propreté de la chambre à l'arrivée.

Pas de torchon vaiselle, pas de liquide vaisselle pas d'éponge pour laver la vaiselle, alors qu'il y a une kitchenette et des ustensiles pour cuisiner. Pas de ménage de chambre quotidien comme c'est précisé. Nous sommes en Crète et le papier toilette, c'est interdit dans le toilette, c'est dans la poubelle de salle de bain (l'hygiène....) Minimum cette poubelle doit être vidé chaque jour ! Du bruit dans les couloirs de 18 h à minuit non stop, avec des jeunes adultes complètement hystériques dû à l'alcool et au shit consommé à longueur de journée et de la nuit...Si encore c'était jusqu'à minuit ! Ensuite ils sortent et par vagues ils rentrent complétement défoncés, les filles des chattes en chaleur qui hurlent et les garçons qui gueulent comme des cerfs en rut. Sans parler des tapages au portes et des coureries dans les étages. Nous l'avons spécifié aux gérants de l'hôtel qui ont fait mine de ne pas comprendre. Résultats 3 jours sans dormir où par accoup de deux heures , réveillé en sursaut par des hystériques. C'est un hôtel adults only, mais les jeunes adultes limite ado sont autorisés. Cherchez l'erreur ! Résultats des courses, 3 nuits atroces pour se rapprocher de l'aéroport d'Héraklion (de plus l'hôtel demande 3 nuits minimum pour y séjourner) 18 ans que je viens en Crète je n'ai jamais vu une chose pareille. Nous croyions devoir partir à midi, la piscine n'ouvrant qu'à 10 h nous y sommes allées et une employée sans Bonjour, nous a carrément sommé de partir sur le champ et nous avons reçu un mail, que nous avons lu plus tard à l'aéroport, nous menaçant d'un surplus pour quelques minutes en plus...aucune hospitalité crétoise. Dejà à l'arrivée aucune gentillesse, aucun geste (même pas une bouteille d'eau au frigo) Où est l'hospitalité Crétoise? Pourtant c'était bien une famille Crétoise! En 18 ans passés en Crète c'est la première fois que je vois ceci...

Rapport qualité / prix parfait. Emplacement au top proche centre ! Ménage chaque jour, changement de serviettes de bain au bout de quelques jours. 👍🏼 petit balcon détente, personnel agréable.

Piscine très agréable. Vieille ville très sympa, accessible à pied, avec de nombreux restaurants. Localisation de l'établissement à l'écart de la vie nocturne de Malia.

Malia est une ville où il y a beaucoup de jeunes qui rentrent tard dans la nuit et qui ne sont pas souvent discrets. Du coup ce qui pose problème ce n'est pas tant l'insonorisation des chambres mais plutôt le manque de respect des gens!

Studio piccolo con terrazzetta ma dotato di tutto quello che serve x colazione o pranzo veloci In una posizione lontano dal caos cittadino e quindi tranquillo. Ottimo il parcheggio all'interno Buon wifi

Hotel jest w dobrej lokalizacji , w starej Mali , więc z dala od pełnej klubów nocnych dolnej części miasta. Ma bardzo fajny basen i przyjemne otoczenie basenu, chociaż zdjęcia na Booking nie odpowiadają rzeczywistości. Żelazko jest dostępne, trzeba się o nie upomnieć w recepcji. W pobliżu jest dużo bardzo atrakcyjnych tawern. Stara Malia jest bardzo klimatycznym miejscem.

1.Pokój, który otrzymaliśmy nie był zgodny z tym, którego zdjęcia dostaliśmy w potwierdzeniu rezerwacji i które są w ofercie tego pokoju. Był znacznie mniejszy i zbyt ciasny jak na 3 osoby. Na innych portalach występuje jako pokój 2 osobowy. Nie było nawet trzech krzesełek, a nawet jakby były, to nie było gdzie ich postawić w pokoju żeby usiąść przy stoliku i cokolwiek zjeść.. Jedna osoba musiała siedzieć na łóżku. Nie było gdzie położyć trzech walizek. Na zgłoszoną reklamację, personel odpowiedział, że na Booking jest to samo zdjęcie dla wszystkich pokoi i pokoje przydzielane są losowo. Absurd jakiś. To chyba nie mieści w zakresie europejskiego prawa handlowego. Nie zgodzili się zamienić nam pokoju, mimo iż pokój którego zdjęcia mieliśmy w rezerwacji był obok i był dostępny. 2. Na dzień dobry, na łózkach leżały brudne ręczniki, nie niedoprane, one były nie wyprane, zwyczajnie brudne od tuszu , pudru i nie wiem jeszcze od czego. Wszystkie trzy były brudne. Ręczniki udało się na szczęście od ręki wymienić. 3. Wyliczone kubki, talerze i sztućce. Po 3 sztuki i ani jednej więcej :) 4. Brak jakichkolwiek środków czystości , gąbki do zmywania. 5. Bardzo słaba instalacja elektryczna. Przy włączeniu kuchenki i czajnika wysadzało korki.

La posizione, la piscina, appartamento essenziale ma funzionale. Puliscono tutti i giorni tranne la domenica. Gatti 🐱

I prezzi del bar sono alti ( 2 ouzu 10 €, piccoli ). Cuscini troppi bassi.

La habitacion no se corresponde con las fotos, es antigua y pequeña y las camas no eran comodas. Las puertas estaban abolladas. En cuanto a la limpieza, no nos cambiaban las toallas y habia que ir a pedirlas y parecia que les estábamos pidiendo un favor. Tampoco nos pusieron nada de productos de aseo ni habia estropajo ni jabon para limpiar los platos. En los servicios incluye tambien el secador, el cual estaba estropeado. Tuvimos que pedir uno y nos pusieron mala cara. La atencion ha sido muy mala hacia nosotras, malas contestaciones y malas caras. Nos hemos fiado de la puntuacion de booking y de las fotos para coger este alojamiento y ha sido un total error.

We liked everything. The facilities, the food and the staff were beyond exceptional. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone. We've booked back up for 10 nights in September so excited about going back.

We stayed for 1 night as a stop over before our flight back to Athens. The pool and area around the pool is excellent. The room was basic, but clean. Remember to bring your own shower gel, dishwashing liquid and pool towels. Unfortunately there were many youth staying at the hotel and they were very loud and noisy until the early morning hours. But unfortunately this is unavoidable in Malia.

Lovely clean apartment..Good hot shower and comfortable bed..nice balcony over looking the fabulous mountains..situated in the beautiful old town of malia..famous for its lovely restaurants.

Was there for ten days but were never given clean sheets or towels, ours were just remade every few days. Had to ask for more soap. Power would trip if we used the kettle and anything else. Charged €9 a day cash for aircon which was essential.

Owner treated us with disrespect, shouting, not giving us our money that we left as deposit, and many more occasions where we felt like we’re at a prison rather than a hotel. The closing of the hotel door was loud but we had to use it and then the guard started to scream at us that we are making noise and threatened to kick us, the ac at the upper floors barely worked and it was extremely hot. Overall a horrible experience and I would not recommend to anyone coming here for vacation in Malia. אם אתם ישראלים אל תלכו לשם הם אנטישמים!

the location is at the end of the old city, this makes it perfect to enjoy the calmness of the countryside but at the same time it’s not far at all from the rest of the city. you get to walk and enjoy all the little cute streets of the old city of malia, and in about 25 minutes walking you get on the seaside. i liked that there’s a little kitchen in the room, it allowed us to cook whatever we wanted. the owners are really kind and available. i would go back there next summer.

sadly the beds were two single ones, so a bit uncomfortable for a couple who wanna sleep hugging. i was a bit disappointed to see that there’s a kitchen but there were no sponge or dish soap, salt/oil so we had to buy it ourselves. these are the only “negative” things that come to my mind cause the property is really peaceful and i enjoyed everything

This Family run business was just perfect and very well run,Ulaina and George run it and it is like being part of their Family,i felt it was like Home in Crete and would Love to return as soon as i can,i just returned a few weeks ago and i miss being there,love Crete,Ulaina has daughters Maria and Olga who assist in running the Apartments,also other bar staff,Rooms are kept tidy and cleaned Every day buy a young woman whom Nothing is a bother she is very profesional at what she does,look forward to see you guys again,God Bless,Love Alexander McDonald[ Scotland].

Soft drinks were served from a bottle and not kept in fridge and no cans sold except for iron bru or oranges lucazade. So it was pot look if it was fizzy and just ice to cool it but that melted quickly filled half the glass and at 3 euro a pop it just wasn’t good value. Wish they sold snacks and ice pops but there was just ice cream and a bag of ready salted. Local shop is nearby and cheap for both but unfortunately your not allowed to eat them at the pool.

Wir haben die Unterkunft nur zum Schlafen benutzt, daher können wir die Küchenausstattung nicht bewerten. Die Unterkunft ist sehr ringhörig, denke jedoch dies ist der allgemeine Baustil von Kreta. In der Nacht wurde es immer wieder sehr laut wenn andere Mitbewohner nach Hause kommen. Es gibt keine Verhaltensregeln, jeder ist so lange laut und sitzt auf dem Balkon wie er möchte. Für junge Leute die Party wollen gut, für Familien eher nicht zu Empfehlen. Gastfamilie sehr Zuvorkommend. Auch der Poll und die Verpflegung vor Ort sind ausreichend. Ansonsten in wenigen Minuten ( zu Fuss ) im Dorf oder am Meer.

De kamer was best ruim en de keuken was groot. Alles was heel schoon, nergens schimmel, kalkaanslag of stof te bekennen. De douche was fijn, er was een douchecabine waardoor het niet overal nat werd in de badkamer en de douchekop kom gewoon hangen, wat bij veel appartementen niet kan. De bedden lagen een beetje hard door de vering, maar dat was niet zo erg. Een groot balkon met openslaande deuren, fijne stoelen buiten en ook wel wat privacy. We keken uit op de bergen met in de verte een autoweg met een brug. We wisten echter niet dat het een zelf service complex was, dat je je eigen wc papier moet meenemen en dat je moest betalen voor de WiFi en airco. Maar voor de prijs die we betaalden voor de accomodatie was dit niet erg. Parkeermogelijkheid was er genoeg (voor de ingang is een ruime parkeerplaats) en het was gratis.

The old town is a lovely place, with many quiet, hidden tavernas. It was quite a long walk to and from the beach, but well worth it. The only fault I could possibly find, is that the bed was very hard and uncomfortable 😔

Overall that was a very nice hotel, only problem was you needed the key card to just the electricity and it often slipped leading to our power turning off. Also if you require wifi the wifi in this hotel isn't great but otherwise nice stay with nice staff !
