Portes d'entrée qui font beaucoup de bruit (chambre au 1er étage) Carrelages douche pas hyper propres Pas toujours une personne présente à l'accueil (ce n'est pas un hôtel, plus un B&B. Les personnes présentes étaient très gentilles!) Pas de possibilité de petit dej alors qu'annoncé (pas grave vu que diverses possibilités de petit dej aux alentours)

Yo reservé una habitación Deluxe, para 4 personas con altillo, nos dieron una habitación sin altillo y tenían mis hijos la cama debajo del televisor..y la de matrimonio junto enfrente, no podían cagar los moviles y claro si enciamos la tele ellos no podian verla, también tenian humedades.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026The rooms are very nice and spacious. The high ceilings and the size of the room are amazing. The location is the best with everything in walking distance. The men at the desk upon checkin was very kind and helped us with out bags. We got all the information and more before checkin. The rooms were clean and the cleaning during the stay was impeccable!
There is no elevator and check out in person only available between 9:30-10:00.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026The location is great. I love the interior, renovation was made excellent, nice design, expensive materials. Very unique accommodation-the house was built around 400 years ago.
Only one thing-there is no elevator. If I were without the man, I wouldn’t make it to the top floor with the suitcase.

Petit déjeuner copieux dans un café à proximité. Gentillesse du personnel. Nous gardons précieusement cette adresse pour une prochaine visite! A recommander +++

The room was comfortable, fresh, spotless, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. We had everything we needed and felt very safe and comfortable throughout our stay. It was also very quiet, with no noise issues at all. Check-in and check-out were both super easy and smooth. Just a note for those who may not be aware: the bathroom has no door, which was not a problem for us. Overall, a great place to stay in Rome!

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026O hotel superou nossas expectativas. Conseguimos fazer o check-in antecipado, a equipe foi extremamente atenciosa e prestativa durante toda a estadia. O quarto era muito amplo, confortável, elegante e exatamente como nas fotos, talvez até melhor. A localização é excelente, permitindo conhecer os principais pontos turísticos de Roma a pé. Tudo estava impecavelmente limpo e funcionando perfeitamente.
Não tenho nenhuma reclamação. Tudo foi excelente.

הגעתי לחדר לא נקי מספיק, מה שהשפיע על החוויה הראשונית. המיטה לא היתה נוחה, במקלחון נדרשות עבודות שיפוץ.

The rooms are very clean, and the air conditioning works perfectly, which made our stay very comfortable. If you want to stay in a central location and explore Rome on foot, this is definitely the place to choose. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Everything was well organized and clearly explained. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026El hotel se encuentra remodelado, esta en la parte histórica entonces queda cerca de muchos lugares de interés. La atención del personal del front desk es muy buena y siempre están atentos a responder cualquier duda.
Deben tener mas atención a la limpieza, habían días que el aseo era muy general e incluso encontrábamos cosas que no se limpiaban durante la reserva. Cuando llegamos el apoya pies de la cama tenia manchas y se notaba un poco sucio. El hotel al ser un edificio antiguo no cuenta con ascensor, por lo que deben tener en cuenta eso si llevan maletas de gran volumen - igual esta anunciado en su publicación. El tax de la ciudad no esta incluido en la tarifa, deben tener en cuenta este valor en su consideración final.

READ THIS ! They stole all my jewelry. I left my room only 3 hours to get dinner and they stole all my jewelry. 3 small bags . All gone . I had stuff in my luggage and in my carry luggage , all gone . It’s the only place where I stopped before taking the flight and the same day I doubled check all my jewelry . I found out other reviews on Google that they stole jewelry and cash to other people .

Das Deckenlicht ließ sich nicht ganz ausschalten, in der dritten Nacht wurde es vom Strom genommen und war komplett aus. Wir mussten 2 Nächte mit Licht schlafen. Der Motor der Klimaanlage lief weiter auch nach dem Ausschalten der Klimaanlage. Die Matratze war hart wie ein Brett.
