The room was clean, well stocked and had a decent sized bathroom and shower.

Buena experiencia, el personal súper agradable y todo estaba limpio. Nos dieron una habitación superior a la que teníamos reservada, eran preciosas las vistas a la ciudad.

Lovely recepion staff, very clean large modern room with a huge bed.

Decor is very dull - nothing on the walls at all! So didn't feel very special.

Super stylish and comfy, with a very friendly and helpful staff. Set in a peaceful square & housed high up in the building, it is very quiet...unless you are unlucky enough to be next to a person/people who are banging around at night & playing music loud. This is not the hotels fault though.

Noisy neighbours

L'immobile storico con ascensore d'epoca, ristrutturato e piacevole. Camera spaziosa per 3 persone. I consigli del personale al momento del check in.

Qualche dettaglio strutturale della camera (soprattutto del bagno con tavoletta wc inadeguata, assenza Porta della doccia) ma per poche notti non sono problemi significativi. La frequentazione del parco sottostante non è il massimo ma non dipende Dall'hotel.

It was very clean and easy to find. It was a short walk to all the main areas of Florence. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Shower. There wasn’t neither shower door nor curtain. All floor in the bathroom was badly wet, no matter how I tried.

I stayed at the Essence for 3 nights. I received a free upgrade from Raffaella when I checked into the hotel. She was very helpful and made a dinner reservation for us. The hotel was clean and in a good location. My room was also very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

La atención antes y durante la estadía fue excepcional. La habitación está renovada, y tenía una vista muy bonita. Zona muy tranquila.

Al no tener recepción 24 horas, puede ser v un poco más complicado si llegas fuera del horario de ellos.

The Location is top, new clean rooms, staff super friendly!

Problem with water flooding in bathroom but not in all rooms. Also you can hear exactly everything from neighbour rooms.

The customer service is exceptional (special thanks to Luca). Location was 10 min walk from the station. Clean and spacious room. 1000% will come back

This was my favorite place I stayed in all of Italy. It was so comfortable and the room had a stunning view. The ac worked great, the bathroom was updated and lovely, the woman who checked us in was very friendly, and it was an amazing location. Incredible stay for the amount we paid.

Only thing they could do better was give two room keys, you need to leave the key in a slot for the room to have electricity and there were times that I went out while my partner took a nap or vice versa, and that meant either one of us left without a room key or the other stayed behind in the dark. All in all though would recommend.

This hotel was so amazing for our one night stay in Florence. It was clean, comfortable, private, safe and the staff was so hospitable. They greeted us from the second we walked in and even gave us a map with highlights of the city. They were so generous and kind. They provided a continental breakfast and water for the room. We are so thankful we decided to book here because it far exceeded our expectations. The location was prime for train routes, airport or walking the city.

Maybe a little more signage out front for us to find the entrance. Otherwise nothing!!

This is a great location very near to the heart of Florence. The room was very comfortable and a great size. Staff were wonderful and very supportive with helpful tourist tips.

We didn't stay long enough - 1 night was simply not enough but was all we could muster for this trip. When we do return to Florence this will be the first place we check for booking accommodation

It was a 15 min walk to the train station, lots of shops close by and the washing machine was great

Breakfast was so-so. Location was wonderful- easy to walk to all areas of interest. We got to the hotel early but our rooms were ready so we were able to check in right away

Einfach tolle Unterkunft und eine super Aussicht, sehr empfehlenswert!

It was very clean, the owner was soooo nice and kind!

Two constructive feedback: It was hard to understand how to get in. We felt very confused and didn’t know how to ring them for them to open the door. Once we were inside because someone left, it was not clear what button to press to call them. I would say that it should be more clear in the instructions on how to get there. Lastly, there is no room for your toiletry in the bathroom which is not the end of the world but makes a definite difference in the bathroom!

Gran ubicación, vistas maravillosas de Florencia, recepción maravillosa y atenta, te gestionan parking privado. Sin duda si tuviera que volver a Florencia repetiría en este Hotel.

No tenía zona de aparcamiento cercana y tenías que gastarte 35€ por día por en el parking privado, la zona de abajo del hotel daba un poco de miedo al volver de noche ya que había mucha gente durmiendo en los sillones del parque.

Las vistas son impresionantes la cercanía al centro y sobre todo la atención que fue maravillosa.

Hotel is in a great location, around 12 minutes from the trajn station and 10 -15 to the city center. It's clean and new. The lovely gentleman at the reception went above and beyond to help with everything and make us feel welcome. Highly recommend!

Our room felt a bit cramped but it was our choice, just didn't pay attention at the square meters when booking.

Me cancelaron la reserva el mismo día que llegaba! Una falta de respeto total, me mandaron a otro hotel donde no teníamos ascensor y no era nada parecido a lo que quería!

We had a nice spacious room with a big bed & our daughter loved the double sofa bed she had! Nice bathroom with a good shower. The location was handy too around 10 mins from the main part of town.

Нам все понравилось, чистый, комфортный номер, в котором есть все необходимое, вид из окна просто впечатляет и заряжает хорошим настроением и позитивом. Невозможно передать эмоции когда ты утром просыпаешься и не вставая с кровати видишь купол собора Святой Марии дель Фьоре, слышишь звон колокола и пение птиц. Мне очень понравился этот отель, может он и не супер комфортный, но вы получите здесь много положительных эмоций и сделаете много красивых фото.

Sinceramente es uno de los mejores alojamientos que he tomado, el señor del Hall fue lo máximo, muy cariñoso, atento y preocupado. La habitación que nos entregaron tenía vista hermosísima hacia el Duomo y centro de Florencia, demasiado hermoso!

Everything. Very clean, new and cute hotel. Very friendly staff. Helped with car parking issues, recommended the best city attractions and best pizza in town. Room was spacious, very clean, comfortable bed and the view to the old town was amazing.

The room was gorgeous, the location was fantastic and it felt very secure with the security steps to get inside.

The Television only has YouTube and cable. We would have liked access to other streaming apps and chrome cast.

The room was excellent and very spacious. Very nice bathroom. Aircon was quite quiet and worked very well. Comfy bed. Small fridge and kettle in room. Had a small outdoor space that was accessible however this was very small and was blocked in by aircon unit. The lady on reception was very helpful and gave us lots of recommendations in Florence. Overall a great room!

The hotel room was lovely, the best we have stayed in in Italy, however (not the hotels fault) the small park outside attracts a lot of homeless people. This made me uneasy coming to and from the hotel. Some steps to get into property - difficult with heavy luggage.

Good location, walking distance to all the sights. The room was clean and decent size.

You have to pay extra 39-49€/day if you have your own car and they don't tell you about cheaper options. You can hear everything through the walls, also the bedding felt a little itchy.

The reception and rooms are in a office or residence building, You hear all the steps upstairs if you're in the rooms on the 3rd floor A nightmare!!!

This hotel is FANTASTIC! It is extremely clean and the air conditioning is great. The location is also wonderful. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful! We will definitely stay here again.

Hotel location was good, staff was great, room was comfortable. Check-in process not the easiest as they're not available 24hs, so it requires a little planification and communication with them. We didn't have trouble as they provided a solution that worked.

The door to the bedroom was faulty and didn't close properly every time. Had to open and close multiple times until I could get it to click and shut properly.

Nice central location, near the train station and a nice park. Clean room with lovely room. Loved the cozy boutique hotel feel, very similar to an Airbnb. Quiet, no complaints.

The view was amazing. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was unbelievable. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The tram stop is 400 meters away and this goes to the airport for 1 euro 70. It also takes you to train station so don’t get a cab.

Reduced hours, not really a hotel reception. No amenities whatsoever, not even soap. We had to ask for some at the reception. Newish hotel but already beginning to be worn out.
