Clean and comfortable room. Delightful breakfast each morning. Excellent location if you are walking with luggage from train/airport tram. Easy walk to all major sites. Plenty of great food and drink all around the area as well.

Camera spaziosa finemente arredata, ottimo materasso king size e doppio cuscino per poter scegliere lo spessore. Pulizia inpeccabile. Colazione sia dolce che salata, con vasto assortimento e da consumarsi in una saletta deliziosa. Personale cordiale e attento alle esigenze del cliente. Piacevolmente stupita dalle attenzioni rivolte al mio cagnolino cui è stato fornito cuscinone sterilizzato per dormire e ciotola. Posizione ottima sia per chi raggiunge Firenze in treno che in auto (numerosi garage privati nelle vicinanze), vietta tranquilla ma con presenza di numerosi ristorantini, comoda al centro. Tornerò sicuramente.

Nada terrible ese hotel, no lo recomiendo queda en un lugar inseguro, cuando llegamos tuvimos que dejar las maletas y la persona de recepción una joven , no nos dio un buen recibimiento. Descuidado muy viejo, y nada que ver con respecto a las fotos. Luego encontramos otro hotel al mismo precio pero excelente y 4 estrellas, mi esposo se devuelve a recoger las maletas no había nadie en la recepción las saca y nadie se da cuenta 😔que las saco, cancelamos la reserva por este medio y es la hora que no nos reintegran al menos una de las noches de las dos que nos quedaríamos. Es lúgubre y hay habitantes de la calle en toda la cuadra.

I loved the location!! It was away from the main busyness of the center but close enough to walk to everything. The room was so cute. The staff were exceptionally accommodating; I would stay there again simply due to their courtesy.

Personal was friendly and help us to do the check-in earlier than mentioned. Hotel is situated very near the centre city and the railway station, that it is a great! Our room was clean, comfortable and in baroque style atmosphere, that it was unexpected. The breakfast was very tasty, it was very big choice of fantastic cakes 🤤

The hotel is in the center of the city and its 5 minute walk. It’s away from any crime and any noisy noise places. Staff supper friendly and helpful! A big plus there restaurants right outside the hotel of any choice one of the favorite was PIZZERIA NERONE I really recommend it as well!!

The localization was perfect. Walking distance to the tourist attractions and train station. Many restaurants on the same street, yet very quiet rooms. For me, it was important that there was a desk in the room, so I could work comfortably. Very good breakfast and helpful staff.

I was thinking for a long time to find something that I didn't like... Maybe the view from the window. But then again, thanks to that, the room was quiet because I didn't have a view of the street.

Great location, tons of cafes and restaurants on the same street and short walk to major areas. Air conditioning was great which is a must for a summer stay.

Las habitaciones eran increíblemente espaciosas, muy bien decorado, fresco, a pocos minutos de la plaza de Santa María del Fiore y rodeado de restaurantes y bares. Una elección totalmente recomendada. Es un tres estrellas, pero para nosotros podría tener una más sin problema.

The property was very clean, beds were comfortable, it was close to train station, San Lorenzo and few minutes more to the Duomo. The breakfast, which we had included, was fantastic, the best of our whole trip! They also let us put the luggage in a locked storage after our checkout. We were on the 3rd floor and there was an elevator, it helped carrying the suitcases.

La conexión a internet fallaba algunas veces o era muy lenta en la noche. Un escritorio en la habitación habría sido útil, ya que si uno viaja por trabajo viene bastante bien. Pero son cosas menores.

Le personnel très sympathique. L'hôtel est très bien situé, à quelques pas du Duomo. La rue propose quelques restos dont chez Enzo et Piero où la cuisine est très bonne et le personnel sympathique ! J'ai beaucoup aimé la déco des chambres et de l'établissement.

Eu e minha família ficamos maravilhados com a estrutura do hotel. Nos sentimos uma família da realeza no quarto tão lindo que ficamos. O café da manhã excelente, sentimos que foi tudo feito com muito capricho. Fomos muito bem atendidos em todos os momentos e sem falar que o hotel fica bem pertinho da Estação de Trem, muito perto de muitas atrações e em uma rua com super estrutura para turistas.

Eu e minha família adoramos a estadia no hotel! É muito maravilhoso! Atendimento muito simpático, localização excelente perto de várias atrações turísticas e café da manhã gostoso e organizado. Recomendamos!

This is the third time I’ve stayed at this property and I plan to continue coming back over the years. It is convenient from the train station w my luggage - and yet a straight walk to every possible location you’d want to see in Florence.

Poor lady could use some help w the morning breakfast rush - but we’re patient

El precio fue un poco elevado aún considerando las prestaciones. Extender el checkout 2 horas habría costado 50 euros (optamos por dejar valijas en recepción).

Perfectly located between the train station and city centre. Clean, comfortable room with good aircon. Very quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was excellent and so nice to have it included in the cost of our stay. Lots of restaurants on the street. Felt very safe. Most places we wanted to visit were within a 15-20 minute walk maximum.

Very minor note about the shower pressure. It was so intense that it could easily flood the bathroom, spraying over the top of the shower unit even though angled downward.

We loved everything about this cute hotel. Great big family room with double bed and two singles. Nice big bathroom with shower and two sinks. We loved the breakfast: small, quaint but something for everyone and very tasty! Staff were wonderful and we were so happy with our stay. Highly recommend

Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The front desk staff was extremely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. We were treated in a way that made us feel unwelcome. The official check-out time is 12:00 PM, yet my friend was asked to pay for an entire extra day. Instead of explaining the policy politely or trying to help, the staff handled the situation with a rude attitude and no respect for guests. This level of customer service is unacceptable and does not reflect the standards expected from a hotel. I hope the management addresses this issue and provides better staff training to prevent similar experiences in the future

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent – just a few minutes' walk from the city center, yet situated in a quiet and peaceful area. Our room was very quiet, which made it easy to relax and sleep well. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The breakfasts were delicious with a good variety of food. Everything was well organized and exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

Gostei de tudo! Os funcionarios sao ótimo, muito educados e atenciosos. O quarto era grande, condortavel e estava tudo bem limpinho.

O chaveiro é um pouco estreiro e o aquecedor no toalheiro nao funcionava. Nada que impactasse muito o conforto da estadia.

Room was very spacious and beds were much larger easily can accomdate 3 kids. Breakfirst was not too bad either. There were plenty kf resturents close by. Hotel was within 5 min from Floranse Main station.

A rua é estreita e, embora seja liberada para carros, tem muitas mesas de restaurantes na rua e muitas pessoas circulando o que dificulta para chegar e sair do hotel com as bagagens

Die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in geh Nähe. Das Zimmer war für uns 5 super.. mit viel Platz. Gemütlich und mit Klimaanlage, Dusche hatte einen sehr guten Wasserdruck 😉 Parkplätze hatte es in der Nähe, nicht beim Hotel. Es liegt in einer schmalen Gasse. Restaurant und Café in unmittelbarer Nähe.. eher etwas teuer Aber dafür fein.

Das Bett hinter der Türe, hatte kein Wifi Empfang und man hörte alles was im Gang vor sich ging.. Das war aber das einzige was störte..

Πολύ όμορφο, αναγεννησιακό δωμάτιο, όπως στις φωτογραφίες. Πολύ προσεγμένο πρωινό, και ευγενικό προσωπικό, πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει με κάθε τρόπο. Ασφαλές με 24ωρη reception και δυνατότητα φύλαξης αποσκευών.

Η περιοχή είναι κοντά στο τρένο, βολικό, αλλά δεν έχει και τον καλύτερο κόσμο γύρω. Το ξενοδοχείο όμως είναι πολύ ασφαλές. Επίσης είναι λίγο ακριβό σε σχέση με την τοποθεσία του.

I flew into Florence on a late flight and took the tram to Santa Maria Novella. The hotel was conveniently located, the room was clean and the shower exceptional. The bed was comfortable, the staff friendly and the breakfast reasonable.

This is a 3 star hotel. It was a three star breakfast and that was fine for me.

We stayed in a family room which was big and comfortable, with great A/C and a wonderful shower. We’d been traveling around Tuscany and had experienced some pretty small showers where you couldn’t comfortably reach your head to shampoo without twisting and turning, so this HUGE shower was a real treat. The location was super convenient and we loved the easy access to the train station. The front desk was very helpful and friendly and we were very happy with everything about our stay.

The room and the bathroom were very comfortable and clean, they looked like in the photos. The staff was very nice. The hotel is at the limit of the pedestrian area. We took the garage recommended by the hotel, so we could arrive by car until very close to the hotel (which was important in a very hot summer day). We received by email very precise instructions on how to arrive there by car. We had the dog with us, and he was very welcomed. The location is very good (15 min by foot to Uffizi). Breakfast was very good. There were home made cookies and special Italian coffees, among other things.

I think the price was a bit high, although I guess this is the price level for Florence.
