We had an absolutely amazing time! The room was beautiful, and we especially loved the bathroom. We chose this place for our honeymoon, and we’re so happy we stayed here. The staff, especially Febrian, Ngurah, and Dekwan, were wonderful people and incredibly helpful. Every day, they gave us great recommendations for new places to visit. When we wanted to rent a scooter, they immediately helped us, and thanks to that, we were able to explore so many places easily. If you ever stay here, please bring some food for the little yellow cat for us! We absolutely fell in love with that sweet little kitty. 🐱💛 Thank you for making our honeymoon even more special! ❤️

Ideal location. Room is spacious. I thought it’s gonna be very noisy because the location is near the road but at night it feels quite. Perfect for solo traveller. And very close to Petito supermarket

Pedestrian area is not too convenient. I found long electricity cable on pedestrian area which is unsafe.

The hotel is cute , it's clean and close enough to everything. The staff are also very friendly and welcoming.breakfast provided is also great.

Given its location it can be noisy particularly at night from an upstairs room. Worth pointing out I'm.a light sleeper.

Staff super cordiale, veramente gentili e disponibili. Fanno il possibile per accontentare gli ospiti e fornire informazioni o aiuti. Hanno tantissimi servizi, come la lavanderia o il servizio taxi. La strutta è bella e ben tenuta, forse andrebbe fatto solo qualche lavoretto di manutenzione ordinaria (ritinteggiare) ma nel complesso super consigliato! La colazione la servono in camera ogni mattina e nel complesso è tutto pulito e profumato.

Lo scarico della doccia non scaricava bene ma è una piccolezza.

It’s difficult to some positive to say about Sanubari

Hotel is located next to main road with heavy noise all night. Noise from a starting and stopping electrical motor on roof was also keeping me awake all night. Had booked two nights at sanubari but after one night we moved to a silent place in Ubud

The property is very very noisy - traffic noise was unbearable

het personeel is echt fantastisch. Enorm behulpzaam.

Het ontbijt is op het balkon van je kamer in plaats van in een gemeenschappelijke ruimte met buffet, achteraf is buffet handiger, want meer beschikbaar als je honger hebt.

Schöner Pool und schöne Gestaltung

Die Mitarbeiter waren nicht wirklich hilfsbereit und konnten kaum englisch verstehen. Das Zimmer (direkt am Pool) war grauenhaft. Schimmel überall an den Wänden, in der Matratze und in den Vorhängen. Der Geruch war nicht auszuhalten. Auf Beschwerde wurde uns auch kein neues Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt, da es anscheinend ausgebucht wäre. Man gab uns nur einen kleinen Lufterfrischer der so roch, als würde er gleich abbrennen. Wir mussten die Nächte mit offener Tür verbringen um wenigstens etwas atmen zu können. Meine Freundin hat eine Augenentzündung bekommen und wir haben die Unterkunft mit Husten und Übelkeit verlassen. Wir verstehen die ganzen positiven Bewertungen nicht. Feuchtigkeit ist in Ubud normal, aber dieses Ausmaß an Schimmel ist hochgradig gesundheitsgefährdend.

Breakfast was good and well-prepared, pool was clean and has amazing view, It is a small hotel with perfect location.

Sanubari非常乾淨整潔，而且房間提供幾乎是喝不完飲用水，早餐也相當美味，我們在這裡的每一天都很開心。

浴室的水壓有點小，洗澡要花比較多時間。

The location was perfect walking distance to heaps of great restaurants and cafes. Even though it was on a busy street. Once inside the villa grounds it was so peaceful. The pool was awesome and the rooms were simple but clean and comfortable.

The water pressure in the shower was almost non existent at times maybe when all rooms were using showers at the same time but it was just a trickle but then other nights it was fine.

The property had two single beds, but thats not a complaint a d more of a preference. Staff were absolutely amazing!

The only couple of things would be breakfast that was average and would give the bread a miss. The sinage to the property could be bigger so we know where it is. The shower stopped for a bit and had less pressure.

La struttura è carina, pulita e in una zona un po' lontana dal centro e quindi silenziosa. La colazione è buona.

Ci sono state un po' di cose che non sono andate bene: l'acqua calda durava pochi minuti. C'erano problemi di pressione e quindi, ad un certo punto, diminuiva fino a scomparire impedendoci di concludere la doccia. Inoltre, non andava la cassaforte e (questo però non è un problema della struttura) tutti i giorni in balcone trovavamo feci di pipistrello.

Obisli smo preko 30 zemalja i ovo je jedan od najboljih hotela u kome smo bili. Izuzetno cist, soba i krevet udobni a osoblje izuzetno srdacno. Lokacija je takođe odlična kao i doručak. Bilo je uzivanje boraviti u ovom hotelu.

It’s a small hotel conveniently located close to restaurants, shops and two main yoga studios in Ubud. Lovely pool with funny birds and squirrels. Spacious room and a decent breakfast. And the team are great - everyone was helpful and friendly!

The hotel is by a noisy street. The rooms would benefit from some renovation but generally they were okay for the price point.

Quite, small hotel, away from the road so pool area and gardens and lovely and clam. Nice breakfast brought to room each morning. Rooms were spacious. Can walk to restaurants/ cafes in central Ubud. Staff were helpful

Bed and pillows were not the most comfortable. Refrigerator was loud in bedroom. Could hear traffic from road

The location, pool and staff at Saunbari were amazing. The location is not on the main street of Ubud, however it was a good location to be within 20 minutes walk of almost anywhere I wanted to go and very easy to get a Gojek if I didn't feel like walking. The rooms are nice and clean, big comfy king bed, lovely balcony and basic ammenities. I really enjoyed waking up early and sitting on the balcony watching the birds and squirrels(?) playing in the nearby palm trees. The pool is ample and nice to relax by with visits from plenty of butterflies and birds and frogs if you stay into the dusk. The room was very clean and well appointed!

I must preface this with the fact that nothing listed below was a huge problem and I still had a really lovely stay. There are a few things to note, small details that could be improved. 1. The water pressure and temperature in the bathroom was very irregular - a common thing in Bali - but it did mean that I had a couple of showers that were an ice cold dribble of water. 2. The air-conditioner would also leak some days leaving a big puddle on the floor. 3. The sheets on the bed seemed to be too small for the bed and would lift in the night, like a queen sheet on a king bed. 4. The noise of the traffic was almost constant and I definitely was reaching for earplugs every night, . 5. The split ring on the key was very bent and stretched and the room tag kept falling off, a minor thing but an easy fix to elevate the stay. 6. My drinking water station in the room also leaked one day, I was able to fix it by tightening the faucet on it but came back to a big puddle of water on the floor. 7. A few more coat hangers would be nice for guests staying longer than 3 days. I want to reiterate that most of these things were not a big enough of an inconvenience for me to do anything about them and the staff were very helpful and happy to look into anything I did mention. I am only mentioning them here to provide feedback.

Beautiful place! Loved my room and little terrace. Staff is so nice and short walk to the Main Street with shops, cafes and restaurants. Also really enjoyed the pool and the sunbeds. 10/10 - would definitely stay again.

Hidden wonderland in the heart of Ubud!

Ubicado en un lugar muy tranquilo. Conviene quedarse en habitaciones del segundo piso porque la vista al despertar es hermosa, selva pura. El desayuno también muy rico.

Dice en booking que tenía servicios de masaje/spa, pero no tiene.

It was at a very nice location, walkable distance to the center of ubud. There is a supermarket in the road, very convenient The staff is very helpful and friendly. Nothing is to much of a burden for them. They are so nice.

Vol d’argent dans la chambre, fuites d’eaux noires, qui n’ont pas été rétablies. Problème de température de l’eau. Manager absent quand il y a un problème.

Love the small boutique style feel of the hotel. Perfect location-quiet enough but still close to yoga studios and great cafes and restaurants.

I really liked the balcony, the pool, and the landscape gardening. Loved the water tower in the room. Very handy.

Water pressure in shower quite poor at times, bathroom needs a better clean in sink.

The staff were amazing and the location within easy walking distance to the yoga barn where we were going multiple times a day.

We had an amazing stay at Sanubari in Ubud, definitely one of my favorite places during my trip. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by lush greenery, which really gives that perfect Ubud vibe. What truly stood out was the staff. They were extremely responsive, attentive, and always ready to help with anything, which made the whole experience even more comfortable and stress-free. The location is also great, convenient yet still quiet enough to relax and unwind. Everything about the stay felt just right. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Ubud.

Clean and Beautiful

A lovely placed, staff are very kind and although some didn’t seem to like the breakfast on the balcony, we thought it was amazing!

Absolutely stunning hotel in the heart of Ubud. The room was spacious and comfortable and the pool was lovely. Great location to explore all Ubud has to offer. The staff were all super friendly. Cannot recommend this hotel enough.

The main doors of the lower level rooms were not very user friendly.

Although in a quieter area it was a good location. Enjoyed the swimming pool. Room comfortable. Staff very attentive.

Sehr freundliches Personal und ein leckeres Frühstück, das auf dem Balkon genießen kann. Der Pool ist auch sehr schön. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gut ausgestattet. Mit dem Roller ist man außerdem in nur etwa 5 Minuten im Zentrum von Ubud. Ein wirklich angenehmer Aufenthalt – absolut empfehlenswert!

El mejor hotel en el que me he alojado en Bali, la amabilidad, la limpieza, la piscina, la ubicación y la comida y desayunos mejor que muchos restaurantes en Bali! Repetiremos seguro!

Je umisten u relativne hlavni silnice, takze jedine co bylo neprijemne byl vetsi ruch a hluk, ale nic dramatickeho.

We had a lovely stay at Sanubari. The room was really nice, and the view from the balcony was so beautiful🌿✨ All of the staff was super friendly, and I want to highlight Widana who was so sweet and kind to us during our stay🙏🏼 They also have two super cute and friendly cats at the premise, Lucy and Lotta🥰😻Adorable kitties who loves cuddles and a little snack if you have one😎💖We miss them already! Vastuvõtt oli soe, teenindajad abivalmis. Tuba oli puhas, hubane ja kõik vajalik oli toas olemas. Hotelli ümbrus väga ilus roheline. Jalutuskäigu kaugusel kauplused ja söögikohad. Aitäh kõige eest! Peatuksin seal kindlasti veel.

To już mój drugi pobyt w tym obiekcie. Wszystko jest perfekcyjne, czystość, obsługa, piękny zapach w pokoju, widok z balkonu i piękna strefa z basenem.To miejsce ma wspaniałą energię! Na pewno tu jeszcze wrócę :)

Отель неплохой, хорошее расположение (минут 20-30 прогулочным шагом до центра Убуда), доброжелательный персонал (особенно приветливый и проактивный сотрудник ресепшена по имени Putra). Номера в отеле чистые, на втором этаже красивый вид с балкона. Завтрак приносят в номер, можно покушать с красивым видом. Отель соседствует с отличным турецким рестораном, там очень вкусно, есть кальян и приятная атмосфера.

Не понравилось условие заказывать завтрак сегодня на завтра(при этом нужно указать время подачи), ну и в целом отсутствие в отеле собственного ресторана. Стол на террасе непропорционально высокий, у меня рост 185см и мне было неудобно за ним сидеть. Немного напрягало, что все поголовно сотрудники постоянно спрашивают «Какие у вас планы сегодня?»

J’ai aujourd’hui dans cette hotel ou je suis restée une semaine. La chambre était vraiment très jolie sur la grande piscine. Personnel, très serviable et petit déjeuner très bon. Je recommande vivement !

Sehr gut. Preis Leistung hat absolut gepasst. Leider ab und an etwas laut weil relativ zentral gelegen aber sonst wirklich wirklich zu empfehlen!
