I have stayed here alot recently and has always been very clean and lots of facilities available.

Facilities: the room was big and comfortable. The bathroom was large enough. Both of them were clean and cosy. Service: the host was able to attend our needs, and i am grateful about that. There is a kitchen that can be used and a dinner space. There is a shelf in the fridge and a press for your own food, that is really handy after a day in the city, with cooker, oven, air fryer, etc.The host has a list of three restaurants to go in the evening, very useful if you don't know the area. In the backdoor there's a ramp, which makes it easier getting into the house Location. It's 10-15 driving from Donegal town, enough to find peace and calm , but not so far to avoid going for a pint after supper.

Facilities: It was confusing having cereals provided by the host( thank you for that), but the only milk was in small cups, just for tea. I did not find it easy to prepare cereals that way. Just because I am maybe picky, there wasn't cover for the mattress or pillow cases for the extra pillows, that I think would be more hygienic. In the kitchen I did not find baking paper or kitchen foil to use the oven, oil or vinegar either. Being that they do not expire, maybe the host might consider providing them as the guests don't use a lot, The parking in the front part was full, and there's no indication in the back side to know where to park

It was a lovely house, room a good size. Everything spotlessly clean. Having a kitchen to use was very handy. Everything provided in the kitchen, easy to find and use. Highly recommended

Very spacious, modern, clean and comfortable house located within 3 minutes of the Village of MontCharles and only 10 minutes from Donegal Town. The large shared kitchen and multiple lounge areas provided both privacy and the ability to interact with other guests as parties desired. A car is required realistically, but not unexpected.

La maison est grande et fonctionnelle, des équipements pour cuisiner, laver le linge sont à disposition, des espaces communs bien aménagés. Les informations pour récupérer les clefs sont claires.

La chambre attribuée a une SDB en dehors de la chambre, il faut passer dans la partie commune ( hall d'entrée) pour aller dans celle-ci. Pas d'hôtes sur place.

Jest to dom składający się z 4 pokojów, dwa mają łazienki wewnętrzne, a dwa pokoje mają łazienki odrębne. Na parterze jest olbrzymia kuchnia, jadalnia, pralnia - ze wszystkim co można sobie wymyśleć (np. jest pralka i suszarka, jest zmywarka, wszystkie naczynia, produkty spożywcze dla gości). Dom położony jest przy bocznej drodze, po której mało co jeździ, niedaleko oceanu. Miejsce fantastyczne i świetnie wyposażone. Bez problemu mogą zaparkować 4 auta. Trafiliśmy na dzień, w którym wszystkie pokoje były zajęte, jednakże przestrzeń wspólna jest tak ogromna, że nawet nie bardzo odczuliśmy, że w domu jest jeszcze ktoś. Wejście - selfchecking, wszystkie informacje przychodzą na maila. Naprawdę szczerze polecam - bardzo przyjemne miejsce.

Tout était très bien ! La chambre est grande, avec une salle de bains à part privée, avec une douche à l'italienne. Les pièces communes sont très spacieuses et bien aménagées : grand frigo +congel, four, machine à laver et sèche linge, télés dans les salons (et la chambre), parking nickel...

Dromore House offers great value accommodation in a convenient location. Cleanliness cant be faulted and the breakfast items were very welcome. This was not our firdt stay at this property and I'm sure we will return before the end of the year.

Nice house and nice kitchen all very clean with plenty of cupboard and fridge space and coffee and cereal was a nice touch. Clean, plenty of parking. Nice sized room and nice shower and very fair for the price.

Was very warm in the room and no way to control the heating. No ironing board or fan. Noise does travel easily through the house bit that can't be helped. Shame bathroom and bedroom weren't connected.

Great stay at Dromore House We had a lovely stay at Dromore House. The house is very clean, comfortable, and well organised, and the owners do not live on the property, which gives guests a great sense of privacy and independence. Each room has its own designated space in the fridge, as well as a separate cabinet in the kitchen for personal food items. Cooking facilities are also provided, which is very convenient for guests who prefer to prepare their own meals. Some basic breakfast items, including milk, butter, and cereals, are provided, which was a nice extra and very much appreciated. Overall, everything was well thought out and made our stay very comfortable. We would happily recommend Dromore House to anyone looking for a pleasant and convenient place to stay.

Access

Breakfast consisted of two boxes of cereal for 8 guests. There was no milk, only the small thimble sized portions for beverages. The room was way too hot 75f and it was only 60f outside. Not able to change thermostat. From door did not work correctly. Only had a very thick comforter on bed and again it was 75f in the room.

We booked this accommodation after seeing it on Booking.com. The price for that evening showed £85 but when I booked I was charged £100!! Can you explain please. Property was very nice, room very comfortable and clean and everything we needed, unfortunately there was quite a bit of noise from other guests into early morning. Regarding breakfast well we didn’t get any!! There was no milk or bread and no clean crockery and cupboard No 1 had absulately nothing in it and the top shelf in the fridge had only a box of butter pats so we drove into Donegal and bought our breakfast!! I’m sorry to have to give this review but this was our experience.

Wonderful property! Spacious, spotless and serene. Loved the location it was stunning and wonderfully quiet in the evenings. Felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend!

Everything was perfect for myself

Lovely modern home so comfortable driving distance from Donegal town. & a lovely area called Salthill near by.

The only issue was the coverage itself in the house but wifi is great.

Everything was perfect, the house was spotless. We particularly appreciated collecting the key from the lockbox, as we arrived late in the evening and didn't have to worry about someone having to wait around for our arrival.

Needs a bigger stand fan during days with too much humidity because it can be hot inside during summer.

It was a short drive to donegal town..house was fabulous..bed was amazingly comfortable..it was short drive to shops and beach..

Only thing and not big deal..I had forgotten to bring shampoo..I know probably not your job to provide that but having it there would have given 10 stars as everything else was perfect

Fantastic communication from the host about the location and there was notes around the house regarding wifi and cutlery etc. the location was lovely being out of town with great parking. I stayed in room one which was giant with a lovely walk in wardrobe and bathroom. The tv was great and I had zero issues with the wifi. The full kitchen was fab. I was able to do some washing while I stayed two nights and one night i was the only guest which was lovely to have the house to myself. I had a great stay. The room was super clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable. I felt very safe being a solo traveller while staying. The instructions were super clear about finding the location and how to access the keys and for check out. Short drive into Donegal or Mountcharles itself. Breakfast was provided along with milks and butter. I honestly couldn’t fault a single thing while staying here. The host was absolutely lovely and super communicative. I would most certainly stay here again in a heart beat! Thanks again!

After a cold, wet & woolly day of hiking mountains, Dromore House was heaven. An exceptionally clean, comfortable and well maintained accommodation. The kitchen was well resourced with essential items. Facilities for cooking were also available. The beds were so amazingly comfortable, the rooms light & spacious. A very homely atmosphere. The bathroom was super clean & functional. The warm shower was revitalising. We made use of the washing machine & dryer - which were very much appreciated. A wonderful stay. An enormous thank you to our host.

La propreté . L emplacement et le calme de la maison. Un seul bémol, la salle de bain est pas dans la chambre et le jacuzzi de la baignoire ne fonctionnait pas.

Abbiamo soggiornato in una King superior. Stanza e bagno erano molto grandi e accoglienti

Pulizia della cucina in comune; se la struttura decide di mettere a disposizione una cucina in comune, deve mantenerla pulita, non può pensare che gli ospiti la puliscano in autonomia (anche se dovrebbero). In particolare il frigorifero era molto sporco. Nel bagno non c'era nulla per poter appendere gli asciugamani.

Notre chambre était grande, propre et le lit était confortable. L'espace commun est très bien aménagé et très vaste. Nous ne sommes restés qu'une nuit mais je recommande cet endroit pour passer deux à quatre nuits. À 10 minutes en voiture de la ville principale avec tous ces petits restos et ses pubs.

It was like brand new! Very spacious, clean, well appointed, great private location. Comfortable beds, excellent common areas, and felt like home!

We had the downstairs room and could hear the upstairs guests walking around. They had sound canceling doors to common areas, but they only worked when used.

Pillows, bedding, sheets were left in washing and dryer Kitchen cabinets and bin in kitchen was not cleaned Kitchen is unorganised. Not enough glasses for everyone No salt for dishwasher so cant use it Beds weren’t made properly. Towels were not folded properly and just thrown in bathroom on the shelf. Towel had Big hole in it.

Dromore house was absolutely perfect from start to finish and beautiful house very clean and loads of space in my room with everything available in house to use. Loads of parking space and just 5 minutes from donegal Town. It was everything as explained in the photos and I will definitely be booking it again.

There is nothing anyone can't like about Dromore house. It's grade A spot

Lovely house . Very clean and location perfect as only 2 mins drive to Mountcharles village and the beach also.

Die Unterkunft ist toll, wenn man Selbstversorger mag. Es gibt eine große Küche und generell viel Platz im ganzen Haus. Zu den Gastgebern kann ich nicht viel sagen, wir haben sie nie gesehen. Wir hatten in den zwei Nächten das Haus ganz für uns alleine, obwohl es eigentlich vier Zimmer gibt. Die Lage ist nah an Donegal und nett gelegen. Ruhige Lage.

Mir hat ein wenig der persönliche Kontakt gefehlt, aber das ist nur geschmackssache und in Selbstversorger Quartieren ja auch keine Voraussetzung. Also alles gut.

C'est une grande maison. Nous n'avons vu personne .Les chambres sont grandes et claires. Si besoin il y a une grande cuisine et plusieurs salons.
