スタッフの方がとても親切でした。（これ一番大事なことなんです） 駅からの立地も良くて、ダイソーやオリーブヤング、eマート、スタバやキンパ屋さんまで近所にあって、そこだけでお買い物済んじゃいます（笑）

レジデンスまでの最後の坂が大変でした。 重たいスーツケースだとかなりキツイかもです。 部屋にティッシュが置いてなくて、ちょっと不便でした。（トイレットペーパーを使いました）

The staff support was really amazing. I was without a phone and they really helped me out in every way they could.

Sunny, who runs the Suncity guest house is incredibly friendly! She always greeted me very kindly, and helped me practice Korean before going out for the day 💗 What could be better than that! The space was always very quiet and other guests were friendly and considerate. The location is *incredibly* close to Sinsa station. I'd challenge anyone to find a better deal this close to the station (not to mention the Daiso on the corner).

The condition of the building/the room itself is a little bit worn. The walls in the room weren't in the best shape. This made me a little nervous when I first arrived, but didn't affect the quality of my stay one bit once I was settled. The entrance is inside an old parking lot, that you can't see from the street which was confusing.

The location is convenient, it’s close to the subway and so many restaurants, 24 hour laundromat, and shopping district.

The air conditioner was terrible, and in the summer the room isn’t comfortable during hot days. But if you just need the room to sleep at night it’s at a great value.

Small shared kitchen and microwave. Room has a mini fridge and kettle, pretty helpful. A host/staff comes daily to take out the trash, can clean the room weekly as well. She helped me to do my laundry for ~10000 won (came back nicely folded and pressed). Place is minutes from sinsa train station. place is basic but clean

Self-check with no front counter staff so make sure you check for the pin number. Place is on top of a small narrow slope and if you dont pin the location properly, the taxi/uber will drop you at the base of the slope and you'll have to pull your luggages up. The room and bathroom is very basic. Not the most comforrtable but definitely value for money.

今回美容目的の渡韓で利用させていただきました。 まずオーナーさんがとても親切でした！荷物をチェックin前に預かって貰えたので重い荷物を持って移動しなくて済んだのでとても助かりました！またTVやwifiが使用できず困って連絡したらすぐに対応していただき利用できるようになりました！また部屋も1人宿泊には充分なスペースで、古い施設のようですが、清潔で3日間快適に過ごせました！駅やバス停も近く立地も最高です。

壁が薄いので多少生活音が気になるかと思いますが、私は全然大丈夫でした！

立地がとても良く、スタッフさんが凄い親切だった。 とにかく部屋は清潔で良い匂いしたし、シャワーも逆にあれぐらいが入りやすくて私は好きだった！近くにあるコンビニも品揃え良くて、いろんな場所が歩いてアクセスしやすかった。

ゴキブリが出ました笑。建物が汚いとかではなくて、なんなら普通のホテルよりもかなり清潔なんですが、立地的に外から入ってきたゴキブリだと思います。部屋はすぐに変えて頂きました。 あの時は騒いでごめんなさい…。

Mir hat eigentlich alles gefallen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Personal – sie war sehr nett, hilfsbereit und hat viele hilfreiche Informationen gegeben. Die Lage ist einfach top und perfekt, um Seoul zu erkunden. Das Zimmer war komfortabel, sauber und für den Preis wirklich hervorragend. Für diese Lage ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis meiner Meinung nach unschlagbar. Im Zimmer war alles vorhanden, was man braucht: Föhn, Wasserkocher, Kaffee und Tee, Fernseher, kleiner Kühlschrank, Shampoo und weitere Annehmlichkeiten. Ich würde diese Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen und würde bei meinem nächsten Besuch gerne wieder hier übernachten.

Es gibt nichts, was mir nicht gefallen hat.

今までホテルのみで初めてのゲスハでしたが、こちらに宿泊して良かったです！ 美容渡韓のためクリニックから近いステイ先を探していて、こちらが比較的お安かったので決めました。 新沙駅3番出口からすぐにあるのでアクセスよし。クリニックにも近いし、周りにはコンビニや食べ物屋さんもあるので便利です。 空港行きバスの乗り場も近いです。 お部屋には冷蔵庫、棚、トイレ、シャワー完備。ドライヤーやケトルも置いてあるので部屋を出ることなく過ごせます。 部屋に小さい充電式簡易ライトもあって、これが地味にいい仕事してくれる(笑) 歯ブラシセットや変化プラグ、コップ等もあるのですが、唯一ティッシュだけはないので、持参することを勧めます！ 枕も2つあったので、頭を高くして休めました。 初日、部屋の鍵を開けてもドアが開かなくて困って連絡したら、お姉さんが迅速に対応きてくださり安心しました！(ドアが少し硬かっただけでした) 共有部分には、ウォーターサーバーやキッチンもありここで毎日お水貰ってました。 毎日ゴミとタオルを部屋の前に出しておけば、お姉さんが新しいものに変えてくれます！ DT中で、お手洗いが近くトイペが欲しいと伝えたらすぐ対応してくださり、そこから毎日置いておいてくれたので助かりました。 チェックアウト後も荷物預かってくれました！ 他部屋の音も全然気にならないし、9日間ストレスフリーで過ごせました！ 久しぶりの長期連泊だったので心細いかなとも思ったのですが お姉さんが会う度に挨拶してくれたのも本当に嬉しかったです。 もしまた渡韓する際はぜひこちらに泊まりたいと思います！ 本当にお世話になりました。

施設前の坂道付近で、路上喫煙してる人が多いのでそこだけ気になりました。

管理人さんがとても親切で清潔です。 新沙駅とバス停、コンビニやダイソーメガコピから近いのも有難いです。 坂も慣れれば大丈夫でした。

NetflixやYouTubeが見られるテレビだと嬉しかったです あと冷凍は使えなかったです。

Très bon emplacement. Très bon rapport qualité-prix. J'ai apprécié la chambre (lit, air climatisé, séchoir, bouilloire) et j'y retournerais.

Des bruits de l'extérieur ou des autres chambres sont inévitables.

Отель близко расположен к выходу из метро. Но имейте ввиду, что к отелю надо подняться в небольшую горку. Номер не большой, для 2 человек в самый раз. Всё необходимое в номере есть.

The host is super attentive, always responds fast and tries to accommodate any request. She is lovely and help with everything was very appreciated! Location is fantastic. Minding there is a little hill good to take into consideration if heavy luggage. Literally 2 min walk to Sinsa station, 1 min to the convenience stores and everything you need around. Facilities are basic and nothing super fancy but 100% functional and absolutely fine for the price that it is! The place is spotless!

Muy buena ubicación para moverse por Seúl, cerca de una parada de metro. Además, la zona cuenta con mucha oferta de servicios. Está en una zona tranquila, sin ruidos. El personal muy amable y accesible. La habitación cuenta con lo necesario. Muy limpio. Proporcionan una toalla grande y pequeña, algo poco habitual en Corea. También cuenta con un espacio común con cocina y posibilidad de poner la lavadora.

Excelente ubicación y muy limpio.Buena relación calidad- precio.

Very close to the metro and bus station. Couldn’t deny the location is pretty nice. Everything is provided. Heat mat, shampoo/body soap, fridge, kettle…… everything.

A bit hard to find the entrance. The gate and the main door don’t lock, and it means anyone could go to straight to the room door without any password. And it’s a bit steep to walk to the building.

新沙駅からのアクセスも良く施術したクリニックから近かった。 部屋は1人なら申し分ない広さ。 LINEで直ぐに対応してくれるので安心。 部屋の掃除はないけどゴミや、タオルも10時までに外に出しておけば毎日交換してくれる。 共有キッチンには電子レンジやウォーターサーバーがある。

壁が薄いせいか外や周りの部屋の話し声は聞こえますが気にならない程度。

部屋のエアコンは冷房のみ、ベッドのヒートマットしかないので真冬のソウル旅はつらいかもしれないです

We stayed here for a week. The room was very clean and comfortable. The owner was very friendly. We were able to store our luggage there before check-in and after check-out. The location was perfect - right beside Sinsa station. This made it very easy to get around the city. Would definitely recommend!

The host responded quickly, and allowed an early check-in. The guest house is very close to the 6009 bus stop so it is easy to get to the airport.

The room was a little cramped. I had a room with twin beds, but it would probably be better served as a single with some desk space, or a double bed with more room to the sides.

Great location with easy access to public transport, in a safe area with plenty of small shops. The host is incredibly kind and helpful and the accommodation is tidy and clean. I wholeheartedly recommend it, especially for solo travelers.

Good prime location located at conveniece area you can find every things near by ..The Room quite narrow however its clean enough, i has difficult to breath in 6×3sqm space.

It was very clean and the check- and -out procedures were very easy and especially check-in was very flexible and convenient. Hair dryer, towel, tooth brush and paste, kettle also available as well as a small communal kitchen :) Also, thet lend you umbrellas to use while you're there :)

Sometimes you could here your neighbor because the insulation of the walls is apparently not sufficient.

3 mins walk to sinsa station, lots of food within walking distance. Staff was responsive. Hassle free.

The guesthouse is clean and well maintained, and the host is very nice and helpful. The mini fridge is small but is much bigger than those in most of the hotel, so it can store all the foods that I need.

The bathroom is little too high, and I hope there is separate shower room to separate it from the toilet.

Probably the best stay I have ever booked while staying in Korea for 2 weeks. The lady was kind, informative and very promptly responded to every request and messages, I could not have found a better place. Thank you so much for everything, I will remember all the good memories I had there.

Clean, comfortable, and really friendly service.

The property is well maintained and the owner is very respectful and super nice! Her English is good as well and she is willling to help with anything you need. I like that the room has a mini fridge, private bathroom and hot water boiler. Any dishes I need to borrow I can go to the shared kitchen. For laundry, you will just need to pay the owner and she will do it for you. This is a good place to stay if you need something affordable, is a single traveler and traveling for medical purposes (surgeries, etc). I will definitely come stay again for sure!

Just a small note - There are rules posted in the kitchen to maintain respect for other clients who stay in the other rooms by keeping noise down after 10pm. but some clients don’t always follow that and that is not the property’s fault at all! Just wish that other clients can be respectful as well

Sunny has been super attentive, responsive and thoughtful during my past 2 stays at Suncity. I highly recommend if you're staying around Gangnam/Sinsa!

The mattress was comfortable, but the cover under the sheet was not breathable so I woke up sweating. Wifi, microwave and fridge available.

I arrived to see the building wrapped in scaffolding and a strong stench of sewer. Throughout my stay the toilet spit up smelly water at odd times and I didn't want to use it or shower there because of it. There is zero soundproofing so you can hear everything on the same and different floors. Electricity flickered when the next room used a hairdryer and she screamed. Creepy. Half an hour before check-out a woman entered the room when I didn't answer the door BECAUSE I WAS IN THE BATHROOM. Do not stay here. Stay anywhere else.

Best place in Seoul to stay if you want excellent value for money as well as hygiene ( see photo for example of clean bathroom ) and a great location. Super clean and extremely convenient. SINA station ( line 3) is 1 min from the property and the owner is caring and polite. She is welcoming and caring while she is professional and keeps the place spotless. I can’t even find this level of hygiene in 6 star hotels !!!

I can’t find anything - I tried to find to give balance but just couldn’t. Others have commented on noise from the fridge or pipes but I heard NO noise at all.

It smells and there were big construction area.

The room and shared areas was very clean and nice. I found the beds to be very comfortable. The staff was super nice and helpful at all times and went out of their to help us with trying to find a camera my friend lost in Korea last time she was there, and we greatly appreciated it. I would definitely stay here again.

Small room but with everything you need: a desk, a mini fridge, a wardrobe and a private bathroom. Very clean, quiet and 3 minutes from the nearest MTR stop. Suncity Guesthouse is also easily accessible from the airport by bus 6002 and a 5 minute walk. I loved this place!

The hotel is amazingly well located. Right next to the subway, in the middle gagnam but still in a quite street so no noise at night. The staff was really nice, the place clean and had all necessary amunities. The AC worked perfectly and the self check in was really convinient. I highly recommend this place !

Excellent location! Metro and bus station is really close! Easy check in and out. Good size room for one person and for the prize! Got easily everywhere and is in walking distance from Han river. With the hot and humid weather, I LOVED the air-condition in the room!

Easy to find and excellent location

The property is only a two minute walk from the Metro. It's an excellent location for Lexis Korea language school in Gangnam. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It's very quiet.

I couldn't work out how to use the AC so it was very hot.
