Jenny was a great host, really helpful, everything was clean, well laid out and easy to find. Kitchen was well stocked. The rooms are big, bathrooms are great and the garden and pool are both well done.

Door bell didn’t work so had people waiting out front for us and we didn’t know.

The service provided by Jenny were excellent. She was very helpful and professional in her dealings and made sure that our stay was comfortable

Big pool and garden

Inside was bit dated and pool needed bit work

Everything is excellent even the location is a bit inside. Very calm and greeny. Good place for a peaceful environment.

Lots of mosquitos and there are some insects which is not harmful but it will be great If they are not there. Hope the management will do something about it. Other than that everything is excellent.

Loved the property, perfect for family of 6. Great location quiet private street that is just around the corner from all the main streets and action. The communication leading up to the stay was fantastic. Highly recommend will definitely stay again.

Misto je skryte, je tu absolutni klid a soukromi. Zadny hluk. Krasna zahrada, hezky bazen. Jenny, ktera se o nas starala, byla velmi mila a vzdy nam se vsim ochotne pomohla. Vila je cca 15 minut dochazkove chuze od plaze. Poskytnuti hygienickych potreb a prostredku proti komarum. restaurace v blizkosti.

Vybveni pokoju je jiz starsi. Zasobnik vody neni chlazen, takze voda neni uplne studena.

We already stayed at Villa Janitra back in February of this year. Just like last time, we really enjoyed everything. Once again, we only stayed for one night before heading north to Lovina. The housekeeper, Jenny, was very friendly. The gardener spent the whole day tidying up the garden. We really liked the tiled concrete patio — it’s the perfect spot to sit in the evenings under the lamp light and enjoy a beer. The villa is very cozy and clean. We were pleased to find a fully equipped kitchen. If we come to Seminyak again, we’ll definitely stay here.

We had an amazing stay at this villa! The garden is absolutely stunning and adds so much charm to the place. One of the biggest highlights for us was the spacious living area with a large TV—perfect for relaxing. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and we absolutely loved the open-concept bathroom—such a unique and enjoyable feature! The owner and housekeeper were incredibly helpful and made our stay even more pleasant. Thank you for everything, and we can’t wait to come back!

We did not order any breakfast as we like to cook our own. The location was very convenient, the small shopping centre (Seminyak Village) was a 6 minutes walk as well as the nearest Indomart.

The pressure of the water in the bathroom could be better as it takes a bit of time to take a bath. There could be unannounced power interruptions as well which could last for a couple of hours, we had two power interruptions during our stay. It would have been nice if we weren't in the villa when it happened unfortunately we were there so the wait times in the dark with no aircon is a bit uncomfortable.

It is little secluded and far from the road, which makes it little difficult to commute but apart from that everything was good.

Excellent villa with a gorgeous garden.what i really liked was the enclosed living room.even when it's hot outside,you can relax in the cool air inside, thanks to the air conditioner.the villa is very clean and also has a tv with Netflix.plus,it's just a short walk to the center with restaurant,shops and the beach.we loved everything about our stay and Will definitely come back!

Due to the change of our flight, we book the villa at very last minute. Luckily they answer fast and our check-in was smooth. The highlight is the huge beautiful garden, which is very rare in cramp of Seminyak. The living area and kitchen have a powerful AC, make it very comfy to cook and hide from the Bali’s heat. A semi outdoor bathroom, equipped with basic necessary things (shampoo, shower gel, tooth brush, tooth paste). Jenny the housekeeper have a vibrant and happy vibes. She answered every quiry, and act quickly. Thank you for solving our problem with key of the safebox and do the laundry promptly. Would love to coming back!

Hidden gem, i would suggest to download googlemaps to easily navigate in Bali overall.

Located down a quiet little lane. A bit hard to find but once you know...you know. Our daily cleaner Jenni was fantastic and very helpful and friendly.

Water pressure in the shower could be a little stronger.

Clean, safe, comfortable, location close enough to walk to the action and the beach yet far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. Feels like you are on an island in the secluded yard. The biggest winner is the fully enclosed living area with fabulous air con. Simply amazing for travelling with an infant - no nasties in the afternoons

Well positioned villa to Seminyak and local restaurants. Yet quiet dead end st which was nice to retire to after hussle and bustle of city streets. House keeping was wonderful and allowed us to fully relax, any requests where quickly dealt with by communication in what's app to house keeping or villa manager. We felt very safe staying here. Aircon is very cold. We ate at Revolver, Sisterfields, neon palms, seafood place next door, bias courtyard, bao bun and wild habits and never got Bali belly.

The villa is located in a quiet location at the end of the street. The whole ambience of the property with the villa and the hospitality of the lady who came and cleaned everything every day was just perfect. Highly recommend this villa 10/10.

The small room doesn't have direct access to toilets and the showers don't have good pressure.

Really lovely villa and garden. Light- filled living area. Pool was very popular. Housekeeper, Ms Jenny wonderful helpful support person. Driver, Mr Wayan, very good. Location nice and quiet but not too far from main strip.

Bright and clean facility. It is very nice to have an air conditioned living area overlooking the pool to welcome us back from the hot and humid weather. The daily housekeeper was very friendly, courteous and helpful. We had a wonderful stay!

Kids struggled with the shower head not staying up in the other bathroom.

Showers outdated and poor water pressure

The location is excellent for quick commutes to a range of amazing restaurants in the area. We walked to almost every venue we ate at and had an endless amount of highly-rated restaurants and cafes to pick from. The villa is tucked away from main roads so you get almost no noise which was incredible and made the stay super relaxing. Mini-mart is a two-minute walk from the villa so stocking up on snacks/drinks was easy. Jenni was super kind and did a great job cleaning and maintaining the villa each morning.

The showers had some problems with staying upright which was frustrating. Beware that the open bathrooms are separated by one single wall so you can hear everything that is going on in the bathroom next to you (not ideal for when two people were wanting to use the toilet at the same time)

Location was magnificent: close to town centre but still very private. The pool was a major plus; very clean and inviting. The property layout was very good; the bedrooms off the long living space. Especially liked the illumination of the property and pool at night: most restful

We read that there was a dryer but no big deal. It was a bit strange that there was hot water available but not over the sink (not much of a concern)

It is little oasis in the heart of Seminyak! Huge and beautiful garden surround the villa. Big and comfortable bed, living area with an AC, makes us want to stay at the villa whole day! Jenny the maid and Made the poolman were doing fantastic job. They have big screen TV with Netflix account and Youtube for our kid. Semi open air bathroom, it is something that we don’t have back home in the city, but turn out we like it so much! Location is walking distance to Sisterfield and Revolver coffee. Gojek and Grab don’t have trouble to finding the villa. We love our stay and plan to book again in July!

The villa located in small alley, which is good because it’s very quiet. The alley and garage only fit for 1 car. Easier to take online taxi, due very hard to find parking in Bali.

I had a wonderful stay at this villa. It was perfect for my needs. The villa had a very big garden where I could relax and enjoy the fresh air. The living area was closed and had air conditioning, which was great for the hot days. Jenny, the housekeeper, was very friendly and helpful. She made sure I had everything I needed and gave me some tips on where to go and what to do. The location was in a quiet area, but still within walking distance to the centre and the beach. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. The location was perfect for us, close to the beach and the centre The host was very welcoming and helpful, and the staff were nice and friendly. The villa itself was spacious, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool, the garden and the views. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

Our host was very friendly and made sure to greet us warmly and walk us around the different facilities upon our arrival. There are a wide food and massage options available that you can order from the villa and the villa is located in a quiet area while being within walking distance of cafes and shopping area. The garden is big with many plants and photo-taking spots. There is a useful kitchen area with microwave, fridge and cutlery available. There is a very spacious living room area with dining table and sofas with a working TV. The outdoor bathroom was also unique. The rooms with double beds were absolutely beautiful, luxurious and spacious. It is overall clean enough, spacious and comfortable with big and luxurious bedrooms. Very nice if you like large gardens and photogenic bedrooms.

Property is rather hard to find and the vehicle roads into the property are very narrow. The stepping stones in the garden were slippery with algae and the outdoor bathrooms are un-usable when it rains, unless you like showering in the rain. Our host told us that there were "planks" to cover the bathroom when it was raining but didn't show us how to use the planks. The air-conditioner in one of the rooms was leaking a little when we arrived, but was fixed by the next day. The walls in the outdoor shower have some algae on them. The 2 rooms with double beds are very pretty but the third room with a single bed is rather small and looks like a study room rather than a luxurious bedroom. The pool was also rather small and also did not look very clean when we arrived. The pool was however cleaned by the third day.

The space was amazing, and the location is perfect so close to all the restaurants and cafes.

Very cozy villa in a quiet neighborhood. Decent size with 3 bedrooms and a huge green garden. Ideal for family. Food and massage are within walking distance (8-10 mins walk). Beach is a bit far away, but still reachable by walk (ie. 15 mins).
