Incredible violas and great value for money, private and quite. The food at the hotel was better than any food we ate out and pricing was better than eating out. All staff was lovely and room was very clean

The property is well maintained, clean and tidy. The villa was comfortable and clean. The chilled filtered water in the room was greatly appreciated. The food was great and the service was impeccable. All of the staff were super friendly and went out of their way to accommodate.

It was very comfortable. Had fresh filtered water, clean linens and the room was in great condition. The staff were extremely friendly, always with a smile and determined to make sure we had everything we needed. The food was great. Pool was clean.

Breakfast was disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend including it. Whilst the pool was nice, it is positioned against a busy road which attracts a lot of noise! Good to pop the AirPods in and listen to music.

It was great location. Staff was great. Big pool. Clean hotel overall.

Dinner was not the best. The spa closes too early. There was no AC in the restroom which would get very hot.

Spacious room and comfortable beds, kind and helpful staff. The location is good, within walking distance of centre and beach. Pool area was big enough and offers a peaceful spot to relax. There is a water dispenser in the corridor which is perfect to reach a clean drinking water everyday. Breakfast was perfect. We enjoyed our stay

I’m sure it was luxurious once but needs some updating now. Backing had worn off mirrors and lights were very dim in the rooms

Staff were amazing, breakfast included was delicious , facilities and size in the deluxe poolside room is excellent value & we ate more at mutiara this time.

Nothing to say that we didn’t like.

The one really positive thing was the staff — they were absolutely lovely, friendly and helpful, and this review is no reflection on them at all.

The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable, almost like sleeping on concrete, and we woke up every morning with aching backs. Our friends stayed in a separate room and had the exact same issue. The air-conditioning was also very noisy throughout the night, and the food was quite average. Overall, it just wasn’t a comfortable stay for us.

Beautiful villa, very large pool with a deep end. Loved the garden and just hanging out by the pool and in the dining area. Huge bedrooms and bathrooms (semi outdoor bathrooms) beds were good, firm mattresses and lumpy pillows manageable. Great aircon. Food at the restaurant was fantastic, staff are so friendly and can speak good English. Room service and breakfast was so great, having it brought to your villa every morning (so much to pick from). The spa treatments were lovely and the staff are all so nice (book in advance). Great central area, everything is like a 5-10min walk away, was a bit hard for one of us who had trouble walking around as there is not great footpaths in the area, even the main streets around Seminyak. We had a great time and would come back again.

The outdoor kitchen was tired, the stove top didn’t work (but that was ok as we ate out a lot) we kept running out of napkins. If you don’t get your room cleaned, the water runs out (staff are quick to replace) and the bins get full (something got into ours one night). The pool had no rails and only one big step to get in, so it was hard as one of us had mobility problems. Steps up from the garden into the kitchen, lounge bedroom area same thing. The main bedroom has a small step into the bathroom that is invisible with the white tiles (could use some cation tape). The second bedroom upstairs had very steep stairs.

Staff very kind and helpful. Also we liked the breakfast, it was very tasty and fresh every morning. Spa facility and nice pool. Very clean all the area.

I loved the location, however our room was the closest to the road and it was very noisy in the nighttime, hard to sleep also with earplugs.

Ruido de la calle, pasa una justo detras, s eoida desde habitación y piscina.

Les petits déjeuners sont bons avec une carte variée. L'emplacement de l'hôtel permet d'accéder facilement au centre de Seminyak avec ses boutiques et restaurants. La plage est aussi accessible a un quart d'heure a pieds environ. La salle de bain de notre chambre en rez-de-chaussée de chaussée était très agréable, en extérieur et spacieuse. Personnel accueillant et sympathique.

La proximité avec la rue fait sue parfois cela peut être un peu bruyant avec les véhicules qui passent mais sinon hotel pratique pour quelques jours.

Hotel molto bello e curato, piscina stupenda e finalmente una struttura dove ti rifanno la camera e ti cambiano gli asciugamani. Camera enorme e bagno che sembra la camera di casia mia. Colazione ok, ho capito che in Indonesia non usa la colazione a buffet, ma quello che ti danno è buono, fatto sul momento e la scelta niente male. Abbiamo provato anche il ristorante a pranzo e devo dire prezzo e qualità non male.

una piccolissima cosa, dovrebbero fare attenzione al calcare, l'acqua non usciva bene né dalla doccia né dal lavandino.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. It was very well maintained and our villa was always very clean and the pool area was tidy. Considering its proximity to the busy Seminyak Main Street is was surprisingly quiet.

Could not find anything to be unhappy about.

L’eau avait un goût très étrange. Le petit déjeuner peut être améliorer. Le pain n’était pas de bonne qualité. Les jus non plus.

Everything was perfect- the staff were all so friendly. The rooms were kept very clean and the surrounds all well looked after. The breakfast was ideal - picked from a menu and not your usual buffet style.

Very old and poorly maintained hotel. Everything feels neglected, even the garden is drying out, which is unbelievable in Bali. The cleanliness was absolutely terrible; I even found cockroaches inside a drawer. There was rust, deterioration, and a general sense of neglect everywhere. The food was of extremely poor quality as well. Overall, there is a complete lack of attention to detail and proper maintenance.

The property is in a good location

The property is old and dirty. The pool was so dirty we didn’t use it. The dining chairs were filthy with black dirty marks from over the years of people placing dirty hand prints over them.

This resort is just beautiful, the staff are super friendly and helpful, the location is perfect, in the heart of Seminyak but still peaceful. The pool was so good, and the included breakfast was excellent.

Es sind wirklich Mega viele Mücken dort und keinerlei Netz ums Bett als Schutz oder generell mückenschutz der zur Verfügung gestellt wird.

Hard beds both in room and poolside

Ruime villa met ruime kamers, groot prive zwembad, vriendelijk personeel. Fijne accommodatie met elke ochtend ontbijt bezorgd in de villa. Spa en gym waren ook erg netjes.

Het ontbijt is a la carte keuze uit een paar vaste borden, de keuze/inhoud vonden we wat tegenvallen. Verder was de villa iets verouderd, zeker de buitenkeuken en de badkamers zijn aan vervanging toe.

Ligging is echt fijn en heel lekker ontbijt.

Je hoort wel veel het verkeer.

15 min to good shopping. Good breakfast. Great staff although like most hotels probably severely underpaid. Loved that they put glass water bottles in the room. And filling up stations around. As tourists we have a responsibility to not accept any plastic bottles, straws or bags. We did well to fill our own bottles wherever we went. We were 6 tourists who did not add to Balis severe rubbish crisis.

Too expensive for us. Plenty of more affordable options around. Also there was a mosquito in my room and without nets this was a disaster.

Staff were amazing with the usual friendly Bali personalities. Pool area is really nice and villas were a great size. Can’t fault the location being in the heart of Seminyak but a street away from the crazyness. Easy to walk everywhere you need to go. So many restaurants and bars nearby. Breakfast was basic but very nice. Rooms are a good size. Loved the outdoor bathroom. Great value for the location.

The bed was really hard. I like a soft bed so it wasn’t comfortable for me. In one of the villas, the curtains had mold on them, but overall was clean. Walls were thin so could hear when motorbikes went past at night time and could hear my neighbours conversations from the outdoor bathroom. Rooms are a little outdated but you get what you pay for.

Its my favorite place close to the bustle of Seminyak. It’s situated away from the main Road, but central to all the cafes and shops. The breakfast is really good, my favorite, mie goreng is delicious and the fresh juice and fruit is my favorite. The spacious pool and gym is an extra bonus. The villas are beautiful with their own pool, the rooms comfortable and cosy. The staff exceptional⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I stay here on every trip, because I love the staff and the atmosphere. I would only say one thing and that is the pillows. They could be better

The property itself ws great

We loved everything about our villa at the Mutiara resort. The layout was perfect, the outdoor space and pool was sunny but there was also plenty of shade in the kitchen area. The bed was comfortable and the villa was clean. Staff were very professional, polite and helpful. The villa was quiet and we couldn’t hear much noise from other villas. We ordered room service for lunch and it was tasty and good value.

Friendly staff great location rooms were decent size.

Everything was great though showers are slightly run down water pressure was poor.

The staff are outstanding - friendly, welcoming and never stop smiling. The room was a good size and the pool area is very nice.

Breakfast menu is a bit limited, but I am a fussy eater.
