Close to shops, lovely staff, very accommodating

Nice pool to relax by, and the hosts met us very late to check in which was very appreciated given it took so long to get through immigration this time. Convenience store basically right at the front. Laundry people very close by. Easy 10 minute walk to start of main seminyak area (ie. Sisterfields cafe onwards).

Some things are a little old and tired, like the bathrooms, still very functional just calcium build up or something like that.

Fabulous staff, great location. Staff went above and beyond to look after me. Villa complex secure, felt safe.

Generally a bit tired.bathroom was not great with lots of scale around.also wasn’t great to walk around.no foot paths meant I needed to stay focussed at all times.

Great location, very close to shopping & restaurants. Beautiful and quiet inside the villa in busy central location. Nice large room and quite comfortable bed. Pool was nice. Staff were very friendly. Overall excellent for the price.

Beautiful relaxing villa

Situated in the perfect spot, nice and quiet. The rooms and bathroom were lovely and air conditioning worked well. The pool was lovely and the sun came through well during the day.

The property itself was nice and clean and comfortable, was in the best location close to shops cafes restaurants. I will definitely stay there again and the staff were amazing very helpful.

The privacy, quietness, the ability to just relax and feel safe and secure. The pool was lovely and refreshing to relax around. The space of the villa made it feel more like home . The location was fantastic for my needs and the surrounding services was great.

I could have asked for them but I didn’t. But maybe a tea towel to dry the dishes and a hand towel to dry hands.

Great staff

Seminyak is so busy, but somehow this lovely villa made you feel like you were in the middle of nowhere, so peaceful and tranquil and the beds and pillows were really comfy. It was great having 2 bedrooms and 2 (fully indoor) bathrooms. The pool was refreshing, the pool towels huge and the lounges comfy. There was plenty of seating space inside and out and plenty of cutlery and crockery. It could do with a few updates here and there which would really make this place outstanding I.e. water in the pond bit, tidying up of peeled paint/laminate but overall this did not impact our stay.

Not really dislikes, more improvements that would make this space even better. Washing up liquid and cloth, we only stayed a few nights so didn't want to have to buy any. Touch ups here and there to paint and cabinets. A net to fish out leaves and flowers from the pool each morning. Stop using bleach balls...we barely used the inside loo because the smell was so strong.

Mosquitos

During our 3-night stay at this hotel, 2.4 million IDR in cash was stolen from our room. Every afternoon, we left the hotel to visit tourist attractions and locked our room before leaving. When we returned, we discovered that the cash had been taken from a bag that had been left inside the room. We had specifically requested that our room not be cleaned during our absence, and according to the hotel’s own records, no housekeeping staff entered the room that morning. We asked the hotel to investigate and review the CCTV footage, but they informed us that they did not have complete footage available. The staff was not helpful in resolving the issue and refused to compensate us for the stolen money. As tourists, we had a scheduled departure and were unable to stay longer to pursue a more detailed investigation. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a safe and trustworthy place to stay.

The location is on the quiet side of Seminyak, yet walking distance to everything including Seminyak village. Plenty of options for restaurants, spa. The host was very responsive. The check-in was by far the easiest / quickest I have ever experienced. Breakfast was simple but met the needs.

Lovely villa, good central location

Property could use an upgrade, decking was old and only repaired in some spots, loose nails and boards was a bit worrying for our toddlers. Breaky was ok but after a few days got a bit boring and we ordered takeaway.

Beds were a little hard

We booked this last minute the night before. The staff were incredibly welcoming. The villa is HUGE! The pool was a great size for the kids and they even surprised us with some pool floats. Lounge chairs sre very comfortable and pool was very clean. The gardens are lovely with lots of greenery for the kids to explore The location was a 2 minute walk from a supermarket and massage spa. It was really quiet and peaceful. Air-conditioned in all rooms. Both bedrooms had showers and a big bath tub. It has a full size kitchen, big dining table and TVs with netflix. A water machine was provided as well as mosquito coils. There is staff at reception 24 hours so you always felt safe getting dropped off in your taxi

Look for what you pay it is great value at the price. But note it is a little run down. Some taps/shower weren't working but this wasn't an issue as we just used the working bathroom. Staff were very helpful when our power went out and got it back up and running straight away. If you dont mind something a little older but still comfortable for the price, I highly recommend. We were happy with our stay

Beautiful size villa and pool had everything we needed

The private pool was of course the highlight. Location was good as well. Felt safe and private. Large room. Nice kitchen area and large fridge.

Lots of mosquitoes near the pool after the sun goes down unfortunately. Made us change our romantic dinner booking. The bathrooms could be cleaned a bit better.

Villa definitely needs attention. Outdoor furniture needs replacing. Curtain in bedroom very mouldy needs replacing. Breakfast not great and served every morning on dirty tray. Butter was old for two days of the stay. Melted and separated. Problems with Villa key 2 days in a row. Perhaps update the system. No security. Felt a little on edge at night as the bathroom backs onto the driveway with no lock to the bathroom door to outside and just a rusty latch on the gate to the villa yard. There was a lock from bedroom to bathroom, but very hard to access toilet during night. Bath robe was stained/dirty in wardrobe. For the price expectated more.

this was the second or third time we stayed in this place... you have a wonderful villa with private pool all to yourself and breakfast is served in the house....

No curtains on the windows in the lounge made it very hot to sit in the afternoon and the pool was difficult to get out of for old people or disabled people. All the rest was 100 %. Thankyou we will tell our friends. 🧡

Very dated and in need of repair in several areas especially wooden deck area around the pool could cause serious injury! Water goes on and off not great when you need a shower before a really early flight in the morning but there is always someone around to help with repairs

Maintenance wasn’t good. I stayed there 7 nights,I was wondering first 2 nights there is no hot water in the villa, and last night before I checked out not even tap water in the villa..

Villa was fantastic had a wonderful stay, very clean and comfortable. Handy quiet location never had an issue with pick ups or deliveries. Pool was incredible, perfect temperature. Staff are very kind and friendly.

The staff were so friendly and very helpful, this is my 3rd time staying in this villa and the staff have always been great.

The property needs some attention. The decking at the pool was very worn, the doors into the living area and into the bedrooms were very hard to open and close because they are worn and stiff. I could hear the people in the villa next door opening and closing their doors during the night and in the morning. The phone to contact reception also didn’t work. The pond area was full of algae and needed some attention and the villa was overall just really run down.

The design, location, layout & staff of the villa were all excellent . Very clean although a little worn.

There were no hand towels in powder room. Insufficient glasses, kitchen accessories etc. No tea towels.

The size and peacefulness is wonderful. Bed is super comfy and bedding linen spot on. Also love the 10+ litre of refrigerated filtered water.

The shower head and toilet could be upgraded.

Comfortable Beds & good sized pool

The villa we stayed in needs a fair bit of love and some deep cleaning. The photos must be several years old as they were not like they presented in person. The towels were stained, bathroom drain stank like sewerage, broken pool tiles, some taps in the bathroom not working & it wasn't ready for check in by 1400.

The pictures accurately depicted a very clean spacious and comfortable property.

Where do i start, we had to move villas as the toilet overflowed and smelt, the next villa the toilet wouldnt stop running the power kept going out, the breakfast was terrible, apart from the omelette. The coffee was in a plunger that was way to strong, it was horrible. We ordered coffee takeout every day. In the end, we just ordered breakfast on go gek The phone cable fell out every time we tried to use it The floors were so slippery that numerous times we nearly slipped over, villa one had loose floor boards on the pool deck very unsafe Avoid this place its old and run down and needs attention

The pool was a great size & well kept, short walk to eat street, quiet area, comfy beds & clean.

Property needs some maintenance, in one room drains blocked at times, cabinets in kitchen/both bathrooms peeling with water damage & pool lounge chairs need a clean as mold.

Loved the location, cleanliness and the hospitality staff! There was sunlight all day, the privacy was great and the layout of our villa was perfect! Staff were so accommodating to us and we booked last minute!

Nothing not to like!

Beautiful villa in a great location and Riska and her team were exceptionally obliging with any requests we had.

Even though the villa was lovely, it does need some maintenance done - for example outdoor decking boards very shaky in areas and chipped bench tops in kitchen but we overlooked that - there also needs to be some outdoor chairs placed on the verandah outside the bedrooms so guests can sit there overlooking the pool.
