Nuestra experiencia en este alojamiento fue bastante decepcionante. El principal problema fue la puerta de acceso desde la calle: solo podía abrirse desde dentro y no tenía cerradura para abrirla desde el exterior. Por ello, cada vez que salíamos había que dejarla abierta. Si otros huéspedes entraban o salían, podía permanecer así durante bastante tiempo, dejando las habitaciones prácticamente expuestas a la calle y reduciendo la intimidad y la sensación de seguridad. Además, la piscina y el suelo de alrededor estaban sucios. Tuvimos que solicitar expresamente que los limpiaran y, aun así, la limpieza general nos pareció deficiente. Reservamos dos habitaciones, una para mí y otra para mis dos hijas, y ambas presentaban problemas con los inodoros. En la habitación de mis hijas, el inodoro estaba averiado y no podía utilizarse. En la mía, el botón de descarga de la cisterna también estaba roto. Informamos de la situación y nos aseguraron que la solucionarían, pero nadie acudió a reparar nada durante nuestra estancia. También solicité una devolución parcial debido a estos problemas, pero no recibí ninguna respuesta. La atención posterior fue inexistente, lo que transmite la sensación de que, una vez efectuado el pago, no hay interés por atender las reclamaciones de los huéspedes. La ubicación es céntrica, pero también resulta bastante ruidosa, ya que el alojamiento está justo enfrente de un restaurante. Por la noche se escuchaban cánticos y, además, sufrimos cortes de luz con frecuencia. Entiendo que estas interrupciones pueden producirse en una isla como Gili Air, pero considero que deberían informarse previamente a los huéspedes. Por el precio pagado, esperaba unas condiciones y un nivel de atención muy superiores. He estado en alojamientos más baratos que ofrecían mucha más limpieza, mejor mantenimiento y un servicio considerablemente más atento. Me marché muy descontenta con la experiencia y, por todo lo anterior, no recomiendo este alojamiento.

Les chambres étaient spacieuses, propres, salle de bain était grande. La piscine et les transats étaient bien appréciables. Bien placé au centre et proche du port. Tout se fait à pied être 5 à 10 minutes.

La ubicación del espacio es fantástica, ideal para desconectar y explorar la isla con total facilidad. Las habitaciones son increíblemente cómodas, amplias y decoradas con un gusto exquisito, ofreciendo el descanso perfecto después de un día de playa. La piscina es una maravilla, siempre limpia y perfecta para relajarse. Lo mejor de todo fue el trato humano. Sri, la gerente, es una persona excepcional. Su hospitalidad, amabilidad y atención al detalle hicieron que nos sintiéramos como en casa desde el primer minuto. ¡Recomendamos Villa Kamaria al 100% y estamos deseando volver!

Bella villa, in una bella posizione, con piscina e aria condizionata. Spaziosa, abbiamo avuto due camere non comunicanti. Bagno molto grande.

This is a gem! Sri was great at helping us with everything we needed. The apartment is very nice and cozy, situated nicely in one of the main roads from the harbour (easy to get to when you get to Air). But still it is a peaceful and quiet spot. We loved it. The pool was also perfect for our kids.

De locatie was erg fijn vriendelijk personeel!

We hadden een probleem met booking en de eigenaar heeft zijn best gedaan om ons een oplossing te bieden!

The bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was always clean with everything you needed. The best part was the team managing the villa, they were super attentive and helped out with requests and question.

Problème avec l'ectricite au milieu de la nuit plus d'électricité. Problème d'installation électrique non résolu. Lavabo bouché sur la chambre 2. Signalé mais non résolu.

Location is on main N/S road in Gili Air and appeared to be quite central on the island. About 10-15min from wharf. Villa was neat and tidy. Room was comfortable. AC in room was good. Friendly staff.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Sri qui a répondu à toutes nos questions et à été très réactive. Le logement était impeccable, propre, et bien situé.

Il y a eu 2 coupures de courant le matin, mais sinon rien de négatif.

L’emplacement, les prestations de la villa avec la piscine ++, la gentillesse et la disponibilité de l’hôte. Très bon accueil. Toutes nos demandes ont trouvé réponses. Propre. Bien isolé, on entend pas ou à peine les chants de la mosquée et le jour ne passe pas (rideaux bien opaques)

Emplacement rue animée avec restaurans et boutiques, piscine privée en plein centre de l île donc pratique à pied ou à vélo. Animation sans trop de bruit, chambres calmes et spacieuses. Bonnes adresses conseillées par notre gentille et chaleureuse hôte Sri, qui a été très réactive à nos demandes d'informations ou pour organiser nos activités.

Pas de table pour 4 ni de cuisine, car il s'agit de 2 chambres (avec SDB) adjacentes face à la piscine, mais il y a pour chaque chambre une bouilloire avec du café soluble et du sucre, ainsi qu'un petit frigo.

Die Villa ist wirklich wunderschön und gut gelegen. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert sehr gut und lässt sich toll einstellen, um auch nachts gut schlafen zu können. Der Turtlebeach ist nicht weit entfernt, nur ca. 400 oder 500 m zu laufen. Sri hat sich alle Mühe gegeben, um unsere Fragen zu beantworten und Dinge für uns zu organisieren. Vielen Dank dafür

Leider war bei uns an einem Tag der Pool nicht ganz in Ordnung, so dass einen ganzen Nachmittag daran herumgebaut wurde. Das hat natürlich die Privatsphäre erheblich gestört.

Gorgeous villa, 2 large seperate rooms both with beautiful bathrooms. Lovely pool and fantastic location in the middle of Gili- where you can walk to all areas of the island. Villa is even better than the pictures, and the host Sup was so lovely and friendly. Thankyou so much- we hope to stay again!

very nice houses with pool near of the main street. very comfortable bed. we just had workers next to our houses at daytime, if you don't mind, it's perfectly. the door wasn't closing at one room door and the fixed it immediately after we told them. really nice room service

Next door they had some construction works.

This newly built (or recently renovated) property is located right in the center of the island, making it very convenient—just a 5-10 minute walk to the harbor, Turtle Beach, or Sunset Beach. The property features two identical rooms with powerful AC, well-equipped bathrooms, and enormous, very comfortable beds. It’s ideal for two couples or a family with kids. The shared pool offers full privacy. No breakfast (yet - they are planning to add a kitchen) put there are many great places on the island within a short distance Sup is a great host who lives nearby. Don’t hesitate to ask him if you need any help or advice.

The main street can sometimes be a bit loud with horse carts passing by, but this just adds to the local flavor. However, it’s very quiet at night, ensuring a good sleep. ask for a late check up if your boat in the afternoon- there - we didn’t and it was long few hours in the middle of a very hot day
