A small paradise! We really enjoyed our stay and the staff was super helpful and friendly.

Mooie villa in het centrum van Gili Air. Alles is op wandelafstand. We werden zeer uitgebreid ontvangen en van alles op de hoogte gebracht. De kamer was heel esthetisch. Wat we gemist hebben was een klein frigootje en een waterkoker. We mochten onze drankjes wel laten koelen in de keuken. De jongens waren 1 voor 1 super vriendelijk en gedienstig. We werden zelfs getrakteerd op een live concertje.

Het ontbijt was lekker en versgemaakt, maar super beperkt. Een warm drankje, fruit platter of smoothie en 1 iets naar keuze, bv twee sneetjes toast en wat jam. De smoothiebowl was wel echt super tasty. Prijs-kwaliteit en in vergelijking met al onze andere verblijven in Indonesië is dit een klein werkpuntje. Weliswaar kon je voor een kleine meerprijs bijbestellen.

It’s quiet, clean, close to the beach and the better part of the island. The room was clean and had enough room. The secret terrace was nice. Staff was friendly, helpful and respectful to us.

Price/quality isn’t worth it. For €100 a night, you expect in Indonesia they live up to European/western standards. Out of our 3 days, the pool was under maintenance since halfway our second day. Shower/water wasn’t always available, which also means toilet could not flush. Breakfast was limited, you had to pay extra for an egg on an avocado sandwich, I mean… for €100 a night with breakfast included, you could add an egg… as well for a coffee if you would want almond milk. Breakfast was also basic, but again, it was included but better outside the villa. The boys who are around as staff are kind and helpful, but need an eye on, which was not… they were flirting with other girls, busy getting their hair ready in the mirror in stead of getting cutlery for our breakfast. Laundry would be done within 24h, 26h later we asked and okay, within 2 minutes we got our laundry, but we saw him leaving to get our laundry. They were a bit immature, they just needed a little bit of an eye on them 😉. Just a bit young and wild. Nothing really bad. We were better served in a family guest house in Tetebatu for €40 a night with WiFi and hot water.

Very well located, in the center of the island, room is very clean , spacious, and it smells great , the best part of everything about this accommodation was the staff , especially Lotfi and his cat Coco they made our stay memorable ! I wish him all the best with his two colleagues

Everything was perfect

Het personeel is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamers zijn ruim en proper. Ontbijt was super lekker. Het verblijf ligt in het midden van het eiland. Je staat met 10-15 minuutjes wandelen aan elke kant van het eiland. We hebben genoten van ons verblijf.

We hadden een geweldige, gastvrije onvangst van de eigenares, ze hielp ons meteen met de nodige uitleg over het eiland. De accomodatie is prachtig en past perfect in het paradijs dat Gili Air is. Het onbijt was zeer lekker.

Instalaciones muy bonitas y bien mantenido. Todo muy limpio. Personal encantador y muy atento siempre.

Uns hat einfach alles gefallen. Die Bungalows waren sauber, großzügig geschnitten, ein tolles Bad gab es ebenfalls und das Frühstück war auch immer frisch zubereitet. Besonders die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Mitarbeiter war unschlagbar....ganz, ganz liebe Menschen....

Ein kleiner Kühlschrank im Bungalows wäre toll

Nos quedamos impresionados con el lugar y con el trato. Está en el centro de la isla lo cual es muy cómodo para poder visitar cualquier punto. Nos trataron como en casa desde el principio y nos recomendaron lugares para visitar en Gili, también nos ayudaron a facilitarnos el alquiler de bicis y a organizar nuestra salida. Cuidan todo tipo de detalles en cuanto a limpieza y a las personas alojadas. No podemos estar más contentos de haber reservado en este lugar tan acogedor y bonito. Y por supuesto nos acordaremos de Coco, su precioso gatito ♥️

Petit coin de paradis sur Gili Air. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables, le personnel est très agréable et aux petits soins, tout est fait pour que vous vous sentiez comme à la maison. Ils sont aussi de bons conseils pour les visites ou les locations de vélos ou scooters. Mention spéciale pour Eyou ! Je recommande sans hésiter !

Obiekt ładny i kameralny, obsługa bardzo pomocna miła i serdeczna, podczas powitania opowiadają dużo o wyspie i polecają restauracje oraz miejsca warte uwagi dołączając do tego mapę. Czuliśmy się bardzo zaopiekowani.

Pokoje są ładne jednak mogłyby być lepiej posprzątane. Jeśli komuś zależy na szczelności pokoju to trzeba zwrócić uwagę na to, że czasami pojawiają się insekty ze względu na szpary w drzwiach

Great place, pool was beautiful and clean as was the rest of the place. They sorted us with bikes and a snorkelling trip - nothing was too much of a problem. Boutique accomodation at an affordable price.

We had an amazing stay here and would highly recommend this villa! The rooms were spotless, beautifully maintained, and felt brand new. Breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day. What really made our stay special were the owners and staff. They genuinely go above and beyond to help with anything you need and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. They even arranged a fantastic snorkeling trip for us, which was one of the highlights of our vacation. We shared so many laughs with the team during our stay and even spent two evenings playing pool together. They made us feel like friends rather than guests. This place truly felt like a home away from home. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. We would love to come back!

Nothing, everything is great!

The Staff was very friendly and accommodating! They went out of their way to help us with bookings in the area and they breakfasts, coffees were delicious. Not to mention that the room was very comfortable. It was a very nice spot to come back to after being out in the sun all day long!

En general todo, habitación perfecta. Buena atención. El nivel de ruido es inexistente (salvo ruidos externos a la villa). La piscina es muy buena también. El nivel de limpieza es muy bueno también. Tienen 2 gatitos adorables en la Villa. La ubicación es perfecta, en el centro de la isla puedes ir caminando 15 mins a cada lado de la misma.

Het personeel is super vriendelijk en grappig. De kamer was mooi ingericht en netjes.

Die Anlage ist relativ klein (es gibt 5 Zimmer), wodurch eine familiäre oder persönliche Atmosphäre entsteht. Nicht zuletzt allerdings auch, weil alle Mitarbeiter super nett, herzlich und zu jedem Zeitpunkt hilfsbereit waren! Anlage und Zimmer sind sehr gepflegt und sauber. Durch die zentrale Lage ist jedes Ende der Insel schnell erreichbar. Was auch praktisch ist, ist dass man gleich nebenan Fahrräder und Equipment zum schnorcheln ausleihen kann. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und haben uns wohl gefühlt! :) Geht auf jeden Fall mal in die Pizzeria una gegenüber, extrem lecker!

Wirklich wenig hat uns nicht gefallen, das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau. Das WLAN hätte vielleicht etwas stabiler und besser sein können.

nichts oder höchstens das fehlende Bidet an das man sich mittlerweile gewöhnt hat 😉

Insgesamt eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft in sehr guter und ruhiger Lage (man konnte nachts sehr gut schlafen). Das Personal war immer bemüht und freundlich. Das Zimmer hatte eine gute Größe und war sehr stilvoll.

Die üblichen Probleme, wie schlechter Abfluss und strenger Geruch im Bad, sind vermutlich ein Inselproblem. ABER das Zimmer wurde vor unserer Ankunft definitiv nicht oder nicht gründlich gereinigt. Auf der Duschabtrennung befand sich ein Nagelklipser vom Vorgänger, in der Badematte lagen zwei Zehnägel. Allgemein sah die Badematte eklig aus und als würde man sie nicht nach jedem Gast waschen. Der Pool war scheinbar „gekippt“, also schlecht geworden - das Personal sagte aber, dass man bereits dabei ist das Problem zu beheben. Als unser Zimmer nach zwei Tagen gereinigt wurde, hatten wir kein Toilettenpapier mehr - kann passieren, aber würde wieder zur Halbherzigkeit des Putzens passen. Der Fußboden war auch sehr dreckig (unsere Füße waren schwarz, obwohl wir das Zimmer nie mit Schuhen betreten haben). Aufgrund dessen leider nur 7/10 Punkte…

This place is like a slice of paradise. It’s so beautiful, calm and clean. The rooms are so amazing, immaculately clean and huge. The lighting is so nice and air-conditioning is good. The room felt very private. The pool is so nice. and breakfast was delicious. But the best thing of all was the staff - they are so accommodating, professional and kind.

Schönes und geräumiges Zimmer/Bungalow mit bequemem Bett und inkludiertem Frühstück mit gutem Kaffee. Es liegt etwas abseits vom Trubel, dadurch ist es angenehm ruhig. Besonders gemütlich wird es aber durch das sehr sympathische Team! Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt, dass wir spontan 2 Nächte verlängert haben.

Der Swimmingpool war leider ziemlich milchig, sehr warm und hatte extrem viel Chlor drin.

De kleinschaligheid en het ontzettend lieve personeel dat een plekje in ons hart heeft veroverd. De locatie en prijs-kwaliteit verhouding is meer dan uitstekend. Het is een rustige oase centraal op een prachtig eiland. We hopen dit verblijf en de lieve mensen opnieuw te bezoeken! Bedankt voor alles!

Het personeel was zo ontzettend lief en service gericht! Ze ze hebben alles voor ons geregeld (snorkeltrip, extra vroeg ontbijt, scooters) en zijn zelfs 3x heen en weer gereden om onze bagage naar de haven te brengen. Bedankt Owen en Heru!!! Ook de manager vroeg bij ons vertrek actief om feedback.

Beetje stof onder het bed, maar werd meteen opgelost

Petit-déjeuner correct et localisation centrale, permettant d’accéder facilement à l’ensemble de l’île. La présence de chats dans la résidence a été un vrai plus pour nous. Le personnel est à l’écoute et l’emplacement est calme et agréable.

Le lit n’était pas des plus confortables et présentait quelques taches, probablement incrustées malgré le lavage. Le petit-déjeuner était bon, mais sans être particulièrement remarquable.

Vi likte personale veldig godt! De var ekstremt hjelpsomme og hyggelige!:) De ordnet snorkletur til Gili meno, og transport over til kuta, lombok. Rommet var rent og moderne!

We stayed here for 5 nights as a family of four in a two bedroom villa. The accommodation was perfect for our needs with comfortable beds, a cute little pool area and breakfast each morning. But what made it memorable was the staff. They were so incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay - preparing delicious breakfasts, arranging snorkelling trips and helping us with our transportation off the island. We felt very grateful for their kindness. Thank you Owen and all the staff at Villa Mila who made our stay so special.

The location was alright - it's located in the middle of the island, so if you want to avoid using the horse carriages it's a bit of a journey if you're following exactly what google maps says (maybe use the main road if you brought a roller suitcase, if you're backpacking you're fine), the route google maps takes you to has a lot of potholes leading up to the villa. But when you rent a bike, cycling around is easy and near to a lot of things and beaches. Mas and the rest of the staff there are really friendly and knowledgeable, you'll like them very much :)

Toilet and the AC in the room we slept in were disappointing. We got them to come fix the AC, but each time they said it's cold, but we were seating in our sleep during the night - we were in room 3. The toilet has a bit of a weird drainage smell which I dont think they can get rid of easily. So just something me and my friend were unhappy about that's all.

Such a lovely and intimate accommodation in the centre of the island within walking distance of everything. The surroundings are peaceful and there is no disturbing music from beach clubs or bars, the nearby construction sites are only open during the day time. There are good local and international restaurants, cafes, shops and beauty salons nearby. In addition, the island's only paddle court is located nearby. The courtyard area and pool are pleasant and well maintained. The accommodation is small and unique, which is a big advantage. The air-conditioned rooms are pleasant and clean, they are cleaned daily. Towels and sheets are changed on request. There is drinking water available and the accommodation's restaurant is open during the day, offering snacks and drinks. You can book a bicycle, laundry service or book day trips from the reception. The staff is really friendly, nice and helpful, they even become friends during your stay❤️ If you are looking for a unique, well maintained and small boutique villa, I truly highly recommend this accommodation. Thank you very much manager Mas and the rest of the staff, you made our stay so unique and memorable. We felt very welcome and definitely come back later 🤗☀️

Las instalaciones comunes son de 10 y las habitaciones muy bonitas, con una decoración muy cuidada, grandes y muy limpias. El personal es muy amable y atento, te explican todo, te dan recomendaciones sobre la isla y su trato es exquisito!!. El desayuno buenísimo 😋

Location was in the centre of the island so we could go anywhere easily. Staff was very helpful and went beyond expectations. Breakfast was really good too.

The common area / breakfast area was rather small to accomodate all guests when fully booked. It would be great it there would be a sofa to hang out.for those not wanting to be in the sun.

Le staff a été tout simplement incroyable : disponible, chaleureux et toujours prêt à aider. Nous avons longuement discuté avec eux chaque matin et chaque soir, et ils nous ont accompagnés dans tous les petits problèmes rencontrés sur l’île de Gili air. Grâce à eux, plusieurs situations compliquées ont été facilement résolues. C’est de loin le meilleur hébergement que nous avons eu durant tout notre voyage. We chose this location for a specific purpose so were not that concerned about proximity to beaches or restaurants. We found the facilities very adequate and the staff, especially Mas, Eyu and Owan very helpful and accommodating.

Nous avons passé un super séjour où le personnel était adorable, l’hôtel est propre et bien situé. Le petit dej était bon et nous avons pu avoir pleins de conseils sur les activités et restaurants à faire!!

Tout était top, le seul petit point négatif était les travaux à l’extérieur de l’hôtel mais c’est souvent le cas en Indonésie :)

Its location in the center of the island is ideal: everything is nearby, both for walks and excursions. But what really makes the difference is the exceptional welcome from Mas and his team. Their kindness, availability, and constant attention made our vacation unforgettable. They helped us organize our excursions on the island and at sea, gave us careful advice, and even took the time to accompany us on our departures. Unser Zimmer war sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Personal war super freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Wir wurden schon mit einem Welcome-Drink begrüßt und uns wurde auch direkt gezeigt, was man alles so auf Gili Air machen kann. Wir haben uns während des Aufenthalts mit Mas und Ouen unterhalten - beide waren super offen und haben uns ein bisschen über ihre Kultur erzählt. Für uns war es ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt.

Der Abfluss hat leicht gerochen. Hat uns nicht gestört und ist glaube auf Gili Air ein gängiges Problem.

Merci au manager et à son équipe qui ont été très à l'écoute et de très bon conseil pour notre visite de gili air. Tres bon Petit déjeuner. L'emplacement de la villa est parfait au milieu de l'île tout se fait à pied , il y a même la possibilité de louer des scooters directement à la villa. Je recommande ce lieu. Merci pour ce séjour

Het is een mooie fijne plek. Met de fiets ben je zo overal. De jongens die werkzaam zijn, zijn heel vriendelijk. We hebben het fijn gehad!

Het was prettig geweest als de airco niet boven het bed zou hangen, maar aan de andere kant van de kamer.

Wir waren 3 Nächte in der Villa Mila und waren rund um zufrieden! Das Zimmer war schön und sauber genau wie die Außenanlagen inklusive Pool. Was man besonders hervorheben muss ist das freundliche Personal, das uns wirklich jeden Wunsch erfüllt hat!

Very comfortable and nice place. The staff were lovely and friendly - we had lots of nice chats with them over breakfast. Great location - in the middle of everything! Perfect for renting bicycles and exploring.

Hotel boutique super acogedor, agradable y muy bonito. Todo cuidado al detalle, realmente se respira paz y tranquilidad. A la habitación no le falta detalle y el resto de instalaciones están genial. Los chicos son encantadores. El desayuno con diferentes opciones, muy rico todo. Recomendable 100%!

Villa Mila offers the essentials of a comfortable 3-star stay — calm, clean, and perfectly suited for a short visit. Located just a 10–12 minute walk from the harbour, it’s surrounded by plenty of shops and local conveniences. We didn’t try the breakfast everyday, simply because each evening we indulged in a delicious feast at Sunny Warung (the best local food next to the property, with very reasonable prices), and we were still full the next morning! The staff were very kind and attentive. On the day of our departure, the boys kindly carried all our bags, prepared our lattes, and even gave us a lift to the harbour. Thank you for the warm welcome and thoughtful service — it was truly appreciated.

The cats haha (sorry, not a fan) but my husband loved them.

Wij hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in Villa Mila! Vanaf het eerste moment voelden we ons enorm welkom. Alles was heel persoonlijk geregeld en het personeel was echt geweldig – vooral Mas en Owan. Owan was ontzettend lief en speelde veel met onze dochter van 2 jaar, wat echt heel fijn was. ’s Ochtends genoten we van een lekker ontbijt en daarnaast werd er altijd met ons meegedacht. Zo hielpen ze ons met het boeken van een snorkeltour en ging Owan zelfs mee om een oogje op de kleine te houden – super attent! Ook praktische zaken zoals laundry regelen, fietsen huren en tips geven over waar we naartoe konden op het eiland, werden allemaal zonder moeite opgepakt. Niets was te veel gevraagd, elke vraag werd met een glimlach beantwoord. We vonden het zo fijn dat we uiteindelijk nog twee extra nachten zijn gebleven, wat gelukkig ook heel soepel geregeld werd. Kortom: een heerlijk, zorgeloos en warm verblijf. Wij raden Villa Mila absoluut aan en zouden zonder twijfel terugkomen!

War alles super toll! Mas hat uns liebevoll empfangen und uns etwas über die Insel erklärt. Zimmer liebevoll gestaltet inkl. kleinem Privatgarten, den wir aber nicht genutzt haben. Gerne wieder! Im Indonesien-Vergleich eine recht teure Unterkunft. Fahrräder konnte man gegenüber mieten. Frühstück war sehr lecker.

Lauft hin vom Hafen, sind nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Schont die armen Pferde :(

Villa Mila is a beautiful place in the middle of the island. You can receive all places on the island very quick. The managers, the service, the breakfast and room was great. Pool area aswell beautiful and super clean. The managers gave us many tips and helped us even to arrange a boat when we left. Mas , one of the manager, was always so helpful, funny and kind. Thank you so much for the great time!

Le personnel est très sympathique et serviable. Mas propose son aide pour réserver les calèches, bateaux... logement bien placé, centré pour visiter l'île. Location de vélos.Bon petit déjeuner. C'était très bien.

Il faudrait appprofondir un petit peu plus le ménage dans les coins autour du wc, la douche, sous le lit. Un support supplémentaire pour les serviettes de toilette, de plage, maillots de bain et linge serait apprécié car avec le taux d'humidité c'est long a sécher.

Excelente personal. Habitación preciosa y muy limpia cada día. Variedad de desayuno y buenísimo todo. La úbicación a 12 minútos de todos los puntos de la isla. Gracias y mil gracias por la ayuda con la maleta y con darnos el desayuno fuera del horario.Nos hemos ido enamorados de la isla , de su hotel y de las personas que allí trabajan.

Bungalow molto belli con piscina. La posizione è interna all’isola ma in realtà è tattico sia per la vicinanza al porto che per potersi spostare con facilità sulle spiagge est e ovest dell’isola. Molto buone anche le colazioni. Menzione d’onore per la gatta della villa che ci ha tenuto compagnia.

Nous avons passé un séjour génial à la Villa Mila. Au-delà du très beau cadre, c’est surtout l’équipe qui rend l’expérience exceptionnelle. Tous sont d’une bienveillance rare, avec le cœur sur la main, toujours disponibles et prêts à aider. Ils nous ont accompagnés dans chaque étape de notre séjour : organisation de transferts en bateau privé, organisation d’une superbe excursion à Lombok (du jour au lendemain), le tout de manière fluide et à un tarif très juste. Grâce à eux, nous avons pu profiter pleinement de nos vacances, sans aucun stress. Un immense merci à Mas et à toute l’équipe pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur professionnalisme. Nous repartons avec de merveilleux souvenirs et nous recommandons la Villa Mila les yeux fermés !

Mi estancia en Vila Mila fue increíble, Mas, Owan y Amto han sido muy amables conmigo sabiendo que viajaba sola siempre me preguntaban cómo estaba, sonreían en todo momento, incluso me han llevado con mi maleta al puerto el día de mi partida. El desayuno muy completo, café muy rico!. Ofrecen alquiler de bicicleta y máscara para snorkel. Las instalaciones muy nuevas y bien cuidadas, habitación espaciosa. La ubicación en el centro de la isla la hace ideal para poder moverse hacia los restaurantes. Sumaría contar con una caja de seguridad en la habitación. Volvería a alojarme aqui! muchas gracias!

It’s a great place. Mas and his team made us feel very welcome throughout our 3 night stay. The rooms are comfortable, very clean and quiet - we slept very well. Breakfast was good. The pool is very nice and clean. Perfect location. Good value for money. Mas and his team gave us good recommendations and even called a private boat for us when we were in Gili Meno. Would definitely stay here again if we were to come back!

Las villas son ideales. Habitación y baño amplio; la cama muy cómoda. El staff es encantador y te ayudan a rentar bicis/ motos, te atienden siempre con una sonrisa y están siempre dispuestos a ayudarte. Estás villas están ubicadas en el centro de la isla con lo cual están súper cómodo moverte a cualquier zona y estás a un máximo de 12-15mins de distancia de todo. La zona de la piscina es top para relajarse después de un día de playa. El desayuno increíbleeee; el mejor que hemos tenido durante nuestro viaje a a Indo. Si algún día volvemos a Gili air repetiremos este alojamiento sin duda!!

Ha sido el alojamiento más “caro” durante nuestro viaje a indonesia; también es entendible al estar en una isla pequeña con recursos más limitados… muy bien la relación calidad/ precio

Für mich war die Villa Mila die schönste Unterkunft auf Air. Das Personal hat den Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz besonderem gemacht. Owan hat mir sogar mit dem Gepäck geholfen und mich zu meiner nächsten Unterkunft gebracht. Der Service ist einfach excellent und daran sieht man wieder wie wichtig es ist, gutes Personal zu haben. Ich danke den Jungs von Herzen für die tollen Gespräche und den herausragenden Service. Die Villa Mila ist wunderbar ruhig und hat einen wunderschönen Poolbereich. Das Frühstück war excellent und Habe ich sehr genossen. Die Bungalows waren traumhaft schön. Wunderschön im Bohostyle eingerichtet, alles war hochwertig und neu. Jeden tat wurde sauber gemacht. Das Bett war super bequem und ich hatte meinen eigenen kleinen Garten. Die beiden Katzen habe ich sehr geliebt. Ich habe mich wie zu Hause gefühlt und hätte gerne verlängert, wenn ich die Möglichkeit dazu gehabt hätte. Ich danke Owan und dem Team von Herzen für die Gastfreundschaft. Ich komme gerne wieder zu euch :)

Such a great stay here at Villa Mila. Very relaxed. The staff were all wonderful and very helpful. They organised our push bikes, electric scooters and snorkelling gear very quickly and changed a scooter for us so easily. Nothing was too much trouble. We were leaving very early on our last day and Mas arranged breakfast and transport for us- very much appreciated- thank you! A highlight was a futsal game next door, that our boys enjoyed with local boys and other travellers ☺️

Établissement très propre et très agréable Sur Gili air, tout peut se faire à pied. Pas de voiture. Pas de Chien errant. Que des vélos ou des scooters électriques
