Que dire sinon exceptionnel et inoubliable Le Riad est tout simplement magnifique, extrêmement bien décoré, élégant et avec des matériaux et mobiliers de grande qualité, tout ce qu'il faut pour un séjour inoubliable. Petite note particulière au patio avec la piscine qui a été un endroit où nous nous sommes souvent retrouvés à divers moments de la journée et où nous avons vécu de très agréables moments. Aussi, malgré la forte chaleur de Marrakech, le Riad restait très frais et nous permettait de se rafraîchir entre nos diverses activités. Ensuite, que dire de Soukaïna si ce n'est qu'elle a été parfaite, d'une grande gentillesse, très très discrète et avec un don pour la cuisine, que ce soit pour les petits-déjeuners très diversifiés mais aussi pour les repas préparés pour nous ponctuellement. Soukaïna a eu le sourire du début à la fin du séjour et a pu satisfaire toutes nos demandes. Elle a fait preuve d'un très grand professionnalisme tout au long du séjour. Sa présence était vraiment un très gros plus du séjour. Aussi, le fait qu'elle ne soit pas là toute la journée nous a aussi permis de nous retrouver entre nous, ce qui était aussi très appréciable. L'emplacement du Riad est aussi excellent, il nous a permis de visiter les indispensables de Marrakech, très souvent à pied. En synthèse, je recommande vivement le Riad, que ce soit pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis et n'hésiterai pas à le recommender à toutes mes connaissances de passage à Marrakech

Rien, tout était vraiment parfait !

This Riad was even better than the 5-star hotels we stayed at in other parts of the country. It was the perfect spot for our group of 7 (6 adults and 1 child). It was spacious, super clean, had all the amenities (and more!), a comfortable living room, beautiful terrace... the list goes on. And without a doubt, the best part was the amazing care and service we received from the lady who looks after the place, her name is Soukaina. She was extremely attentive to our needs, and made us delicious food. We would gladly return to this property.

There's nothing we didn't like about this place, it was perfect.

Riad ristrutturato completamente nel 2023. Noi siamo 7 donne e, la struttura con 4 camere, è perfetta. Avevamo tutto per noi, compreso la squisita disponibilità della titolare e della “governante” Soukaina. Camere pulitissime e ambiente sicuro e confortevole. Cena e colazioni indimenticabili per bontà e qualità

Un lieu absolument exceptionnel. Le riad est magnifique, décoré avec un goût exquis, à la fois élégant et apaisant. L’atmosphère y est magique, presque hors du temps. Chaque détail est pensé avec soin, on se sent immédiatement bien. L’accueil est chaleureux, attentionné et le service irréprochable. C’est un véritable cocon, parfait pour se ressourcer.

This property is absolutely beautiful. So elegantly decorated and finished to a very high standard. It’s located right at the Kasbah, only a 10 min walk to the souks which is the perfect distance for some respite after all the hustle and bustle. Soukaina the host was delightful, with just the right amount of presence. The tea and pastries on arrival were a lovely touch. Abdul our driver was great too and we felt very safe despite the craziness of the roads. The owners were very helpful and responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

I cannot rate this accommodation highly enough. The riyad itself is gorgeous and the location is excellent. The hosts deserve a special mention, as they were so helpful, both prior to our arrival and during our stay. They arranged trips and transport for us, and the drivers and guides they used were also excellent. If staying, I thoroughly recommend eating in the riyad one night as Soukaina is a wonderful cook. They even sent us recipes after we'd left! I can honestly say that this is one of the best experiences with holiday accommodation that I've ever had, and this view was shared by the other seven guests that travelled with me. I only wish I could have given it more stars!

Absolutely nothing! This is a perfect place to stay while in Marrakech. I guess if you have trouble with stairs, this is not the place for you, but then, if you have trouble with stairs, you probably shouldn't look at riyads as an accommodation option

Séjour inoubliable, le Riad est superbe, agréable, joliment décoré, pratique et jfleuri 😍. Soukaina qui vient pour préparer les petits déjeuner est très souriante, très disponible et cuisine aussi super bien. Elle nous a cuisiné sur demande de très bons plats le soir. Elle s’adapte et est aux petits soins pour toute l’organisation, une vraie perle 🙂. La terrasse sur 2 étages est reposante, et au top. Le propriétaire nous a proposé diverses activités, avec toujours le chauffeur qui nous emmène.

Excellente semaine de Noël avec nos enfants et petits-enfants dans ce beau riad décoré avec gout. Riad très propre avec entretien chaque jour. Situation idéale dans la médina pour les visites accessibles facilement à pied. Les Petits déjeuners préparés chaque matin par Soukaina sont très bons et copieux. Nous avons également apprécié ses talents culinaires lors de nos diners. Merci à elle aussi pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. Un grand merci également á Khadija pour ses conseils, ses bonnes adresses, l’organisation de nos activités et sa grande disponibilité. A recommander +++

Nos gustó absolutamente todo lo relativo al alojamiento, ubicación, desayuno. El riad no es muy grande, pero era exclusivamente para nosotros y nos sentíamos como en nuestra casa. Es precioso y decorado con muchísimo gusto, no le falta detalle. les habíamos pedido una cuna para el bebé y no sólo nos tenían preparada una cuna con móvil y juguetes para el bebé, sino que nos dejaron también una hamaquita, una bañera y una trona. Soukaina estuvo pendiente de nosotros todo el tiempo. Nos recibió donde nos dejó el taxi al llegar y nos acompañó al Riad, que estaba a un minuto caminando. A pesar de no entender nuestro idioma, y gracias a nuestro contacto todo el rato con la dueña Khadija (siempre atenta a todo lo que necesitábamos) se desvivía por que no nos faltase de nada, desde leche para el bebé, potitos.... nos acompañaba a donde podíamos comprar de todo. Los desayunos que nos preparaba Soukaina todos los días eran deliciosos. El ultimo día incluso nos sorprendió con una tarta de despedida que ella misma preparó. Khadija, aunque nunca estuvo presente físicamente, nos escribía todo el rato via WhatsApp para ver si necesitábamos algo, nos ayudaba con la petición de taxi, reservas, etc.... Hasta se puso en contacto con la directora de nuestro hotel en Essauira, a la cual conocía, para que nos diese unas buenas habitaciones. Soukaina y Khadija, muchas gracias por hacer nuestra estancia en Marrakech tan especial.

No nos gustó que hubiese tantos gatos delante de la puerta del Riad, aunque evidentemente esto no era culpa del Riad. La vecina de la puerta de al lado les daba comida y siempre había muchísimos, con lo que al llegar teníamos que mirar muy bien donde pisábamos, porque siempre había algún "regalito" Aunque vimos varias veces a la vecina limpiándolos con agua........ siempre nos encontrábamos algo. lo de los gatos en Marruecos es un tema aparte. Hasta en los restaurantes de lujo puedes tener un gato sentado en la silla de al lado sin que a nadie le importe.

Tout était nickel, de l'arrivée au départ, Khadija et Soukaina se sont occupées de nous, que ce soit pour le quotidien ou l'organisation des activités. Encore merci pour cet accueil, et bonne continuation. Naïm

We spent 3 unforgettable nights at the Riad and it was nothing short of a 5-star luxury.The en-suite rooms were spotless and oozed Morrocan charm,while the courtyard was an absolute showstopper —perfect for sunrise coffee and evening drinks.the riad was amazing wth warm authentic vibe that made us feel instantly at home Khadija,the host superb at organizing our trips ,responsive and genuinely there for us whenever we needed anything .Communication was a breeze!.Soukaina went above and beyond to cater our needs,her kindness and helpfulness shone through.Hammam sessions was expertly handled.Ousamma ,our driver makes every excursion smooth.Every dish was a delight—flavors,spot -on,presentation was Instagram-ready. Highly recommended!

Tout.... Simplement exceptionnel. Largement supérieur à nos attentes. Riad magnifique tant au niveau de l'équipement que de la déco ou de la fonctionnalité et des services offerts. Soukaina est elle aussi exceptionnelle. Elle a répondu à nos demandes avec un sourire et une gentillesse incroyables et cuisine merveilleusement bien, petits déjeuners succulents et un repas typique marocain de grande qualité. Propriétaire du riad très très réactive et très très disponible. Emplacement très calme tout en étant à 2 pas de la place et des principaux sites, nous avons quasiment tout fait à pied.

The Riad itself is tastefully and beautifully thought out. We were staying after trekking mount toubkal and it was an oasis of calm and peace! Soukaina was amazing and they kept us updated and well cared for throughout our stay. Highly highly recommended

Riad Kamilyes è una bellissima struttura dotata di ogni comfort, pulitissima e curata nei minimi dettagli. Sì ha subito la sensazione di sentirsi a casa e Soukaina è fantastica, gentile e molto disponibile. Ci rimane il rimpianto di non aver provato la sua cucina, sarà sicuramente per la prossima volta!!

Très beau Riad , les propriétaires sont hyper réactif et très attentif à nos besoins , taxi , excursions , conseils … un vrai plaisir de séjourner ici. Le personnel est au petits soins du matin au soir, petits déjeuner et repas formidables , hammam, chambre faite tous les jours … bref un vrai service 5 étoiles .

From the moment we arrived, our experience at this beautiful riad exceeded every expectation. Khadija’s service was absolutely exceptional – she was incredibly attentive, organised all of our excursions with ease, and was always available for anything we needed throughout our stay. Her kindness and professionalism truly made everything seamless. Soukaina, the housekeeper, was equally wonderful – warm, welcoming, and such a joy to be around. She prepared the most delicious meals that made each day feel even more special, and she went out of her way to help me whenever I needed anything, even taking me out personally on a few occasions. Her care and hospitality made the entire trip feel like home. The riad itself is stunning – I’ve never stayed anywhere quite like it. The design, the ambiance, the attention to detail – everything was just breathtaking. The facilities were top-notch too, with a lovely pool, TVs, and air conditioning throughout, making it incredibly comfortable. It was also extremely clean too. I took my parents on this holiday as a well-deserved break after years of hard work, and it turned out to be one of the most enjoyable and relaxing times we’ve ever had together. Thanks to Khadija and Soukaina, it truly became a magical and unforgettable experience. Do not hesitate to book – you will not regret it. I would return again and again without a second thought! Bon emplacement dans la Kasbah, à 10min à pied de la place Jemaa El-Fna. Très beau riad bien entretenu avec tout le nécessaire, un grand merci à Soukaina pour son accueil, son amabilité, son aide pour toutes les questions que nous avions, sa délicieuse cuisine et sa serviabilité

The breakfast that Soukaina freshly baked every morning were incredible. The house itself was beautiful clean and beautifully looked after by Soukaina, who was so lovely and kind. The house was a calm oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the city even though the location is very central. The service we had from Khadija was exemplary, he organized our transfers to and from the airport, trips in and around Marrakesh, with lots of options given tailoring it to our needs, advice about good restaurants. Nothing was too much trouble. The best stay and service we've ever had. Thank you so much Soukaina and Khadija

EVERY single thing was on point and even more. From the owner’s (Khadija’s) communications before and during our stay. From the delicious daily breakfast and various Moroccan dishes that Soukaina the housekeeper made for us. From our transportation needs that were met, especially by Youssef our designated driver. From the Hammam that Soukaina nicely and gently did for me in the Riad’s own spa like Hammam room. She was also able to organize a Henna artist to come to the Riad for our daughter’s henna that was beautifully crafted. But the WOW WOW factor in all of this is the Riad itself. The website photos are true depictions, but even better in person. It was the best Riad choice we could have made. Not only is the location perfect and peaceful, but the interior is absolutely gorgeous and extremely comfortable. The Moroccan themed interior decor, the fittings, the facilities, the beds, the walk in showers, the aroma, and the list goes on, provided the perfect setting for our magical trip to Marrakech. And I shouldn’t forget to mention the sweet morning chirping sounds from the birds nearby. One couldn’t help but be reminded of what nature gives us for free. We have found a wonderful base for all our future trips to Marrakech. Thank you Khadija!

The owner was very responsive; Soukaina, the lady at the Riad, was simply exceptional. She was attentive and made a tasty breakfast. She went out of her way to be helpful; the kids just adored her! Best place for our family of 6! We went to another place that turned out to be a disaster and Riad Kamilyes rescued us from that establishment ; they allowed us to return at half the price! Where do you ever see that level of generosity? To these guys, it's not just a business!! The Riad is centrally located and yet exceptionally private/quiet , allowing a cosy time indoors . The deco is to die for ! It is a modern blend of Moroccan culture with a lot to see and appreciate.

Great experience - don't hesitate to book! This Riad offered an amazing chance to have a private Moroccan haven all to yourself close to the medina and all the sights. Peaceful, calm, clean, and stylish - what more can you want! Soukaina, the housekeeper, was on hand from the moment we arrived at the nearby road to help with our luggage and she kindly prepared a great breakfast every morning. We also opted to try out the hammam, which Soukaina was also great at. Would 10/10 recommend this stay.

The property was a-ma-zing. Recently renovated and just stunning. Beautiful details and a wonderful mix of traditional looks and modern functionalities. The sliding glass roof, the huge chandelier, the lounge on the ground floor, the bedrooms and the lounge on the roof, all just sublime. The location is very convenient. Just a minute walk from the Kasbah Mosque. The owner is very communicatie and the staff (Fatima-Zahra) is the sweetest. She prepares breakfast and helps with anything else. We, family of five, had the Riad to ourselves. The kitchenette attached to the ground floor lounge was fantastic. We could make tea at night and coffee in the morning before breakfast was served (I’m an early bird). All in all, just a perfect stay and have already shared the address to friends and family.
