Literie très moyenne, isolation sonore limite ( bruit des voitures), une simple douche dans un placard (obligé de laver les dents et de se peigner dans les wc ou la cuisine qui n’est pas une cuisine mais juste un évier et un micro-ondes ) et pour finir propreté moyenne

Está muy cerca del aeropuerto, que es por lo que lo reservamos y tiene espacio suficiente en la puerta para aparcar. Tiene un súper muy cerca.

Es un pequeño estudio con pequeña cocina al lado pero la mini nevera estaba encajonada y no funcionaba, seguro que no estaba enchufada pero era complicado dar con el enchufe. Tenía instrucciones para poner el agua caliente pero quizás deberían simplificarlas o hacer esa tarea más fácil porque cuando llegas cansado no te apetece estar atento a tanta indicación.

Die Lage zum Flughafen ist super. Es war die erste Unterkunft in Irland, die ebenerdig war. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig, es ist relativ grün. Kostenloser Parkplatz vor der Tür. In der Unterkunft gibt es keinen Fernseher, was uns persönlich aber nicht gestört hat.

Der Schlüsseltresor ist hakelig. Die Matratze war so mittelmäßig. WC und Waschbecken waren getrennt von der Dusche (die in einen Wandschrank eingebaut ist). Das ist an sich nicht schlimm, aber das Räumchen mit dem WC hatte kein Licht zum Ein- und Ausschalten, sondern einen Bewegungsmelder. Wie blöd ist das bitte? Wenn man länger als 15 Sekunden auf der Toilette verbringt, muss man mit den Armen wedeln, damit das Licht wieder angeht. Wenn man nachts gerne im Dunkeln auf Toilette gehen würde, um nicht richtig wach zu werden, hat man leider keine Chance. Aber das Beste war die Heizung bzw. Nicht-Heizung. Leider habe ich erst im Nachhinein gelesen, dass das wohl ein bekanntes Problem ist. Wir hätten uns gerne an die Anleitung gehalten, um die "Fernbedienung" der Heizung zu nutzen. Leider waren offenbar die Batterien des Geräts leer, es erschien keine Anzeige im Display, egal, was wir versuchten. Als ich dies dem Gastgeber per WhatsApp mitgeteilt habe, kam nach ca. 3 Stunden eine vorformulierte Antwort mit einer Anleitung für die gesamte Unterkunft. Die Antwort fing an mit "Hello Sonia". Ich heiße nicht Sonia und habe in meinem Chat meinen Namen genannt. No-Go. In meinem Chat habe ich geschrieben, ich vermute, dass die Batterien leer seien. Seine Ergänzungsantwort: "Vielleicht sind die Batterien leer." Sonst nichts. Er hätte auch schreiben können "Tja, Pech gehabt, interessiert mich aber nicht". Das erklärt allerdings, warum (zum einzigen Mal in allen unseren Unterkünften) nur ein Handtuch pro Person vorhanden war. Duschen scheint nicht eingeplant zu sein. Es gibt im Umkreis keine Möglichkeit, ein kleines Frühstück zu erhalten, auch nicht To Go und auch keinen Kaffee außer dem in der Unterkunft. Wenn man also weder duschen noch sich wohl fühlen möchte und nur einen Aufenthaltsort sucht, um die Nacht nicht im Flughafen verbringen zu müssen, ist man hier richtig.

Es la primera vez que alquilo en Dublín y por mí experiencia de otros países que he alquilado lo veo un precio un poco elevado para la ubicación donde se encuentra, pero por poner algo

Niente di particolare

La struttura si trova a pochi minuti dall'aeroporto. Il Proprietario però, a mio avviso, non sembra molto intenzionato a fare piccole migliorie che renderebbero la struttura adeguata. Si vede che è tutto approssimativo. Forse la cosa più imbarazzante è il controllo da remoto dell'acqua calda che ritengo molto macchinoso.

Proximity to the Dublin airport and a bus stop. Safety of the area. Good place for a stay over during flights.

Nothing particularly other than a small sink in the bathroom led to some water splashing on the floor. But even that was not an excessive inconvenience.

The Place is very close to AFA and the neighbourhood is really nice. It's a small apartment but it has everything you need for a very short stay.

Only two negatives: it could be useful to have a small desk with a chair, even though there's not much space available. Most importantly, the bed is *extremely* uncomfortable. You should at least consider adding a topper.

I like the location. I was very clean. It was easy to check in.

The bed was a little bit short and room was cold.

They double booked it so I had nowhere to stay, and then never responded to my message, even 1 week later, I still have no reply

The only positive aspect is the location - it is in a nice area, very close to the airport, with a bus stop nearby and a supermarket within a 5-minute walk.

Unfortunately, our stay in this studio was not very pleasant. The studio was not cleaned properly — there was dust everywhere, the toilet was unstable, there were no hand towels near the sink, and the trash bin had some dirty stains on top. We also had issues with hot water: to take a shower, we had to wait at least 15 minutes for the water to heat up. In addition, the water pressure was so weak that it was very difficult to take a shower. The bed was very unstable and squeaky. On top of that, we had ants - I don’t know where they came from, but they were crawling all over the floor. There were likely bed bugs as well, as I was badly bitten. With some improvements in cleanliness and maintenance, this studio could offer a much better experience for future guests.

It was very quiet and private, exactly what I was looking for. I really loved it.

The water heating system is different and it takes some time to understand. We also faced a small water issue. That’s it, nothing major.

Es un local a pie de calle convertido en habitación.Nada más entrar está la cama y sientes que no hay privacidad. Todos los utensilios de cocina estaban sucios aparte de ser insuficientes. Nosotras solo lo queríamos para dormir, pero hacer vida ahí no es viable, ni siquiera hay una mesa para comer. Demasiado caro para lo que es.

Impossible d’avoir de l’eau chaude même avec les explications du propriétaire. Logement très proche de l’autoroute donc assez bruyant La lumière dans les toilettes est un détecteur donc pas pratique du tout car s’éteint très rapidement

Cute, clean, great value for the price.

Location was a little hike from the bus stop but the taxi pick up to the airporty was very easy. Couldn't figure out the hot water despite following the detailed instructions which was a bummer.

When paying over a hundred dollars for a room, I feel like the "hot water" is an absolute must have... It was confusing and took 15-20 minutes to manually heat the water, and at best it was only luke warm.

The bed was uncomfortable Location was far from many things like restaurants It was not clean. There was dust and spiders, and bathroom floor was not clean. The towels were super uncomfortable.

Property owner was quick to respond to my questions. The tap water there is potable. Instructions for heating are easy to follow. Needed a place to crash by the airport for a night and it did the job great. Location easy to find in a cab and close to a bus stop. There’s a cute park and a few restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Place was very clean.

Front lights were off when I arrived so was a little cautious in the dark, but everything was fine. Property owner messaged instructions on how to lock the door - it took me a second to figure out, but once locked the door feels very secure.

Not sure the linen had been changed from previous guests, toilet and floor definitely dirty. 15 minutes to wait the boiler but water was not hot in the end.
