Very central, close to the beach, shops, bars etc Very comfortable bed! Very clean. Easy access and good instructions into the property.

Just needed a bath mat but other than that it was perfect.

Longer lead on the kettle in the room because it was so short I had to put the kettle on the floor to boil it.

The room was big enough for 2 people with a few bags of luggage. Check-in and out was easy and stress free. We used the kitchen and found it supplied with enough items to make a simple dinner. Very quiet inside the building. You wouldn’t know anyone else was occupying other rooms until the shut their doors.

We had to Google how to use the oven. Lol Having a cookie sheet for baking would have made it easier. The street noise was loud.

Small room .

The accommodation is set on the road going into Aberystwyth so easy to find and entry is through the use of a coded box to retrieve the key for entry the property does not look like much from the outside but is pleasantly surprising upon entry being decorated to a good standard and very clean. I have stayed here a couple of years ago and stayed in the downstairs room which was a little on the small side but this time stayed upstairs where the room felt a little roomier, I was pleasantly surprised a full kitchen available on this floor for the use of guests. Communication with the owners was excellent and the bed comfortable, there was plenty of tea bags, coffee and milk in the room. My wife was grateful of the supplied air dryer and the room had a fan which was put too good use in our stay.

No outside parking for the motorbike which we had to park on a church car park a short walk away which was pay and display. Some noise in the street from people coming out of the public house across the road and general traffic noise from around 6 am this was made worse due to the heat and having the windows wide open, but would not stop me booking again in the future.

Neat, tidy and clean Easy entry. Tea and coffee in room and an excellent kitchen ( which we didn’t have time to use!). Parking was easy, close to everything

Great stay, lovely facilities. Shame the weather was so hot, had to open the windows - very noisy seagulls through the night. Wouldn't have noticed them if we could close the window!

Location easy walk to town centre. Bed Linen was clean

It was Graduation week so very over priced - £340 for two nights in a tiny box room . There was nowhere to hang clothes - only a hat stand ! The toilet had the remains of the previous occupants poo ! There was a perbasibe Fausty/Damp Smell.

Good comms with the owner before arrival. Great location only a short walk to the seafront. Well equipped, clean and tidy communal kitchen upstairs. Would be a great place if several people / groups were to stay and wanted to relax together.

Nothing about the property. Being on the ground floor there is a bit of noise from the road outside, but as I sleep heavily I didn’t notice it.

Only 2 things the frame on the bed is deadly iv got bruises and my partner has them . Because then end of the bed frame. Also you need black out blinds/curtains Friday night was good as we we had a good drink lol but Saturday night way to much light in the room . But a lovely stay many thanks we will use you again!!!!!!😀

Parking spaces we're only for an hour before six and hadn't understood that the kitchen facilities were shared..

Excellent location, less than 10 mins walk to anywhere in town, usually less than 5 mins. Very clean and modern, good shared kitchen. Easy to get in.

There is no parking - the nearest car park is £8 for 24 hours, about a 4 min walk away. We were able to stop outside and unload bags

It was lovely and cosy, really clean, lovely quality bedding, really comfy bed, great shower! It was a perfect little getaway. Heather was very responsive and although we didn't meet, she seems lovely ☺️

This is a accommodation for a student. Noisy on street level. Building with noisy students coming in late. Door to the main building alongside the wall to the bed in main floor flat. No sleep.

All was clean, but we did not get any sleep the night of our stay due to noise

So didn’t sleep as blinds were not black out. Walls are like paper so you can hear everything, plus fridge full of beer and person was back and forth getting beers,all night also he was Coughing all night from downstairs. It’s in a ruff run down area and the pub over the road was nosey. We were worried about leaving the car on the street. Trash all over the roads and a very run down town. We actually felt very uncomfortable walking about. We stayed the night & left early the next morning so I lost a night I’ve tried to get a re fund but the owners of the property said no On the reviews I’m not the only person saying this is not a apartment Such a shame as beautiful mountains driving into the town. I would definitely not recommend this place. Cheaper to book hotel with B&B and free parking. £100 night for a small room absolutely scandalous.

Location great for seafront, bars, parking. Room was absolutely spotless and cosy, plush towelling, great bed, shower. Well equipped for people staying a little longer with kitchen facilities available. Highly recommend.

The SHARED kitchen was clean.

BEWARE. This is in no way a “studio apartment”. It is an en-suite bedroom with a shared kitchen. The room smelled of damp, the towels smelled of damp, and the hallway smelled of either damp or cigarettes or both. The street was extremely noisy (think students yelling right outside the window at 3am) into the early hours, meaning that we were left with the choice of opening the window to air out the damp, or closing it to keep out the noise. Even though the kitchen was clean it was not private.

The room was absolutely perfect and the bed was really comfy slept like a log

It was very clean , comfortable. Close to town & amenities Shared kitchen wasn’t a problem . We never saw anyone else at property so felt didn’t feel uncomfortable using it . Owner was quick at answering my couple of texts .

I would have liked dark curtains . As the street light was outside our room & it felt bright even with blinds closed. My husband didn’t have a problem with it

Very clean and comfortable, have stayed here 3 times now. Will definitely be staying again when next visiting my daughter.

Check in is quite late (4pm) but on arrival I called the owner who was lovely and got the keys a couple of hours early. Thanks.

Close to the town centre

Description of the property stated that it was an apartment, but when we got there another guest was at the door. Turns out that it was not an apartment at all, but a room only in a house. If I wanted a house share option then it would be great, but for an anniversary weekend away it was not.

Loved how close it was to everything..the apartment was beautiful and clean, and I was not expecting it to be as nice as it was. Heather was extremely helpful and fast at responding to messages.. Will definitely book again.

Clean and tidy and easy to access

The pictures kind of suggest a studio flat with kitchen included but it’s not - it’s an en suite bedroom with a shared kitchen on the first floor between 4 or 5 bedrooms

Good location, good concept, clean everything you need is provided as normal

It was very disappointed that the spring bed was very bad, cause us to have body pain, couldn't not sleep. Pls get better mattress, for good rating. The room was very cold, radiator was turned to 5 still did not heat up the room as the temperature was set low putting heating did not work, no heating in the bathroom. I would have given 5 star if these were i. Good order. Very bad.

The TV did not work, slatted blinds in bedroom and sheer voile, which let in all the street light, pub across the road very noisy at closing, an traffic late at night. Every time we went out we locked the front door, and every time we came back it was unlocked, which didn't make us feel very safe at night

The TV wasn't tuned in and didn't work. I didn't realise until we got there that the kitchen is shared. That's my mistake though, not the owners.

The accommodation was clean apart from the bed (see comment below).

In no way is this a studio apartment and it should not be advertised as such, it is an en-suite room with a shared kitchen. There were two black hairs on the bed sheets. The location is opposite one very noisy pub with another 100 yards down the street which were still very noisy on both Friday and Saturday nights until 2 a.m.

Nothing to say really- only issue is that the impression on Booking .com is an tht it is an apartment with a kitchen but the kitchen itself is not part of the set up- it's a shared kitchen at the side of the property so not part of the room. But it's nice enough. Close to town itself.

Flat was well stocked and clean, owner has good communication skills, good organisation, helpful, and responds quickly to queries. In a restful environment, other residents were considerate.

The room was lovely. Spotlessly clean. Had lovely towels ( not boring white ones). Toiletries were in the room and thankfully a USB charger. Tea making facilities as well. The separate kitchen had everything we needed. Was only there one night, so wine glasses were sought and found. Dogs were welcome too. Happy
