Beautifully designed Hotel in magical area, does not feel touristy, does not feel too crowded. Really looks like in the pictures. Everyone was so incredibly kind and friendly. Absolute recommendation!

Das Hotel ist wundervoll in den Dschungel eingebettet. Meine persönlichen Highlights waren der (erstaunlich wenig frequentierte) Infinity-Pool und das riesige, stylische Zimmer.

Wenn man auf unglaublich hohem Niveau klagen will: Es hat etwas lange gedauert (nach 16:30 Uhr statt 15:00 Uhr), bis ich in mein Zimmer einchecken konnte.

This hotel is incredible. Whilst remote and requires planning to enjoy days out, the property is immaculate, rooms incredible, food delicious and staff providing 5* service. Particular shout out to Amik and Usman, who know every guest by name from the first interaction. Thank you for a brilliant stay

Exceptional property, first class residence with varied room types. Two bed villa is great for families, Honeymoon villa was just as great. We also stayed in Deluxe Suite which had good space and stunning jungle views. Villas are a truly immersive experience not to be missed. What truly makes this residence stand out from others around the world is the people. The staff make this property truly unique taking the residence to another level.

We absolutely loved our stay at Ayatara Ubud. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful and surrounded by lush greenery, making it the perfect place to relax and disconnect while still being close enough to Ubud. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed and extremely comfortable, with a wonderful attention to detail. The pool area was also fantastic and the whole hotel has a very calm, intimate atmosphere that makes you feel completely immersed in Bali. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive and genuinely welcoming, always happy to help and make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options, and everything felt fresh and carefully prepared. Overall, Ayatara Ubud exceeded our expectations. It is the kind of place where you immediately feel relaxed and at home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, peaceful and authentic stay in Ubud.

المكان بشكل عام مرتب وهادي والاطلالة جميلة.

الاكل اقل من المستوى المطلوب وبالاخص الفطور والخيارات اغلبها أكل آسيوي.. دجاج مقلي. قعدنا يومين تقريبا بس نفطر فواكة اخدنا من عندهم بيتزا مارجريتا كانت لذيذة بس مليانه دهون رقو لنا الفيلا إلى فيلا honeymoon مجانا وكانت حلوة لكن المسبح مكشوف ومافيه خصوصية وفيه ممر جنبه يودي لباقي الفلل السفلية للأسف ما استفدنا من المسبح بسبب انعدام الخصوصية بس مشينا الموضوع لان الفيلا أكبر واحلى.

Un séjour exceptionnel à Ayatara Resort. L’hôtel est magnifique, au calme, entouré d’une végétation incroyable, avec une vraie sensation d’être coupé du monde. La chambre était superbe, très confortable et parfaitement entretenue. Mais ce qui nous a surtout marqués, c’est la gentillesse du personnel. Tout le monde a été extrêmement attentionné, souriant et disponible pendant l’ensemble de notre séjour. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié les massages réalisés directement dans notre chambre, ainsi que les différentes expériences organisées par l’hôtel. Tout était parfaitement organisé et nous avons vraiment eu le sentiment d’être accompagnés avec beaucoup d’attention. Le restaurant est également très agréable, avec un très beau cadre et un service impeccable. Nous avons passé quatre nuits merveilleuses et nous repartons avec d’excellents souvenirs. Un immense merci à toute l’équipe !

Le seul véritable point à connaître concerne la localisation. L’hôtel est volontairement isolé, ce qui participe énormément à son charme et à son calme, mais peut rendre les déplacements un peu compliqués. Il est notamment parfois difficile de trouver un Grab ou un taxi disponible pour venir directement à l’hôtel. Ce n’est absolument pas quelque chose qui a gâché notre séjour, mais il vaut mieux anticiper ses déplacements ou organiser le transport directement avec l’hôtel.

Une expérience incroyable du début à la fin ! L’hôtel est magnifique et d’une propreté irréprochable. Le cadre est exceptionnel, en pleine nature avec une vraie ambiance jungle : c’est l’endroit parfait pour se déconnecter complètement, ralentir et vraiment se reposer. Le service a été l’un des gros points forts de mon séjour : le personnel est adorable, attentionné, disponible et extrêmement professionnel. On se sent vraiment bien accueilli et pris en charge. La nourriture était également excellente, avec de très bons plats et un service toujours impeccable. Si vous cherchez un endroit paisible à Ubud, entouré de verdure, loin de l’agitation et où vous pouvez réellement profiter de votre hôtel et vous ressourcer, je recommande Ayatara à 100 %. J’y retournerais sans hésiter !

The rooms were beautiful, a little dark and water pressure low but overall very good - the view was amazing.

Dinner service was very slow - we enjoyed the balinese 4 course dinner but left before the second dinner course as it was getting very late. Breakfast buffet was very limited with selection. We were not advised that we could order from the a la carte menu or that breakfast room service was included.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’accueil et la gentillesse de l’ensemble du personnel. Tout le monde était vraiment souriant, attentionné et serviable. Nous avons également eu une très belle surprise pour mon anniversaire, préparée avec beaucoup de soin, et cela nous a vraiment touchés. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour cette délicate attention.

Malheureusement, notre chambre, située au niveau le plus bas de l’hôtel, était vraiment très froide et très humide. Une machine était prévue pour déshumidifier la pièce, mais son réservoir se remplissait rapidement et nous devions régulièrement vider l’eau nous-mêmes pour qu’elle puisse continuer à fonctionner. Pour un hôtel cinq étoiles, nous trouvons dommage que ce type de problème ne soit pas pris en charge par le personnel. Nous avions également réservé une chambre avec piscine, mais nous n’avons pas pu en profiter une seule fois, car l’eau était beaucoup trop froide. Enfin, il y avait régulièrement une odeur désagréable d’égout dans les toilettes et certaines pompes des produits de salle de bain ne fonctionnaient pas.

In mezzo alla giungla, struttura ben curata con richiami balinesi che ti fanno sentire veramente in mezzo ad un viaggio culturale ed esperenziale, nuova, staff gentilissimo, Usman e le massaggiatrici persone meravigliose sempre al tuo fianco e professionali.

La piscina non era pulita. Ho pagato l’upgrade alle camere superior con la piscina grande ma non l’ho sfruttata perché sporca per i primi due giorni e non funzionava il ricambio di acqua. Acqua gelida con temperature fuori che non aiutano.

I stayed at Ayatara Resort Ubud for three days after a business trip in the APAC region, looking for a few days to relax before returning home, and it exceeded every expectation. The resort is beautifully immersed in the Balinese jungle, offering an incredible sense of peace and tranquillity while maintaining the highest standards of elegance and comfort. Waking up to the sounds of nature and enjoying an early morning swim in the infinity pool in complete silence became the highlight of every day. My upper-floor villa, although without a private pool, was spacious, beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and featured a lovely balcony overlooking the jungle. Every detail reflected quality and attention to detail. Jivara Restaurant was excellent throughout my stay. Breakfast combines a generous buffet with freshly prepared dishes and fresh juices, while lunch and dinner feature refined Indonesian cuisine alongside delicious international options. The cocktail selection is outstanding—don't miss the Ayatara Negroni! The greatest asset of this resort is undoubtedly its staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely caring. From the warm welcome and complimentary drink to the unexpected early check-in, every gesture made me feel valued. What impressed me most was that everyone remembered my name, creating a truly personal experience. My sincere thanks to Tia, Asih, Danu, and the wonderful Jivara Restaurant team: Tawan, Deta, Sri, Oman, Dayu, Angga, and Mila for making my stay so memorable Despite being surrounded by lush jungle, the resort is impeccably maintained, allowing guests to relax and enjoy nature in complete comfort. Ayatara Resort offers the perfect combination of luxury, serenity, and genuine hospitality. I would recommend it without hesitation to solo travellers, couples, honeymooners, and families alike. It is a truly exceptional experience that I hope to repeat one day.

*Resort niché au cœur d'une végétation luxuriante, offrant un environnement très calme et un véritable contact avec la nature. *Villa avec piscine privée très spacieuse, idéale pour un séjour reposant. *Personnel exceptionnel : toujours souriant, accueillant, disponible et attentif. *Restaurant du Resort proposant des plats de très bonne qualité, bien préparés et savoureux.

*Le Resort est situé à environ 1h15 du centre d'Ubud. Il est donc préférable de prévoir un chauffeur privé ou un budget pour les taxis si vous souhaitez visiter la région. *Les prix du restaurant sont nettement plus élevés qu'à Ubud (environ le double), même si la qualité est au rendez-vous. *Notre villa était située au fond de la vallée. L'ensoleillement y est limité et le taux d'humidité est élevé, ce qui peut être un point à prendre en compte. *Le ménage de la chambre n'était pas toujours à la hauteur d'un établissement de ce standing. Nous avons dû demander à deux reprises que certains éléments soient refaits, notamment le remplacement des peignoirs et de la literie.

Außerordentlich schöne und luxuriöse Anlage. Der Blick vom Infinity Pool auf den Regenwald ist unbezahlbar. Auch die Qualität des Essens top. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr zuvorkommend, und täglich bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Komme sehr gerne wieder!

Es gab in den ganzen 12 Tagen nicht wirklich etwas auszusetzen.

What a incredible experience. The place is so lovely and comfortable. The staff are amazing and so helpful! Anyone going on a honeymoon or just to relax must stay here. I even canceled my other reservation at other hotels to stay here longer.

La chambre était très spacieuse, confortable et parfaitement entretenue, avec tout le nécessaire pour se sentir comme chez soi. Le service a été irréprochable tout au long de notre séjour. Le personnel est d’une gentillesse remarquable, toujours souriant, attentionné et prêt à rendre service. Leur accueil chaleureux a largement contribué à rendre notre expérience inoubliable. La piscine chauffée est un véritable atout, idéale pour se détendre à tout moment de la journée dans un environnement calme et luxuriant. Cet hôtel est un véritable havre de paix niché au cœur de la forêt balinaise. Le calme, la nature environnante et l’atmosphère sereine qui y règne en font un lieu unique où l’on se ressource pleinement. Nous repartons avec de merveilleux souvenirs et n’hésiterons pas à revenir lors d’un prochain séjour à Bali. Nous le recommandons sans aucune hésitation !

Le seul point à prendre en compte est l’emplacement de l’hôtel, situé à environ 40 minutes du centre-ville d’Ubud. Les services Grab ne sont pas disponibles dans cette zone. Toutefois, l’hôtel propose des solutions pratiques pour les déplacements : il est possible de réserver un taxi directement auprès de la réception ou de profiter des deux navettes quotidiennes mises à disposition pour rejoindre le centre-ville.

Our stay at Ayatara Resort was wonderful. The property is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by lush jungle views and breathtaking scenery. The heated pools overlooking the jungle were a highlight and made the experience even more special. The food was excellent, and the entire resort feels peaceful and relaxing. What truly sets Ayatara apart, however, is the staff. Every team member was incredibly kind, friendly, and genuinely helpful. After I sprained my leg during our stay, they went above and beyond to assist me, even helping arrange medical care. Their service and care were truly top-notch. A beautiful resort with outstanding hospitality—we would happily return.

The hotel had an amazing atmosphere with the kindest staff. The restaurant and the pool bar were excellent and all the services worked effortlessly. All the staff members were so helpful and had the kindest hearts! Definitely worth staying if you look for a relaxing, luxurious jugle experience!

The location is truly magical and the design is stunning. Wake up at sunrise to enjoy some unreal views! Amik and Usman were kind and helpful. I appreciate that they offered I keep my room after the checkout as I was waiting for the transfer.

I expected a bit more from the food, to be honest. The food was just OK, but in a place like this you want it to be amazing - especially considering that you probably won’t go out to Ubud (which is quite far) and are likely to dine at the resort. Their afternoon tea was very tasty tho!

Es un hotel de primera en cuanto a diseño, materiales, servicio. La pileta infinita sobre la selva es impresionante. La habitación era enorme y preciosa. Resalta incluso en bali que tiene hoteleria de primera.

La ubicación tiene pros y contras, está bueno que estás en el medio de la selva, apenas salís tenes un pequeño pueblito con la ruta angosta típica de bali, con las casas con los templos adentro que es muy hermoso, pero está muy lejos de ubud, casi una hora, ósea no es un lugar si tenes pensado ir ubud.

Heel goede hotel om uit te rusten in de natuur. Het is op 40 minuten afstand van het centrum. We hebben volop genoten en het verwarmde zwembad ‘s avonds was een pluspunt.

Ayatara is a fantastic hotel in a perfect location – middle of the jungle and we loved it. Our room offered stunning panoramic views and the infinity pool area is breathtaking. The food is outstanding. Breakfast is generous and delicious, and dinners were simply amazing . Clean, comfortable rooms, warm service, and great value. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return in a heartbeat.

I almost don't want to tell anyone about this gorgeous, secluded, boutique resort. I want to keep it a secret - it's just too special! Ayatara is a small resort, hidden in a valley approximately 1 hour north of Ubud (because of the traffic, not the distance). It is only ~1 year old and so feels fresh and new. Its aesthetic is luxurious, and amenities simple, refined, and executed perfectly. I enjoyed just 4 nights here, staying in a villa with a private pool. I spent most of my time at the resort, in quiet contemplation; reading, eating, and sleeping. It was holiday-perfection. I ate every meal here, enjoying both traditional Balinese, and western dishes. I 'discovered' Bali's famous 'bubur' (chicken porridge), read on the sun-deck by the pool, and had an exquisite in-room 90 minute massage. If rest and relaxation in absolute luxury is what you're seeking, look no further. A sincere thank you to the beautiful staff across the resort; Amik and Usman on the front desk, the wonderful room service team, but most especially, the fabulous restaurant team; Oman and the wonderful hostesses and bar staff - thank you for taking such great care of me, and making me feel so special. I hope to be back one day - if I am very lucky. 🙏

De grootte van de kamers

Door het zwembad verkleurde je bikini en de handdoeken waar je op lag ook. Er zat iets in het zwembadwater, waarschijnlijk teveel koper, waardoor alles van ons groen werd, zelfs van andere toeristen was dat zo. De leiding bleef er maar over liegen, maar het was niet goed. Ze wilden dit ook absoluut NIET vergoedden. Ik ben er nog heel boos over. Mijn dochter had daaedoor groen haar en ik oranje en onze bikini's zijn ook zwaar verkeurd. Schadepost van 480,00 euro

Nagyon kellemes élményben volt részünk az Ubud Hotelben. A szálloda környezete gyönyörű és nyugodt, tökéletes kikapcsolódást biztosít azoknak, akik szeretnének egy kicsit elvonulni a hétköznapok rohanásától. A személyzet rendkívül kedves és segítőkész volt, minden kérdésünkre gyorsan és figyelmesen reagáltak. A szobák tiszták, kényelmesek és jól felszereltek, ami nagyban hozzájárult a pihenésünkhöz. Külön kiemelném az ételek minőségét is, minden nagyon finom és friss volt. Összességében egy igazán pozitív élmény volt, bátran ajánlom mindenkinek, aki egy nyugodt, igényes helyen szeretne megszállni. Biztosan visszatérünk!!!
