Beetje onzin om als je met een upgrade naar Club Lounge hebt ingestemd, met een klein kind niet tijdens de middag drinks + hapjes gewoon in de club lounge mag verblijven.

We spent several wonderful days at Padma Resort Ubud, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. Nestled in the lush greenery of Ubud, the resort is truly a beautiful and peaceful place to relax. What impressed us most was the consistently excellent, warm, and personal service throughout our stay. Every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcome. The food and beverage offerings were outstanding, with a delicious and varied breakfast buffet that catered to every taste. We also thoroughly enjoyed the spa, which provided a truly relaxing and memorable experience. One of the absolute highlights of our stay was the hotel’s Bali Voyage excursion. Exploring Bali in two classic VW Safari cars made for an unforgettable adventure. The itinerary included beautiful sights, but what made the experience truly exceptional were our guide, Jodi, and the two drivers. They were approachable, friendly, authentic, helpful, and highly knowledgeable. Their passion for Bali and their genuine hospitality made the tour incredibly enjoyable. They are a perfect example of outstanding customer service and Balinese hospitality. We truly enjoyed spending time with them and are very grateful for this unforgettable experience. Padma Resort Ubud was exactly the Bali I had always dreamed of. We loved it so much that my family and I already talked about wanting to come back here next time. All the staff were incredibly kind, but I especially want to mention Suwerni, a staff member we met at the pool café — thanks to her, we had such a lovely conversation, and my child had a wonderful time too.

We’re a family of 4 and spent a week and a bit at the resort. Suffice to say, I’m at a loss for words to describe what an amazing time we had at Padma. From check in at 3am in the morning, where we had a small compliment of staff eagerly awaiting our arrival to the amazing location, facilities, views, friendliness of staff and everything else in between I’d highly recommend Padma resort for a stay. The location is about 40 mins out of ubud town, which for some may be a deterrent, but trust me, it’s the best thing they could have done. Nestled deep in the jungle, the resort offers a sense of peace, calm and serenity which is unparalleled. The resort is absolutely beautiful and has all the amenities to cater for a family. From the infinity pool, kids club, daily activities, animal farm, fishing pond, archery, golf driving range, running track and jungle walk, there’s just so much to do. Food was absolutely amazing and the range of dishes offered certainly cater for all taste palettes. The attention to detail when arranging tours was so meticulous. Being able to book popular Bali tours through the hotel and have their amazing staff accompany you and take care of you certainly made us feel like royalty. The staff are extremely kind, helpful and ever so pleasant. Every interaction with any of the staff compliment made us feel as if we were the only people at the resort and as if we were the centre of attention. A huge and special shoutout to Agus and Karini our tour guides, words cannot describe just how warm, kind and service oriented these individuals are. Ekko and Bobby, who made our breakfast experience unlike any other we’ve had and Dwyu at the gym who always made us feel welcome. And, to the rest of the staff who are too many to mention. We are indebted to you for your hospitality and amazing service. A hotel that surpassed all expectations. It is very far from the main airport but worth the drive where you're rewarded with jungle views from the pool, main restaurant, club lounge and the a la carte restaurant. The food surprised me the most with the quality - both local cuisine and the far ranging european (italian, greek, turkish), mexican and classic american dishes available - didn't have a single bad meal. The staff are wonderful. Every one of them is welcoming, accomodating, attentive but not overbearing. Satria our freqient server in the a la carte restaurant was especially helpful. Rooms are spacious with all the amenties you'd want. Some of the locks on the bathroom doors are a little dated but still work. Overall would highly recommend this hotel

We needed to extend our stay, although they accommodated us with one night nobody followed through with the extra 2 nights so we booked another place.

The whole atmosphere was fantastic. The Staff were so friendly and accommodating. The facilities were next level and I loved that we could book outdoor excursions too, which we did and it was amazing

Truly excellent service - fabulous rooms - excellent location for yoga in a ‘birds nest’ with a jungle backdrop at sunrise - aerial yoga exceptional with very talented instructors - entertainment at dinners first class - rooms stunning with five star service and amenities. Padma helped create an unforgettable experience here in Ubud. Has a ton of in-resort activities, bamboo garden, archery, infinity pool, fishing pool and their animal garden. Sardika from the animal garden helped us catch small fishes from the pond that you can use to feed the otters. Unforgettable experience here at padma you won't regret.

We have been here many times but keep coming back. It is a very special hotel. Brilliant mountain top location, with superb views. Lovely rooms, with views. Padma Resort Ubud is a truly beautiful place, surrounded by lush nature and featuring stunning architecture that blends perfectly with the environment. The staff are exceptionally friendly, welcoming and always willing to help, making every guest feel genuinely cared for. The only area for improvement would be the number of sun loungers around the pool, as they can be difficult to find during busy times. Apart from that, everything was excellent, and we had a wonderful stay.

This was our 3rd visit to Padma Ubud. It ticks all the boxes for us. We love the gardens and especially the staff. They deserve 10 stars. Even though it is a reasonably big resort it never feels too busy or crowded. We love exploring the local area on the resort bikes. One of the staff said it was like our ‘second home’ and it does feel like that. Highly recommended.

Had an excellent Romantic Date Night at the Bamboo Nest, Padman Resort. The atmosphere, decor, and service were outstanding. Our waiter (Pak Bayu) was very friendly yet professional. All the dishes were well explained and presented. Would definitely recommend this for those interested in having a romantic dinner.

This hotel is so close to our hearts. This is our 2nd time here and as if the service wasn’t fantastic our first visit, it was even better now!! The hotel is still another 30-40min outside Ubud but so worth it. The property is the post picturesque place you can imagine. In the heart of the jungle. The infinity pool looks and feels like heaven. Food is superb and incredible variety. It is impossible to thank every single staff member but everyone’s service was done with a smile and warmth. We spent our 20th wedding anniversary here and it was pure bliss! The stunning views, incredibly warm and friendly staff and delicious food made our stay so relaxing and truly enjoyable. There are so many thoughtful touches throughout the rooms, embedded into service approaches and menu planning and preparation. We had a lovely host, Andre, in the club lounge, who is an asset to the resort. We also had a wonderful driver for the day, Herman, who made our day in hectic Ubud centre so pleasant. Herman is a gentleman and so kind, funny and patient. He is also very smooth and competent in his driving, which is crucial in Ubud traffic! Have not experienced luxury, comfort, and relaxation at this level before and I am grateful and thankful to the staff for providing this experience.

I booked a stay at this hotel but experienced a sudden, serious family emergency the day before my scheduled check-in. I immediately reached out to the property to explain the situation and requested to change my booking details or cancel. Instead of showing any empathy or flexibility, they completely refused my request simply because the booking was technically non-refundable. Life emergencies happen, and it is highly disappointing to deal with a management team that lacks compassion and refuses to work with guests during difficult times. I will not be booking here again, and I caution others to be aware of their strict policies.

Just had literally one of the best trips in Bali. Stayed at Padma for 5 days, didn’t spend much time outside the hotel cos we prefer chilling in the hotel. The shop, all the restaurants here, facilities, food, drinks and service at Padma are exceptional. ILHAM is very sweet and helpful during our forest grill dinner, food beautifully grilled, great experience. Can’t wait to come back again!! You have to come and look at the Mountain View by yourself! You will fall in love with everything here.

The location is lovely and gardens and fish ponds are divine. Great brekkie.

Lots of activities booked out and the dudes in the pool bar - we’re not as great as the rest of the staff. Only thing is it isn’t really actually in Ubud. In bad traffic about 1 hour away. Lovely village though.

Exceptional service from two staff members - Budi & Dwipa. They have made our trip unforgettable by going above and beyond to support us in retrieving a phone we dropped near the bamboo bridge today. They were friendly, kind and so helpful and we are very grateful for their amazing service. Padma Ubud is lucky to have such wonderful, helpful staff that care about their guests.

It has been designed extremely well. The room was excellent and the entire area is clean and the gardens maintained to a very high standard. The pool was 10/10. All the staff were professional and friendly.

Children in the pool were quite loud and boistress. A spectate kids area would be more appealing ….then an adults only area …awesome.

Beautiful resort and room. The staff were exceptional - so friendly and helpful. The resort is so lovely - fish feeding, animals and pool were a highlight for our 5yo. Pool being heated helped in our late afternoon pool. Breakfast buffet was amazing - huge variety of foods and gluten free options. Staff go above and beyond for guests including arranging a birthday cake and singing happy birthday to me and very impressively organising lactose free masala tea on the second morning after they didnt have lactose free masala tea available the first morning. This was well above and beyond our expectations! The spa was lovely too - wish we'd had time for a second massage!

We had such a wonderful dining experience at Bamboo Nest, Padma Ubud Resort. The concept is very unique because the dining area is separated from the main restaurant, making it feel much more private and exclusive. They prepared a special romantic setup for us with candles and the beautiful bamboo nest wall design. The atmosphere was absolutely stunning, cozy, and very memorable — perfect for couples. The food was delicious and the portions were very generous — we couldn’t even finish everything. The package included appetizers, soup, salad, a BBQ platter with 5 different items, and dessert, which made it feel like great value for the price. We spent around IDR 800,000 for dinner and were very satisfied with the experience. Special thanks to Ilham for the excellent service. He was very friendly, attentive, and made us feel warmly welcomed throughout the evening. Overall, it was a beautiful and romantic dining experience with amazing food, atmosphere, and service. From the moment we arrived at Padma Resort Ubud, we knew we were somewhere special. Our private airport transfer in a luxurious minivan complete with WiFi was the perfect start to the holiday, and we immediately experienced the exceptional hospitality Padma is known for thanks to the incredibly helpful Herman. The rainforest setting is simply breathtaking, and the infinity pool is honestly one of the most stunning pools we have ever seen. Every view feels postcard-worthy. For families, this resort is outstanding. The kids club was absolutely fantastic, with endless activities, wonderful staff, and unforgettable animal interactions. A special shout out to Tina, who was amazing with the children and made the experience extra special. The food throughout the resort was exquisite and surprisingly great value for such high-quality dining. The service was second to none — warm, attentive, and genuine. Special thanks to Widiana, who has one of the best smiles in Bali and made every meal even more enjoyable. What truly sets Padma Ubud apart, however, is the staff. Every single person — from front of house to housekeeping, gardeners, and restaurant staff — greeted us with a smile and made us feel genuinely welcome every day. That level of warmth and care is rare and made this a truly memorable family holiday. If I had one small piece of feedback, it would be that the twin “queen” rooms are not really suited to two adults sharing. However, after requesting an extra single bed for our family of four, the staff were more than happy to accommodate us quickly and professionally.
