Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Khu dân cư yên ắng, thân thiện. Ngoài đường nhiều cửa hàng và quán ăn tiện lợi. Có thể đi bộ qua phố cổ. Nhưng không nằm trong trung tâm nên khu vực ban đêm khá yên ắng, trật tự. Vị trí phòng dễ tìm thấy. Chủ chỗ nghỉ hỗ trợ tốt, nhanh và nhiệt tình.
Các bạn trước khi đến nhận phòng nên liên hệ trước với Chủ để được hướng dẫn và hỗ trợ. Nếu đến sớm hơn thời gian nhận không nên tự ý mở hay gõ cửa phòng. Ngày cuối, nhà mình bị một nhóm khách đập cửa và thậm chí thử mở khóa cửa để vào lúc sáng sớm. Làm giật mình và sợ thật sự.

Nous avons passé un séjour dans ces appartements mais nous avons malheureusement constaté plusieurs disparitions d'affaires personnelles. Pendant notre séjour à Hanoï, nous nous sommes aperçu que certains produits de consommation courante avaient disparu ( gel douche, café, thé, sucre et sirop), ainsi que les clés d'une valise. Nous avons immédiatement averti le propriétaire et, comme par hasard ces affaires nous sont finalement revenues. Après avoir quitté Hanoï pour continuer notre voyage dès notre arrivée à Nha Trang et en vidant nos valises, nous avons constaté d'autres disparitions : des objets religieux et des objets symbolisant l'abondance que nous avions achetés pour notre famille vietnamienne vivant en France, ainsi que des sous verres en jolie faïence achetés à Sapa, auxquels nous tenions beaucoup. Ces objets avaient une valeur sentimentale importante et cette situation a fortement gâché notre expérience. Nous partageons simplement notre vécu afin que les futurs voyageurs puissent être vigilants.

The noise of the bathroom during night, it has a constant noise of water running. And if you are sleeping in the living room, the water pump is also very noisy at night, it has a constant sound, probably related to the problem from the bathroom.

La ubicación es perfecta, sin ruido pero cerca de todo (zonas de exchange, fiesta, paradas de bus para moverte por hanoi, carretera principal para meeting point de autobuses para excursiones). El baño estaba muy bien y toda la estancia está limpia. Además tenía lavadora con detergente y multitud de utensilios de higiene extra (bastoncillos, hilo dental..). Estuvimos a gusto.

Reviewed Jun 16, 2026Was very modern and clean with plenty of space for our family of four for a short stay in Hanoi. The owner/host is very responsive via WhatsApp and keen to help if it’s needed, fixing any issues quickly. Good location and great value.
It’s not a dislike as such, more of a “good to know”. There are approx 100 steps up to the 5th floor of a very residential block. With suitcases etc, that’s tough (my poor husband)!Don’t book if you have issues with this. At first it feels a little intimidating as the locals will stare if you are clearly tourists, I’d assume just very protective of their home surroundings. But they are fine overall.

Reviewed Feb 11, 2026Great location and tucked away from the street you really feel like you get the city living experience for your stay. Staff were very helpful and responsive over WhatsApp. Room had good access of amenities and the bed was very comfortable.
The front door is a bit sticky to open (be sure to hold the handle down after unlocking it, took us a few attempts) Wifi unfortunately didn't work for my stay but I informed the host so hopfully that will be resolved for future guests - also no reception in the house so wifi is definitely required. But other than that everything was fine.

Reviewed Sep 16, 2025The hosts were communicative, polite and professional. Positive attitude and hospitable. Location is ok, like most of Old Hanoi, through an alley. Not where the noise is, but within 10 minutes walk to the activities. Our 2 bedroom apartment was up One flight of stairs. The 2nd bedroom was open to the dining and kitchen. Very clean. Comfortable. We took advantage of the kitchen and the washing machine, saving money and hassle. When I booked, I felt the listing was relatively a little expensive for Vietnam, but it is better maintained than most places and felt almost new. I recommend.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2025Home ở tầng trệt, vị trí thuận tiện có thể đi bộ thăm quan khu phổ cổ, kem Tràng Tiền, chợ Đồng Xuân, Hồ Hoàn Kiếm. Phòng sạch sẽ, yên tĩnh. Xung quanh có hàng ăn ngon và rẻ. Nhân viên hỗ trợ nhiệt tình. Lần sau quay lại Hà Nội mình sẽ chọn nơi này.

Drawing room had a sofa bed which was easy to make and use and was very comfortable. There was also books which one could read anytime. Kitchen -There was enough crokery for all 4 of us. All washed and kitchen was super clean. There was enough arrangment for washing clothes and vessels. Fridge, washing machine and dryer. Bathroom - Clean with all utilities. Bedroom - comfortable bed, almirahs, iron, hair dryer. Approachable and easy to locate. Highly recommended.
