Cool area of Istanbul, nice modern hotel room. Staff were helpful. Clean room.

Incredibly tiny room. We’re a young budget couple, used to small rooms, but this was too much. Couldn’t put luggage anywhere without it being in walkways, doorways, in front of cupboards, etc. A nuisance. Bed sheets didn’t fit the bed (too small) so we were fighting each other all night. One hook for towels, but it’s against the shower glass so doesn’t actually let your towel dry. Shower tap marked incorrectly so had a cold shower first night.

Sono molto affezionata a questo hotel, e’ la seconda volta che vado. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, ottima posizione, pulito, personale disponibile gentile simpatico.

La localisation était parfaite.

le seul point négatif est l’isolation sonore des chambres. On entendait absolument tout ce qui se passait.

Atendimento com muito cuidado. Quartos limpos e funcionais. Muito bem localizado. Mesmo ficando em um quarto pequeno, tinha todas as funcionalidades necessárias para uma boa estadia.

Apenas o fato de não ter luz natural pois a janela dava para uma parede.

位置非常方便，离独立大街和M2地铁站都非常近，步行5分钟左右都可抵达。员工很友善、乐于助人。卫生做的不错。

没有什么，周围有几家酒吧，夜晚十点半至凌晨会有很大声的音乐。这并不是酒店的错，但如果酒店可以为每位客人准备耳塞会更好。

Location is great. Near Istiklyal, Galata Tower and good supermarket. It is surrounded by multiple pubs in 10m radius, so if you are party goer, this is the best place, especially on Friday and Saturday.

If you are not a party goer, it will be noisy on Friday and Saturday. Other days no noise at all.

There was no power outlet in the living room of the suite. It was quiet during the week, extremely noisy on Friday night, and moderately noisy on Saturday night.

Notre séjour dans cet hôtel s’est très bien passé. L’emplacement est vraiment très bien, et le personnel à la réception était très gentil et accueillant, aussi bien le matin que le soir. La chambre était toute neuve et très propre. En revanche, elle était assez petite, ce qui peut être un peu juste si vous avez beaucoup de bagages. Le seul autre petit point négatif concerne le ménage le matin on entend assez facilement les bruits et les pas de la femme de ménage dans les escaliers lorsqu’elle monte et descend, et cela commence assez tôt, ce qui peut être gênant pour ceux qui aiment dormir plus longtemps. Mis à part ces petits détails, nous avons passé un très bon séjour et nous recommandons cet hôtel

La posizione davvero ottima. La stradina dove è localizzato l’albergo non è il massimo ma nel complesso posizione ottima. Staff gentilissimo e disponibilissimo.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location was absolutely ideal. Close to public transportation, making it very easy to get around and reach the main attractions and important places in the city. The hotel has an elevator, which is a big plus, especially when traveling with luggage. The staff were very friendly, kind, and helpful, and always happy to assist. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for its excellent location and wonderful staff.

The only downside is that the rooms are quite small. However, considering that the hotel is located in a small building, this is understandable and didn’t significantly affect my stay.

E’ la mia seconda volta in questo hotel, ogni volta mi trovo benissimo, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, letti molto comodi, non ho mai sentito rumori durante la notte, posizione eccellente vicino alla metro, a İstiklal Caddesi, al Tünel che ti porta a Karakoy, alla torre di Galata ed è circondato da tanti posti in cui mangiare. Il mio ringraziamento va come sempre a Mahmut e Furkan, due ragazzi gentilissimi e sempre pronti a darti ottimi consigli. Spero di tornare presto!

The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our visit. On our last day, we had an early check-out but a late flight, and the staff kindly allowed us to store our suitcases with them so we could enjoy the rest of the day without any hassle. This small gesture made such a big difference and really showed how thoughtful and helpful the team is. The location is absolutely ideal; everything we wanted to see was so close and within walking distance. There was so much life and energy around the hotel, with plenty of places to explore nearby. It made getting around incredibly easy and convenient.

While we had a great overall stay, there were a few small issues worth mentioning. The main one was a leak in the bathroom. The staff were informed and did come to address the issue, but unfortunately it was never fully fixed. When they came, the bathroom was cleaned up, which we appreciated, but the leak itself was still there afterward. That being said, they did make an effort to help, and it was not a major inconvenience during our stay. The rooms were on the smaller side, but considering the price, they were still good value for money. We also experienced a WiFi issue during our stay, but the staff responded quickly and fixed it as soon as possible. Overall, these were minor issues compared to the positives, especially considering the affordable price, great location, and helpful staff.

No podíamos subir con el ascensor a la primera planta donde estaba ubicada nuestra habitación. Habitación pequeña, estrecha y el lavabo muy estrecho y poco práctico.

الفندق قريب من شارع الاستقلال جداً دقيقتين مشي، الغرفة مساحتها ممتازة ومرتبة ونظيفة ما عليها اي تعليق، الموظفين متعاونين ومحترمين جداً على ادنى غلطة اعتذروا مرتين وما استعجلونا بالتشيك اوت اخذنا ساعة زيادة. متوفر واي فاي. ممتاز جداً مقابل السعر 👍🏻

Bad war sehr klein

The hotel has a great location, is easy to access, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was exactly as expected from the booking: small, but perfectly suitable if you mainly need a place to sleep. Overall, the value for money was excellent.

Because the room was very small, the air conditioning felt too strong, even at a low setting. Sleeping with the window open was also difficult because there were no mosquito screens, so mosquitoes came into the room. The bathroom also did not feel completely clean to me.

Не было теплой\горячей воды в душе, только прохладная, это доставило дискомфорт.

El ascensor es raro. Calculo que se usa para los pisos de más arriba. Hay ruido si es finde pero tiene que ver con que está bien ubicado cerca de bares. NADA que haya molestado sustancialmente la verdad

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. You can book with complete confidence! Everything was spotless and very well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The hotel is also very close to Istiklal Street, making it a perfect location for exploring the city. Don’t hesitate I highly recommend this hotel!

Die Lage war fenomenal. So zentral.

Sauberkeit wirklich schade. Das Bett war super sauber und wurde auch jeden Tag bzw auf Wunsch jeden Tag gewechselt. Das Badezimmer war leider nicht sauber und unser Zimmer hatte extremen Schimmel an den Wänden und im Schrank.

Жили неделю. Это уже, наверное, 20-я поездка в Стамбул. Жили во многих районах, есть с чем сравнить. Важнее всего были чистота и удобное расположение. В этом плане все было идеально. Самый быстрый и стабильный wi-fi, который вообще у меня когда-то бывал в Турции вообще :)

На выходных немного шумно под окнами, но летом нет тихого района в центральной части, везде шумно, это не вина отеля.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral, man kommt schnell überall hin. Die Zimmer sind grundsätzlich sauber. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit ansprechbar.

Das Zimmer war etwas klein, aber man könnte auch ein großes Zimmer wählen. Der Fahrstuhl war etwas eng und stickig.

The Massimo Hotel is in such a convenient location. We were barely 2 mins walk away from the main Istikal street which allowed us to walk the street each night when its at its best. The hotel is well priced for it's location and amenities, and it was very convenient for us. The metro for the airport is located within 3 mins.

There wasn't much to not like. Weekends can be a bit louder in the surrounding areas until midnight but nothing that was disruptive to sleep for myself (being a light sleeper).

Отличный отель, номер делюкс хоть и небольшой, но было вполне комфортно 👍 Месторасположение - топ 🔥 все рядом: кафе, метро, магазины, исторический подземный фуникулер, бары, кофейни - идеально! Персонал очень приятный!)) спасибо!

Очень хорошее расположение, в центре ; рядом ( за углом ) большое количество баров , много людей, весело, но при этом в номере ничего не слышно, так как окна выходят на другую сторону и в комнате тихо. Персонал отеля очень внимательный !

Можно при входе сделать крючки на стене для одежды и сумки .

Είχαμε κλείσει ένα δωμάτιο 17 τ.μ. Όπως έλεγα το booking και δεν χωραγαμε να περάσουμε Οι φωτογραφίες που έχουν μπει είναι φουλ παραπλανητικές και πουθενά δεν έλεγε ότι δεν υπάρχει παράθυρο ή ότι υπάρχει ένα παράθυρο με ανάκληση απειροελάχιστη και ζελατίνα πάνω κολλημένη ώστε να μη φαίνεται ο φωταγωγός ή δεν ξέρω τι ήταν αυτό που φαινότανε . Όταν φωνάξαμε τον υπεύθυνο ήρθε μετά από 3 h για να μας πει ότι δεν είναι δικό του λάθος και ότι έχει κάνει τις ρυθμίσεις που χρειάζεται αλλά μάλλον η booking δεν της έχει περάσει και δεν μπορούσε να μας αλλάξει δωμάτιο γιατί δεν υπήρχε κάποιο άλλο διαθέσιμο Αναρωτιέμαι ειλικρινά για την υψηλή βαθμολογία που έχει εκτός και αν εμείς πέσαμε σε κάποιο όχι τόσο καλό δωμάτιο
