Nile Compound

Rien

I had a fantastic view of the River Nile from my room, perfect location, Room I stay in the double apartment, beautiful, Breakfast plenty to eat, Swimming Pool clean and warm, Staff are fantastic, helpful & friendly. Definitely will stay again.

Leaving to go back home.

The best place we stayed in during our trip to Egypt. The owners are incredibly friendly, and the staff as well. Everyone was very helpful and welcoming from the very beginning. The place is full of colors and has a wonderful atmosphere, located in a peaceful rural area. Inside, there are many cozy corners where you can sit among banana trees or relax on the terraces while admiring the beauty of Egypt. The pool was very clean and honestly excellent. We truly hope you continue to grow, and that one day we will come back to stay with you again. We highly recommend this place and thank you for your hospitality.

The manager in the suit was very helpful to us. He was immediately so welcoming. The hotel was great and very clean. We are so glad we stayed here in Luxor.

The Staff were amazing!! Helpful, friendly and really went out of their way to make our stay & meals pleasant! The atmosphere around the pool in the evening is lovely and the gardens and terraces are very nice(but need refurbishment).

The place needs repairs, it's very dusty, the sheets and towels etc are ratty & not good quality. The kitchenette isn't clean & for example the kettle was unusable...

High tag accommodations do have better facilities but the respect and attentiveness of staff received is unforgettable.

Bathroom and kitchen facilities need to improve but in this price no complaints. Location is bit too remote if you are a first timer, better stay on east side of nile.

We truly appreciated the staff, their behavior was warm, punctual, and filled with a subtle, witty sense of humor that made the stay even more enjoyable. The food was wholesome and satisfying, and the overall ambiance offered a rare sense of serenity. Cleanliness was impeccable throughout the property. I especially loved the pool, the relaxing poolside lunches, and the delightful dinner and breakfast experiences. The terrace added a special charm, providing a perfect spot to unwind. Last but not least, the staff’s dry humor was a memorable highlight. Given the opportunity, I would gladly return to Egypt and spend a few more days at the Nile Compound again.

Nothing as such.

Very friendly and helpful staff & owner. A special shout to Mohammad Ali (the chef) - his service was amazing & he showed us around the garden. Beautiful views from the roof terraces and a wonderful garden. We felt safe and relaxed on the premises.

Nile Compound is home. My family and I had a wonderful time, we felt pampered and completely relaxed. It is a peaceful place where you can rest your ears and breathe fresh air. Mahmoud and Elsa were always very helpful, as was the entire staff. They helped us organise tours and always had excellent advice.

Rien

Everything. The atmosphere, the staff, the rooms. Everything was excellent

Rien

Perfect pension on the west bank of Nile. Not far from the center though. Simple breakfasts but in a very nice setting. Beatiful view from the terrace. Nice pool. Quiet neighbourghood.

Zelo prijazni lastniki. Osebje spoštljivo do gostov. Hrana odlična. Zelo čisto. Zelo udobno za počivanje in lep razgled na Nil. Se bomo še vrnili.

Dostopnost.

The place is comfortably

The location Low of some facilities level and there is strange smell in the water

Personale accogliente e disponibile

The location was quiet and calm compared to the East bank of the Nile, which is where the city is. The view from the roof top was great, you can see the east bank with the Nile, and also you can see the hot air balloons going up in the morning. The staff were attentive and were very polite, the property was spacious and clean, and the front gate was closed and locked so that felt safe too. They can also arrange day tours for you as well as cars to the ferry port, airport, which was very helpful! They also have a lot of cats running around, which is very cute.

The shower went cold for a couple of hours, but if you let the manager know they will check the heat g for you and it should get hot again.

Rustige ligging, mooie tuin, lekker ontbijt, vriendelijke ontvangst

/

Cicha i spokojna okolica, duży i czysty pokój, super stosunek jakości do ceny 😁

Dodatkowa płatność za każdą butelkę wody.

Great location, very good food and breakfast, very friendly staff and German- Egypt owner couple, rooms near to the river are very big and comfortable. We had a great stay at Nile Compund!

Beautiful, it’s a bit further away from everything but close to the valley of the kings, would definitely go again, great stuff and nice breakfast

The best place you can stay with best price and breakfast

Nothing

Gastfreundschaft, toller Service

Alles war Top

1. The location next to the nile on the west bank - calm and peaceful 2. The property itself is really well designed and well maintained - nice pool area with nice roof tops and big gardens. 3. The owners Mr Mahmoud and his wife Elsa - they added a personal touch to make our stay very comfortable. 4. The staff - kind and helpful.

Amabilidad.

Nada

Great place to stay while in Luxor West Bank. The grounds and gardens are lovely and the pool is a welcome respite after being out on tours siteseeing. The staff are excellent and always go out of their way to ensure your stay is comfortable. The owners Mahmoud and Ilse treat all guests as if they were family.

Quietly beautiful setting with natural views on the Nile. Spacious clean rooms with rooftop terrasses for resting and dining. Friendly multi lingual boss and personal. With swimming pool and breakfast. Fauna and flora in the garden and river. Close to Valley of the kings etc... Felouca and balloon or guided trips... all possible. Best greetings at Adham and Mahmoud, Ingrid and all the rest.

Nothing.

Hele vriendelijke hosts & personeel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful in making our stay as comfortable as possible. Our room was large and had everything we needed. The food served was delicious.

Location is something to consider…. We had a very interesting and enjoyably memorable felucca sail across the Nile followed by a short tuk tuk ride to the hotel….all part of travel!

The location (quiet area on the West Bank, with an unobstructed view of the river from our balcony). The pool/common areas are beautiful, with shade from pergolas and mature trees/vines. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The restaurant has a simple range of food, nicely prepared and healthy (we ate the salads and had ice in our drinks and didn't get sick)

We stayed in one of the older rooms. The furnishings and mattresses were a little older than we expected (albeit all of acceptable quality, and clean and neat)

Mahmoud and Ilse were the perfect hosts. The property is located in the quieter part of the West Bank and backs straight onto the flood grass land of the Nile offering much needed peace and quiet. The staff were all great and the driver, Hussain, is one of world's few good guys. I will definitely return.

People are really Nice and care for your well being, rooms are tidy and comfortable, the pool is open 24/7 and the garden and rooftop are truly beautiful, strongly recomand.

Beautiful place to stay, staff were very friendly, breakfast was delicious & very clean rooms with good matress. The restaurant on the spot serves lunch & dinner for faire prices. Availability to organize trips.
