There truly is nothing around the location, and the facilities are not as described at all. Air conditioner exists in the room, but mostly the main areas are cooled by a fan. There is no washing machine in the individual units, it's a communal one, there was a horrible smell that came from the bathroom whenever you used the facility or took a shower... It's a beautiful view but I would not recommend

Het gehele complex werd zeer netjes en schoon gehouden gedurende de gehele dag en dat iedere dag. Het eten werd vers bereid en de prijzen zijn zoals de locale eetgelegenheden en niet duurder gemaakt. Zeer vriendelijk personeel en eigenaar. Tevens via de eigenaar een privetaxi gehad gedurende ons verblijf. Taxi was zeer schoon en de chauffeur zeer attent en vriendelijk. Een echte aanrader.

Diverse personeelsleden spraken gebrekkig Engels. Dit is een minpuntje indien je alleen Engelstalig bent. Je hebt dan iets meer tijd nodig om dingen uit te leggen of te vragen. Is niet echt storend maar dat is het enige wat ik zou kunnen bedenken.

La gentilezza del personale e la bellissima vista. Ci hanno spostato l autobus all 1 di notte e Sayed ci ha permesso di usare la stanza fino a quell' ora per lavarci e lasciare le nostre cose. Inoltre essendo un viaggio per proposta di matrimonio ci ha dato la stanza migliore

Nous étions seul dans l’hôtel, on avait la piscine pour nous ! Le personnel était très attentionné, toujours présent, ils nous ont trouvé un taxi rapidement pour qu’on puisse être à l’heure pour notre bus. Notre vue était superbe sur le Nil

Le personnel est adorable et la vue sur le Nil magnifique. L'appartement est spacieux et la climatisation fonctionne très bien.

La cuisine manque d'équipements pour faire à manger mais le restaurant de l'hôtel est bon et pas cher.

Nuestra mejor experiencia en Egipto, si quieres desconectar después de hacer los recorridos que se hacen por el día este es el hotel, tanto las habitaciones como el personal de 10 muy amables todos y acogedor. Unas lindas vistas al Nilo es un pueblo pequeño en donde están ubicados, alejados del ruido de otras zonas de Luxor.

The staff was wonderful and worked very hard to make our time at Blue Nile a pleasant one. Sayed was in constant communication with me throughout our stay and if there was anything my family needed he would have someone take care of it. When I needed to go to the pharmacy he had someone take me there by motorcycle. He was able to book us East and West Bank tours and a balloon tour. All of which were fantastic. I really cannot say enough about the staff.

The only issue with the property is that it is on the West Bank (agricultural side) of the Nile. This is great if you are looking for a relaxing stay at a place with a pool but not so great if you like wandering or eating street food.

I spent four wonderful days in Luxor and truly enjoyed my stay at this property. The hosts were extremely helpful and friendly, while never being intrusive or pushy. The hotel offers a beautiful view of the Nile, especially during sunrise, which made the atmosphere very relaxing and memorable. The area is quiet and peaceful, making it a perfect place to rest away from the crowds and persistent touts often found around the main tourist attractions in Luxor. One of the biggest advantages for me was the large private garage, where I could safely park my car. Children are often playing around outside. It is a nice idea to buy a few lollipops or candies from a local shop for them — they genuinely return such a small gesture with beautiful smiles. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm, comfortable, and authentic stay near the Nile.

Всё отлично. Огромные апартаменты в которых все соответствует описанию. Кровати были готовы и заправлены на всю семью, кондиционеры везде работают. Балкон и вид из окна как на фото. Мы приехали довольно поздно, персонал помог нам организовать ужин из ресторана прямо в отель, когда уже ничего почти не работало, за что мы очень благодарны. Закрытая парковка тоже полностью соответствует описанию. Найти отель по навигатору не составило труда, при ближайшем подъезде везде есть еще и указатели, нам это было важно, так как заезжали мы на арендованной машине и в темноте. В отеле живут милые черепашки и попугаи, дети были в восторге. В целом отель расположен в очень атмосферном месте, рекомендую там пожить. Отличный вид из номера на Нил. Близко ехать до Долины Царей. В общем всё отлично.

Das hospitalidade do dono e dos seus funcionários, a tranquilidade do espaço, as condições de todo o espaço, tanto do apartamento como das áreas comuns, constantemente a fazer limpeza. O dono permitiu um checkout tardio. A comida era boa e barata e tudo muito limpo

Très bel hôtel avec des chambres très spacieuses et une vue incroyable depuis le dernier étage sur le Nil et la vallée, vraiment spectaculaire. Sur place, il est possible de se restaurer et tout est excellent, avec des prix très abordables. Sayed est aux petits soins : il nous a organisé la montgolfière, les taxis ainsi qu’un guide francophone. Nous recommandons cet endroit à 100 %.

Appartamenti grandi, accoglienti e puliti, si trova in una posizione molto tranquilla lontano dal caos della città. Staff molto cordiale e disponibile. Buona colazione tipica, abbiamo provato anche la cena che è molto buona ed economica.

Un po' lontano dal centro dalla città (che è comunque facilmente raggiungibile in taxi per circa 10€) ma comunque un posto molto tranquillo e sicuro e vicino alla valle dei re e delle regine ed altre attrazioni principali

卢克索住的Blue Nile House，老板真的帮了我们太多（不是广告，不是广告自从写完毕业论文从来没打这么多字，令人非常感动）我随便列几个事儿吧 1，服务非常及时，响应都在3分钟左右 不管我们在WhatsApp上问什么，老板基本上3分钟左右就会给回复。有时候他会直接到房间门口来，或者在大厅等着你，主动上门帮忙。这种响应速度，在埃及真的很少见 2. 入住的时候，房间已经凉好了 那天卢克索差不多38度。我们从阿斯旺出发12点到酒店。进房间一看，空调和电风扇全开着，温度刚刚好。房间冰箱里还给每个人冰了一瓶水。（懂得都懂） 3. 帮忙买药 同行2个朋友因为在去阿布辛贝神庙早上吹风感冒了（个人觉得五一看看阿斯旺的温度，没有必要早上4:00起床去），晚上8点多在WhatsApp上给老板发了条消息，问他能不能帮忙买点感冒药。9点多回到酒店，药就已经放在房间里了。买药的时候老板反复问：“还有什么需要买的吗？”我们又问了下纸巾，大概要两三包，还特意问了一下价格。老板说不用钱，免费的，需要就跟他说。当天晚上一回来，纸巾和药就给我们备好了。 4. 露台吃饭，服务员主动搬来电风扇 我们在露台吃晚饭，太阳刚落山，还是挺闷热的。我们谁都没开口，服务员自己就搬了个电风扇过来，放在我们桌子后面，插上电，对着我们吹。酒店人员眼里有活啊，大家懂吗！ 5. 航班延误，老板陪着打了一个多小时电话 有个同伴要从赫尔格达飞开罗转机回上海，结果第一程延误了30分钟（先买的上海往返开罗，再买境内的机票），赶不上回国的航班。我们的手机卡打不通埃及航空的电话，联系去哪儿（垃圾平台，改签两次都拒绝，其他三个人都成功了）说航司拒绝，两天后我们就要回国。在网上查的航司的电话都打不通（我觉得去哪儿可能根本就没有认真联系航司，垃圾去哪儿）。老板知道以后，帮忙查询埃及航空的热线电话（埃及境内打埃及航空热线电话：1717。机场买的we的电话卡，打不了热线电话，老板说得买其他的套餐）老板用自己的手机帮我们一遍遍地打热线电话。热线电话懂的都懂，流程超长。而且热线在沟通的途中老是被挂断，我们前后打了一个多小时，他就一直陪着我们打，还安慰说：“这个流程是比较长，但问题总会解决的。”我们跟航空公司用英文沟通不太顺的时候，他就马上用本地语言帮我们去说。在他的帮助下，我们顺利改签了赫尔格达飞开罗的航班。 6. 没订他的车，他还主动帮我们跟司机沟通 老板推荐过他们酒店的游览和车辆服务，我们没要，自己在inDrive上打了车。等车的时候我们在门口站着，他看了一会儿，主动走过来跟我们说：“需要帮助吗？你把司机电话给我，我来跟他说。”他打过去用本地语言问司机还有多久到、怎么走，全程帮我们沟通。哪怕我们没消费他的服务，他也非常主动（主动哎！！这可是卢克索哎！）。 7，我们晚饭后去一层的露台溜达，看到一个乒乓球台，同伴在球台聊了一下说是不是能打乒乓球（用中文聊）。他的服务人员就主动过来帮，帮忙拿毛巾把乒乓球台擦干净，给我们准备好乒乓球拍和乒乓球。因为已经是晚饭过后了，还非常贴心的帮我们打开灯。 8，老板英文很标准，还会特意说慢一点 夸一句，老板的英文真的挺标准的，说话很清楚。我们同行有人英文不太好，他会特意说得很慢，确保你能听懂。 9. 他家的饭也好吃，尤其是米饭 另外他家的饭也很好吃，特别是米饭，是我们来埃及以后吃过最好吃的米饭。 10.我们离开的当天，司机提前了10分钟过来，当我们准备拎着行李箱准备下楼时 ，打开房门时 ，彻底惊讶了，酒店人员就等在我们房间门口，并没有敲门催促我们，帮我们把行李拎下去。这种细节真的很令人动容。 说实话，在卢克索这2天，酒店人员对我们的这些帮助，真的让我们在这个陌生的地方感到了温暖。不是那种客客气气的服务，而是你真的遇到麻烦了，他会主动伸出手来帮你。而且反应速度超级快。 服务态度五颗星，暖心程度五颗星。不是广告，不是广告，不是广告！（重要事情说三遍，因为感觉服务实在是太好了，所以写了这么多字）真实的经验分享。去埃及的中国同胞，我超级推荐这家酒店，这家酒店的老板真的很不错。而且环境也很好，有尼罗河正对着尼罗河的窗台，餐厅正对尼罗河露台，还有免费的游泳池。房间是2室2厅，有2个露台，有晾衣架，有冰箱，有沙发，有茶几，有餐桌，缺点的话可能是浴室不大，但是它有排气扇。 如果你去卢克索，超级无敌推荐住他们家，相信我，你不会失望！

El personal muy amable, y en todo momento pendiente de atender tus peticiones. El apartamrnto espectacular. Habitación con baño, sala de estar con cocina, terraza con acceso a la piscina. El desayuno correcto. Todo muy límpio. La zona Oeste (West bank) muy auténtica, muy rural. Si te gusta lo no habitual a tus ojos occidentales magnífico. Nosotros hemos estado encantados.

Su ubicación es muy adecuada para visitar los monumentos de la parte occidental ( West bank), pero lejos de la ciudad, parte oriental (east side) esto se arregla con tuk tuk para esa parte, con barco publico a la otra zona que te deja en el centro Luxor. Puedes hacer igual para volver. L

Logement parfait situé en face du Nil mais du côté calme de louxor donc parfait pour dormir paisiblement. La cuisine était excellente tout était fait maison , les fruits sont découper sur le moment un délice. Le personnel est super , adorable avec les enfants. Sayyad and his staff were extremely helpful and friendly. My kid was sick and they went out of the way to help get meds and send herbal tea. They were very considerate and the hotel was safe, great service, gave us dinners to our room for our conviniance and helped us in every possible way The drivers they hired were also fabulous and very very helpful. Gave us some gifts and parting goodies!

Muy buen desayuno incluido en relacion precio calidad. A pesar de encontrarse en el lado oeste del Nilo y en un barrio de casas mas sencillas, el hotel es realmente una joya escondida que tiene unas vistas increibles del rio y de la ciudad de Luxor. Todo el personal es maravilloso, pero quiero destacar a Sayed y a Mahmood quienes hicieron que algunos problemas que tuvimos con nuestra agencia de viajes, se resolviera! Nos han tratado como familia! Las instalaciones superaron ampliamente nuestras expectativas. Gracias amigos por habernos recibido y por su ayuda!

I fully agree with the excellent reviews: a peaceful place with an authentic atmosphere on the west bank of the Nile. Spacious and very clean rooms with a beautiful view. Warm and attentive hosts who make you feel welcome right away. Perfect to relax after a day of sightseeing. Super Hotel mit Apartments. Apartment riessen gross und sehr sauber. Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Man isst auch sehr gut im Hotel. Sehr schöne Aussicht auf den Nil. Ruig gelegen ausserhalb Luxor. Guter Aussgangspunkt für Entdeckung der West und Ost Seite. Sehr zu empfehlen.

La vista sul Nilo meravigliosa L'appartamento enorme e molto luminoso, estremamente pulito. L'hotel è sulla riva occidentale del Nilo, definita zona rurale e aggiungo povera, con strade non asfaltate, ma comunque facilmente percorribili. Donne, bambini e anziani per strada gentili e accoglienti, che salutano ad ogni incontro (in due giorni diversi ho noleggiato la bicicletta per spostarmi), ma senza importunare. In bicicletta facilmente raggiungibili i siti della West Bank e quelli della East Bank. Disponibile anche il servizio taxi per tutti gli spostamenti, anche sino ad Abu Simbel (prezzi non proprio economici e guida piuttosto spericolata, soprattutto per gli standard europei). L'aspetto che più vorrei sottolineare è l'estrema disponibilità e gentilezza di Mr. Sayed e di Mamhood che mi hanno aiutato a risolvere qualunque difficoltà e dubbio si sia presentato anche rispondendo alle mail puntualmente, con efficienza e grande professionalità che entrambi meritano il punteggio massimo.

La colazione piuttosto semplice, non particolarmente ricca e che potrebbe essere migliorata. In camera potrebbe essere gradevole avere lo shampoo e qualche bustina di tè e di tisana ( è presente un bollitore e il bagno è attrezzato con sapone liquido e shower gel).

Sayed ilgili ve çok bir kibar otel sahibiydi. Fakat bizimle her zaman iletişimde olan her ihtiyacımızı karşılayan, otelde her konuda yardımcı olan otel müdürü Mahmoud'a çok teşekkür ederiz 🤗 Unutmadan çok tatlı bir kedileri ve 2 tane kuşları vardı hayvansever bir işletme olmasınıda çok sevdik ♥️

Todo estuvo perfecto, desde el momento en que llegamos hasta el momentos en que nos fuimos recibimos el mejor trato. Las personas del hotel fueron muy amables y siempre estuvieron pendientes de cada detalle, nos ayudaron con el transporte y Aghmat el conductor fue la mejor persona que conocimos en Egipto, las instalaciones del hotel son muy bonitas y limpias. La comida del hotel muy buena. Sin lugar a duda si tienen la oportunidad alójense aquí y soliciten el servicio de Aghmat. Volveríamos mil veces. Es el mejor hotel y el mejor personal de Egipto.

The hotel is situated very close to the river nile and the view was scenic. The hotel staff are very helpful and corporate in all aspects. I would like to thank Mahmood who arranged all the tour transport and balloon ride very smoothly. He is always at our side to help in all the time during our stay. Lovely location. Watching the birds in the morning was wonderful. The staff were very kind and helpful and Mr Sayed was brilliant at organising things for us.

The only very minor things would be perhaps more breakfast variety and filter coffee.

The view was amazing, Sayeed and our driver were both incredible. The communication was great, incredible hospitality. The room was large with multiple patios. The area was safe to walk and explore.

The mattresses were quite hard

Grand appartement deux chambres avec vue incroyable sur le Nil. Situé au fond d'une impasse, l'environnement est très calme. Très bon petit-déjeuner, il est également possible de manger sur place à midi et le soir (correct). De nombreuses terrasses dans la chambre, transats/fauteuils dans la partie commune, pour profiter de la vue. Petite piscine (eau pas très chaude en février).

Oups, nous sommes arrivés en plein rupture du jeûne du Ramadan, la porte de l'hôtel était fermée...

Odalar temiz değildi yeterince. Koltuklar aşırı tozlu, paspas kirli idi. Kullanmak için günlük terlik yoktu. Klima ısıtmıyordu.

Απλο ξενοδοχειο αλλα με υπεροχη θεα στο κεντρικο Λουξορ, διπλα στον Νειλο. Κοντα στην κοιλαδα των βασιλιαδων. Πρωινο πολυ καλο, προσωπικο πολυ βοηθητικο και μικρη ομορφη πισινα! Το μονι που θελει προσοχη ειναι οτι ειναι στην απεναντι οχθη οποτε συχνα τα ταξι ζητουν εξτρα χρηματα για να σας πανε

Blue Nile House空間很大，有客廳廚房還有三個陽台，公共空間還有小游泳池、撞球、桌球、兩隻可愛小貓，小孩有得玩。大人也可以以拿本書舒服消磨幾個小時或打個盹。 住宿離公共碼頭不近，但提供私人碼頭包船，一船$10兩人到Luxor Temple, $15到Karnak Temple ，很省時間，下了船步行即可抵達。 旅館老闆員工都很友善，相關行程價目表都很清楚，是外國人價碼的合理價，可以放心跟他訂車，司機和車況都不錯。

代訂行程安排唯一不滿意的部分：熱氣球首飛不是真的First Fly，別人都在天空了看日出，我還在地面等上第二班。 但日出前後都是當地廣義定義的首飛，需要問清楚。

Just the must amazing wiew of the nil. The people there are so friendly and helpful. Great rooms and beds and the whole place is spotless clean. Great breakfast and food all together. Is in a very local area with Egyptian farm life so you really feel you are in Egypt but still the hotel is a quiet safe oasis too relax completely. We had our car with could bee carked in the garage og the owner. Just a place like none and by fare the best guesthouse i have been in in Egypt and i have been in many. This is the place in Luxor if you want the true Egyptian Spirit and still want it clean and comfort.

Tout était mis en œuvre pour que l’on passe un excellent séjour

Υπέροχη εξυπηρέτηση , όμορφα καθαρά δωμάτια , η θέα πανέμορφη , όλο το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικό και ευγενικό σε ότι και αν χρειαστήκαμε μας βοήθησαν το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

The staff were always ready to help with all requests. The apartment was very spacious with comfortable beds and a great view of the Nile. Although we were well off the tourist beat, the hotel arranged for a driver to drive us wherever we wanted to go.

We thought we had booked a ground floor apartment but had to climb 62 steps. The manager did offer to move us to a lower level. The kitchen was not equipped for cooking.and several items were missing.

This is a great place to stay, great staff, good communication, comfortable room. They provide good breakfast. It has an awesome view.
