Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Nothing we were in the room for a minute and left , we were promised a full refund and are still awaiting it a week later.
Everything it was the most disgusting hotel I have ever entered , the walls were disgusting , pubic hairs in the bathroom from previous occupants and either sperm or mucus on walls. There was absolutely zero good and all bad.

La habitación 11 es sumamente basica y está tan descuidada que deberia ser el almacen de las escobas. Humedad y moho creciendo desde el split del aire acondicionado, monomando de ducha sin palanca(rota totalmente, dejando solo un cubo que hace confuso el funcionamiento al restar ergonomía) plato de ducha con una rotura de 15cm, "mesillas" de noche blancas llenas de manchas, puerta de entrada mal cuadrada que amplifica el ruido exterior dentro de la habitación, pared frente a la cama con 2 golpes que presentan huecos en el revestimiento, etc, pensé que era solo la habitación, que solo había sido un error al reservar de última hora, pero al subir a la "piscina" ya fue el colmo de la desfachatez, TODO SUCIO! cojines NEGROS, pseudoceniceros llenos de colillas, plato de ducha invadido de manchas verdes y todo lo necesario para volver a casa con hongos en los pies despues de una estancia de 2 horas en ese insalubre rincón, no hay toallas disponibles para acceder a ese servicio, y estando ahí has de apartar las latas de cerveza de marca blanca vacias que reposan alrededor para evitar que caigan al agua, incluso los contornos de esa "piscina" estan levantados. No sé, me gustaría pensar que intentan cumplir pero debido a la temporada no pueden....pero es imposible. En este lugar a nadie le importa que su servicio de alojamiento esté ofertado como "hotel"

The staff were gossiping unkindly about guests in the reception on 2 occasions. Sounds travels upwards in the building and this can be heard by guests. The hallways are very echoey, perhaps more emphasis reminding guests not to shout to each other from their doors or loudly drag their cases hitting every step when they are checking out. My AC broke on my final night and the staff could not be reached on the reception phone line. I tried 8/9 times.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Podría decir la fachada, ya que es lo único que pude ver del alojamiento. Intenté contactar en varias ocasiones con el propietario y no atendió a mis llamadas. Le escribí por mensajes directo y whatsapp. Me escribieron a las 21hs cuando ya obviamente tuve que optar por otro lugar y generando una situación agobiante y estresante.
Falta de comunicación, responsabilidad a la hora de check-in, poca facilidad de contactar con el alojamiento.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Personale simpatico e amichevole, pronto a risolvere le varie necessità Buona posizione centrale e vicina alla stazione, ci si muove a piedi per tutta la città vecchia e anche verso le spiagge. Camera spaziosa il giusto, aveva le comodità necessarie, pulizie giornaliere e doccia spaziosa. sulla terrazza si trova una bellissima piscina (piccolina per 2 persone) con solarium e un tavolino.
il letto non è molto comodo, troppo morbido (gusto personale) al punto di sprofondarci dentro.

Broke my foot, had to cancel my trip after one day. When leaving the staff confirmed I could get reimbursed for the nights I couldn't use. Afterwards they staid silent, I had to discuss with booking for several days. Not a single word from Aldara, they kept all the money. Very dishonest and unprofessional behaviour. Would not advise. Also no elevator, a lot of noise in between the rooms.

No elevator, stairs are narrow so it’s awkward to get baggage to the room. Metal stairs from ground level to first floor make a lot of noise. Noise from the street can keep you awake at night. Take earplugs.

Staircase difficult to negotiate with suitcases. Flimsy bedside shelving but definitely a bargain stay and better than it's official 1 star rating.

I wasn’t in the correct room. The room I booked and paid for was ment to have a patio, I asked the next day at reception and was told there were no more rooms. The room itself wasn’t clean and the noise from in the corridors and other rooms was unbearable. The safety also didn’t feel great having to type in a code late at night and the rooms have an old key. I was very disappointed as I was really looking forward to staying here. But it all needs majorly updated and for staff to check guests are in the correct rooms.

Soggiorno perfetto, se devo trovare proprio qualcosa direi che i muri non sono insonorizzati e si sentono le persone delle altre stanze. Le porte potrebbero essere più nuove e la doccia purtroppo è un po’ troppo piccola e bassa. Ma nel complesso il soggiorno non ha avuto alcun tipo di problema.

Unfortunately the rooms are tiny and the windows cannot be opened, so the only fresh air is from the air conditioner, and there was no direct sunlight from outside. The room was clean, but the walls were definitely due to a repaint. Also the mini fridge in the room was loud all night, and the sound insulation from other guests and rooms isn’t great.

Der Pool auf der Dachterasse ist zwar klein, allerdings super zum abkühlen. Wir waren die meiste Zeit dort auch alleine. Rundum ein sehr schöner und empfehlenswerter Aufenthalt! Die Kaffeemaschine und der Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer waren auch super praktisch.

Nothing I didn’t like but would warn others , it’s a very good 1 star hotel, it has no lift, rooms are small as are bathrooms but this didn’t bother us. We had a balcony room which yes there is some street noise but this is what you expect if you want to stay in the heart of a Spanish town!!

It was…. Okay. Pictures very outdated, clearly from when it was first decorated. Small touches great, water, nuts etc but just very run down. Walls super thin, could hear everything going on in the hotel. Can hear everytime someone’s shower was on, them weeing, talking, music etc. take ear plugs if you’re staying. Over all stay was, pleasant but probably not worth what I paid. Was out the hotel most of the time so was just somewhere to sleep, so bearable. I asked for a quiet room but was out on the first floor so very noises, people passing up and down the stairs as no lift. Got a lot of potential but needs a clean and a lick of paint
