Cest une prison , il est impossible de ramener des gens a l’hotel , il faut laisser sa cle a la reception. Aucune discretion le sentiment detre surveille dans nos moindres faits et gestes. Aucun equipement ( le savon en echantillon digne dune prison ) dans la chambre et un confort medicocre. Il y a des hotels bien mieux sur Sitges avec un meilleur rapport qualite prix.

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026It's a very centrally located hotel to shops, bars etc and town beach. It was clean and towels changed every day. We were 4th floor with a small terrace which was excellent. Small room, no wardrobe mirror, only bathroom. Kept clean by housekeeping each day. Lift ok. Reception staff polite and helpful.
Only 3 electric sockets. Bed was a kind of memory type mattress that still seemed to roll into the middle. No dressing mirror. Shower head wouldn't sit in holder without twisting around spraying/soaking whole room. Bathroom door scrapped on floor.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Smooth check in, the room was spacious enough and clean, yet the smell of heavy cleaning chemicals would upset some. The Location could not be more central just off the main road in the old town.
The air conditioning was just freezing and turning up the temperature did very little, there were no hooks anywhere to hang things, the room literally had just beds with side table and a tv. No mirror , no fridge, and the window looked inside so no natural light. In those setting the room is suitable to sleep in only and freshen up is a struggle with a very low pressured shower and a notoriously nasty sand from Sitges beaches that requires better shower to come off. The price is high! 2 days prior I stayed in another famous central hotel for the same price with balcony, pool and breakfast included.

La climatisation de ma chambre était très bruyante et les salles de bains demanderaient de les refaire et prévoir des volets roulants pour la lumière du jour et store sur les balcons de chambre pour profiter de la terrasse.

Decepción total: suciedad, cucarachas y pésima gestión por el precio pagado Lo único rescatable de este hotel es su ubicación, porque todo lo demás deja muchísimo que desear y no justifica en absoluto el precio. La habitación era ridículamente pequeña y estaba muy sucia; incluso una noche nos encontramos una cucaracha. El baño era minúsculo y la falta de limpieza era evidente. Además, estando al lado de la playa, no hay ningún sitio donde poder tender la ropa o las toallas, lo cual es inviable con la humedad de la zona. La atención y gestión al cliente también fueron pésimas. Teníamos dos reservas consecutivas y pedimos si era posible cambiarnos a una planta superior. No nos hicieron ni caso. Tres días después, al hacer el check-in de la segunda reserva, volví a solicitarlo; tras mirarlo, la excusa que nos dieron fue que esas plantas eran solo para "larga estancia". Una justificación absurda, ya que si quisieran cuidar al cliente, podrían haber reubicado a quien estuviera solo dos días para darnos una mejor experiencia. En definitiva, la relación calidad-precio es nefastamente mala. No merece la pena pagar tanto solo por la ubicación. No lo recomiendo

No hair dryer or iron available in the room. You have to leave deposit of 20€ to rent one from reception (40€ if you need both hair dryer and iron) and return when you finish using it and they give you the money back. But you have to return it as soon as you’re done as they only have 2 of each in the hotel apparently 😆 We stayed one night so this was ok, but if you had to stay longer and do this every time you need to iron or dry your hair, it could be frustrating.

Some staff aren’t friendly (even don’t say hello), it’s clean, although the duvet on the shelf was covered in poo from the previous guest. No small fridge in the room, so couldn’t buy any food or drinks to keep them fresh. No kettle, no coffee, no tea, however they had some snacks, drinks (to purchase) also they have microwave and kettle by the reception to be used.

Accomodatie was niet schoon, met name de badkamer, communicatie bij inchecken was erg moeizaam, spreken nauwelijks engels. Laatste nacht rond 03.00 uur veel rumoer in hotel, politie erbij ivm ruzie in hotel. Verneem graag of we in aanmerking komen voor tegemoetkoming in de gemaakte kosten, zou zeker op z'n plaats zijn!

Por la noche mucho jaleo en el pasillo, discusiones. Desconozco sobre qué ni quién pero mucho alboroto. La habitación destsrtala.sin decoración, la puerta del baño con la madera destartalada, hinchada como cuando se moja. La tapa del inodoro de plástico que no se mantiene arriba y cuando lo estás usando la tapa se sujeta con tu cuerpo, un desastre. Sólo estuvimos una noche pero para más tiempo no es un lugar agradable

The view from the room window into the courtyard was disappointing. The little balcony was very narrow so the furniture had bird poop on it from birds on higher floors. No glasses were provided., we parked 1/2 mile away, so access was difficult. Very small room.
