The staff were friendly from the outset all through our stay. They were very helpful. We received full use of spa facilities and we were given a mountain transport pass.

Ein sehr gepflegtes, schönes Hotel mit äusserst netten Mitarbeitenden. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Kritische Anregungen nimmt die Hotelmanagerin nicht ernsthaft entgegen: Dass am Donnerstag gegen Abend die Saunen nur für Damen offen sind, habe ich erst erfahren, als ich vorfreudig den Badge holen wollte. Antwort: Man solle halt tagsüber kommen und überhaupt sei es ja toll, dass man die Saunamöglichkeit habe. Weiter erhielt ich auf meinen Hinweis, im 2. Stock sei der Duschschlauch zu kurz, um ungehindert unter die Brause stehen zu können - sogar als kleiner Mensch -, die Antwort, ich solle eben nächstes Mal einen Stock höher buchen, da gäbe es Walk-in-Duschen. - Ein zuvorkommender Gastgeber nimmt Kritik professioneller auf!

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sauber und sehr schön. Und das Frühstück Buffet sehr lecker, sauber und es hat was das Herz begehrt.

Gorgeous little village! Loved it.

Mir schmeckte das Frühstück sehr gut. Die Auswahl ist sehr angepasst und ich schätzte es, dass die Mengen nicht so riesig waren. Die Lage ist perfekt. Mit dem Auto ist das Parken, wenn man nicht rechtzeitig bucht, recht umständlich (Parkhaus Mulin). Das Personal wirkt kompetent und zuvorkommend.

An und für sich nichts, ausser die Situation mit dem Parken war für mich nicht optimal.

Wonderful modern hotel setting with an excellent breakfast. Staff could not have been more helpful, onsite parking a big plus for us. Location is a 3 minute walk to the chairlift. Great shower and comfortable bed. This is a 5 star stay.

It would be nice to have a mini fridge in the room.

Unfortunately on check-out day you are not eligible to use the SPA and Wellness services. Good to know, so if there is another hotel that provides SPA and Wellness during your whole stay, then choose rather that one. Regarding breakfast, if you like to wake up and have a breakfast early, then forget scrambled eggs and such tasty things, because it was not ready yet, not one day. And the waitress was barely speaking german/english, when we wanted to ask about scrambled eggs, or boiled eggs. We were not sure she understood us.

Überaus freundliches und aufgestelltes Personal. Die Lage des Aussenparkplatzes zusammen mit dem Hintereingang war sehr angenehm.

Great place to stay in Pontresina. The room was spacious, modern, clean and convenient. The staff is friendly. The hotel has good breakfast. There is also parking, some places can be a bit tight.

Returning customer, we love the place and the reception staff. Everyone, and Regina is always willing to to give info and help. Spa complimentary use is also very nice.

We were positively surprised by how lovely this hotel is. The location is perfect, the facilities and staff are incredible. Small details matter, like the shuttle to the train station, little welcome sweets in the room, coffee machine, and nice bathrobes. Breakfast was delicious, and the bar was really great with a great vibe. I hope to go back soon.

I had a truly delightful stay at the Allegra Hotel in Pontresina. The hotel was charming, beautifully maintained, and offered a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were comfortable and spotless, and the attention to detail really shows. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and service-minded, always making sure guests felt well taken care of. With its great location and inviting ambiance, it is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Pontresina. Highly recommended!

Alles war wunderbar. Das Hotel war sauber und gemütlich, das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden gerne wiederkommen.

Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Der freie Zugang zum öffentlichen Hallenbad sowie Spa ist ein fantastischer Benefit, den das Hotel bietet, denn solch einen großen Spa- und Wellnessbereich hat sonst selten ein Hotel.

Echt guter Service und cool das man den Zugang direkt ins Bad/Sauna hat.

Zentrale Lage, feines Frühstücksbuffet, direkter Zugang zum Spa auf der gegenüberliegenden Strassenseite mit Pools und Sauna. Sehr freundliches Personal. Modernes, geräumiges Zimmer mit Ausblick auf die Berge. Hoteleigener Parkplatz gleich hinter dem Haus. Was will man mehr. Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt.

The staff were amazing and went out of their way to respond to questions and help us out. The rooms were really comfortable and had excellent bathrooms. They had emailed us before to find out the configuration of the rooms so it was great to find that our kids had a twin bedroom and not a double that often happens. You get a pass for the local transport with the hotel which was fantastic so we could travel around on the buses for free. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options for us to choose from. The hotel has access via its own underground tunnel to the local swimming pool with a fantastic outside heated pool. It wasn't too busy when we were there and a real treat for us and our daughter. They even arranged a free shuttle bus to the station on our last day which was brilliant.

The hotel is modern and has an upscale ambience. Nice selection at breakfast, friendly and helpful staff at reception. Pontresina is small, so very easy to get around from the hotel.

The pillows were the thinnest pillows I have ever had at a hotel. The mattresses were okay, but very very firm - just a heads up for anyone who prefers a softer landing.

Perfect location in the town center; nice breakfast; generally friendly staff and nice room. As a plus, we could park the electric car in the garage and charge (at cost). Great bar and bar lady. All in all, great stay!

Certain staff at breakfast were particular (arrogance, doing a character after a request). This was later apologized for by restaurant manager and my wife got her decaf cappuccino as requested. For restaurant one needs to go to main street (2-5 mins. walk)

Great hotel with top staff in the middle of Pontresina. Superb breakfast buffet, spacious rooms with comfy beds. Top value for money. Waxing table with 2 Nordic profiles. Cupcakes and apples with water as a welcome gift. 🤩

- The room was very functional and a nice size for a sport hotel. The bed was great, but it would have been nice to have more confortable chairs and a rug. Maybe our room lacked these things because it was a dog-freindly room.

The staff were extremely helpful. Location great, close to bus routes, train station. Great pools, especially the outdoor heated pool that several jets. Restaurants in close proximity. Breakfast was great!

The staff was rude.. Charged an additional 83 and 74 chf per day for 2 kids under 9 and 11. They called the police when we wanted to pay 50 chf each as per what was mentioned in the booking.com booking confirmation and refused to realize our bags. Also making insulting and racist comments saying they would not confirm bookings by a certain race of people again !!!! Once the police came they also agreed with us and said it was a civil matter and they could not be involved. The front desk receptionist was outrageous, loud and totally inhospitable. It is the worst stay we have ever had ever inspite of spending almost 1100 dollars a night for 3 rooms for a 3 star hotel.

It was located in a small town that is totally walkable. There were lots of perks like tickets to the funicular and St. Moritz cable cars .
