Skycure Serviced Apartments

Location, and staff were brilliant. The property is pretty much an apartment where you can cook (if you want to), wash and dry your clothes with ease, with the staff/owner being extremely helpful and friendly. Overall, it was a great stay in this fantastic city.

Staff were accomodating and gave great recommendations for site seeing and eats close by. Great location.

這間住宿有電梯🛗 不用爬樓梯～👍 兩點以前，我們先把行李拿去寄放，兩點後我們回來時，他們已經幫我們把行李放進了房間，並且也開好了冷氣！很貼心💖 入住後，小哥很有禮貌、很細心的介紹細節，賓至如歸🥰 房間是採用密碼鎖，而不是房卡，所以不用擔心出門時拔掉房卡就沒有冷氣的問題，回到房間即可馬上享受舒適的冷氣房❄️🥹👍 房間內除了有洗+烘衣機之外，還有附洗衣球（一顆15000越南盾）可以使用，很貼心！ 小廚房也有附上冰箱、電磁爐、鍋具、碗可以使用。 我的房間雖然在二樓，但是中間有隔很長的陽台，完全聽不到外面的吵雜聲，整晚睡得很安穩。 我是個很挑床的人，而這個床讓我睡得非常舒適！🛏️😌💤 毛巾浴巾很乾淨，床單棉被還有淡淡的香味，整體讓人感覺很乾淨！ 衛浴的淋浴設備水壓很足夠！在越南這種出門就流很多汗的地方，回到房間後真的需要趕快去洗澡，在這間洗起來很爽很過癮！🧖‍♀️ 房間跟浴室，都有設計很多不同的燈光，可以自由選擇亮度與氣氛！ 總體而言，住宿體驗非常好！之後再來胡志明會再選擇這間入住❣️

Skycure Apartments is a charming find in a fantastic location — walkable to almost everything, with great restaurants just steps away, including an outstanding Pho restaurant right across the street and Vi Que Kitchen nearby. Having a refrigerator and freezer was a genuine luxury: being able to pick up groceries and enjoy them at our own pace made the stay feel like a home rather than just a room. The apartment itself is large and well appointed. The kitchen is cute, and the shower is fantastic. Our flight got in too late for host Hang to meet us in person, but her instructions were clear and thorough and we got in without any trouble. Throughout our stay — including during our flight delay — communication with Hang was prompt, warm, and genuinely responsive. When we had questions about the AC or the automated toilet (a first for us!), her replies were nearly immediate. When our departure flight wasn't until 11:30pm on checkout day, we asked about extending our stay. Our apartment was booked, but Hang graciously arranged a room in one of their newer buildings without hesitation. I offered a few suggestions along the way, and she took every one of them to heart.

A couple of small recommendations for future guests arriving late: written instructions for the AC — it has a lot of controls — and a quick guide to the automated toilet would be helpful for first-timers. Both are things Hang would have walked us through in person had we arrived at a reasonable hour. Also, a longer comforter would be a welcome addition for taller guests.

Fantastic central location, within walking distance or short taxi journey to all the major District 1 attractions. Food and drinking places located at the bottom. Staff were so helpful and attentive. Property included a washing machine which was handy for our 3 week visit to Vietnam. Apartment was quiet at night and there was a nice little outdoor space too.

Très confortable. On n’entend pas les bruits de la circulation. Idéalement situé. Eau potable à notre disposition. Laveuse pratique, excellente douche. Climatisation efficace. Grande terrasse intime. Pas de vue, mais dans mon cas ça ne m’a pas dérangé. À noter, il n’y a pas de café offert.

Un détail: après avoir utiliser la laveuse-sécheuse, mes vêtements sentaient bizarre. Mais c’est le propre à ce type d’appareil. Un conseil: mettre un étendoir sur la terrasse qui est très grande.

Everything was perfect for us. The room was the right size and included a small balcony, small kitchen with washing machine and toilet/shower. Living out of a backpack can be challenging so having enough room to empty everything out and sort through our bag is a huge plus. We had originally booked for 4 nights but due to plans changing we needed to be in HCM for an extra night. I messaged the property manager and they were able to extend but put us in another room in the building next door - this room was also great! Because we had already stayed in the other room we also received a discount on the next room for the night. They also kindly brought over something we had forgot in our first room, which was much appreciated. Communication via WhatsApp was 10/10. Replied quickly and answered all our questions and was very accommodating. They were always on hand to help and looked after our bags upon arrival (arrived at 7AM) and once we have checked out, our flight was later in the day. Location was great if you don’t mind walking at least 5-20mins to everything. You’re right at the end of 3 busy roads with lots of shopping, food and cafes, the coffee shops on the corners (Cong and Linh Coffee) were also great with Vietnamese coffee. They were always very busy in the evenings over the weekend full of locals, seemed like a very cool area! You’re about a 10 min walk from Bùi Viên Walking Street, which is an experience in itself but if you want a lively drink give it a go. Bén Thành Market was about a 10-15min walk from the apartments, another 10mins away from the market you can find the Saigon Centre and then another 10-15mins walk from the centre is the Apartment Cafes. But if you don’t want to walk, booking a Grab bike is super easy and cheap. Overall we loved the rooms, location and management. We will be recommending the apartments to anyone who stays in HCM. Not a massive issue but the safe code was provided by the property via WhatsApp’s. It would be nice if we could have chosen this ourselves as we had a lot of cash and other valuables. But we had no issues with this and never felt unsafe or unsure.

Perfect location to go to every major tourist attraction easily 5-10 minute grab rides and exceptionally clean. Host was great only small issue was the washing machine turned our clothes pink but other then that perfect place and will come again.

This modern and stylish apartment had everything we needed including a washing machine and an iron. Most tourist attractions are within 20 minutes walking and my favourite restaurant in Vietnam - Vi Que - is just around the corner.

Room was very clean, bed was very comfortable. Room was Luxury. Staff were friendly. Room is exactly like the pictures you see.I stayed one bed room apartment for 2nights. Microwave. Fridge. Dont need to press water button coz toilet has sensor. Wash and dry clothes. Iron board and iron. Also they made the nice bed and changed towel for next day. I was surprise coz I have been stayed 6 places in this trip, no one make bed for next day. I love this apartment. 10plus for review from me. Will definitely go back to stay again.

Location is excellent - convenient stores are nearby, good coffee shops, bubble tea shops, and handmade yoghurt place is also near. Phở, hủ tíu, and other restaurants are also a short walk away which is very convenient. The owner is a young, lovely lady who is very friendly and helpful and communicates well. Aircon works great, toilet flushes automatically and has a bidet attached. Washing machine can dry your clothes as well. You're getting a very cost-effective package for the quality of the the furnitures, the service, and the location.

The bed can be improved, and tv is a bit small for the viewing distance.

The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, a 30-minute walk from the city center. The road passes through the old Market, a nice place to grab a smoothie/drink/lunch. There are several cafes, a massage salons, two good Japanese restaurants, and a 7-Eleven in the neighborhood. The apartment is in a building where all the flats are Skycure. There's always free drinking water on the ground floor. The apartment is very clean, with a small balcony, quiet, bright, and the air conditioning works well (a little noisy). The owner is very attentive and available to answer your questions. I highly recommend this apartment, especially since there are not many well-rated accommodations in Saigon at a good price.

Please note that the kitchen is located in the bathroom, so keep this in mind for a family. It's a 30-minute walk from the city center; in the heat of Saigon, it's best to take a taxi. The safe box is just a dresser drawer with a code, but that's not a problem.

Everything. It’s a well equipped very comfortable, good sized apartment. It’s conveniently located. Best shower we’ve had since we started travelling around Asia 5 months ago.

Everything!!! From start to finish with communication was excellent, the apartment was tastefully decorated in a good location. The shower was incredible the best shower I’ve had in 6 weeks. Bed really comfy and the sheets were so super soft. We had a balcony too so that was great. Very highly recommended this place.

Our host Ms Hang, met us on arrival and allowed us to drop our bags off early after an overnight flight. Communication with Ms Hang was easy and she responded quickly.

Great location for visiting the sites of Saigon. The host, Ms Hang, was very responsive to my communications and requests. The apartment is modern and spotlessly clean. It was perfect for our 5 night stay in Ho Chi Minh City.

very secluded, couldn’t hear much outside noise. cute little balcony. Washing machine was a great plus, has a kitchen but we didn’t use much. they provide free water in the communal space downstairs.

Hot water doesn’t last for longer than 5 minutes, with two people it’s stretching a little bit for comfort. Can hear people stomping upstairs but it’s nothing to write home about.

Clean, spacious, good balcony area. Ms Hang who welcomed us was very kind, clear and helpful. The apartment was a good place to stay for a night. Had a good washer/dryer if we had needed it. Had an excellent and well fitted bathroom. Sound proofing was surprisingly good given the central area it is in. Also we were able to leave our luggage after check out which was immensely convenient for catching our evening flight.

It was perfect for us.

Great location in Ho Chi Minh City! Quick walk to the main parts of District 1 or an easy place to call a Grab. The stay is modern in technology which my partner and I loved, and is fitted with aircon which was perfect after a long day out in the hot and humid. Communication with the host was easy and she showed us around as soon as we arrived to help us get acquainted. I recommend these apartments if you plan to work remotely, or if you're just visiting for a bit!

The apartment is very secure, clean, in a great location and ultra high tech. Has all the amenities, aircon and tv worked well which made our stay very pleasant. The host was attentive and helpful when we needed so thank you.

Just minor things, the bed was not the most comfortable and there were bits of plaster falling onto the bathroom floor at times.

For a serviced apartment, they provide so much better service and attention than an actual hotel with a reception desk. The host greeted us on arrival (bare in mind she was heavily pregnant) and ran us through everything. I also made 2 extra requests and she was able to provide them swiftly. She's very very attentive and is available to reach whenever by WhatsApp. The apartment was super clean, exactly like the pictures, new toilets and shower models, amenities all included etc. Honestly I cannot praise this place enough and its so close to the main attractions. They also have a baggage hold if you need it and a safe. Will definitely come back to this place on the next visit.

Amazing and safe. The host was so kind and allowed us to store our luggage for the day before our flight. Our apartment was so clean and tidy, nice and spacious, bed was comfy and the washing machine was a massive plus!

Getting there is easy, and from there you can move to other central locations. There's a supermarket within walking distance (Cong Quynh supermarket). The room is clean and has a cozy decoration, I was surprised by how spacious it was. Only one room per floor, so it seems quite private. It's not my concern if it's soundproofed, but I'm not sure how well it is. The staff and host are friendly and helpful. Definitely coming back next time :)

Great and comfortable stay! Ms Hang is an amazing host and Skycure is honestly everything a traveler could need when visiting the city. Central location, close to all the attractions yet very quiet. Modern facilities, spacious rooms, clean, private. Skycure also immediately provides solutions if there is any problem during the stay, which honestly is never a big deal. Skycure is just amazing. It used to be just foreigners staying but there are more locals staying as a staycation spot now so I’m really happy to see Skycure grow. Best wishes to Skycure!
