Clean and comfy.

I slipped in the shower. I am 73, my sister is 75 and has had two hip replacements. Imagine if she had slipped!! Not good. 8

Big rooms, very comfortable beds. Front and back door. Good parking. Yummy restaurant and takeout on site.

Curtains need refixing at ends. Couch not very practical, better a couple comfortable chairs and small coffee table. But very good for the price.

Suited our purpose on this visit to Palmerston North.

This my go to stay when ever i visit Palmerston North. Location reasonablly quiet and not that busy so can have a good rest. Not as central as some of the others, but still only a short drive to the city center sqaure. Gas/petrol stations close by. There's also eatery on-site with very nice burgers. Staff are friendly. Comfy bed. Good powerful shower in my room during this stay in the wheelchair access room, previous rooms not so great, but this wheel chair access room shower it's great with the powerful shower head and large bathroom spacious shower.

My usual go to place when I stay in Palmerston North. Usually quiet. This stay this was very loud. 3 minibus van full loads of young high-school rubgy team boys in the rooms next to and close to me made my stay not so peaceful, especially when they were shouting and practicing in the car park late afternoon/early evening. And early morning.

3 minutes drive away from the sports stadium. Rooms were tidy and clean. Quiet, It also had a restaurant/fast food service on the premises, so I didn't need to leave. Allocated parking for the room guaranteed me a park. Central to the city as well and there is a supermarket 2 minutes away.

Very well maintained. Original fittings, tv, heating and some wall linings have been replaced by new.

I only needed the room for a night and i had an existing injury, the room was perfectly accessible and easy to make my way around the room. the bed was comfortable and the kettle worked great for a morning cuppa.

This is likely a me issue, i couldn't regulate the heat of the room, it was either cold (because outside it was -2 ) or it was SO warm at 24 degrees, but changing the numbers didn't work on my remote - this may have been a me issue though as i don't have good finger strength.

From first moment checking in everything was great, friendly staff and the room was good. A very clean and tidy room for what you pay for.

Friendly customer service. It has a restaurant. The entire place is great value for what you pay for. Being near the main highway I heard no traffic unless you step outside.

Couldn't naturally watch TV or Sports channel.

Lounge, bedrooms and heating were fantastic. Fridge freezer/stove and microwave were helpful amenities. Staff were helpful and accomodating. Good location. Kebab shop out the front is convenient.

Bathroom in family room - door didn’t shut and shower pressure/head was terrible - a little out of date kitchen (not like pics) mismatched and not enough crockery/utensils for our family of 5 booked. TV remote was broken. A little more attention to detail on cleaning, with updated amenities I’d give it top marks :)

My unit was on the main street for the accommodation, luckily it was very quiet and I was not disturbed at all. Parking was tight and a squeeze in the dark but the unit parking was numbered and very obvious

Curtain netting in one the rooms had mould stains, and we had a tad problem with toilet blocking, and wifi didn't work apart from that was good

Friendly staff, great location, price and comfort. My room's had all the basic accessories needed and I appreciated the room was found neat and clean.

My room's bathroom & shower facilities were a bit tired but, still practical and clean. Parking spaces were very tight and if guests had large vehicles, it would be a bit of a tight squeeze to manoeuvre in the car park.

The room itself is very outdated and old. It felt like I was living in the 90s again. Rooms need new furnishings, floorings, walls and the bathrooms and kitchens need updating. Everything works fine but looks very old. Our room also had a dog smell and not sure what the stains on the carpet were. There were no plush blankets only a thin blanket which hardly kept us warm luckily the heat pump worked well otherwise we would be freezing. We also requested a cot but didn’t see one in the room. The towels are very thin and rough so bring your own ones and I recommend bringing slippers too.

Price was cheap, found the bed fairly comfortable.

It was pretty worn down, wifi in my room in particular was very poor. It was ok for one night stay but wouldn’t be very comfortable for 2-3 days. Charged a fee to check in earlier which is ok but most places I stay if the room is ready they usually accommodate this for free, especially since I was leaving at 7am.

It was central to everything we needed, great parks around. It was calming even though we were by a busy road. Beds were comfy.

I liked the location. We did not have a motel breakfast. Staff were pleasant and friendly.

We found the kitchen area quite cramped and the motel was a bit dated - but you get what you pay for.

Restaurant on site with good prices. Tidy room. Table and comfy arm chair were great additions. Tray table was useful.,

Shower very grubby with staining and what looked like mould and mildew. Water damage to wall so that it was swollen out. Safety handle pulling out by toilet and wall panel buckling out made it unusable. Some staining on bed linens.

The bed and pillows were hard and the toilet is too close to the kitchen. The options for hot drinks were limited because not everyone drinks that tea or coffee

Heat Pump, TV, Bed was all great. Having a Kebab shop onsite was awesome - having a late checkin option also awesome.

Shower pressure was average. Lamb Kebab was average.

Easy check in, the rooms are spacious and clean. The big was a super king size and very comfortable. Located near the race course which is where our conference was. Warm and quiet even though we were one unit back from the busy road we had zero noise.

The rooms and unit are of an older design, but they are clean and very acceptable.

Paying a bond was unnecessary, my room wasn't even checked for damage upon return of my bond,the bed was uncomfortable, the dishes were extremely dirty, the bathroom smelt stale, the shower curtain needed replacing or bleaching, I'm an ex motel manager/cleaner that took great pride in presenting quality rooms for paying customers, sadly this property was disappointing 😞
