Top Ausstattung, Sauberkeit und Lage! Sehr netter Gastgeber!

Die Lage war toll. Viele Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar und der Strand direkt über die Straße. Philippe war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns viele nützliche Tipps gegeben. Das Appartement D war klein aber sehr gemütlich und die Küche war erstaunlich gut ausgestattet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

L’appartamento è bello e ben posizionato, ma durante il nostro soggiorno era molto freddo e il riscaldamento non era sufficiente. Inoltre, non lo consiglio per quattro persone perché gli spazi risultano un po’ troppo limitati. Nel complesso, discreto, ma con alcuni aspetti da migliorare.

No toaster. Portable oven / hot plate combo not that efficient for cooking. We preferred staying in to cook and it got a little frustrating with what was available

Walking distance from beach and harbor restaurants. Short drive to mall and market. Unit has an air fryer, coffee machine working with pots/capsules, a single plate infrared portable electric stove and a microwave.

The unit provides comfortable accommodation for two adults; however, occupancy by three to four adults may result in limited space and a sense of overcrowding. The parking is not behind gates unless both vehicles are relatively short in length; however, the area is well-lit, ensuring vehicles are visible and not left in darkness.

We loved our stay, this is a very well run and organized establishment. Attention to detail is excellent.

A luggage stand in the bedroom would be nice.

Zu viert doch eher nicht so gut geeignet - zweites Bett war ein Matratzenlager. Ein paar mehr Müsli Schüsseln wären gut.

Busy.main road nearby. Only 1 bed (I think king) but they have mattresses which were comfortable enough.

This Venue has a fantastic host. Its clean and a great location. Its well equiped and safe. Theres a lovely pool and outdoor facilities.

Its very hot dispite the weather cooling, the unit is constantly boiling. Might benefit from a aircon.

The accommodation is very well situated, just a 2-minute walk from the beach. The apartment is comfortable and offers beautiful sea views. We especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony and taking in the scenery. The complex has a pool, and everything is clean and well-maintained. The host and staff are friendly and welcoming, and they always took the time to chat with us, which made the stay even more pleasant.

Stunning property, exceptionally clean and well organised. Everything easy to find and enough details given prior to checking in to be able to check in with no issues. Met the owner who was really lovely to introduce himself to us. Had a lovely stay and would stay again on our travels for sure.

I really liked everything that it had to offer and the location was really nice.

Very central. Great garden and pool. Very festive with the Christmas street lights. Loved that there was a packet of Oreos for my daughter when we arrived.

Wifi was patchy and kept on disconnecting either me or my wife's laptops. The exorbitant cleaning fee of R750, absolutely ridiculous. Cars racing up and down the main road juist outside the house for much of the night, however not in the control of the host obviously.

The blinds let in light and woke me up early.

The staff were lovely, Pillippe was very attentive and helpful with advice. The place was nice and clean, had a comfy bed and a great shower. Just a 1 min walk to the beach iff that. Quality 👌

As two sisters in SA for our father’s funeral, we were looking for a safe place with two beds, not necessarily in two bedrooms with close proximity to the beach for walks. This seemed perfect as it was advertised as one bedroom with added sofa bed. When we arrived we realizad there was no sofa bed just a fold out foam very slim and short mattress more suited to a child. Francois was super kind to offer us another apartment which ended up on the downstairs floor so we did not end up staying together which was not the intention but a good solution. I then stayed downstairs and felt very unsafe as there was no security lock on the door, and a safe with all the apartments keys was in a room next to mine which was left open. I subsequently did not sleep well at all.

We have stayed here once before. The location is good. The apartment is well set up and feels well looked after

The front door key was very difficult to use and a little erratic.At one point we thought we couldn’t get in. The soap dispenser in the shower room need to be replaced

Everything was beyond my expectations

We had a wonderful stay! The host was extremely friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed. The location is excellent – just a short walk to the beach, which made it very convenient for us. We really enjoyed the atmosphere.

Very comfortable, clean and modern. Staples like tea/coffee/salt/pepper were supplied. Very comfortable beds and bedding. Easy check in/out.

The road can be a little noisy in the mornings but we are early risers so wasn’t an issue.

We loved the location, the views and the apartment was very very nice equipped with everything you might need! The staff really go the extra mile. My favorited about this whole stay was the Nesppreso machine with the most delicious coffee! I would recommend this for anyone going to Cape Town but want to have a more quiet surrounding and I would say more safe.

The only thing that was not very comfortable was the fact that the apartment is not very spacious for a family of four, and the secure parking area is to small to park a SUV so we had to leave our car in a street parking the whole night. The neighborhood is safe so nothing happend to our car.

The apartment was a great size, with fantastic views of Hout Bay. The kitchen was well-equipped, with everything you needed. The host Philippe was very friendly and helpful. Excellent that you can bring a pet if you need (which I almost did, and booked for this reason, but didn't in the end).

We stayed for 1 week in the Apartment A and felt like home! Two floor apartment, very spacious and with everything you need. Patio/garden with a braai. The views from upstairs are unforgettable! Only 1 min walking to the Hout Bay beach. Phillipe & team are very friendly and responsive. There was a cycle tour the day we had to checkout, meaning the main road was closed and we could not get anywhere til noon and our host allowed us to check out whenever we would like to that day. Recommendation: if you are sensitive to light & noise when sleeping, would recommend using a sleeping mask & ear plugs!

I think the owner should mention how small the sleeper couch/sofa is. I would not recommend this for one adult, never mind two adults.

It felt like home! Everything you need is there! The studio is very modern and comfortable. We met some staff members who are very friendly. This was one of our best accommodations during our 5-week trip!

The window screens are very light, so let through a lot of light. Bring a sleeping mask! Also, a little light next to the beds (for reading etc.) is missing and would have been nice.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay in Hout Bay! The accommodation exceeded our expectations, offering everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The property was spotless, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed. The host was superb—warm, welcoming, and always available to assist with anything we needed. The location was excellent, perfectly situated for exploring the beauty of Hout Bay and the surrounding areas. We loved how easy it was to access local attractions, shops, and restaurants.
