Reviewed Sep 10, 2026L'emplacement est idéal, proche de la gare centrale et pas loin du centre historique, du quartier espagnol, et du ferry pour aller visiter les îles. Les chambres sont très propres et le matelas très confortable. La climatisation est très appréciée par ces fortes chaleurs. L'ascenseur est à lui seul une œuvre d'art ! Et Mattia, toujours aux petits soins, très présent, avant et tout au long du séjour. Il donne de très bons conseils et est vraiment très disponible. J'ai passé un très bon séjour à la Canzonetta 🌼

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026It's about a 10-minute walk from the central station. During our stay, we also used the train to Pompeii, so the location was very convenient for sightseeing. We received thoughtful messages leading up to check-in, which was reassuring. Check-in was also done in person. The room was explained thoroughly. Our room was a corner room with two small balconies! There was a chair and table, so we could relax. I would like to book this hotel again the next time I visit Naples. Highly recommended! 👍️

Mattia es un encanto y nos facilitó mucho la llegada, nos dio recomendaciones para visitar Nápoles. El aire acondicionado funciona muy bien y dispone de un pequeño frigorífico. Habitación silenciosa a pesar del bullicio exterior no se aprecia nada dentro de la habitación.
El colchón un poco blando pero es lo único q nos pareció mejorable.

Rebuda inmillorable i personal, ens va donar fins i tot un llistat de llocs a visitar i restaurants recomanats que ens van facilitar moltíssim l’estada a Nàpols (de nou, gràcies!!). Es nota que es gent que gaudeix amb el seu treball. L’habitació és còmode i confortable, i està a pocs minuts del centre històric, però en una zona molt més tranquil•la i agradable per fer-hi inclús varies nits. L’estació central es troba a només 10 minuts caminant, el que a nosaltres ens va facilitar moltíssim la logística. Sense dubte, recomanaría i repetiría en aquest apartament!

Mattia was like a personal guide—he explained the entire city to us and even gave us a transportation guide he had prepared in advance, which made getting around incredibly easy. In short, don’t hesitate to book this place. It’s in the heart of the city and is a fantastic place to stay. Highly recommended! 10/10

Прекрасные окна которые изолируют уличный шум, большой плюс что есть кондиционер. Дружелюбный хозяин позволил оставить вещи после выселения. Очень хорошо все объяснил и дал список достопримечательных мест в городе. Обязательно буду рекомендовать место своим друзьям

Mateu was extremely helpful — I have never met such a great host before. The room was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again.

Mattia was quick to check in on via WhatsApp which was great. He was always happy to help out and arranged a taxi to take us to the airport at 4am.
It would be nice to get bottled water in the fridge and also milk to make a cup of coffee. Also fluffy new towels would be nice but for one night we did fine. The shower was amazing!

The team arranged a taxi pick-up from the airport for our late-night arrival, which made the start of our trip completely stress-free. We felt safe and well looked after from the outset and were shown exactly how to enter and exit the property, which was very helpful. Throughout our stay, we received lots of great recommendations for places to visit, eat and explore, and the hosts remained in contact via WhatsApp should we need anything. The room was spotless, with a fantastic balcony, excellent air conditioning, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal – incredibly convenient for the train station, yet only around a 10-minute walk from the main sights, restaurants and attractions of Naples. The combination of outstanding hospitality, a great location and comfortable accommodation made this a fantastic base for our holiday. When we return to Naples, this is exactly where we will stay. Thank you for helping to make our trip so enjoyable.

Communication was amazing, with details of the property, where to get the best pizza, were to get the best gelato and where to get the best tiramisu. Eventough we arrived late, we were given proper attention, which was appreciated. The room was so clean and beautiful, with a chandelier! Within walking distance of the train station and tours to Pompeii. We were so happy.

The cleanliness was perfect, and the room was dark, quiet, and very comfortable. One of the best — if not the best — welcomes and hosting experiences I have ever had. Reviewed May 13, 2026The property is in a traditional Italian building fronted by a large courtyard which takes you well away from the chaos and noise of Naples traffic. The apartment itself is of a good size, is well equipped and is clean, modern and bright. The owner provided lots of tips on sightseeing and places to eat. The apartment is between the train station and the Old town so is well located to see everything. If we return to Naples we would certainly be happy to come to this apartment again.
