Exactly what it says it is. A convenient stop next to the station. Easy check in and check out, all information sent in advance and very nice staff

Rooms are relatively small and not super isolated from a noise point of view. But this is aligned with what we expected for the price paid.

Lo encontré caro para las instalaciones que ofrece: habitación muy pequeña con poca luz natural, la ducha funcionaba muy mal y el croisssant del desayuno estaba duro. Te cobran por guardar equipaje.

Per quanto riguarda il personale dell’hotel, invece, sono stati molto gentili, calorosi e accoglienti. Mi hanno aspettata nonostante il mio arrivo tardivo. Purtroppo, però, durante la notte non è presente nessuno, quindi non c’è alcuna sorveglianza

Prima di tutto, la pulizia della camera lasciava davvero a desiderare: c’erano capelli sulle lenzuola e sugli asciugamani, il pavimento era pieno di polvere e c’era persino della muffa nel frigorifero. In secondo luogo, il posto non mi è sembrato per niente sicuro. La porta che porta alla reception non si chiudeva e c’era un continuo via vai dall’ingresso principale dell’edificio, che quindi rimaneva spesso aperto. La porta della mia camera era una semplice porta scorrevole, alla fine molto facile da aprire. Inoltre, la camera era molto mal insonorizzata: rumori per tutta la notte nei corridoi e all’esterno. Sentivo un uomo urlare sotto la mia finestra e un cane abbaiare continuamente. Non ho chiuso occhio per tutta la notte

Local super limpo e cheiroso, ótima localização, na mesma rua da estação (muito melhor que se hospedar no centro histórico), todos foram atenciosos e comunicativos, muito bem explicado a forma de ter acesso ao quarto e ótimo serviço de quarto. Voltaria com certeza.

Somente a TV que não conseguimos usar, mas ainda assim não interferiu em nada.

The location is very convenient as it is close to the central station. The staff were nice and responsive. The room was clean, offering good value for an affordable price.

We stayed during a heatwave, and the electricity went out in the middle of the night and it took while to get back, made it very hard to sleep. However we appreciated the staff's quick response to the situation

Royal Flower liegt neben dem zentralen Bahnhof und der Altstadt und hat sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Das gemütliche, saubere Einzelzimmer hat ein ein bequemes Bett und eine gute Klima-Anlage (sehr hilfreich im August) und genügt normalen Anforderungen. Das italienische Frühstück wird direkt ins Zimmer serviert.

Da ich selber als Haustechnikerin arbeite, sind mir Kleinigkeiten aufgefallen. Die Schubladen im Badezimmer waren locker, die Handbrause war etwas undicht, bei der Toilette musste man zweimal den Spülknopf drücken ansonsten fliest das Wasser dauerhaft. Außerdem ist es nicht sehr Akustisch Isoliert, man hört alles mögliche

Olía a cloro cuando llegamos, se escuchaba todo lo de otras habitaciones, estábamos detrás de la recepción y se escuchaba todo. Pagamos el desayuno y no nos dieron el segundo día. La ubicación es muy mala, por fuera todo olía mal, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba

Salve essendo di Napoli conoscevo la zona e la posizione quindi nessuna sorpresa. Posizione comoda a due passi dalla stazione centrale e metro.

Cerchero' di essere breve. Ho fatto una ricerca tra gli hotel e prenotato una bella camera con balcone spazio adeguato e bagno bello con grande lavandino e bidet. Letto matrimoniale con comodini....un classico quindi. Ho scoperto al mio arrivo di essere in un B&B , camera diversa dalla foto molto piccola. Una finestra condivisa con il bagno senza bidet ma con doccino . Appena attivato il doccino ha allagato il minuscolo bagno e fatto la doccia a me. Il lavandino era ridicolo, minuscolo adatto a delle bambole. I servizi igienici non erano sanificati, mancava un sapone o un detergente mani. Il porta asciugamani era rotto e sul pavimento erano presenti capelli e peli che provavano la mancata pulizia della camera. Un letto da una piazza e mezza senza un comodino.. la colazione compresa nel prezzo doveva essere per forza essere consumata in camera non essendoci spazi comuni e ad orari stabiliti allarrivo o in bar convenzionato. Ora mi chiedo...non era meglio pubblicare foto reale della stanza e non creare false aspettative? Comunque anche se pago poco io mi aspetto pulizia, che la manutenzione venga eseguita e che ci siano detergenti base per un'igiene personale. Essere presi per i fondelli non piace a nessuno e nel 2026 puo' far pubblicare recensioni poco piacevoli. Per la piattaforma che dire.....cerco un'hotel mi fanno prenotare un B&B . La struttura se non ricordo male viene proposta come verificata. Credo sara' il caso di prenotare altrove su altra piattaforma la prossima volta.

Por poner algo, la mantención del edificio en si, que NO tiene nada que ver con las NUEVAS instalaciones del B&B

La posizione è molto comoda, la stanza era molto accogliente e ci si trova tutto il necessario, la Signora delle pulizie è molto gentile.

Host inesistente, non ho ricevuto info sui codici per entrare o sulla colazione (per messaggio sono stata quasi ghostata), richiedono tassa di soggiorno senza richiedere il documento

Το πρωινό ήταν καλό. Και το δωμάτιο όμορφο το οποίο το καθάρισαν κάθε μέρα.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν εσωτερικό με ένα παράθυρο που έβλεπε στον ακάλυπτο. Δεν μπορούσες να το ανοίξεις διότι μύριζε άσχημα από τις μυρωδιές που μαγείρεψαν τα μαγαζιά. Δεν αεριζοταν και δεν είχε φυσικό φως. Επίσης και το μπάνιο μύριζε διότι και αυτό δεν είχε παράθυρο.

la stanza aveva il bagno posizionato sopra ad impianti (credo fossero di condizionamento) che emanavano forte calore pertanto, abbiamo accusato di caldo intenso. La parte dove c'era il letto però era refrigeta. Presente ampio frigo.

Desayuno rico y variado, directo a la cama. La zona es ideal para una estancia corta de una o dos noches. Francesco encantador, se esforzó en hablar en español en todo momento y en esperarnos a última hora para el check-in.

El trató de Franco...impecable, simpático, cercano..veníamos de Catania tras anular Iberia nuestro vuelo para coger otro desde Napoles a Madrid. Fue muy atento. El desayuno incluido en el precio. Perfecto y puntual Lo recomiendo a todo el que vaya a Napoles por poco tiempo. Es limpio, la decoración muy bonita, camas comodisimas...Somos una familia de Badajoz España. Dos adultos y dos adolescentes Volvería sin dudarlo. 😊

Excellent location for us near the train station. Franco the host had great communication and very accommodating service. He delivered our breakfast the night before as we were leaving early. The bed was comfortable and air con was an absolute life saver on the July heat. Very reasonably priced too. Would reccommend.

La ubicación y la entrada un poco rara, una vez adentro está muy bien y las instalaciones modernas.

En general el alojamiento está bien para una sola noche, Franco fue muy amable y diligente, nos consiguió otro colchón para la cama auxiliar que tenía un colchón delgado, estuvo pendiente antes de la llegada para esperarnos en recepción. La ubicación es estratégica, para fácil comunicación con el aeropuerto, con el metro que está al frente la estación y en caso de hacer tour un punto de recogida es junto pasando la calle.

Las camas no son cómodas y las almohadas son muy duras. El TV no tenía señal. El sector no se ve tan seguro, pero no tuvimos mala experiencia, de hecho fue muy estratégica la ubicación. El desayuno muy poquito, aunque veo que es lo usual del país, un croissant y un cafe

Il ne s'agit plus d'un hôtel, mais d'un appartement doté de plusieurs chambres. Si vous êtes en voyage d'affaires, évitez de choisir cet hôtel. En définitive, il est impossible d'obtenir une facture de remboursement de la part d’autant plus que l’établissement ne m’a pas délivré de votre employeur. De plus, il n'y a pas de réception, ni de personnel disponible pour répondre à vos questions. Mon séjour a été un véritable cauchemar, surtout que l’établissement ne m’a pas donné de facture pour ma visite. Je ne vais même pas évoquer d'autres détails, comme ces escaliers insupportables, cet ascenseur qui date des années 70,......... It is no longer a hotel, but an apartment with several rooms. If you are on a business trip, avoid choosing this hotel. Ultimately, it is impossible to obtain a reimbursement invoice from the establishment, especially since they did not issue one to your employer. Moreover, there is no reception, nor staff available to answer your questions. My stay was a real nightmare, especially since the establishment didn't give me an invoice for my visit. I'm not even going to mention other details, like those unbearable stairs, that elevator from the 70s,.........

Camera: bagno presumibilmente ricavato da un ballatoio con affaccio sugli scarichi dei ristoranti kebab sotto l'albergo. L'odore veramente insopportabile. Bagno sporco con mobili attaccati con la colla x bambini. Letto senza il coprimaterasso ma solo il lenzuolo di sotto appoggiato. Dovrebbero evidenziare le criticità delle camere perché le foto traggono in inganno. Avremmo piuttosto pagato in più per non dormire in quella friggitrice!

Y nuestra habitación Booking nos realizó un cambio por ser Genius que me sorprendió sin costo extra, con vistas al Vesuvio , amplia, muy agradable.

Sin duda el colchón de la cama fatal tienen que cambiarlo pasamos muy mala noche que pena esta habitación tan confortable con este colchón tan incómodo ! Se hundía en la mitad no tiene buen relleno era como una esponja! Amanecimos con dolor de espalda ! 🥹😓😥 De no ser por el colchón 10 de 10!

En una zona céntrica pero llena de personas no muy confiables, nos sentimos inseguros. El desayuno no teníamos nada de proteína, el café no sabe a nada.

Localização: literalmente 3 minutos da estação centrale. Atendimento: FANTÁSTICO. Francesco é muito cuidadoso, pró-ativo, educado, preocupado, disponível, flexível, disposto a ajudar, preocupado com o bem estar. Nos deu dicas sobre a cidade, transporte, atrações. Atendeu nossos pedidos rapidamente. Café da manhã, apesar de não ser à vontade, era muito gostoso. Cornetos deliciosos, cappuccino gostoso, várias opções. Típico colazione italiano. Cama boa, ar condicionado funcionando bem, banheiro gostoso. A arrumação do quarto foi excelente, cuidadosa. Ficamos muito contentes com o hotele recomendamos muito o Royal Flower.

O elevador oscilou algumas vezes, mas o hotel é no primeiro andar, então não é difícil subir.

Very good location off Garibaldi Square, right by Naples Central station. I had read its a bit rough, but actually lively area with lots of bars,cafes, restaurants, street food. I felt no more threatened than say in Leicester Square/Covent Garden in London. Just don't flash your valuables about. . The manager/receptionist was very helpful. The bed was very comfortable.

Breakfast was poor - should have gone to a nearby cafe. Had brioche bun (ok) with 2 plastic jams, poor capuccino, very poor orange juice. Getting in is quite tricky. There is no obvious entrance, As I arrived by taxi, the driver notified the manager who came onto the street to bring me in. I would have been struggling to find it otherwise.

Ympäristö hieman arveluttava, poliiseja ja sotilaita liikkui alueella paljon. Aamupala ei ollut kummoinen, tarjoiltiin huoneeseen. Kahvi oli kylmää ja kun pyysin kuumaa, niin lämmitettiin mikrossa, myös yksi mehu puuttui.

The staff member greet us was cheerful and helpful

The photos don't really show the actual picture of what to expect. Finding the place was not clear. Room. 102, facing the main road was quite loud most of the night. The bed mattress was stained and had large divots (body impressions) which made it an uncomfortable sleep. The main problem was the bathroom. Strong smell of mould (plus visible), and shower was broken. We get it right near the train station and a cheap option for a night, although I've stayed in backpackers which are better and half the price. Would not recommend staying b here.

I especially appreciate the staff’s attitude. The receptionist was exceptionally kind and helpful throughout my stay. I also really liked the breakfast room service and the possibility to choose from several fresh sweet pastries every morning. The single room is quite small, but that did not bother me since I spent most of the day outside exploring the city, and the bed was big enough and comfortable. The location near the train station and metro stop was excellent for me personally. This accommodation also offers very affordable luggage storage after check-out, which I found very convenient.

The area around the train station is quite noisy and does not always feel safe. I expected this, as it is common in many larger cities. However, it may not be the best good choice for someone looking for a quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

Room was comfy and well equiped and very close to the main railway station lots of bars and restuarants nearby, Staff gave good advice on a magnificent Pizzaria. Breakfast was adequate.

Found the property fairly easily but bit of a guess to workout how to contact reception cafeteria next door got us to the right place . A sign outside would be helpful.

I've never felt the need to leave a review before, Royal Flower changed that. I've stayed at many B&Bs around the world - none have been as good as this one. Staff was friendliest I've encountered. Francesco was extremely pleasant and helpful, reaching out via text to ensure my transit and stay was smooth. The room itself was more spacious than the standard for the price point, and the beds were larger. The breakfast delivered to the room was top-notch as well. I would have been happy paying twice what I did for my short stay. Thanks Francesco and Royal Flower for exceeding my expectations for what comfort during travel should be.

駅に隣接していて立地が良い。周辺に店が多く食事にも困らない。 オーナーはホスピタリティーがある。スタッフも良い。 大変リーズナブル。ありがたい。

朝食が8時、遅いと思う。 今回、私の点数が低いのは朝食の時間のほか以下の理由による。 部屋の水回りの問題である。１シャワーがら温水が出るまで時間がかかり、頭上からとハンディシャワーのスイッチを制御しないと冷水を浴びることとなる。２　トイレは水の吹き出しで流す方式だが、水漏れする。知らぬ間に床が濡れてしまう。 ほかの部屋は違うと思うがわからない。たまたまなのかこれがなければ素晴らしかったので残念。

La chambre était moderne ainsi que la salle de bain.

Il y avait beaucoup de bruit de partout ascenseur, porte d’entrée, personnel. Aucune insonorisation ! De plus la télé ne fonctionnait pas et la Clim était très difficile à manipuler. Pour le pdj, pas de table servi dans la chambre sans condition.

El alojamiento está frente a la estación central de tren de Nápoles y así todo, el aislamiento acústico es muy bueno. Está renovado a nuevo. La cama es muy cómoda y el baño también. Todo el personal fue muy amable y agilizó el proceso del check in.
