Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Location is perfect, near many restaurant and the famous Hongdae street. Line 2 is 7 minuts away so very convenient. Dean was wery nice and give me a warm welcomed. Breakfast was perfect (eggs, bread, peanut butter, nutella, juice ... ) Room was good i slept very well. Very calm. I will surely come back there next time i come to seoul !

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Great accommodation, from the moment I arrived the owner was very welcoming and personable and made sure I knew where everything was. Throughout my stay he was very happy to help, including with laundry. I stayed in the private room and honestly it was one of the most comfortable mattresses I had during my time in South Korea. The room had plenty of space. My only feedback on the room is that a small lamp would be a great addition to add some ambience beyond the room light - but that is being picky! I made two friends during my stay and the convenient location of the guesthouse meant we could easily find karaoke and a bar nearby. The train station is only a short walk away, as well as great cafes and food.
The room light is quite bright, so a small bedside lamp would be a great addition to the room.

Não há espaço para mala, e apenas uma pequena prateleira sobre o colchão para guardar as coisas. Além disso, o horário de funcionamento da máquina de lavar (3pm às 20pm) é ruim para quem não fica no hostel. Dean gentilmente me esperou para eu lavar minhas roupas.

It seemed loud in the morning, a lot of noise coming from the kitchen/dining area from the other guests waking up earlier and chatting away. Also had a little confusion with finding the right place just after landing and not paying attention, went to the other guest house. The name, the sign, the street looks the same :D

Reviewed Jun 25, 2026I stayed at this hostel for five nights and really enjoyed my time there. Everything was very clean, the beds were comfortable, ant the bathroom was always absolutely clean. The owner, Dean, is especially nice and always helpful. There’s a breakfast and free water, which I found really convenient. The overall atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, and the location is great too. I’d definitely recommend staying here

The hostel was small but comfortable with great amenities including breakfast, charging ports, information guides. There were also air purifiers in the bedrooms. It was just such a comfortable stay.

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026The location is ideal, as it is right in the center of Hongdae and is very convenient, with easy access to both the bus stop and the subway station. As for the room, I stayed in the 6-bed female dormitory and had a very comfortable experience. The beds are designed with privacy in mind, with curtains and a small attached shelf or table where you can place your belongings. The room never felt cramped and had a cozy, home-like atmosphere. The bed itself was incredibly soft and comfortable. After a long day of exploring, I was always able to rest well. The mattress was supportive and not too firm. Towels were also readily available, and I appreciated being able to change them whenever needed. What I appreciated the most was the kindness and consideration of the host. Since the hostel was fully booked and I could not extend my stay for an additional night, I was allowed to store my luggage while I spent the day sightseeing. This gesture was truly thoughtful and greatly appreciated. In fact, I have visited Korea four times already, and one of the first things I make sure of is securing a reservation at this hostel. I have tried other accommodations, but this place feels different—it is more homey, spacious, and welcoming. The atmosphere is warm and accommodating, and the rooms are just the right size, making every stay comfortable and enjoyable.
