Reviewed Sep 8, 2026컴팩트하게 모든 게 갖춰져 있는 공간이에요. 엘리베이터도 잘 작동하고, 보안이 잘 되어 있고, 아주 깨끗해서 좋았어요. 미리 연락해주셔서 직원이 없어도 순조롭게 체크인할 수 있었고, 다음에 직원을 만났을 때 수건도 더 챙겨주시고 친절했어요.
방문을 열쇠로 열 때 조금 어려움이 있었어요, 문 손잡이를 같이 요리조리 돌리니 열리긴 하더라구요.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Adoramos o quarto. Já tínhamos ficado no mesmo.predio em outro B&B, e a localização é excepcional. Da pra ir a pé literalmente para todos os lugares turísticos de Roma. Além disso, fica perto da rua principal Via Nationale, onde é possível pegar um ônibus muito tranquilamente. O quarto tinha até banheira dentro, o que nós não esperávamos.

Chuveiro péssimo, sai muito pouca água e apresenta vazamentos. Funcionário da limpeza extremamente mal educado, se negou a explicar o horário que o quarto seria limpo, alegou nao falar ingles, mas poderíamos ter conversado em italiano. Maquina de cafe quebrada. Nao há reposição de itens na cozinha coletiva, a louça nao é lavada com regularidade e a água do frigobar não foi reposta. Quando tentamos conversar por WhatsApp com a Hostess, só obtivemos resposta no dia seguinte.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026We had a fantastic stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book here again! The room was easy to find, check-in was simple, and access to the property was very straightforward. Everything was spotlessly clean and the room had everything we needed for our three-night stay. We actually wished we could have stayed longer! The room felt really luxurious thanks to all the thoughtful extras provided, including a toothbrush, moisturiser, body wash, hand sanitiser, cotton wool, cotton buds, and a shower cap. These little touches made a big difference and were greatly appreciated. The location was perfect. It’s close to both the train station and the metro, making it incredibly easy to explore Rome. The Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum were only about a 15-minute walk away, and getting to the Vatican City or catching trains to other parts of Italy was quick and convenient. We also loved the communal kitchen and seating area, which was kept exceptionally clean and was very useful during our stay. The complimentary snacks left out were a lovely, thoughtful touch. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we’d happily book here again. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable!
The shower water pressure could have been a bit better, but would not put me off coming here again.

It was not a problem for me per say but the elevator is pretty small which at times could become a problem for my parents because it was pretty slow.

Room was perfect, we had it for 3 people and if was plenty big. Location was perfect for us because we were there for 1 night and spend most of it walking around Rome, enjoying it.

Nombreux commerces et restaurants à proximité. Le centre historique est à 20 minutes à pied. Le logement moderne, propre et climatisé. La présence de la baignoire en plus de la douche. La présence d'un petit frigo. Le ménage fait tous les jours. La possibilité de laisser ses bagages dans les parties communes (cuisine, équipée de caméras) après avoir quitté le logement
Une seule chaise dans le logement. Le reapprovisionnement pour le petit déjeuner, assez aléatoire. Le pommeau de douche rafistolé et fuyard. La ventilation très bruyante.

La habitación era mucho mas grande y comoda de lo que imaginaba, la cama muy comoda, el departamento muy limpio y todo bien equipado. Lo recomiendo sin duda!!!

Het was erg warm op de kamer. Volgens de eigenaar/beheerder wordt de temperatuur centraal geregeld. Die stond nog ingesteld op de winter. Inmiddels is de airconditioning ingeschakeld en is dit probleem opgelost.

Left me outside my room for 2 hours- as you can see below, they are blaming the deactivated key and questioning why i asked for compensation. The key was not deactivated. The receptionist asked me to try another key for the room they had and the actual lock was deactived. This was resolved the next day by resetting the system, not resetting the card. An older man had to come from wherever and give me a physical metal key. I was left outside my room without medication for 2 hours - to prove this, i have messages with time stamps. I then got a message from the owner over 72 hours later. How can you even call yourself a hotel with no support when there is an issue?

Reviewed Apr 20, 2026La verdad que el alojamiento superó nuestras expectativas. El sitio está muy bien localizado y tienes todo el centro cerca. La habitación era amplia, camas cómodas, ventilaba bien y tenía algunos extras como nevera y cafetera. El baño también genial.
El día de nuestra partida preguntamos si podíamos dejar las maletas y mochilas hasta la tarde/noche y nos dijeron que podíamos dejarlas en las zonas comunes. Aunque tanto la entrada como las zonas comunes contaban con cámaras de seguridad, no nos gustaba mucho la idea de dejar la maleta en medio del pasillo sin custodiar y accesible por cualquier huesped del hotel. La verdad que hubiese esperado una zona más vigilada para storage o en su defecto, algún tipo de locker. En nuestro caso, dejamos las maletas en un Locker securizado muy cerca del hotel.

The shower leaked through the wall and onto the floor of the room (right where I had my suitcase laying on the floor). And there was like a flood type light that randomly came on one morning at 6.30am and I couldn’t do anything to turn it off? It was very bright and annoying. The air con also whistled for a long time after it had been on and then turned off. Aside from those facility issues, we were well looked after.

Reviewed Apr 3, 2026Φτάσαμε 11:50πμ ενω ηταν το τσεκ ιν μας 12:00 και το δωματιο δεν ηταν ετοιμο αλλα δεν ηταν αυτο το θεμα ειχαμε ολη την καλη διαθεση να περιμένουμε, αλλα ο καθαριστής ήταν αρκετά αγενής μαζι μας οριακά μας μίλησε και οταν μας μίλησε δεν καταφέραμε να συνεννοηθούμε επισης ηταν αρκετά "έντονος" στον τόνο που μας μιλούσε. Όταν ηρθε ο κύριος για το τσεκ ιν που λογικα ηταν και ο ιδιοκτήτης εννοείται ηταν ευγενέστατος. Δεν ηταν υποχρεωμένος να μας εξυπηρετήσει σε κατι αλλα δεν κοστίζει τιποτα μια απάντηση σε ενα ερώτημα και λίγη ευγένεια. Κατά τ'αλλα ολα καλα 🙏🏻
