Ideal location for pier and town centre could not fault location.

Host said hallo on arrival that was about it.Fridge right in front of radiator ? Beds very dated along with decor in bedroom.Stayed in room No5 which also had a draft coming from vent next to emergency exit door which was incorrectly fitted.Had to jam a towel to stop draft.I know beforehand Llandudno is an old town but some work needs doing on bedrooms if they are all like room No5 sorry about this but I have to say how I feel.

Front Desk Manager went out of her way to inform us; of a more disabled person friendly room for ease of mobility. She was kind and empathetic. The room was clean well-stocked; with a lovely seaview.

I did not like the plastic matress cover. It was excessively warm and slippy.

Location was perfect and within minutes from the beach and town centre. The room was very spacious and quiet from the traffic.

Parking was bit hard to find but overall I managed to park nearby. Not suitable for wheelchair user as property has few stairs.

Lovely stay Great view from the room Room Was Clean and Tidy

Location was really good, very close to the pier.

Dated, a lot of stairs with no lift and we are not too mobile. There was an empty medicine box behind the chair from an earlier guest, if they missed that what else was missed. When you run the taps the water came up through the shower drain. The bed was an old wooden frame, no support to sit up against without pain, the mattress was uncomfortable. The blunds also were broken and couldn't be closed. Outside the bedroom door was a unit that overhung the doorway causing a small obstruction. There was only 2 small milks providand with the drinks also breakfast wasnt included to Booking.com guests. Finally outside the main entrance was the smoking shelter so you got a face full of smoke when you entered and exited.

The location was perfect. We had a an amazing look from our window ov the beach promenade and the beautiful scenery. It was perfect. Buses just around the corner ov the sea front, pubs shops and restaurants. Tess is a wonderful lady, very jolly, friendly, and did us a huge favour which was a very unusall request but she didn't hesitate to help us which we will be forever grateful for, Tess. Thank you so much we had a lovely stay and Uve got a lovely little gem there. Good luck in life whatever u decide to do or go you deserve it. Love Nula n Mark. 😘❤️

Personnel accueillant. Une belle maison typique, sur la côte, certaines chambres avec vue sur la jetée, la promenade et la mer. Literie de qualité.

Notre chambre était également l'issue de secours de l'étage: en cas de feu, il faudrait passer autour du lit et au milieu des affaires des occupant·es. La porte-fenêtre d'évacuation ne s'ouvrant pas, pour des raisons de sécurité nous imaginons, rend difficile l'aération de la pièce par la toute petite fenêtre située au dessus de cette porte.

No parking and it’s a nightmare to find parking but that isn’t the hosts fault many off the sea front hotels don’t have parking.

The room was constable. Everything I needed especially the fridge to keep my insulin in. The shower had plenty of hot water.

Alloggio bellissimo e confortevole, fronte mare e in centro allo stesso tempo. Veranda stupenda per bere un caffè/tea con il mare sullo sfondo. Servizi, pub, supermercati e qualsiasi altra cosa tutta raggiungibile a piedi in un attimo. Zona stra sicura. Signora Tess fantastica. Quando tornerò a Llandudno, tornerò sicuramente qui.

Tess was very welcoming, personable and helpful. The room was very comfortable, clean and relaxing. Tess gave us a room in the front so we had a fabulous view of the promenade and Llandudno bay. We would highly recommend the Cumberland, 5 star stay, thank you very much Tess.

Spacious family room. Newly refurbished shower room. Great location. Just on the beach. Close to all amenities. Stunning views from the room. There are plenty of restaurants nearby to eat. Family of 4. Comfy and enough room to play for kids as well. Bunk bed as a bonus, as I do not have it at home so something new for my kids. I think it is a family run business. Very nice owner. As a bonus I got a car park permission card to use during our stay for a refundable deposit. Comfy beds, good quality towels, cosmetics provided. Very happy with our stay Please keep in mind pictures were taken at the end of our stay

I'm not sure if they served breakfast. A leaflet was on the reception, but no one mentioned anything, and we saw little of the staff.

An information booklet about the area and hotel would have been helpful. Usually there would be one in the room

The location is great for access to the main bars and restaurants.

Although we were upgraded as our original room wasn’t available when we checked in, the room was ok but things like the towel dryer hanging of the wall needed to be sorted. The hotel didn’t seem manned as the doors were locked when we arrived and she arrived from another location so we didn’t opt for a breakfast

The room was sufficient for our needs and very comfy beds. We got no service from anyone, no parking permits, no help which would have been nice since I am disabled. I got 2 parking tickets.

We had a surprise bonus weekend on our vacation, and we decided to spend it in the sea view room at The Cumberland. We loved it! The space was clean and comfortable and the staff was kind. We loved staying here!

The room was very spacious for me and my son yeah his own bed everything was just pretty cool to be honest. Unfortunately we have to leave after one night but we left after 5 pm so it wasn’t too bothered. There was nothing to do with the hotel whatsoever it was all to do with personal situations.

We had a wonderful stay at the Cumberland in a beautiful seaview room. Thanks Tess for giving us such a room with a scenic and soothing view. The hotel is just a minute walk from the beach..The room was neat and cleaned with almost every amenities. The hotel is also well decorated. We really enjoyed our stay at the Cumberland. Hopefully we will stay there again.

A fan could have been arranged in a hot sunny day

Location was excellent, decor a little dated but bed linen spotless as was the bathroom. We waited a little while to get access to the premises but hostess was lovely. No lift in the building and we were at the top which was 6 flights of stairs - something to bear in mind for anyone with mobility issues. Although there was one room at ground level which 2 of our party availed of. No breakfast available but that suited our party. Overall a good experience.

Decor a little dated and some background cleaning needed e.g. dust on skirting and behind toilet.

The pillows didn’t support my neck so couldn’t sleep. All in all though we really enjoyed ourselves. I think get rid of toilet brushes that had poo in. Needs a good carpet clean and there’s dust behind tv, top of wardrobes. It wasn’t the cleanest

We didn't have breakfast but everything else surpassed my expectations the room was excellent so was the host, we took our own preserved coach to the victorian festival of transport that's what the trip was all about. We all had an amazing time

I loved it! The hotel is simply beautiful, a truly lovely Victorian style and very well preserved (it's not modern, which makes it my favorite). The hotel is right on the seafront and only 100 meters from the town center. The rooms are beautiful. It was my mom's first holiday in Wales, She's Argentinian and I wanted her to experience a Victorian-style hotel; I think I found the perfect one.they booked us a special room with an incredible seafront view. The owner is a very kind and smiling person, always attentive to our needs. I highly recommend it for families with children as it's a very peaceful hotel. I will definitely return.
