Bella Vista Guest House

Love the locatation. Lovely sea views and beautiful clean room. Literally 2 min walk to town and could throw a ball and hit the beach, that close. Sandra was absolutely superb always a warm welcome and nothing too much trouble, more like staying with a friend not in a guest house. Stayed here many times over the years and will return again.

Nothing to fault Bella Vista or Sandra but the parking in Llandudno can be a pain but that will not stop me returning.

Place had not been cleaned, beds were really uncomfortable, Very noise at night, and cold.

Smooth check in, good location, easy check out.

Room smelled like stale cigarettes (even though it's a non-smoking hotel). Kind of grossed me out. A fridge would have been nice as well. I left used towels out to be replaced, and they weren't. Window rattled when open, so I had to stick sugar packets along the seams to prevent that.

Nice place to stay, close to the beachfront and pier. Good prices, nice friendly staff and large comfortable room.with a sea view. Would recommend and would stay again.

Parking in the whole of Llandudno is an issue but we managed to park close by locally for free.

The room was absolutely beautiful. Clean, tidy and looked very welcoming, with a stunning sea front view. Plenty of sugar, coffee and milk provided. Stayed in the four poster bedroom, four poster bed was lovely and big, comfy with a decent side bath and lovely big sink and beautiful bathroom. Plenty of lights. Over all beautiful welcoming and cozy stay.... and Sandra the owner is so friendly, warm and welcoming, she has a lovely hotel with stunning views and she's a genuine and friendly person who just takes me feel so comfortable. 100% recommend and we will be stopping again 1000% 😊❤️

Location was very good had had a massive bay window over looking the front of the pier and sea. Beds and pillows was so comfortable and the host was very friendly and welcoming.

We had a lovely stay at Bella Vista for 1 night. It is located perfectly for the promenade, pier and town. Friendly service and excellent family room. Will definitely goo back!

It was close to the beach 2 min walk sainsbury tesco were close by to get what I wanted plus alot of food places were close by

The rooms could be abit more modernised and some fresh paint on the skirting boards

Excellent location and a comfortable bed.

Breakfast advertised in room but not available. My room looked out onto a wall. Kept awake past midnight on my last night by a party downstairs with loud shouting and swearing.

Sandra the host very helpfull.lovely room with sea view. Plenty of tea/coffee/milk in room for cuppa. Very quiete & comfy bed too.

It wasn't kept well it was filthy and it took ages to get the key there was no breakfast it was disgusting the door at the front wasn't closed there was no one at reception to ask anything people was just leaving there keys there and wasn't even greeted when we arrived or left would not recommend to any one

Booked to stay in the triple room, was a lovely surpise to have 1 bed in a seperate room for my 16 year old! Plus a seperate small lounge area was fab too. Location perfect for pier, restaurants and shops. Sandra was very welcoming and helpful, our only regret is we didn't book for another night! Will definately return

Very tired bedroom furniture with marks and dents. Wallpaper coming off the wall and some holes in the walls. Massive layer of dust under radiator. Ill fitting windows. It was ok for 1 night but all the decor needs uplifting

From we arrived sandra was very welcoming the room was a good size and the bed was comfortable .There was plenty of tea coffee and milk and we had a lovely seaview

Close to the beach. The beds were super comfy.

The lock for the door to our room was faulty. We were placed in another room that didn’t match our family dynamic and then placed back in the room with faulty lock. I called via phone twice and pressed the reception bell 4 times but there was no answer. We were told it would be fixed on our return but it wasn’t. The door to the shower was hanging off the framework.

Very handy location not far from the peer. Rooms clean and tidy furniture possibly dated but in good condition. Fan in room, ideal. Staff friendly and on hand when needed. Overall very good.

Nothing of note possibly shower in stead of Jacuzzi bath but being 6,7 not best option for me but great for other people it did have a shower head .

The landlady was so lovely and accommodating for late arrival. Assisted every step of the way making sure I had what I needed for my stay. Loved the location and quirky room with loads of storage and superb bed!

Beautifully decorated, large room. With comfortable four poster bed and matching dressing table and wardrobe, table and chairs. Large on suite. The bath was huge with shower over the top, which was especially powerful! Very hot water too if wanted. Best B&B shower I've had. Nice view to the pier to the left and nice big windows you can open. (I'm really not a fan of hotels having air con and permanently sealed windows) The hotel is none smoking but you can vape in rooms so a big plus for lots of people. The WiFi was fast. And nice sized TV with good reception. There was little Oatly Barista pots too, first place I've found we're milk alternatives we're available in room without asking. I only stayed one night but And most of all staff were very welcoming and happy to accommodate my requests.

Air freshener was not a scent i like, but I just moved it to bathroom so not a bother and thats just personal taste so no marks down from me for that.

My private bathroom was across the hall separate from my room. Someone stole my toilet roll overnight so it would be better if the bathroom had a key to lock it. No breakfast was available on Sunday morning due to unforeseen circumstances.

The property is situated really close to the pier . Sandra is a brilliant host and looked after our every need . The breakfast was one of the best hotel cooked breakfasts I’ve ever had . 100 % recommend this hotel. The room we had overlooked the seafront with very comfortable 4 poster bed . Amazing view !

It was a bit grubby in places. I wrongly assumed that the price included breakfast. The four poster bed was incredibly creaky!

The room did have a Seaview that was nice and the bed frame was really nice. We did have a seagull visiting us by the window, which was nice.

Unfortunately due to the fact that the B&B didnt have a carpark which is a nightmare. As its a holiday destination which is beautiful there is no parking and it takes about 30mins to find somewhere to park. There was only 1 available plug to be used which had an extension lead for you to use. And the little decoration pillows was dirty, and you could see that someone obviously ate on those pillows and messed some ketchup on it and it still was there.

Very lovely. The host was very nice and kind with us. She even recommended some good restaurants and places for us to go. The room was clean and comfortable. We had a nice view.

The only thing was the heater. We couldn't use it 🥲 Maybe because it's already summer in the UK, but we travel from another country so we felt a little bit cold.

Sandra is a breath of fresh air, she's so friendly and makes you feel totally at home. The Bella vista is a lovely place to stay. We were in room 10. Beautiful four poster bed with matching bedroom furniture. Gorgeous little view of the pier. The room smelt amazing and was spotlessly clean. The bed was sooo comfortable, we had the best sleep we've ever had in a hotel. The breakfast was amazing. Lovely and hot and plenty to eat. It kept us full all day. Perfect poached eggs too. Perfect location in Llandudno. We really couldn't have asked for a better stay. We will definitely be returning to Bella vista. Thanks for making our stay perfect Sandra!

It was extremely dated. Dust and hair everywhere. Smelled of stale cigarette smoke as soon as you walk in. Bed and pillows extremely hard.

Friendly, fuss-free service, particularly well placed, spacious room (we had the family room)

We really liled our stay. However, a more co.fortable mattress and black out curtains would go a long way in terms of comfort.

This hotel was dated there was a musty smell when you went in to your room, there was no shower only a jacuzzi in the bathroom. The bedside light on one side wasn't working as the socket was faulty. When booking it said that breakfast was included in the price but was told that breakfast wasn't included in the price for the last 8years overall Very disappointed with this hotel 😕
