All good nothing to not like

It has been modernised to a high and comfortable standard. The staff were welcoming and made my stay a good experience from start to finish.

Breakfast was superb the location was great and the hotel was spotless.

lovely room but it was up 53 steps and we struggled a bit, we probably didn`t read the description properly. we would stay again but on a lower floor.

The breakfast was excellent,a good choice, the hot food was exactly that hot,the room was well furnished and clean had a good hot shower.

I can t really say that there was anything I didn't like,I suppose a lift would be nice as there were quite a number of stairs to my room.

Bardzo przyjemny pensjonat, który znajduje się tuż przy deptaku nad morzem, w samym centrum miasta. Obiekt dysponuje własnymi miejscami parkingowymi. Nasz pokój był całkiem przestronny, dobrze wyposażony i czysty. Miał wygodne łóżko, fotele ze stolikiem oraz prywatną łazienkę. Na miejscu serwowane są śniadania z dużym wyborem dań (głównie lokalnej kuchni) i dodatków. Gospodarz był bardzo pomocny, zgodził się na późniejszą niż określona w ofercie godzinę zameldowania. Polecam!

Единственный минус - не было кондиционера и пришлось спать с открытой дверью на пожарную лестницу и переживать, что кто-то ночью а войдет ) Очень вкусный завтрак приготовленный персонально для тебя утром - настроение, как дома. Расположение в самом центре красивого города.

The Hotel was in a lovely space very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and plenty of it and all different variety of food. Room was great and slept well. Waitress were lovely and I will be booking for next year.

David and Cheryl run a lovely hotel. It was clean, very comfortable and in a great location. The breakfast was amazing and staff very friendly. We were given recommendations for places to eat out which were exceptional. You know its good when your host is there eating too.

The stairs .. But it's an old building and you have to get to your room somehow...

The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The room was beautiful, big, modern and clean. The location was amazing.

The location was great. The room was perfectly clean and very comfortable. It had everything we needed. We were greeted on arrival and told all about the facilities which included a lovely guest lounge with honesty fridge bar. Breakfast was fantastic. Great produce cooked to order. Couldn’t fault our stay.

Beachside is In a central location, making it an excellent place to stay to enjoy the many attractions of Llandudno. We received a warm welcome from the owner and were struck by the cleanliness and decor, which was beach themed in a very tasteful way. The breakfast was delicious and the service was excellent. The room was well appointed and the beds were extremely comfortable.

We were on the 3rd floor and there’s no lift but my friend and I looked on the stairs climb as part of our daily exercise! The bannister made it very safe for anyone with a mobility or sight issue.

I was absolutely delighted I booked my stay here. The rooms exceeded my expectations. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. The breakfast was delicious and their was a good variety to choose from. Will definitely book the here again on my next stay at Llandudno 5*.

The location was one of the highlights of this property. It is perfectly situated close to everything, including the train station, making it a great base for exploring Llandudno and the surrounding areas. The property was comfortable, with rooms that were spacious enough, clean, and well maintained. The home-cooked breakfast was a lovely touch and added a warm, personal feel to our stay. The staff were excellent friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating. They kindly allowed us to leave our bags after check-out as our flight was only in the evening, which made our last day much easier and stress-free. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we would happily recommend this guest house.

The only thing to note was that our room was on the 3rd floor, so the stairs could be a little challenging, especially with luggage. However, this is not something that is within the property’s control, and it did not take away from our overall enjoyable stay.

Our stay at the Beachside guest house was great 👍. Our room was very comfortable, the breakfast was amazing. It was central to everywhere which was brilliant, we'll definitely be visiting again very soon.

The car park is very small and coming in and out it bit difficult due to narrow road. Plenty of parking around the around between 8am to 4.30 pm ( £8.50) full day car park at the hotel is£ 6.50. It's not a sea view hotel you can only see the sea from the breakfast room ( one table) or from outside. From Booking. Com pic i thought it was a sea view rooms so that's bit disappointing other than that it's a good hotel

room did not get cleaned properly once during my stay. toilet seat, sink was broken. I let the staff know and it was temperarily fixed, but still not very safe for anyone to sit. overall, I was not happy with the services in comparison to what i paid.

From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome. David greeted us and explained everything, and we went to our rooms (2 x double). The rooms were lovely! Very 'beachy', bright and clean - all my things 😍 Very spacious and the bathroom was lovely too ~ very clean, and soft white towels. I had a lovely sleep, and breakfast the following morning smelt delicious when I came out of my room on the 3rd floor! We were shown to our table by lovely staff and told to help ourselves to cereal, fruit and yoghurt, and we were served teas and coffees and our hot food orders were taken shortly afterwards. I had the daily special of avocado and poach3d eggs on toast, with a side of mushrooms and it was lovely! Another member had the full breakfast, which again was lovely! We were able to park around the back for a small charge which was very helpful. We would highly recommend it, and I have just booked to go back with my husband for our anniversary in September. The location is fantastic and lots of lovely restaurants and bars and places to walk. Thank you David & Cheryl, keep up the excellent work 👏🏻

A very nice overnight. The hotel is situated on the front, not far from the pier. Lovely welcome from the friendly hosts. Great room, spacious and immaculate. Comfy bed and a great shower. Super breakfast freshly cooked and a good selection of yoghurt and cereal. Would return for sure.

Excellent location at the pier end of Llandudno and great that there is parking on-site. Friendly hosts who offered advice on local restaurants for us, and good service at brekkie. Really enjoyed the full English for breakfast - good quality, clean not greasy and accommodating to our needs. The room was a great size with everything you need (including biccies!) and plenty of space to haggle clothes. A small bit of dust in one spot but overall extremely clean and comfy. Could sleep for days in the bed. Nice lounge room for guests too with an honesty bar. Loved the beach theme and decor through the B&B. We’re pretty fussy with high standards and would stay here again for sure!
