Wi-Fi didn’t work. Rooms wasn’t ready when I arrived on the time that was scheduled. Floor was wet, smelled strongly of floor cleaner. 1 hour into my stay they knock the door and o was in the middle of a meeting. They came to fix something in the kitchen without warning

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Struttura accogliente e con ogni comodità. Posizione fantastica....zona tranquilla a due passi dalla metro con supermercato farmacia bar e servizi a portata di mano. Il centro di Barcellona con ogni sua attrazione è raggiungibile in poche decine di minuti. Consigliatissima.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Stosunek ceny do jakości okej, apartament w dobrej lokalizacji - nieopodal sklepy, kawiarnie, przystanek autobusowy czy metro.
Sam apartament (szczególnie łazienka i prysznic) jak i części wspólne budynku - hol, przechowalnia bagażu mógłby być dokładniej posprzątane. Samo mieszkanie ma naprawdę cienkie ściany, w nocy i nad ranem uciążliwe były odgłosy dobiegające z apartamentu obok. Brak możliwości wcześniejszego zameldowania nawet za dopłatą.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Хареса ми това, че беше чисто, всичко се случваше много бързо откъм комуникация, достъп до хотела/понеже пристигнахме много късно вечерта/, на спокойно място беше хотела.
Не ми хареса това, че бяхме платили за 4 човека, а бяхме настанени в 1 стая и тези, които трябваше да спим на диван, не ни бяха оставили никакви завивки, възглавници, кърпи. Но след като съобщихме, за щастие, хората от хотела реагираха много бързо и още на сутринта ни донесоха необходимото за останалите 2 нощувки.

Das Personal war nicht höflich, sehr stressig und Check in war sehr kompliziert. In der Beschreibung steht Terrasse, diese war aber die ganze Zeit geschlossen. Das Bad war ebenso sehr schlecht, da man nach dem duschen erstmal das ganze Wasser aus der Dusche bekommen hat fast. Die Klimaanlagen war sehr verstaubt und der ganze Staub ist beim anmachen der Klimaanlage direkt auf uns gekommen.

Zona cucina- soggiorno con il divano letto (non comodissimo) con metratura minima (con il divano letto aperto non ci stava altro). In 4 persone ci si sta un pò sacrificati. Insonorizzazione assente e vicini molto rumorosi

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026Kiváló elhelyezkedés: A metróállomás mindössze 2 perc sétára található, a belváros pedig vonattal/metróval kényelmesen, nagyjából 15 perc alatt elérhető. Segítőkész szállásadó: A kommunikáció gördülékeny és gyors volt, a felmerülő kéréseinkre szinte azonnal reagáltak és segítettek.
Kényelmetlen fekvőhelyek: A franciaágy kifejezetten keskeny (kb. 120–140 cm), a kihúzható kanapé pedig nem alkalmas két felnőtt kényelmes alvására. Az apartman 4 fő helyett inkább maximum 2 fő számára ideális. Használhatatlan klíma: A légkondicionáló berendezésekből rendkívül kellemetlen, büdös levegő áradt bekapcsoláskor, így nem tudtuk őket használni (egy alapos tisztítás/fertőtlenítés nagyon ráférne). Fürdőszoba állapota: A fürdőben több helyen penészfoltok voltak láthatók.

Nepáčil sa mi slabý signál wifi, ktorá fungovala iba v jednej izbe. Presklené balkóny s kovovým nábytkom nie je zrovna ideálna kombinácia v teplotách nad 30 stupnov. Zároveň si dovoľujem poukázať na neskutočný hluk každý večer od vedľajších susedov- nie ubytovaných.

Lejligheden var meget lille til 5 personer - specielt hvis man overvejer at bruge køkkenet. Desuden er der begrænset adgang til terrassen, som først åbner efter kl 10.00 - og allerede lukker kl 21.00 - selvom der på døren stod, at den er åbent til kl. 22.00. Så hvis man overvejer at spise morgenmad/aftensmad på terrassen, er dette ikke en mulighed.

Leider ist alles dreckig, Boden wurde von vorgäste sogar nicht gewaschen, im Wohnung gibt's nichts womit man es mindestens selber machen kann. Ansicht selbst ist schöner Wohnung, klein und gemütlich, wenn man die Augen auf Sauberkeit schließen kann.

Didn’t see anything about their being additional bed / bathroom towels under the bed which would have been really helpful. Didn’t find them until we were leaving the apartment.

Per cinque persone con la disposizione attuale è scomodo come alloggio. Spostando il divano nella stanza più grande la zona giorno diventerebbe più comoda per cucinare e mangiare mentre ora è molto sacrificata. Il “tavolo” piccolo scomodo e traballante e il lavandino del bagno 20x30cm che impedisce di sciacquarsi i denti comodamente, dovrebbero essere sostituiti appena possibile, a mio avviso. Anche il lavandino della cucina sarebbe più comodo se più grande.

Le logement est proposé pour 4 personnes mais pour les personnes qui doivent dormir sur le canapé lit, le matelas est très fin et la climatisation leur souffle dessus

Aunque el apartamento esta al lado de una estación de tren, esta muy lejos centro de barcelona, es imposible ir andando. La cama era bastante incomda, demasiado blanda.

Reviewed Jul 9, 2026Camera moderna. La locazione è situata a circa mezz'ora dal centro. Con i mezzi e' raggiungibile con treno (fermata che si trova sotto l'appartamento) e metro. Parcheggi inesistenti al di fuori dei residenti (tratteggiati da linee Verdi) Gli unici in cui è possibile parcheggiare gratuitamente si trovano per auto nelle vie adiacenti spostandosi di qualche minuto a piedi in via (carrer de la Riera dels frares).
Appartamento molto piccolo per noi che eravamo quattro persone. Bagno piccolo con lavandino minuscolo e doccia grande. Bisogna fare attenzione a leggere tra le note che la struttura richiede €200 di caparra da versare per eventuali danni. A me è stata restituita dopo due giorni.

Lo split dell aria condizionata abbastanza rumoroso e sopra la testata del letto, bidè in bagno non presente. Trasporti da e verso il centro dopo le 10pm abbastanza complicati o talvolta inesistenti.

The staff were always available and easy to communicate with. There were also several supermarkets and shops nearby, which made our stay even more convenient.
The kitchen sink and the bathroom sink were both almost miniature-sized. They worked, but they were definitely smaller than expected. 🤦🏻

On the terrace door, one of the door handles was completely missing, so it was open, owners should have been aware of this, I was told that it will be replaced, but it never got replaced during the four days and I am not sure if it will be done. The walls are super thin, one night we've had some extremely noisy neighbors, until very late we were not able to sleep properly from loud talkings and slamming doors. There is a "kitchen", but actually the whole place is like one room together. The sink is so tiny, that it's impossible to wash dishes without having water all over around. cutleries are outside, so they can get dusty, there is only ONE socket to use for microwave oven, kettle, coffee machine or laptop if you have. The sink is also incredibly small in the bathroom, basically you cannot even brush teeth without things dripping off on sides. It's not like there wasn't space for larger one. There is a tiny plank like table at the front of the TV, which comes with an even tinier chair, so small that my bottom hurt only after short time sitting on it. Nobody attended the apartment during the four days, I even had to ask for more toilet papers. There is a green light above the door which serves no purpose whatsoever, but during the night it's pretty bright and disturbing. And finally, on the last day we were asked in message to take out our rubbish!! Can you imagine? Ridiculous, I have never heard of such thing before anywhere I have stayed.

Reviewed Jun 16, 2026Anche se posizionata in una zona periferica, a circa 40 minuti dal centro con i mezzi, è ben servita da metro e bus. Molto comodo avere il supermercato e i bar praticamente sotto casa. Il check in online abbastanza pratico e assistenza immediata anche su whatsapp. E' presente un piccolo kit di benvenuto apprezzabile anche se non commisurato ai giorni di permanenza e al numero di ospiti, così come la presenza di kit bagno (bagnoschiuma e shampoo) praticamente sufficienti per una persona. Apprezzabile anche la presenza di ferro da stiro verticale. Probabilmente, al netto della pulizia, se non fossimo stati così numerosi avrei dato un punteggio maggiore per il rapporto qualità prezzo
ho alloggiato qui con la mia famiglia in due appartamenti. Probabilmente per una mia disattenzione non avevo letto da nessuna parte che bisognava versare una caparra di 200 euro ad appartamento quindi fate attenzione a questo. Gli appartamenti sono anche carini ma non adatti davvero a tante persone : quello da 4 sarebbe stato comodo per due e quello da sei con un solo bagno è davvero risicato. Molto ampia la doccia ma il lavandino praticamente inesistente. La nota più dolente di tutte è stata la pulizia, l'appartamento era già sporco al nostro arrivo e nei 3 giorni di soggiorno non è mai stato pulito nè c'è stato un cambio di asciugamani, con sei persone e un solo bagno davvero spiacevole, valuterei almeno di lasciare un kit pulizia decente o fare un cambio asciugamani. Il divano letto era comodo ma non già pronto al nostro arrivo.

Reviewed Jun 5, 2026Comodo il fatto di entrare in appartamento con i codici di accesso, così da non rischiare di perdere me chiavi e/o averne bisogno di più coppie se non si esce tutti insieme Molto pulita ed ottimo il servizio per lasciare i bagagli il giorno della partenza
Spazi piccoli e angusti, dalle foto di Booking la camera pare molto più grande, può andar bene per 2 persone, una coppia, ma per più persone, considerando la posizione davvero lontana da tutto, senza mezzi devi camminare almeno 90 minuti per arrivare alle attrazioni principali/il centro, il prezzo mi sembra molto elevato

Il lavandino del bagno troppo piccolo anche il secchino da lavare i piatti.
