La ubicación, es un lugar céntrico y además fue muy fácil el acceso gracias a las indicaciones. Hay utensilios de cocina de sobra para preparar cualquier cosa y además al ser una cuarta planta las vistas están guays

Pues que las vacaciones duraron muy poco jejeje. En verdad lo único que faltaba una cortina en la ventana de la cama y al ser verano y no hacerse de noche costaba dormir un poco

La localización es fantástica.Esta muy céntrico y rodeado de lugares para comer y pasear, tiene un supermercado 24 horas justo al lado.

The location is absolutely perfect. It’s spacious.

The entrance is a bit tricky. It’s right in front of the bathroom, so when you come out of shower clean, you might step into the dirt at the door. The heating can’t be turned on more. At night with quilts, it is fine. But walking around with a long-sleeves top and leggings is not warm enough. There was a lot of hair stuck on the drain in the bathroom. The owner missed cleaning it. I noticed the owner doesn’t like to reply messages. I was worried about getting in at first.

We should have been informed that lift was upto 4th floor & apartment was on 5th floor. My & my wife both have back issue. Rest everything was great

Tout était parfait et pratique dans l’appartement ! Cuisine au top avec grand frigo, tout le nécessaire y était. La télévision fonctionnelle et le lit très confort.

Les couvertures de lit étaient un peu petites mais ça n’empêche que l’appartement était super !

Great apartment, ideal location close to shops, bus routes and was perfect. Bed was extremely comfortable. Everything we needed was there. Lovely and warm and very cosy after a day of activities in -27.

The location is perfect . Close to everything and it is a quiet building.

Though we did not meet the host, when ever we called him ,he was available. The room was neat and clean.

Host is very quick and flexible.

Kylpyhuoneessa erittäin voimakas viemärin haju koko vierailun ajan. Tämä oli todella häiritsevää ja laski pisteitä.

Sijainti, viihtyisyys, sisäänkirjautuminen, ilmastointilaite.

Wc-paperia oli vain vajaa rulla, joten kesken loppui kahdella henkilöllä. Samoin talouspaperi.

The apartment is cosy and in a very central location, shops and restaurants nearby. There was everything necessary for the stay - electrical appliances, coffee, salt, sugar. Communication with the owner was easy. Keys were also easy to get.

Was all very good. May be some very small details could be improved - electric cattle looked like dirty due to blackening residue, same for the scratches in the mugs, which spoils otherwise perfect impression. The shower is separated by curtain and take some time to dry off but non of them is deal breaker. Overall excellent apartment.

It was slightly an old setup and not very 'modern' - otherwise no complaints!

Great apartment very close to the Main Street for access to the visitors centre, shopping and restaurants. Having access to a washing machine was a bonus.

Excellent apartment: clean, comfortable and very well equipped, the kitchen has everything needed for cooking comfortably. Great service provided by the landlord, that helped us when needed. Good location also. Overall would definitely recommend!!

The owner is very nice, the facilities meet expectations and the location is excellent! I recommend it!

Hotel location is close to the supermarket and restaurant around. Place is clean and clear with comfortable sofa and also comes along a washing machine to do the laundry.

The apartment was in a good location. It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed.

Comfy apartment in the centre of Rovaniemi. Included a parking spot for car. The apartment was small but fit 4 people when 2 slept on a sofa bed. Served our purpose very well, since the key pick-up could be done from a locked box at any time of the day.

The place is very spacious and very well maintained. 4 people can stay there comfortably since there are 2 separate bedrooms and they a makeshift sofa in common room as well which can accommodate 1-2 more people. Sauna was wonderful, enjoyed it.

Within 3 mins walk to city centre. Only 5-7 mins drive from Rovaniemi Railway Station! A big supermarket within 5 mins walk! Many shopping centres and restaurants nearby. Different travel agencies like Nordic Unique Travel, Wild About Lapland and the Rovaniemi Tourist Information Center is also just few minutes walk from the apartment. Definitely a good place for you to live in if you will be joining different local tours. The owner responded swiftly whenever we had any questions. Earlier check-in is even possible if the previous tourists checked out early. The apartment is clean and comfortable. SUPER

The elevator only arrived on 4/F floor We need to carry our three luggage , each almost 23kg go up stairs from 4/F to 5/F

It was a perfect stay. Couldnt ask for more. The owner was very helpful. He was right in front of our door step no matter what time we needed help. The house was in a perfect condition!

The accommodation was located in the town centre and it was also easy to get there from airport. The room was very clean, nice and cosy. Everything looked fine. Thank you.

Beautiful modern apartment, central location, comfortable beds.

Could not fault anything.

The location is perfect and the host went out of his to accommodate us and make us happy. He was very helpful, we were able to check in early and provided us with his personal storage for our luggage. Thank you Jukka 😀
