- Sehr gemütlich und schick eingerichtet - starkes Wlan - wunderbare Sauna - zwei Schränke für die viele Outdoorbekleidung - Parkplatz - alles sehr sauber - Waschmaschine

- leider ging der Kamin nicht - Handseife im Bad und Klarspüler und Salz für Spülmaschine waren leer

La struttura molto molto carina. Cucina ben attrezzata e bagno comprensivo di asciugamani, asciugacapelli e saponi vari (copro, shampoo e balsamo). La sauna un grande plus. Molto vicina alle attività più turistiche, ma con la macchina a noleggio è tutto più comodo. Consiglio assoluto, soprattutto alle coppie.

L’appartement est cosy. Tout est à disposition, on s’y sent chez soi. Le chauffage au sol dans la salle de bain est un plus.

Casa si trova vicinissimo ad un lago. Ingresso con spazi per scarponi da neve e abbigliamento invernale. Calda pulita e essenziale dotata di tutti i comfort. Siamo una famiglia di 4 persone 2 adulti e 2 bambini non e’ mai mancata l’acqua calda. Cucina ordinata e spaziosa

Apartament położony w pobliżu rzeki. Okolica bardzo spokojna. Gospodarz zapewnił sanki dla naszych dzieci co bylo dla nas miłą niespodzianką gdyż byliśmy w grudniu I bylo dużo śniegu.

Appartement très propre et fonctionnel

The apartment is in a lovely location just outside the town. We stayed as a family with children aged between 4 and 10 years. The area was really peaceful. The apartment had everything we needed and it was very easy to get taxi’s in and out of town when we needed to. There were some sledges which our children loved playing on in the surrounding area.

great location that its near everything (5-8min uber ride) while affording you a sense of being in nature. Hugo is the best host I have ever had. Always a text away and did not take longer than 5mins to respond, not even once. You have sauna, fully stocked kitchen, supermarket 10mins away walk. You will not regret this stay.

El apartamento es perfecto, súper bien equipado, y es increíblemente cómodo. Ubicación y entorno también fenomenal. Además, Hugo fue muy agradable y atento. Repetiría sin duda.

Tout… le séjour était parfait. L’appartement est très bien équipé, confortable et très bien décoré. C’était très mignon et Hugo est très à l’écoute. Son appartement a contribué à la qualité de notre séjour en Laponie.

Rien … il est un peu éloigné du centre-ville. A savoir mais on peut profiter du calme de ce joli quartier.

Very good home near to city. We loved the sauna. It’s a plus for the unit. Kitchen well equipped. Parking right in front of the house. Enough room for keeping winter clothing. Just 15mins drive to Santa Claus Village.

Everything was perfect. Well equipped cottage. Clean , comfortable with a pleasant aroma. Very nice place . Friendly owner. We are very grateful for the warm welcome.

Very clean, well equipped.

We booked this apartment not even imagining how comfortable it could have been! We usually go to hotels and rarely book apartments but this time we found a really well furnished and equipped environment!To start with, it was very stilish and warm with a wonderful sauna in a modern bathroom. The kitchen was very well organized, the living room very pleasant and cozy. Our host Hugo had given any possible information about the house before our arrival. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place in Rovaniemi!

Communication with Hugo the host was great. He sent us all the info about the appartment and offered to help if we had any questions regarding our trip and what to do around. The place was spotless, very well decorated and functional. We loved the sauna, kitchen was great and bedding really comfortable. Location was also ideal, walking distance to the city centre (25-30min) but still in a quiet neighbourhood and not far from the river.

Nothing - our stay was perfect, better than we imagined it!

We all loved this apartment and enjoyed it so much ! The location and the interior is a highlight and special. The Sauna is so amazing after a day out in the cold and snow it was such a blessing. The interior was amazingly furnished and all seemed really well thought through and new. Even sewing set was available And a washing Maschine and dish washer with tabs We will definitely be coming back ! Hugo the owner even greeted us with fruits and chocolates we felt so welcomed !!

There is nothing I can add here. If you have small kids maybe bring your kids plates and cutlery. But that was the only item I felt missing. Everything else was really thought through in such a beautiful manner. Nothing to complaint at all !

I stayed for 4 days, and everything was wonderful. The fully equipped kitchen, the wonderful living room with a very large and super comfortable sofa bed, the very beautiful bathroom, equipped with a new sauna, the elegant and comfortable bedroom, with large closets for clothes. The house located in - a very beautiful and quiet area 15 minutes walk to the city center which is just as beautiful in winter. The owner is very nice, he helped us with everything we needed. We felt like we were in a fairy tale with Santa Claus!!! Thank you so much Hugo!

Hugo the host was very friendly and helpful. Always up when we needed help. Very beautiful accommodation with modern amenities and sauna! We also enjoyed the fire place and the beautiful kitchen! I would also say that the accommodation interior has a designer’s touch. Besides that, we got complimentary chocolates, biscuits, fruits and drinks too! Thanks a lot Hugo for your hospitality!

Limited hot water supply. It’s kind of crucial for not having enough hot water especially during winter.
