Traveling solo, you always hope for a safe, comfortable, and friendly environment, and Villa Kelolyne exceeded expectations. The grounds and rooms are spotless, and the pool setting is lovely. Big thanks to Jeje and Madé for their fantastic service and welcoming energy—they truly made the experience memorable!

I had a fantastic time staying at Villa Kelolyne as a solo traveler. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing, perfect for unwinding. The property, rooms, and pool area are kept impeccably clean. What truly made my stay special was the exceptional hospitality—a huge shoutout to Jeje and Madè for being so warm, attentive, and welcoming from day one!

Beautiful boutique hotel with amazing staff who go out their way to do anything for you. They decorated the bed for our anniversary and arranged floating breakfast. Design inside is stunning.

It is a little far away from the beach and the roads near the property are extremely busy so getting a taxi can be a bit of a nightmare.

It was quiet and peaceful which is nice - out of the bustle of inner area of seminyak

Nicht wie auf den Bildern, extrem klein und es hat nach fäkalien gerochen nach kommunizierung des Problems wurde ein duftspray gegeben was nicht geholfen hat, der Mitarbeiter hat das Problem auch wahrgenommen, wir sind dann abgereist und uns wurde nichtmal das Geld zurückerstattet.

Very welcoming reception by Jeje, great tips on how to tour Seminyak. Place is located in very quiet area. Pool was fantastic, rooms prinstine. Madè and Putri served us so beautifully & professionally as well.

General drainge smell would pop-up once in a while. Ventilation is recommended in the bathroom.

The staff was polite

Thure was a large stain on the bedsheet, and the pillows were way too big. Lots of stains on the towels. It was impossible to get a stable temperature because one of the walls consists entirely of windows. It was either freezing cold or way too hot. I caught a ecold after spending just one day there. High humidity in the bathroom and no windows. The location is far away from everything, and you feel like you're in the ghetto when you step outside the hotel. I was served cold sausages, which I said I wouldn't pay for... it didn't cost much, but it's the principle of it. It ended up with me having to pay for them anyway. I really don’t understand how this place got such good reviews. Was it reviewed by the owner's friends?

We had a super nice stay. The rooms are very beautiful and clean. The beds are good and you don't hear any noise from outside. JJ, Putri and Made are very friendly and helping everywhere where needed.

The property was clean and modern with good amenities. It looks exactly as the pictures are on the website. The location was good and maybe 20 minutes walk to the main areas. The staff were the best part of the stay, so helpful and kind and brightened our day every time we saw them. Specifically Putri and JJ who were exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay.

The property is quite far out from shops and main facilities . There is also no long mirror in the room and this makes it hard to review your outfits .

J’ai particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel, toujours souriant et prêt à aider. Les chambres étaient soigneusement refaites chaque matin, ce qui rendait le séjour très agréable. Enfin, chaque demande a été traitée avec efficacité et réactivité.

Le petit-déjeuner est complet et offre suffisamment de choix, même si la qualité globale pourrait être améliorée. Par ailleurs, il y a un léger vis-à-vis, ce qui peut parfois réduire l’impression d’intimité.

Nous avons passé un super moment ! Tout était absolument parfait du début à la fin. Le personnel était incroyablement gentil, accueillant et toujours disponible pour nous aider avec le sourire. Le logement était propre, confortable et conforme à nos attentes. Nous nous sommes senties très bien accueillies et avons adoré notre séjour. Merci encore pour votre gentillesse et votre professionnalisme, nous recommandons cet endroit à 100 % et reviendrons avec plaisir !

For those who prefer peace and quiet, this would be an ideal stay. The place is clean, and the staff are very kind. You need to walk for about 5 minutes to reach the main street, which is full of shops, markets, and restaurants.

La struttura in sé è bellissima, con una piscina che passa tra i vari mini appartamenti. Camera accogliente e pulita.

De kamers zijn heel proper en modern. De host was een zeer vriendelijke man.

We hebben de kamer "inclusief ontbijt" geboekt, maar dit is een zeer beperkte "a la carte" keuze waarbij je moet betalen voor extra's zoals bacon en ondanks het beperkte aanbod is het ook niet zo lekker. Het personeel bij het ontbijt blijft ook langs je staan tot je je keuze hebt gemaakt... ongemakkelijk.

Beautiful property and the staff were amazing! Aesthetic, clean and enough for two people :) I loved the detail of having a different towel animal everyday.

The pool had a few things floating in it and the “spa room” was not a very relaxing or comfortable/comforting space. I would’ve preferred to go somewhere external for my massage. The seats by the pool and the upstairs deck were also quite dirty and I would’ve liked to relax a bit outdoors but didn’t feel comfortable.

Le logement est incroyable, extrêmement bien entretenu et le personnel est adorable et aux petits soins envers nous. C’est un petit établissement à taille humaine avec énormément de charme, chaque chambre étant disposée autour de la piscine.

Rien, tout était nickel. C’était pour nous un simple lieu de passage proche de l’aéroport nous nous poser à notre arrivée et nous avons été comblés.

De service en flexibiliteit! We kregen een heel late check out cadeau! Echt geweldig

Staff were super friendly, especially Kadek was super nice and helpful, we requested Iron and there was no Iron in the Villa, and Kadek brought from home his own iron, so kind of him. Room is okai, and with direct exit to the pool which is nice.

Location was not perfect, but we chose it did not know that prison is near by. Wi-fi did not work properly. Had some insects in the room, and bed. No wide variety of choise for breakfast, poor selection.

Friendly, helpful staff. The property was clean and tidy.

The road to the villa looks unsafe at night. Need some lights in the location.

Spacious room with massive shower, air conditioning was strong kept the days/nights very cool, the beds were very comfortable and also not forgetting the breakfast very filling.

Nothing really everything at the property was exceptional probably the pool can be a little colder besides from that it was awesome.

I really enjoyed stay at Villa Kelolyne. Very clean and the bed is very comfortable. But the most thing that I really loved it was the staff!! Really 5 star staff, very kind, attentive and helpful. Already missing

Location. Nothing around within walking distance. Dodgy lane that you had to drive down which would be scary at night. A lot of construction taking place atm. Not ideal.
