The proximity to the Ferry to Arranmore. The place was spotlessly clean and very well equipped

Excellent accommodation. Highly recommended.

General location in Donegal. Wildflower landscaping. Outdoor lounge chairs. A fan helped with the overheated space.

Cost-for-value mismatch. The space was hot, and we could not turn down the temperature. The water was 1 minute hot, 10 seconds cold. The bed and pillows were flat. The kitchen cooking gear was limited. The couch was uncomfortable. There was a large spider and worms in the curtains. The hot tub was locked, and there were no instructions on how to get in. This unit's view was misrepresented by the units on the top of the hill.

Easy to self check in. Spotlessly clean and had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The location has a stunning view, if the weather plays ball and it stops raining lo g enough to see it.

Great location and was extremely straightforward to find and access… especially with the help of the property manager who was very communicative.

With someone sleeping in the main living/kitchen area, they were woken very early by all the light coming in through curtain gaps! The sofa bed wasn’t too comfortable but the main bed was nice!

The property was spotlessly clean and well fitted out. The orientation of each house means that the sitting area feels quite private. Easy walk to the harbour, cafes and restaurant. Would highly recommend.

I really loved the space, it didn’t feel cramped and location was amazing. The coffee machine was lovely to see as we forgot to pick some up

Location & value for money. Bed very comfortable Dog friendly Free Wi-Fi Well equipped kitchen facilities though a salt/pepper would have been of benefit

Hot tub on our pitch wasn’t in use during our stay. Sofa very low and not overly comfortable - my partner is 6ft7 so not ideal For longer stays a full size floor brush & draining board would be beneficial.

It could be purposeful as it kept me off my phone but I couldn’t find a usb charging point Some power sockets have those

No breakfast option cause I had to hit the road early the local place only opened at 10.

Mmm it was a tad cold , the heating took a long time to work cause it was underfloor heating maybe an electric towel rail on a switch might be a good addition. Was going to bring my partner and baby in the next trip but might struggle to set up for the baby. And would benefit with somewhere to put a suitcase and change of clothes rather than on the floor.

Within 5 minutes walk of Arranmore ferry. The unit we stayed in (number 7) had fantastic views of the bay. Clean and comfortable. Dog-friendly.

Only enough hot water for one person to shower in the morning. Density of the units was fine because friends were staying on site in three other units at the same time but I'd imagine that, with strangers, the units are a bit too close together. None of our friends had any hot water in the morning for showers and their views weren't as good. Parking could be easier. It would be a nice touch if a pint of milk could be provided. We noticed that some of the units had hot tubs which weren't yet in functioning order - pity, as it was prime hot-tub weather!

Dass wir erst umräumen mussten, um das Babybett im Schlafzimmer unterzubekommen. Dass die Couch so wackelig war und ein paar Hacken im Eingangsbereich wären noch super. Eine schönere Möglichkeit um den Müll zwischenzulagern und ein Baby Hochstuhl, dann wäre es perfekt gewesen. Sonst super.

the location, the facilities, the supplies, ie tea coffee etc, and it's very clean

the couch is a sofa bed and when you sit on it, it feels like you are sitting on bars, the water in the shower took along to run hot and then was impossible to regulate

Nice view, very quiet and peaceful location. It had everything we needed. The bed were very comfortable. It is great that they are dog friendly, so we could have a lovely relaxing family time together!

Sauberes, modernes Häuschen an schöner Lage. Alles war vorhanden, Küche gut ausgestattet.

Gravel access road, but it's not a big issue. I think it seems like the site will be developed even further, like more houses.

There’s nothing I didn’t like, but to make better use of the outdoor space, patio heaters or propane fires would be lovely.

It was clean Appart from the layer of dust on top of the bathroom cabinet.

Pod was too hot, sofa was really uncomfortable to sit on and definitely unsuitable as a sofa bed, bathroom cramped, only had a view of the bay from a side window between 2 other pods . Would have needed pod 8 or 9 to have the view advertised, outside was rough and badly kept - needed a strimmer to clean up the waste ground.- we a great view of the weeds. Too expensive for what we got - didn’t match the description or pictures on website.

It was clean and the bed was comfy. The kitchen area was well thought out and had everything required. The views were great. Help was quickly forthcoming and friendly.

Rather than a dishwasher, a washing machine would have been more useful. Sofa was awful and extremely uncomfortable! Shower kept going cold, then hot. A hand rail / grab bar in the shower for disabled people would have been useful and a shower mat inside was essential to stop my wife slipping. A small ramp outside the door as opposed to the step would also have helped tremendously for my wife to gain access. For new build properties not to have this is a missed opportunity to say the least. To be honest, for me, with a shower mat and a comfy sofa, the place would have been just fine. The other items would have been necessary for the accommodation to be suitable for my disabled wife. Small changes, big impact!

Lovely accommodation that was very clean and quiet location with a nice pub within walking distance. Bed was very comfortable and it had a nice shower.

The small houses, every family had their own space. Short distance to lobster restaurant( fantastic food) and the port and ferry which brought us to aranmore island. Fantastic place

This was a bit of a trip down memory lane to come back to Burtonport and Arranmore, this was a brilliant place to stay and explore all the area has to offer. It has everything you need and is extremely comfortable. I would highly reccommend. Lovely hosts as well thank you Ciara.

The building was fantastic, well finished and the view was exceptional. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet break away form the hassle of work.

Possibly the weather, but there's not a lot the owner of the property could do about that.

Apartment was spotless and catered for all your needs for a short stay away. Location was perfect with beautiful views. Very peaceful and brilliant pet friendly accommodation. Would highly recommend.

It would get quite stuffy when the windows were closed. But couldn't fault the property apart from this

Location was perfect, it was serene! We were met by the lovely Ciara and check in and out was hassle free. A short distance away was a great cafe for breakfast even though all was provided for cooking ourselves.

For us I honestly can't think of anything that we didn't like during our stay.

kitchen appliances & utensils new - nothing else!

No safe, no breakfast, no reception, no daily room cleaning, no tea/coffee facilities, toilet leaking, no hot water in shower, can book a 4* hotel including breakfast in the area for much less. Small & box like. Toilet /shower so small you can't move in it. Misleading photos of bedroom size, which is minute with 1 small window that doesn't open. Absolutely a rip off!

Brand new building in a nice location. Walking distance from a very good restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff. Well furnished and equipped. We enjoyed our stay!

The decoration could be improved to make it less impersonal.

The views from the accomodation are amongst the best in Ireland, unbelievably beautiful location. The chalets are extremely comfortable and the staff couldn't be more friendly or accommodating. There is also an excellent seafood restaurant and a brilliant cafe a short walk away, and a bar which we didn't visit. Walking distance to ferry to Arranmore. There is also a lovely railway walk by the port.
