Patiko jog apartamentai buvo centre ir viska lengvai pasiekėme kojomis .šale daug kavinių parduotuvių visko ko reikia. Buvom centrinėje gatvėje bet patiko jog buvo tylu .

Viešnagė paliko labai nemalonų įspūdį. Už tokią kainą tikėjomės gerokai daugiau, tačiau iš esmės gyvenome rūsyje, labiau primenančiame pritaikytą garažo patalpą. Patalpoje buvo daug atvirų vamzdžių, veidrodžių ir įvairių detalių, kurios sukūrė nejaukią atmosferą. Dėl patalpos įrengimo ir daugybės veidrodžių , interjero priminė jog jambarys pritaikytas sekso paslaugų ieškantiems žmonėms o ne šeimai su vaikais . Dėl neaiškios kilmės dėmių kilo nemalonus jausmas, kad kambarys galėjo būti pritaikytas ne įprastai nakvynei. Tai tikrai nesuteikė komforto ar jaukumo. Taip pat buvo nurodyta, kad patalpoje yra džiovyklė, tačiau ji neveikė. Bendrai vertinant, kainos ir kokybės santykis mūsų visiškai netenkino. Už tokią sumą tikėjomės švarios, jaukios ir komfortiškos gyvenamosios erdvės, o šios vietos atmosfera ir būklė nuvylė.

Le manque de portes, il n'y a que des rideaux entre les différents espaces Les odeurs d'égouts dans la salle de bain où il manque une cabine de douche. Il ne s'agit pas d'un rdc mais d'un souplex avec des fenêtres fixes et aveugles côté rue donc il est difficile de faire circuler l'air. Il serait bien de le préciser.

Det var nära till centrum och butiker. Det fanns allt som behövdes för att laga mat. Mycket vänligt bemötande av hyresvärden.

Sängarna var lite väl små för två vuxna, det fungerar nog bra för barn eller par. Det var svårt att hitta parkering, allt nära boendet var fullt Vi fick bära all packning långt. Parkeringen var också dyrare än i beskrivningen.

Close to metro and shops

Not really 2 bedrooms, curtains separating beds not ideal for 2 couples. Tumble dryer didnt work. Only 1 thin pillow each person.

The only good thing was the location. That's it. I would not recommend this place to anyone, and certainly not to families with young children.

I'm writing this so other travellers know exactly what to expect, because this place is not what it appears to be online. We stayed 3 nights with my wife and our two young children (1 and 2.5 years old). What's advertised as a house/apartment is really a large basement, with "rooms" separated only by curtains - almost no privacy or sound separation. The beds were uncomfortable, and we barely slept because of constant noise from the neighbours and the unit above, including furniture being dragged across the floor from as early as 4am, every single morning. The kitchen was missing most of the basics you'd need for a self-catering stay. The owner was the worst part. Rude in his communication from the start. Our checkout was 11am, and at 10:09 I told him we'd be slightly delayed and out by 11:30 - partly because he expected us to wash every dish, vacuum, and take out all the bins first. He didn't wait. He let himself in with his own key, no knock, no ring, while our two small children were right by the gate as it swung open. We were effectively made to leave on the spot - photo of that last moment: all our bags, the kids, and the pram out on the street. For a family with a baby and a toddler, it was stressful and humiliating.

Riscaldamento troppo alto e non modificabile

vaste,bien situé, équipement de la salle de bain à refaire , surtout la douche assez propre mais pas soigné (fuites réparées n’importe comment :raccords de peinture mal faits ) cuisine correcte et bien équipée , chambre avec 2 lits trop étroits (0,70 cm) mais pas de bruit dans la chambre qui donne sur un grand jardin et seulement une pauvre petite armoire en plastique avec quelques cintres , salon vaste avec 3 canapés confortables , une table et chaises correctes

voir plus haut et en général cet appartement pourrait être formidable si les propriétaires soignaient les finitions ,installaient une vraie douche et pas seulement un robinet qui coule sur le carrelage jusqu’au lavabo…, je loue moi même des appartements meublés à Paris et à peu de frais je vous transforme cet appartement en un appartement avec plein de charme que vous pouvez louer plus cher’ c’est vraiment dommage!!

Echt gute Lage: Metro-Station um die Ecke, Restaurants, ShoppingCenter...

Es war recht unsauber (z.B. lange schwarze Haare in der dusche und alte Zahnbürsten; klebrige Teller im Küchenschrank), die Ausklapp-Sofas brachen teilweise am Kopfende ein, Es ist sehr hellhörig. Vormieter haben in der Unterkunft geraucht: Es hat krass nach kaltem Rauch gestunken.

L’appartement est spacieux.

L’appartement est à la cave. La douche est une bricole bon marché. Le carrelage est vieillot. Pleins de canalisations au plafond. On a l’impression d’être dans une usine.

Really nice apartament! Very clean ! We had a perfect stay !

It was very well equipped, especially the kitchen. There were nice decorator touches to try to brighten it. Cleaning equipment and materials were provided so for a longer stay you could tidy up.

Because it is a basement apartment it is a bit dark and when the windows are open you can hear people walking past very close Yo you.

Great location, great layout, great extras. Greater with a bottle of champagne. Condiments like coffee, tea, sugar, salt , pepper, cooking oil right there for us to use.

Good location near many shops and metro

Basement, windows covered, walls painted dark purple, washing machine smelled moldy, no bedroom closet or drawers, no towel rails, very claustrophobic

This was one of the best places we have stayed in Europe! Excellent location, well laid out, bottle of bubbly was a nice touch, welcome and helpful host.

We were a bit washer and dryer challenged. It was more high end than we were used to.

Nice neighbourhood, easy access to the property, very spacious place

The location of this apartment was excellent, close to the metro and supermarket. It was warm, well equipped and the beds were comfortable.

The only door inside the property was the bathroom door. All other rooms were separated by curtains, which was far from ideal. The shower in the bathroom was not great, and not particularly clean. The stove in the kitchen was also not very clean. The apartment upstairs was quite noisy at times, luckily not in the evenings.

Everything was fine. I recommemd it for families

The location was superb, within easy walking distance of shopping, restaurants, transportation and sightseeing. The apartment itself was nice enough, but really made for a couple of people at the most, maybe a couple with a young child. The host was responsive and friendly, and there were some small 'check-in snacks' in the apartment, which was a nice touch. Nice to have a washer and dryer both. Walk-in shower always a plus. Close to everything, and even though was on the main street, traffic noise was minimal.

Not great for more than a couple days stay, given the small fridge, and sleeping arrangements: Three unrelated adults meant that one person had to sleep on the pullout, which was not really made for a full-grown adult to sleep on. Bedroom had no door, only a curtain.

It was in a great location, 2 min walk to the metro, which takes you anywhere around Copenhagen, as well as Copenhagen Airport. The area is surrounded by coffee shops, bars and restaurants. The host gave us clear instructions on how to check in. Would definitely recommend this place to other people

There was vine, peanuts and fruits for guests

Apartment was so dirty. Bed sheets was not clean. There was some white hardened splashes on them and also many black hairs. Floor was dusty and you can not walk there without shoes. Also shower was dirty. Many hairs on the floor and red mold on the wall. There was some bugs also on the floor. And kettle was very dirty. Host was nice for the beginnig but after we were not happy for the apartment he was not so nice. Also tried to offer us 15% discount if we are not writing a honestly review on booking.com

Great location in classy area, close to train station; exceptional communication from Tom (host). Huge apartment with funky decor, comfortable beds, couches, excellent kitchen facilities with everything needed for extended stay, including oil and vinegar!

Slightly musty odor due to being in sub-basement location and possibly closed up for a while. Needed to have windows/doors opened and a fan turned on in advance of arrival.

The apartment was close to shopping center, bars, and of course the metro. So easy to get to all the attractions in Copenhagen. The apartment wS big enough for 4 adults. Value for money.

Only items missing was little cereal bowls for the morning breakfast.

The apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped with everything you need for a stay in Copenhagen. It is just round the corner from the Metro station so it is super easy to get everywhere. The host, Tom, was friendly, welcoming and accommodating, he responded to queries promptly, and provided clear and easy check-in instructions. Thank you!
