Room was very clean. Daily cleaning was optional as a conservation measure although it also reduces the hotel's costs. Staff were always polite and very helpful. A 20 minute walk from the central railway station and comfortable walks to other locations of interest was well worth the accommodation savings. Abundance of restaurants just short walks away. Some you needed a reservation to get in.

The shower was quite small. It was not possible to bend over. However there was plenty of hot water. Breakfast - juice, yogurt, croissant, a piece of fresh fruit (apple or banana) ,tea and coffee became repetitive after a week.

Das Frühstück war einfach. Das Zimmer sehr klein und die Dusche extrem eng.

We really loved our stay at Hotel Savoy! The location in Vesterbro was perfect, such a cute, lively area with lots of lovely cafés, little shops and a really nice Copenhagen atmosphere. The hotel itself was charming, cosy and beautifully located for exploring the city.

The only downside was that our room was extremely cold, which was a bit uncomfortable. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back! 🤍

Wirklich ruhige Lage, und dies mitten in der Stadt. Beeindruckend

Bad und Toiletten nicht auf Europäischem Stand. Winzige Wasch(?)becken ohne Siphon ... es roch unangenehm, kein Wunder. Praktisch kein Zimmerservice, folglich musste man das Toilettenpapier vom Wagen "klauen". Minimales Frühstück, wässriger Kaffee und alles sehr überteuert.

Great location, lovely staff and a very charming building with a lot of character.

It’s incredibly loud, noise both inside and out - the hotel even leave earplugs in the room. The cleaning is quite limited, when requested the hotel states that they don’t actually clean the room simply replace towels which isn’t always what’s needed.

Breakfast was decent and reasonable value. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was good, though not as central as I would have liked, and there are a couple of very good restaurants nearby.

The room amenities were minimal (e.g., no fridge, flimsy shower curtain, no drawers).

The beds were comfortable. The foyer/bar area was nice.

Our "Junior Suite" was extremly small with a sloping ceiling, old fitted carpets on creaky floors. We hit our heads badly several times because there is simply no space to move due to the sloping ceiling. Apart from a flimsy shelf with a few hooks, there is no storage space - neither for clothes in the room nor for toiletries in the bathroom. The sliding door to the bathroom makes such a racket that you wake up everyone and it gets stuck when opening/closing so help is needed from the other side. The advertising for "no waste policy" is just an easy way out to save costs for the B&B. The "breakfast" is very basic: one croissant, one fruit, one yoghurt/porridge, one bottled (plastic!) drink and coffee/tea served on a little tray or in a paper bag without decent cutlery - only a flimsy disposeable wooden spoon. Room cleaning is only done after check out, so only for the new guests. The "Green Clean" during the stay seemed to consist of only a change of towels. The rooms face the inner courtyard, but it is still very noisy due to the nearby church bells chiming loudly and a loud building site facing the courtyard. It is a 10-minute walk from the train station but you walk away from the center, so it is not so ideally located as might be expected from the description. We really do not know how anyone can give this place a high rating - based on our points above, we can absolutely not do so, even without the following booking issues. We had searched, booked and gotten confirmed a double room plus extra bed for two adults and one child on BookingCom. By email before arrival the hotel informed us that the room was not meant for three people and that we would need to pay a lot extra for both a room upgrade and an extra bed or pay the 100% cancellation fee. Our suggestions for any compromise was categorically denied, so we had to agree to the extremely higher cost to an already originally high price.

Sehr nettes Personal und das Hotel hat einen besonderen Charme. Die Winehour ist eine nette Idee, die den Aufenthalt abrundet.

Çok erken saatlerde başlayan yoğun tadilat gürültüsü nedeniyle odada kesinlikle dinlenmek mümkün değil. Tadilatın devam ettiği bu süreçte burada kalınmasını kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Üstelik geç saatlere kadar sürekli çöp atılması ve buna bağlı gürültüler de mevcut. Hem gece geç saatlere kadar hem de sabah çok erken saatlerde ciddi şekilde gürültü oluyor. İlk gün daha girişte bize kulak tıkacı verilmiş olması da açıkçası durumdan şüphelenmemize neden olmuştu. Nitekim konaklama boyunca doğru düzgün uyuyamadık ve hiç dinlenemedik. Bunun yanı sıra oda aşırı küçüktü; iki kişi için oldukça dar ve havasızdı, adeta nefes almak bile zordu. Genel olarak konaklama deneyimimiz maalesef oldukça kötü geçti. Tadilat bitene kadar burada kalınmasını kesinlikle önermiyorum.

Good location near train station and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helped us solve a medical issue. Rooms were clean although the bathroom was very small. The attached bar was delightful, a good place to relax.

Il personale fantastico. Meraviglioso! L hotel molto bello e carino molto curato. Forse non do il massimo qualità prezzo solo perché almeno un 3 stelle a 400€ quasi una notte è un po’ tantino soprattutto per quella cifra in genere mi trovo con una Suite. Però credo siano 400€ ben spesi che il posto sia molto accogliente e particolare. Lo staff molto molto paziente e gentile ci tengo molto a dirvi che sono stati fantastici. La pulizia è molto buona

Det ljudisolerade rummet var lyhört, öronproppar låg bredvid sängen om man ville ha, ingen ac som utlovat på bokningssidan. Sov med fönster öppna. Inga sittplatser i juniorsvit. Rummet såg inte ut som i annonsen.

Location, cleanliness and the staff was super nice

I think the location is very good. A short distance from areas of interest. It's nice to have your own bathroom. That it is a traditional or old building and not a chain hotel.

There is no table or chair in the junior suite 603. I don't think it's a suite. I asked for a chair and they didn't give it to me. So you have to sit on the bed and you won't have a table to place your things, so the floor is the only option to accommodate something or on the bed. Very important points to be comfortable. We slept a day before in a cheaper superior double room that had a table and two chairs in the same hotel Even if it's smaller it was more comfortable.

The location is very good. The foyer is nice.

The staff refused to provide ice saying it was reserved for cocktails rather than water. Most odd.

Very close to where we wanted to be near Central Station and Tivoli Gardens.

Tende per le finestre che facevano passare la luce (sembrava di essere senza le tende parasole) il letto era abbastanza sfondato , non silenzioso, offrono tappi per il rumore , molto molto caldo in camera anche con le finestre aperte

Nettes Personal, gute Lage

Wir hatten zuerst ein Standart Zimmer gebucht. Das winzige Badezimmer " Duschklo" ist nicht zu benutzen ohne das ganze Bad unter Wasser zusetzen. Das Waschbecken ist so klein, dass man sich nicht mal die Hände waschen kann, ohne nass zu werden und ist Teil der Dusche. Gegen einen erheblichen Aufpreis konnten wir upgraden, das Zimmer war dann ok.

Great location and good price.

Small rooms and very small bathrooms. No water was given but was advised to drink the bathroom tap water.

Läget är helt perfekt. Mitt i ett mysigt resturangområde Mysig stämning på hotellet.

Man får en frukost bag m yogurt, granola och en croissant. Det hade varit godare om det även erbjöds ett danskt grovt bröd.

Windows opened fully and windowsill very low. Fanlights also opened to give ventilation. Needs fall arrests or restricted hinges just for safety. Only thing that needs sorting. Risk of falling seven stories.

The hotel was clean and well maintained, and it was located in a nice neighborhood.

The room service was very poor, and the staff couldn't really help. We had to ask for clean towels, toilet paper, and other basic necessities several times.

Staff 10/10. Two Dutch boys in the morning just wonderful. Danish lady in the afternoons just amazing. Location say 6/10 but good enough.

Breakfast super basic without much choice. No Tea/Coffee making facilities in the room so had to pay an extra DK35 for a cup of Tea - expensive and very insulting. No Bar Fridge - inconvenient. Bed so tiny and quite hard - awful to sleep. Rooms very very small it was cramped conditions.

Gute Lage, freundlicher Empfang, cooles Interior-Design, toller alter Lift.

Leider war es wirklich sehr ringhörig, man verstand jeden Satz des Zimmernachbarn. Und: Die Dusche im Bad überläuft tatsächlich. Zudem roch es im Zimmer auffallend nach Nüssen. Auch nach langem Lüften liess sich dieser Geruch nicht vertreiben.
