La stanza era minuscola anche se avevo pagato una suite, la colazione( quasi inesistente) pagata e usufruita solo 1 giorno poichè gli altri giorni non aprivano prima delle 8.30 anche se avevano detto 7.30.

Heel prettig personeel. Altijd zeer gastvrij en vriendelijk en warm. Centraal gelegen. Extreem goed schoon.

Het waren inderdaad iets kleine kamers maar we wisten dit van te voren en vonden helemaal niet erg. Zeker waard als je op 5minuten lopen van aya sofia wil verblijven. Airco ratelde iets maar niet storen genoeg om niet te kunnen slapen.

- nu are balcon la camere (atentie ca scris cu balcom dar este in “french balcony” adica deschi usa si este o gratie); - pernele tari; - patul ingust ( 1.40 m latime); - camera mica (11 mp cu tot cu baie); - aerul conditionat bate direct in cap (in camera este cald si ai nevoie de AC, iar cand ii dai drumul bate in pat); - zgomotul (daca ai camera cu fata la strada, strada fiind circulata pana spre 1:00 noaptea); - lipsa masuta si scaun (camera fiind foarte mica);

Отличный отель. Небольшой, но очень уютный. Отдельно стоит отметить отличных ребят. Очень вежливые, во всем помогали нам. Единственное, номер был чуть тесноват. В остальном все шикарно

I liked the location; the street is quiet and peaceful, and the attractions are very close—literally 4 minutes away. The hotel staff was very polite and pleasant. The rooms were clean, and the air conditioner worked well. And very cozy terrace on the rooftop.

I didn’t expect the breakfast to start so late, practically at 9 a.m., so I couldn’t evaluate it even once, unfortunately. The safe in the room wasn’t working, but I didn’t use it. They probably forgot to refill the liquid soap before my check‑in, but I used shampoo.

Wonderful location, convenient for strolling to the tourist sites. Outstanding staff, really went the extra mile for us. Spotlessly clean, compact but well appointed room. Sweet little rooftop terrace with a view of the sea.

Our stay was truly exceptional from beginning to end, and I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. The location is amazing, especially if you want to be close to Istanbul’s main historical attractions. Hagia Sophia was practically right behind us, with Topkapı Palace and the Blue Mosque just a short walk away. There was also a cute little bazaar nearby, and the surrounding streets were full of cafés, restaurants, and bars. If you don’t feel like going far from the Fatih area, you honestly have everything you need within walking distance. What made our experience even more special, though, was the staff and their incredible hospitality. Everyone was extremely friendly, helpful, social, and attentive. They helped us with reservations, gave us recommendations, and always took the time to ask how our day went or whether we enjoyed the places and activities we had visited. One day, it was raining when we were heading to Topkapı Palace, and they even gave us umbrellas to take with us. It’s those little gestures that really made us feel taken care of. I especially want to give a special thank you to the gentleman at the lobby, who went above and beyond for my mom and me throughout our stay. Whenever we called a taxi, he would come outside with us, wait until it arrived, and even open the taxi door for us. He was always incredibly kind, respectful, and helpful. On our first day, we mentioned that my mom loves having a balcony because she enjoys sitting outside with her coffee and looking at the view. We had originally booked an economy room, which was smaller and did not have a balcony. He explained that there were no balcony rooms available at the time, but told us that as soon as one became available in a few days, he would gladly move us. And he actually remembered and followed through! We were upgraded to a larger room with a balcony at no additional charge.

Но самое большое впечатление оставил персонал. Очень доброжелательные, внимательные и отзывчивые люди. Всегда встречали с улыбкой, старались помочь и сделать наше пребывание максимально приятным. Именно такое отношение создаёт особую атмосферу и желание вернуться снова. Номера всегда убирали очень чисто и аккуратно, всё было приятно и комфортно. В целом чувствовали себя здесь очень уютно и спокойно. Спасибо всему персоналу за гостеприимство и заботу! С удовольствием вернёмся сюда снова и будем рекомендовать этот отель своим близким.

Это просто замечательный отель! Как из сказки:) небольшой, но такой уютный! Хороший ремонт, очень стильные и красивые номера, хоть и небольшие! :) в номерах есть все необходимое для Вашего комфорта: гель для душа, шампунь, мини-бар/холодильник, кондиционер, чайник, кофе, чай, питьевая вода... Особо хочу отметить чистые полотенца и постельное белье, которые очень приятно пахнут - это всегда создаёт особый уют:) На верхнем этаже есть терраса, где вы можете отдохнуть после дневных прогулок или просто выпить чашечку кофе рано утром в тишине, любуясь видом на Босфор:) Расположение отличное! До площади Султанахмед, Голубой мечети минут 5-7 пешком, также рядом есть улочка с кафе и ресторанами... А какой приветливый и гостеприимный персонал - выше всех похвал! При заселении угостили нас кофе с восточными сладостями, а когда мы уезжали, подарили нам гранатовый чай:) а отдельное спасибо за завтрак: выезжали мы рано, когда кухня ещё не работала, поэтому попросили сделать нам просто по сэндвичу.... Но ребята такие молодцы: помимо огромных сэндвичей, приготовили нам омлет + на столе были овощи, оливки, десерты.... В общем, накормили нас так, что и уезжать не хотелось :))) Спасибо вам огромное!!!! в следующий раз обязательно выберем этот отель!

The Location is amazing, in the old town and central to alot of shops restaurants and at the same.time quiet and hidden, literally minutes walk away from the blue Mosque and otjer famous tourist location.The staff are truly amazing Ahmet (hote manager)was very welcoming from the moment we arrived and told us what was around and where we could have lunch with beautiful views of Istanbul. The breakfast was spread of feast, alot of different choices ro have on the table including fresh juices and warm beverages. The shower was spacious, had a lovely powerful and hot, the bathroom.was.clean.This is a beautiful well mantined bespoke hotel in the heart of it all, it is exactlyas you see in the pictures and more beautiful in person!

The rooms are slightly on a smaller side for my liking, I felt there wasn't even space to move around and cramped when you are in the room. Sometimes you can hear the noise from the rooms next door as they are very close to each other.

Ahmed poi è spettacolare, ci ha assistito in ogni richiesta facendoci anche da tour operator. Consiglio anche il servizio transfer per e dall'aeroporto un mini van fresco con aria condizionata acqua e privato!Non si può chiedere di più .Bravissimi

The hotel is in an excellent location, they provided us with safe parking, the staff was friendly and always at their service and answered all our questions, they helped us to find great places in the city as well as to get information about Istanbul. As for the room, it was perfectly cleaned every day and had everything we needed. At the top of the hotel there is a rooftop with a view of the sea where you can sit. To everyone, safety 10/10, comfort 10/10, staff 10/10

Заселились в гостиницу Mitspark 6 июля 2026г. В номере было чисто, уборка производилась вовремя. Персонал очень приветливый и вежливый, быстро реагировал на все наши просьбы. Расположение очень удобное. Практически до всех достопримечательностей города добирались пешком. В гостинице всегда тихо и спокойно. Рекомендую гостиницу для проживания.

Хотелось бы чтобы смена белья (полотенце, постельное белье) производилась вовремя , а не по напоминанию. Разнообразить меню завтраков.

We stayed here for just one night, but it was enough to leave a wonderful impression. Although the room was small, it was beautifully designed and every single detail had been carefully thought out. The attention to detail more than made up for the size of the room, making it feel incredibly cozy and welcoming. The staff were exceptional. Hakan was fantastic - friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The young man who welcomed us before him was equally kind and attentive. Their genuine hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. We also loved the lovely terrace, which added to the charm of the place. Everything was spotless, elegant, and maintained with great care. A truly charming boutique hotel that we would happily recommend and would love to visit again.

Staff were amazing, just really lovely people, we felt like very valued guests with every interaction. Hakan and the team were so welcoming, polite, and very helpful with everything we needed, from restaurant recommendations, booking a spa, taxi booking, car rental, and always happy to provide tea/coffee/lemonade at any time of day or night when we asked. We could tell the rooms were new and they were clean. We got fresh towels every day which was really nice. The AC in the room was powerful which was good after long days exploring Istanbul in the summer heat. And it was a good location for exploring Istanbul, close to many popular sites, and plenty of places nearby to eat. Also a good spot for a restful night as even though it is close to many attractions, it is a quiet spot in town and the rooms are well insulated.

Mitspark stands out for several reasons, of which especially the hospitality and the kindness of all of the staff has to be highlighted. You are not only „a guest“, you are treated with respect, friendliness and support as it feels almost like family. The staff is very attentive to make your stay most pleasant. Both the Manager and his deputy provided us so many helpful sugesstions to experience Istanbul to its fullest and did not hesitate to offer support on any request. The rooms were comfortable and exceptionally clean. The interior design is very appealing and outstanding. The Hotel is located in the Sultanahmet part of the city and very close to the beautiful mosques and the cistern. Personally, I would for sure stay again in Mitspark. Dear Mitspark Staff, Thank You very much for this great experience - I will for sure come back to Istanbul and while doing so stay again at your lovely Hotel.

If I had one small preference, it would be a room on a higher floor — but honestly, we spent so little time in the room that it barely mattered. Istanbul keeps you out all day, and Mitspark is the perfect place to recharge for the next adventure.

There were issues with the electrics in my room but the staff moved me to another room quickly and sent a fresh fruit salad to my room whilst I got ready. The staff made sure my stay was comfortable.

Абсолютно великолепный отель! С первых шагов и до выезда улыбка не покинула работников ни на секунду! Невероятно красивые , добрые и отзывчивые парни! Стамбул это город который я посещаю от 3 до 5 раз в год и могу точно сказать - такого доброжелательного персонала там в последние годы уже не встретишь! Относительно расположения - это просто круто, в 5 минутах и от набережной и от Айа Софии. Качество гораздо выше цены . Отдельное спасибо за подарок преподнесенный во время отъезда ☺️ Советую не сомневаться ни на секунду просматривая этот отель! Спасибо и до следующих встреч! There is only small double beds so if you are tall people they are very small. The rooms are very small so there is little room for storage and movement.

We loved the location, as it is within walking distance of the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. We particularly enjoy staying in small, personal hotels, and this hotel had that warm and welcoming atmosphere. Our room was beautiful, although quite small, and it featured a lovely Juliet balcony. Across the street was a small school, and we enjoyed hearing the children playing and laughing in the mornings, it added a charming local feel to our stay. The staff were exceptionally kind, helpful, and attentive throughout our visit.

The room was smaller than we expected, and the bed was also narrower and shorter than what we are accustomed to in most hotels. While the room was beautifully designed, it felt a little cramped for two people, with limited space to move around and no room for an additional table and chairs. The breakfast was good and offered a nice selection, but the breakfast area also felt somewhat crowded due to its small size, especially when several guests were dining at the same time.

Страхотно бутиково хотелче! Много удобна и централна локация. Стаята е по-малка ама какво му трябва на човек, след като отива на почивка там и основно е на вън. Много чисто и красиво място , препоръчвам с две ръце! А персонала беше страшно любезен и още с влизането ни посрещнаха с усмивка и ни показаха и обясниха всичко много удобно! Няма да сбъркате с това място. Района също е много спокоен и чист.

Overall Mitspark was a great place to stay. Very conveniently located close to Istanbul's major attractions and the rooms are clean and modern. The staff were excellent and the breakfast is also fantastic, would definitely recommend.

Wir hatten einen wirklich wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel in Istanbul. Das kleine Hotel mit insgesamt 9 Zimmern ist unglaublich süß und mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Jedes Zimmer ist individuell und ausgesprochen stilvoll gestaltet – man fühlt sich sofort wohl und willkommen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das außergewöhnlich freundliche Personal. Egal zu welcher Uhrzeit: immer ansprechbar, hilfsbereit und herzlich. Man hatte jederzeit das Gefühl, dass sich wirklich um die Gäste gekümmert wird. Bereits vor der Anreise war die Kommunikation absolut unkompliziert und angenehm – alles lief reibungslos und ohne jeglichen Aufwand. Die Lage ist ebenfalls perfekt. Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße in Sultanahmet, nur etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der Blauen Moschee entfernt. Auch der historische Kern Istanbuls mit Hagia Sophia, Topkapi-Palast, Basilika-Zisterne und den Basaren ist von dort aus hervorragend zu Fuß erreichbar. Gleichzeitig ist die Bushaltestelle BN1 in nur ca. 4 Minuten erreichbar – von dort ist man in ungefähr 7 Minuten an der Galatabrücke mit Anschluss an Fähren und Metro. Ein weiterer großer Pluspunkt: In der Straße gibt es mehrere kleine, authentische Restaurants mit sehr gutem Essen – keine Touristenfallen und keine typischen Mainstream-Lokale, sondern richtig gemütliche und lokale Atmosphäre. Einige der Zimmer habe auch einen Meerblick. Insgesamt stimmt hier das Gesamtpaket: tolle Lage, herzlicher Service und eine wunderschöne Atmosphäre zu einem wirklich fairen Preis. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können dieses Hotel von Herzen weiterempfehlen.

Everything was perfect. The hotel is located right beneath the Blue Mosque, making it convenient for visiting the city's most famous landmarks and is close to public transport for transfers to further. The staff is great, constantly available, and they fully responded to all our requests. They provided us with a place to park our car in front of the building (and we know how difficult this is in the hearth of the city centre) and even allowed us to pick it up later in the afternoon on the day of our departure. Thank you a lot for that! They put us in a room with a balcony to the gorgeous Bosphorus. The room was cleaned and maintained daily with new towels and sheets. There's enough space for the luggage and is very comfortable with everything needed. In a nutshell, we couldn't be more satisfied with our stay,  highly recommend it :)

Everything about this boutique hotel was perfect!

The staff was absolutely outstanding. The manager Ahmet definitely needs a raise! I'm not sure when the man sleeps but he was there whenever we needed and was very quick to help us if we needed anything. The cleaning crew also was very friendly and everything was always clean and in its place. I wouldn't recommend anywhere else to be honest, it's more on a quiet side of the street and it was just so peaceful. Ahmet was 100% the biggest reason our stay was so great. He was kind, quick to assist, and just working very hard to keep everything going in a perfect manner. Thank y'all for making our stay so great!

la struttura è nuova e le camere sono molto curate. I ragazzi alla reception, Ahmet e mahmoud, sono stati sempre gentili e disponibili. Ci hanno accolto, aiutato e consigliato. L’hotel è molto vicino alla moschea Blu, e uscendo dalle “mura” sul Bosforo ci è stato possibile avvistare dei delfini ogni volta che ci siamo “affacciate”.

L’unica piccola pecca è che la camera era molto piccola, ma ben organizzata. Il letto ha dei cassettoni dove ci e stato possibile lasciare le valigie aperte (valigie piccole) quindi per noi non e stato un problema. Se si hanno valigie da più di 10kg potrebbe essere abbastanza stretto

Все отлично .Место расположение в историческом центре Стамбула ,все в пешей доступности достопримечательности, рестораны, магазины ,транспорт .которым мы особо и не пользовались )) Очень тихо !Уборка ежедневная качественная ,со сменой полотенец . De ligging / locatie en netheid van de accommodatie . Het is een Turks ontbijt met bediening - voor sommige gasten dan weer een nadeel -

De opbergruimte in de kamer is minimaal omdat kamer nogal klein is. De meerprijs voor kamer met balkon maar kamer heeft geen balkon. Kamers op derde verdieping dicht bij klein terras voor gasten met zicht op Bosporus zijn qua ligging misschien nog wel het best en zijn goedkoper.

Toller Stadtteil von Istanbul, zu Fuß sind viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants erreichbar, das Personal wusste immer eine Antwort und war sehr hilfsbereit

Очень хорошее расположение отеля! Такие достопримечательности как Голубая мечеть, Айя-София, Гюльхане, Топканы в шаговой доступности. Пешком ходили до Гранд базара и пристани Эминёне. Рядом много кафе-ресторанов. Цены +- одинаковые. Сам отель небольшой, всего 8 номеров. У нас был номер на 3-ем этаже, отдельный выход на балкон (предназначен для всех гостей отеля) но мы всегда вечерами одни сидели с видом на Босфор. Уборка каждый день. Номерной фонд свежий. Администраторы дружелюбные, с их помощью заказывали такси до аэропорта обратно. В отеле есть завтраки, но мы не заказывали. Рядом много кафе-ресторанов. Рекомендую 100%!!! Не пожалеете!!!

Расположение отеля великолепное, 5 минут до Голубой мечети и Айя-Софии. Отель новый, очень чисто. Есть лифт. Улочка тихая, только утром дети на переменку рядом в школе выбегают и шумят, но это уже после 9 утра. В минуте ходьбы красивая набережная. На соседних улочках много кафе и магазинов. Молодые ребята на ресепшн очень приветливые и внимательные, помогают со всеми вопросами.

Добрый день! Отель супер! Превзошёл все ожидания.!В пешей доступности от главных достопримечательностей ( голубая мечеть, ай софия и т.д.), но при это тихо, также не слышно зазывание на молитву с минаретов мечетей. Жила в номере 701 с видом во двор, сам номер небольшой (9 кв.) но уютный, красивый, аккуратный и свежий, чистое бельё, в номере вода чайные принадлежности, убирались каждый день. Отдельное спасибо за завтраки от Зарины ( кстати знает русский язык). Не шведский стол, но можно выбрать помимо яичницы или омлета кашу и др.блюда, тоже всё чистенько и аккуратно. Также хочу выразить благодарность администраторам отеля особенно Ахмеду за терпение, внимательное отношение, а также помощь при бронировании отеля в Каппадокии. При выселении презент от отеля вручили.Видно что хозяин не экономит на проживающих.В общем рекомендую данный отель!

Staff were very friendly and helpful! Fantastic location. Rooms are on the smaller side but they have good storage for small luggage under the bed.

Random but the bathroom doors are very loud to open/close, that it can wake others at night since they’re so heavy

Здравствуйте! Очень понравилась ежедневная уборка. Это было очень приятно. Хороший персонал. Близко к трамваю. Близко ко всем основным достопримечательностям, которые обычно посещают в первую поездку в Стамбул.

Во-первых, было шумно, так как гостевой дом расположен прямо возле начальной школы, вместо звонка у них песенка, мы просыпались утром из-за неё. Настолько она громкая. Также под окнами часто кто-то разговаривал. Во-вторых, вокруг много кафе, но все очень дорогие, тоже самое касается и магазинов. Это очень дорогой район. Буквально несколько остановок на трамвае и уже совсем другие цены. А ещё дальше - вообще в 3-5 раз дешевле.

The Mitspark exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and the facilities were excellent. I would like to give a special mention to Ahmed on reception. He did everything possible to make our stay comfortable.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hospitality was excellent, and the staff were extremely helpful throughout my visit. Everyone was polite, friendly, and had such a nice attitude, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I truly appreciated their warm behavior and great service.

Room size must be bigger because its difficult to manage your stuff specially if 2 people are going there.

The location was within walking distance of the major mosques and the hotel staff were extremely helpful.

The “sea view rooms” shown in the pictures are quite misleading compared to the actual rooms. The rooms are very small, and many of the advertised facilities are either missing or very limited. The middle-aged receptionist was not very helpful and seemed mostly busy talking on the phone, making it difficult to get proper assistance. Overall, the rooms and services do not match the value of the budget charged and are not satisfactory.

La atención y desayuno fue excelente. Todos y cada uno de los miembros del equipo fueron muy amables.
