Oasis Homestay

Everything! The couple running Oasis Homestay are incredibly kind and welcoming, the room was absolutely perfect too. The rooms each have a TV (with Netflix!), kettle (also water, tea and coffee), a comfy bed, lovely shower, mirror, desk, basically everything you could ever need. I loved my stay here and genuinely would live here if I could. 10/10

Great location. I walked to the old town for exercise (or a 2min grab bike) without having to stay right in the busy streets. I could also walk to the beach ( a bit longer ), via the rice fields every other morning. I stayed a month and everything was working well and was clean. The internet was fine the whole time too. Mie and Matteo were very welcoming hosts and had two super happy dogs. Everyone welcomed me home each day. Whilst I could also have privacy. As a bonus there is a rooftop with a view and a great massage chair. Food and supermarkets available in less that 5 mins walk.

Поправилось буквально все! Это лучший гостевой дом, где я когда- либо жила. Очень комфортно и удобно! Вся мебель новая, все идеально чисто! Хозяева очень классные: дружелюбные, решают любые вопросы очень быстро!

Es war sehr sauber und modern. Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und das Bad war eines der besten, das wir auf unserer 4-wöchigen Reise durch Vietnam hatten.

Proper modern room and a nice quiet location. It's only a 10 minute walk to the main river. Room is quiet big and everything is nice.

The rooms door needs a curtain of some sort, there's a lot of light coming into the room if someone in the main hall has their lights on. The room wasn't dark enough to sleep comfortably, but it also wasn't that bad to be an issue. Just not ideal as it could be easily prevented with a simple curtain of sort.

Lovely hosts, super clean room and a massage chair on the roof deck. Really amazing combination of features and rare to find. I was recovering from a TCM treatment and my stay was fantastic because of this!

Not the fault of the hosts, but the location in grab maps is off a bit. To make it more accurate, you must point the location to the main road nearby.

Ein wunderschöner Homestay mit einer sehr herzlichen und familiären Atmosphäre. Schon bei der Ankunft fühlt man sich direkt willkommen. Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und geben einem das Gefühl, nicht nur ein Gast, sondern ein Freund zu sein. ✨ Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, komfortabel und gemütlich eingerichtet. Besonders schön ist die ruhige Lage – perfekt, um nach einem Tag in Hội An zu entspannen, aber trotzdem nah genug an der Altstadt, um alles gut zu erreichen. Die Liebe zum Detail und die Gastfreundschaft machen den Aufenthalt besonders. Man bekommt viele hilfreiche Tipps für Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten und lokale Orte, die man sonst vielleicht verpassen würde. Ein wirklich toller Ort zum Übernachten in Hội An. Sehr empfehlenswert für alle, die Komfort, Ruhe und eine authentische vietnamesische Erfahrung suchen.

Все прекрасно, большое спасибо гостеприимной хозяйке и ее супругу за чудесное пребывание. Номер был очень уютный, тихий, чистый - то что было нужно после шумного Дананга. Все в точности как на фотографиях. На крыше милая терраса и массажное кресло. Вокруг много кафешек, где можно поесть. Рекомендую!

Run by a lovely couple. The room was big, comfortable, and spacious. A lovely 20 minute walk from the town center. Really enjoyed my stay here and you get a little gift at the end of your stay!

The staff were really friendly and kind and the room was spacious and modern and close to the old town and rice fields.

There were a fair few ants on the floor and the bed wasn’t the comfiest (very creaky when you move in the night)

I stayed for two nights and I loved it, it's very clean, quiet, a 15 min distance to old town by walk, the bed is huge and comfortable, My and Matthieu are very sweet, I was able to leave my luggage all day after check out until my bus in the evening so I would not carry them with me. And the two dogs are adorable.

Останавливалась здесь на две недели и за это время действительно почувствовала себя как дома. Очень уютное и комфортное место, где приятно находиться и отдыхать. Номер всегда был идеально чистым, уборка проводилась каждый день. Всё очень аккуратное и ухоженное. Отдельно хочу отметить качество постельного белья – качественное и комфортное. В холле играет приятная расслабляющая музыка. Весь дом наполнен приятным ароматом. Хозяева – дружелюбная и отзывчивая семейная пара. Всегда готовы помочь, подсказать и сделать пребывание максимально комфортным. Больше получилось пообщаться с хозяйкой дома – очень весёлая и душевная девушка, с ней сразу чувствуешь себя желанным гостем. Расположение удобное – между центром и рисовыми полями. При этом район гораздо более спокойный и уютный, без той суеты и шума, которые обычно ощущаются в Old Town. За время проживания у меня остались самые приятные впечатления. С удовольствием остановилась бы здесь снова и с уверенностью рекомендую это место всем, кто хочет чувствовать себя как дома.

Super hébergement avec une grande chambre et un grand lit. Vélos disponibles en location pour se déplacer dans la ville. Les petits déjeuners sont délicieux!

Les hôtes sont tellement accueillants et chaleureux c’était un plaisir de séjourner dans leur hôtel La chambre était très propre, moderne et confortable avec tous les équipements nécessaires L’hôtel est idéalement situé Il est possible de louer des vélos ou un scooter directement à l’hôtel, ainsi que faire les lessives à très bas prix. Mỹ et Matthieu étaient tres attentifs à notre confort et au bon déroulement de notre séjour à Hoi An en nous donnant tous les conseils nécessaires Eden et Oasis (leurs chiens) sont juste adorables et donnent envie de rester jouer avec eux toute la journée ❤️ Bref, que du bonheur

Это лучший гостевой дом/гостиница/отель в котором мы жили. Так душевно и приятно, чисто, завтраки вкуснее , чем в ресторанах. Хозяйка готовит с душой и любовью, как мама. Замечательные собаки. Я буду по ним скучать☺️ Две собаки с абсолютно разными характерами: один игривый и жизнерадостный, другой настоящий охранник, спокойный и уравновешенный) По ощущениям, я как будто погостила у родной тети и дяди) Расположение отличное, рядом старый город- главная достопримечательность, много кафешек, рисовые поля, рынок. В аренду можно взять велосипеды всего за 50.000 донгов в день. Так же стирка 15.000 за 1 кг Вода/чай/кофе/зубные щетки бесплатно каждый день. С соседями не пересекаешься почти. Кстати, хозяева хорошо говорят по-английски. А я плохо😅 общались с помощью переводчика- проблем не было) Я рекомендую от всей души этот гостевой дом всем, кто едет в Хойан. Тихо, спокойно, душевно. И конечно благодарю хозяев за такой теплый прием❤️❤️❤️ Обещаю, я буду вспоминать вас и ваших собак добрым словом еще очень долго) Если бы я знала английский на разговорном уровне, я бы сказала это всё глядя в глаза . И каждый день восхищалась вашим супом Фо Бо❤️

I like the friendly house owners who were very supportive and gave me most of the answers to my questions about restaurant, food, laundry... especially their two dogs helped us feel like home :)

the toilet was a little bit weak at first.

When I first saw this property, I was a little wary since it didn't have that many reviews. The reviews it did have were very positive, so I decided to give it a try. And I am very glad I did. The room itself is pretty sizable and clean. The AC was strong but quiet. The toilets flushed well. The shower had good pressure. The Wi-Fi was amazingly fast. For the price, this place really was a great value. On top of that, the couple who runs the building, My and Matthieu, are extremely friendly and attentive. They even invited me for dinner and lunch on my last two days. Oasis, their dog, is also very cute and playful. The location is a ten to fifteen minute walk from Old Town, which is nice because you are close enough to walk to the good restaurants while living in a quiet neighborhood at night. If you're looking for an affordable place with great facilities, definitely try this homestay out.

The only issue I had was the people working next-door who could be loud at times. It's not the fault of the owners and not a big deal unless you stay in your room all day like a hermit.

Es war ein sehr schön eingerichtetes Zimmer. Wirklich bequem und mit Liebe zum Detail. Es war schon weiter weg vom Geschehen und vom Strand und am Abend und in der Nacht ruhig. Ein Mofa kann ausgeliehen werden. Die Besitzer waren sehr bemüht den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Hilfsbereit natürlich auch.

Leider war kein Mittagsschlaf (den ich im Urlaub Liebe)durch die Werkstatt nebenan, in der von Morgens bis Abends auch gehämmert wurde, möglich. Manchmal hörte es sich so an, als ob Wände eingeschlagen wurden.

Отличный отель в Хойане! Провели здесь 5 ночей — всё понравилось. Уютный и чистый номер, тихо и спокойно. Есть место для парковки байка. Спасибо за комфортное пребывание!

Недостатков не было

Very clean, well located near Old Town, but not in a noisy area. Room spacious and the hosts were very kind and welcoming. Was able to walk in and out at all times, as the key to my bedroom door worked at the front entrance.

The road to the place was not well maintained. The sheets were synthetic, which made sleeping very difficult as my skin could not breath, however they switched the sheets for cotton on request the next day.

Property was very clean, very quiet and both the bedrooms and bathrooms were really great.

I can only warmly recommend the homestay. I really enjoyed my stay and felt very comfortable. My and her husband were really sweet and friendly to me and very helpful. Mi looked after me really well and recommended lots of things to me that I could do. I always spoke to her really nicely which made me fell well looked after :) ! The rooms are really clean and modern, which makes you feel very comfortable and at home. There is also a rooftop and a massage chair which you can use for free if you want to . The location of the homestay was in perfect reach of everything so you are not in the middle of the hustle of the old town. I would love to see my , her husband and also their dog oasis again and would always choose this homestay in hoi an :))

We love our stay in Oasis homestay! The room we stayed in was huge with a really comfy bed and a very modern bathroom. The location was perfect for us as you are a bit out of the old town so it is quieter, the restaurants around are great and you are right next to the rice fields. But what made our stay was My and Matthieu who were so helpful and who always made sure we were happy, had things to do and places to eat! They are very lovely hosts and their dog Oasis is always wagging their tail when you come back. Would recommend to anyone travelling to Hoi An.

This homestay was absolutely amazing !!! The building is modern and immaculately clean and the rooms were spotless. I think this has been and will be our favourite property in Vietnam, or even for our whole trip of south east Asia !!!! The owners are a lovely couple who honestly cannot do enough to help you and have done amazing with their homestay. The location is perfect - not too far from either Hoi An old town, or An Bang/Cuadai beach , especially if you have use of a bike. I also think this property is so generously priced, considering the quality of the stay - I cant recommend this place enough and would have extended our stay here if we didn’t have flights booked already !!!!

The building is new and very well equipped, located in a quiet part of Hoi An, a lot of good restaurants are around. The walking distance is about 10-12 minutes to the Japanese Bridge. The room and the bathroom are very spacious, the bed is excellent. The young couple Mỹ and Matthieu are great hosts, helped for reservations and very informative about the everyday life, history and customs of Vietnam. The Hoi An staying was my most enjoyable experience till now in Vietnam.

Highly recommend this homestay. Mỹ and her husband are doing a great job running it. Everything is clean and spacious. There's a kettle and a fridge in the room too. Loved the massage chair on the rooftop level with a nice view and seating area. Mỹ helped me alot and gave good recommendations too. And I love their dog, he's super friendly and ready to cuddle. The homestay is located in walking distance to many local vegetarian restaurants and it's just a 15 minutes walk to the old city. You can also rent a bike or motorbike for a good price on daily basis or longer.

A/C could be a bit more quiet. Hot water in the shower is always available, but sometimes a little bit inconsistent, so you might need to wait a couple of seconds until "it's coming back again" (but still okay!)

Everything! Got everything I could wish for. Bed is super comfy, AC working smoothly, balcony is also there, hot water, fridge and everything everything. Also the hosts are very lovely couple. Even their dog is super lovely! Next time in hoi an I will try to book this place again. Really great place

Best stay in three months in Asia. The whole homestay with four guest rooms is brand-new and purposely built. The rooms are spacious and light and have a big balcony. Good airco, little fridge and water cooker. Best bathroom I had so far with a walk in shower with ample hot water and a toilet that stays dry while taking a shower. Big comfortable bed and soft lighting for the evenings. Big closet with drawers for all your stuff, and I loved the built in desk so I had a comfortable place to work remotely. Good WiFi as well. The whole house is a beautiful blend between European and Vietnamese design. And the hosts are amazing, always ready to help with whatever you need. I felt super welcome during my very long (12 days) stay to bridge the Tet holidays.

A very good address for a stay close to the old quarter and the beaches. Very quiet nights. Security. Discreet, friendly and efficient hosts, speaking english french vietnamese Rooms with balconies: Impeccable cleanliness done every day. Large bed and new mattress. Air conditioning Pleasant hot water shower. Very good speed Wi-Fi. Refrigerator. Kettle. Television. Laundry service. Rooftop.

Ahh! Where to start : Matthieu and My are a very nice couple who speak English, French and Vietnamese. We booked at first for 3 nights and added to more later on because we enjoyed the homestay and the city. We've had a really good time during our 5 nights there. The room was comfortable, spacious, A/C worked great, the balcony of the upper room was a plus. We wanted to have a cooking class, so our hosts made it happen. We went to the market to buy the ingredients, prepared everything and enjoyed the meal with them. It was a memorable and authentic experience that we ABSOLUTELY LOVED. Also, at Oasis homestay, you are about 15 mins away by walk from the busy and loud part of the Old Town. It will allow you to have a good night of sleep and still be near the action. The homestay is easy to find and surrounded by coffee shops and restaurants. Our hosts also offer a laundry service and have a scooter that you can rent at a very competitive price. We used the scooter for a couple days which allowed us to visit the rice fields, Da Nang, the beach, My son... If you are not worried of driving around on a scooter, rent it for at least a day. It will allow you to see so much more. It's the best way to discover Vietnam. It'll give you a feeling of freedom. Thanks again Matthieu and My!!! We loved our stay with you guys and were charmed by your beautiful city. We are now in a different city but already miss Hoi An! Dominique and Johana

The best Place i been in Vietnam...

Lovely big room and balcony! Comfortable bed, high tech electronics! Beautiful bathroom and property! Everything was extremely clean and well maintained. Hosts were lovely and just left us to it. The property is located about 15 min walk to the main area but there are few good food spots around the hotel too. Out of all the hostels, hotels and homestays we have stayed in Vietnam (around 10) this was our favourite accommodation! Unfortunately only spent a night here but when I return to Hoi An, I would definitely stay here again!

The property itself is located about a 10-15 minute walk from the main town with lots of shops, restaurants and activities, it’s location means it’s less hectic when you’re stepping outside which I think is good. The whole place was incredibly clean and they would attend to your room when you were out so you were not disturbed. The owners themselves are lovely and have a very cute dog who is nice and friendly and I loved giving a lot of strokes to. The room has everything you could need for a comfortable stay and the owners are happy to answer questions and give recommendations for what to do and see in the area and any other help you might need.

We extended our stay from three nights to a full week, and it turned out to be an amazing experience. The hotel owners—My, Matt, and their dog friend Oasis—are a lovely family. My and Matt were extremely kind and accommodated all our reasonable requests with great politeness. And Oasis filled our hearts with joy, wagging his tail every time. The room was spacious, with a large balcony, new furniture, and high-tech electronic devices. It was well-maintained and spotlessly clean at all times. You can rent bicycles or motorbikes directly from the hotel. The location is excellent—just a 10-minute walk to the tourist center. It’s not too much central, yet not too far out either. We had an incredible time, and in terms of price-performance, it was very comfortable and felt just like home. We’d like to thank them once again. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Hoi An! ☺️

The hosts here are super lovely and want you to have the best stay in Hoi An. The Large room was functional and modern, we had access to the roof top terrace where we had breakfast each morning and Netflix in the room, both unexpected bonuses. Quieter location only a 15-20min walk into the Old Quarter.
